Found two small pieces of bone on my pizza

Stood at the counter for 20min, ignored despite it being empty. Girl even came to answer the phone but ignored me. On saying "excuse me" a worker swayed over to the counter and when I gave my name and said the pizza was ready he said, oh no sorry we had to do it again cos it was wrong. So I waited another 15min. While I waited I saw him coughing into his ungloved hands twice while making pizzas. Appalling service and pretty grim.

Never got my food. Asked 3 times where my order, that was ready, was and was told it was just coming. Then, after half an hour I asked is it even in the oven they said no, they don't know where it is. Surely the first thing you do when an order goes missing is start making a replacement. Maybe if the management dealt with customers when they can see there's an issue rather than hiding in the kitchen this wouldn't happen.

Give up on Dominos fareham, such terrible experiences every time. This time I was stood in store and they literally forgot the pizza, order was placed and then meraciouslly disappeared after being stood waiting for 30 mins 👎 no compensation offered other than a refund, waste of my time.

Had a nice PIZZA today. Must of had a delivery within the last 24 hours. This is a company that prides themselves on fresh made dough. Two deliveries a week. I have worked in the havant store for over 6 years.

Absolutely shocking, I witnessed the manager here yelling and shouting profanity at a young under 18 employee there simply for asking for him to come to the till. I asked the young boy if he could get the manager to come and assist me but when he asked the manager, the manager started shouting profanity. This is ridiculous and the mangers here just treat their staff awfully. I have reported this to the higher ups but I have heard nothing back. I will not be paying again for employees getting abused!

Walked down to the store to order in person. Took a while to be seen to and was told that I should have ordered online instead of in the store as apparently online deals are better. Ordered on my phone and food arrived after ten minutes. Pizza was fine but my chicken kickers were not cooked well - chicken was tough and chewy. Might not go back again as I prefer to order in person.

They take your money told me they didn’t have some toppings that I paid extra for and then I said ok I will have this and they said sorry in the oven and I’m not getting money back never going back there discuss

Ordered a delivery pizza. Rang after a hour. Money taken no order Drove to shop no order just told me they will contact me by email. Shocking place would not even give me a their name.

3rd dreadful pizza from dominoes. Korean pizza, couple of bits of chicken and sauce like HP brown sauce. You should be embarrassed.Won't bother again as clearly an issue with this branch.

Ordered a half and half mighty meaty with a ranch bbq, once it arrived there was barely any pepperoni and no chicken on one side. Very disappointed and won’t be using this dominos again

I've never given a 1 star on TripAdvisor in 5 years of being on here but feel this is 100% justified when I experienced *A driver wondering around that I had to leave my place to direct.. *A large pizza turning up stone cold in a broken box.. *A side order of chips with bacon having rock hard undercooked chips.. Inedible I also ordered a Ben Jerry's & thankfully this was the only thing ok.. (30 quid for ice cream).. I will never order again or recommend Dominos to anybody.. TERRIBLE FOOD TERRIBLE DELIVERY

Poor very poor. Poor attitude of manager on duty, total lack of respect. Best way is to not provide any more money to this outlet ever and to ensure everyone knows of the poor experience.

Ordered my pizza to take it home on the bus thay had enough time to make it and they did but they though it away because it had 1 less pepperoni slice on it than should. I make it clear I was tight on time they said that was fine but binned it before talking to me. Disgraceful (I AM FUMIN)

Used app to order and got a call to say they had run out of pepperoni 20 minutes after my order. Had to settle for another pizza I didn't really want.

Every Friday night, I get a takeaway from this specific Domino's Pizza place, and let me just say I am not disappointed. The staff have always gotten my pizza right for the past 3 years. Keep up the good work.

We ordered a set of meals to be delivered not only did it take an age to arrive (despite being informed via the website that it was delivered no doubt a head office KPI) They also delivered the wrong items. When calling them they had to keep referring to their manager who offered a partial refund that didn't even cover for the cost of the mix up. So we won't be using this service again.

My train was delayed and I called the shop, they kept a look out for me after closing 10 minutes before and gave me the pizza I ordered for collection. Was brilliant that they made sure to keep a look out for me to give us our pizza even though we were late and they didn’t have to

Always love my local dominos. They sometimes get order wrong by forgetting my bottle of drink . But they always sort it and bring what they forgot . Great pizza .

