Don’t get me wrong, pizza’s were actually nice& food overall good, staff very friendly & did their job. Two issues was that you got to order online (a faff if you have no internet, in a rush or don’t like to order on the internet or like technology etc.) wasn’t a major issue as you can also order with staff member but apparently this will stop in the near future or something. My main quibble was that we ordered TWO pizzas, ONE chips, chicken wings, onion rings and TWO drinks!!! This came to £75!!!! In this day and age when companies are doing so many deals and competition is high I felt this was taking the pee pee. The staff member said it was because we ordered ‘stuffed crust’ and that like added an extra £8 or something!! I got to Pizza Express all the time and they have an app & promo offers to give customers good deals & even without that if I ordered the same thing there, it would never have come to £75. Just leaving this review to let other unsuspecting customers know of the over priced food and hidden costs for extras, so be aware, not faulting the food or seevice btw

This branch of Pizza Hut is due to close soon (according to local news websites), so we decided to take one last trip as a family as we have nice memories of eating here. The food from the kitchen was nice and the salad bar fine, however the ice cream factory wasn’t working and looking a bit sad with ice cream all over the sprinkle shakers, there was no ice in the drinks machine either. We enjoyed our meal but it so sad to see what covid-era online ordering and tight budgets are doing to family restaurants like these. They ask you to order online yourself, website decent enough but takes ages as we have to enter everything. You pay first and are asked if you want to leave a tip, well, not yet as we have not yet had any service.... and we didn’t really from then on, most of it was self-service (which the kids love) but our waitress was so overworked that she had no chance of clearing tables or being present to respond to what people needed - kept having to get up and go to front of house/delivery and ask. Again just completely not her fault, cutbacks mean there are just nowhere near enough staff out on the floor, everyone was hardworking and pleasant when we dealt with them, it’s just frustrating to have your dessert among dusty dishes from your main course. Pizza Hut is not a cheap night out and I’d so much rather pay a little more for it to be a proper restaurant again with someone taking your order and paying at the end.

Our local which is usually so very nice was a disappointment tonight. Usually the chicken burger is usually a breaded chicken breast in a delicious bun with fresh salad like lettuce and onion, tonight it was a processed flat pancake of a burger with a bunch of cabbage. Thoroughly disappointed in the change of quality. I could have bought these from any frozen section at the supermarket a lot cheaper

First visit, very lovely and spacious restaurant with pizza oven downstairs and a mezzanine level. Service was very good. I had a Pizza, the base was really lovely. My wife's Lasagna unfortunately was poor. The mince had the constitution of pate. Shame as everything else was good. Recommend you use Giovanni 's for Pizza only

Family of 4 adults and 2 kids went in for a sit down meal. Table easy to get as there were not many people, waitress quick to offer service. I was initially shocked by the prices on the menu. For sit down fast food quality, they are asking in excess of proper pizzaria gourmet woodfire prices - 31UKP for a pizza with commercial grade toppings. Waitress steered everyone to the meal deal forgetting to tell us that a pizza with any more that 2 toppings is a 4UKP Upgrade. Went to get some things from the Unlimited salad bar and found a few basics there, it is what it is. The unlimited soft drink machine has 4 or so choices-all of them are artificial sweetened versions (no actual coke or pepsi etc only saccharin sweetened). I asked where regular soft drinks were and was told they are all artificial because of the "sugar tax". Waitress did offer to get me classic Pepsi and and orange juice for mother-which she did (but charged us extra for them). Pizzas were nice enough though not overly generous with the toppings. Due to the very high cost, I wont be going back, the food does not represent anywhere near value for money

The pizza was at the highest level, the chef is a master!the burger was very tasty, the products are natural, not like at other pizza places, the man who delivered it to me was very kind and respectful, everything was as if it had been taken out 3 minutes ago from the oven, I recommend it to everyone

Visited on a Saturday night at 7:30pm. We were settled into a table quickly, there were quite a few empty so I would say relatively quiet. We ordered online and received confirmation of our order at 7:39. At 8:05pm I went up to the desk as we had not received our drinks (2 glasses for the bottomless and an apple juice) when I spoke to the member of staff she was apologetic but it seemed they hadn’t even checked the order system! Our food eventually arrived at 8:30 and seeing as it was one sharing pizza and a child’s pizza I wouldn’t say it was worth the wait. I also didn’t appreciate the 5minute gap between receiving the adults main to then receive the child’s. The salad bar was relatively well stocked however the dips is like a lucky dip as there’s no labels or guidance which isn’t ideal especially with the risk of allergies and cross contamination. On the whole we thought it was really poorly ran, the experience has certainly put us off returning and it most definitely wasn’t worth the money it cost either.

I prefer Pizza Hut over dominos so when my friend wanted to go Pizza Hut for tea I was over the moon. Always brings back memories from when I was a kid. Got seated quickly and ordered through the app. Got drinks straight away and then the food came just as quick. Hot and fresh and the staff were friendly as always.
