Very very rude and foul mouthed people! They forgot items in my order and when I called to tell them they told me to F#€k off and put the phone down on me! I tried to call them back thinking it must be a mistake but they just continued to give me abuse saying I’m wrong and telling me to go F#€k myself! Food was cold and low quality anyway and we were all ill for a few days after eating it. I wouldn’t feed this food to the rats! Avoid

Always order from here but got fed up with the rude owner who answers the phone, makes you feel as though your thick. Maybe 2+ years i have ordered from here used to be nice ( calzone kebab) , gone downhill, maybe change in cooks? Not what we used to order. Gone else were . Food brilliant , staff appauling.

This place has the best deep pan pizzas, they are very much the American style pizza pie and great value for money. The chilli sauce is great, would. Prefer an option to go a level hotter.

I've been using this takeaway since I was a kid and it's still fab. Clean, good vfm and friendly staff. Love Franklins.

good delivery servise , good size pizza for price and tastes great . donna kebbabs rather small comperd to else where its a shame really it could knock spots off everyone else if they did better donna kebabs

I ordered a deep pan margarita pizza with some chips and a drink and was told the order would take 1 hour to arrive. I know delivery orders can take a while but when you are 1/2 a mile away it's a bit long to wait. When the food arrived the pizza looked more like a pie, it had the thickest crust I have ever seen on a pizza. I couldn't manage it all and only managed to stomach 3 pieces of an 11" pizza due to being so hungry, to make things worse the can of pop I ordered came lukewarm like it was never refrigerated. Although the cost was ok I didn't enjoy the pizza enough to order from there again, the takeaway menu is in the bin and I'll definately be using a different takeaway next time.