About every other month I indulge in a delivery and have only been disappointed once, it arrived early! Never have I had a wrong or cold order. The app is so easy to use and the menu so varied. I like Domino's.

Redirected to Portchester branch. The box probably would have been more satisfying to eat. Cold, bland and tasteless "festive", Pepperoni wasn't much better.

Got redirected to portchester branch, who couldn't take the order correctly,got put through to a manager who took our order, then it didn't turn up, had no recollection of the order, but took the money, funny that. Offered a free pizza and coupons. Didn't feel confident of it turning up again so cancelled. Not confident of receiving a refund either. I would avoid using the delivery service if you now fall under the catchment area area of po16

We order regularly yet every order was wrong. When i called to complain rude girl on phone . So went to see a manager who apologised ( thank u lenny) and tried to sort issues out. Staff need to get simple orders correct and Nice manners on phone is definitely needed instead of rude attuide

Hardly ever deliver a complete order and when you call them their attitude is terrible! After multiple calls and no missing items being delivered we gave up. Do not recommend!

Best decision I've made all week, 😁 who ever is making pizza's at Fareham tonight wed 23rd June deserves a pay rise !! The freshest, tastiest pizza I've had from dominos, and in general they're good, but tonight exceptional. Fast delivery, meaning pizza was really hot, so thank you chef, I'll be back 😉

Worst pizza I've ever had, I ordered veggie supreme, all i could see is sweet corn on pizza and the tomato base was overloaded and dripping when having a bite.

My first time ever ordering for delivery. After a simple registration it was all systems go for filling the basket. Web app was so easy and the images so good looking I almost got carried away. Settled for the 2 pissa Tuesday deal and watched the progress and puns on the wheel of where is it. Had us glued from start to delivery. Arrived almost quicker than the text. Piping hot and delicious. Definitely on my 'must do again list.

Great quality food and customer service

I've been ordering from here for a few years and have been pretty tolerant up until now but the quality of service has been in steady decline for well over a year. I've had missing toppings, toppings all over the box, a box so greasy it was falling apart, toppings so thin the base was like cardboard in places and recently a box with it's lid crushed down onto the pizza. I'll be looking at Papa John's from now on unless things change I think.

What a great service from a fantastic team. We’ve ordered a couple of times over the last month, due to the circumstances at the moment. We tried to order via the website but failed every time, so I called and received great customer service, so helpful & nothing was too much trouble, while I was deciding which deal to get 😊as a key worker this service was outstanding, it helped me out after a busy day at school with my work family then to feed my beautiful family. Great food 👍🏻

There is a complete lack of quality and standards. Always inconsistent and most of the time very poor. Redeeming comment is the staff are friendly enough.

charge £2 for delivery if you need to but don't have a minimum order or £12, it's a joke and totally unfair for those living alone.

We often use Domino’s Pizza in Fareham. The online ordering is so easy and even highlights offers. They are so quick off the mark preparing and delivering and you can monitor it every step of the way and even track the delivery. He pizzas, wedges, garlic bread are always good. We have tried other pizza delivery companies but always come back here.

Rly good pizza however it took an hour to get here however I appreciate it was very bad weather so thank you to Lewis gets the job done Driver for working hard

Never order from here, the staff are not helpful and when you have a problem they don’t want to sort it, ordered last night there was a problem so didn’t get our food, tried ordering tonight and the online deals weren’t working phoned up store and they said they couldn’t help, useless....

Shocking. Ordered lots of stuff, only half delivered. Delivery driver was amazing. But when he called the manager questioning for the rest of our order he literally couldn't care. Unlucky for them we have 6 people eating so 6 bad reviews coming your way. I wouldn't mind only getting half my order but finding hair wrapped in my garlic bread just about topped it off. Shocking....do not order from them....pizza hut would be a better option. Cleaner and better customer service

I had gone off dominos, over the past couple years. I feel like the care and quality has deteriorated and a large pizza has got smaller. We had a house party a few months back and ordered 8 pizzas from Cosham, by the time they arrived no one wanted them. They was cold, well over cooked and looks like they was made by children in the school kitchen!! So we decided to order from Fareham dominos as we are in the middle of both and what a difference! The pizzas where packed full of flavour, toppings and a large literally over filled the box, to top it off, it was ordered and delivered with in 20 minutes via online. We will be eating from you guys again, just hope you don't let us down.

