The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

Food was good but took a long time and was a bit cold. Driver also asked me to come to the car and collect and and I'm still not sure why as I have a driveway which is 5 steps from the door, but he waited down the main road.

I experienced first time very bad smell from food order wings smell pizza thick crust smell we through in bin all. Waste our evening also they not wearing hair net on beard no gloves not clean.

I had to go and collect it from the restaurant because you did not issue a driver for 2 hours! Deleting the app, second order in a row that has been over 1hr late. Your service has gone far downhill - v disappointing

We always choose Herbies because of the service and the fact they use the better quality ingredients (They use real cheese which means the pizza tastes better in my opinion). Thanks to Sukhveer Singh for always being consistently friendly and meeting our needs.

Really disappointed; had been meaning to try this place since they opened and finally for my birthday today decided to do just that. Ordered and paid on the website and then about half an hour later I received a message saying they had DECLINED my order and refunded me!!! This is the first time I have known ANY takeaway establishment to EVER do something like this as now they have consequently lost a sale and now I dunno whether to ever bother again. So can't comment on the food or service cos I didn't get anything!

after waiting 90 mins (30min waiting time when order placed) I called the restaurant who told me my food had been waiting for 15 minutes and the driver was not there and there was nothing they could do to help

I placed my order online I phoned them they don't answer absolute joke of a shop

Food never turned up despite being told it had been delivered. No response from restaurant on messages or to phone calls or voicemail and no refund either