I used to order here a lot however the standard lately has gone downhill, maybe due to staff turnover? I have had someone else's order delivered, and already four pizzas have not been made correctly. Garlic pizza bread is often dry. Staff are friendly and helpful all the time, its a pitty the pizza is not like it used to be. There is usually something wrong with an order these days so I no longer bother, even with deals on it is still expensive for what you get. ASDA do lovely fresh pizzas!

Last time I ordered, the pink chicken strippers made me ill. Today I ordered a vegi classic and for some reason it came smothered in mustard mayo which I didn't ask for. Used to be my favourite take away, but never again.

Pizza are great, however the service here can be improved. Today come in order a pizza 7-9 staff in here and not fast service or any update to the customers waiting to be served as to why were not being served , no cash tills to pay so had to pay card in the end. Dont take till off when you clearly have paying customers in store

Tears, i got pineapple on my pizza when i didn't ask for it. Also, cajun chicken is red but so is a red pepper so why u giving me red pepper when i asked for chicken, just coz its the same colour dont mean it tastes the same, was also cold, when the dog ran out the door to greet the pizza man he had quality banter with the dog, im the customer tho not the dog?

Just ordered food and drink for there, pizza was not cooked properly, the dough was still raw. Wrong drinks came, started to drink them anyway to find they were way out of date. Overall not good and they wanted to give us in store credit but refused as we will certainly not be eating from here again!!!

Since living in gosport this dominos has become our local dominos. But coming from someone who worked for this franchise for almost 3 years I have to say this store is unacceptable. The pizzas are always too thin, tend to have to much sauce, and whoever cuts the pizza should look for another job as they obviously can't count to 8. The delivery driver was however very friendly.

The pizza was absolutely amazing, and how could I forget the incredible driver that I was blessed with, none other than my man Wayne. Ah Wayne as soon as I saw you open my gate and walk up to my front door I knew that it was fate, the way you knocked on my door was like music to my ears, if there was a door knocking championship Wayne would easily destroy all the other competitors, the perfect ratio of time between knocks and the power of each knock, Wayne you are simply marvellous, other drivers would take the short cut and use the door bell, BUT NOT WAYNE. When I opened my door and saw you with my pizza in you warm black satchel, I knew that all of my needs were fulfilled, the feeling of joy when I heard the Velcro rip open was outstounding, and the smell OH MY GOD THE SMELL not just of pizza OF WAYNE, I hope to be blessed by you again soon Wayne, you are truly setting new levels to the pizza delivery game.

I’m not sure if I’m jaded or just despondent about fast food franchises and the promises they make but don’t keep however this Dominos consistently performs in all respects way way above my expectations. The staff are genuinely happy to serve me and I’m pretty convinced they like working there. The pizza is of a very high standard, and the price is very fair. The manager should be congratulated for running a happy team. Well done.

whenever we want a take away pizza we always use dominos we have use this branch now for way over 10 years and its always to the same standard always get the order right and always tasty

We have never had a Dominos delivered but gave it a go. My husband ordered via the app. It gave you a timeline to track your order. It was absolutely spot on. The pizzas were hot and delicious. We will definitely order again and would recommend. Many Thanks.

For me,they have the best pizza!

Decided to order from here on Friday night And glad I did, this was the best pizza I’d had in a long time, me and a friend ordered one large customised pizza and a medium half and half ranch bbq and chicken feast also got garlic pizza bread. Was so good although I always fail to eat all mine but was still so nice 👍🏻

Shockingly poor. Delivery was taken to completely the wrong address absolutely miles away. They wouldn't even agree to make us fresh pizzas on the phone. They said they would call back and confirm how to rectify the situation and WE had to call them back, only to be put on hold. If you actually want to have pizza to eat, I suggest you order it from somewhere else... We will be in future.

Not impressed by the service, they overcharged untill I corrected them then gave me wrong dips had to go back. Pizza had several bubble over an inch in diameter. Dough in tray looked over proofed as if they were left out for too long.

It's a Domino's but the service is good, the food is fast, the quality and presentation are good.
