Pizza Hut in Lancaster

Came into pizza hut, we was greeted & shown to the table & had the menu explain. We ordered & the food was soon on the table. The service from yvonne & tom they went above & beyond including taking the time to talk with the two service users we was supporting for a meal out. Great hospitality & your kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you 😊

I went here with my son and my Mum, I ordered using the QR code. My son had a mozzarella pizza with the extras of: Pepperoni, olives, mushroom and corn, I had Mac and cheese and my mum had a vegetarian pizza. I had a bit of my son and my mum’s pizza. All the food was delicious.

I took someone to Pizza Hut yesterday at 12pm. It was super quiet and was obviously the best time to go. The waitress made myself and the other person feel really at ease and she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every moment and she was so attentive and helpful and chatty etc. The person I was with was also super pleased with the service! Well done to that young lady I’m super impressed!

We were greeted and looked after by two great lads, Kai and Bailey, they we fantastic and helped with food advice as I am a coeliac. We were not pestered, served quickly and efficiently,well done!! I wanted to put a review on there site but we had trouble.

Entered, greeted by a miserable attitude and plonked on a table. Can only order via the online app, hate this- covid is nearly in the past please Pizza hut return to a member of staff taking the order with a smile and knowledge of what is on offer. Or at least have the option for those who do not use apps to order in a normal way. Not exactly a good experience from a chain that say they promote training and staff moral. Salad bar, well........ lets just say we will not return

We ordered the All-inclusive buffet salad bar was ok pasta was just warm it tasted ok but the pizza was cold and hard was not up to the normal standards enjoyed the ice cream

OK, being stuck in Lancaster & Morecambe on a Sunday evening in early February probably isn’t sensible. Ferry cancelled. Looking for food. Very little open. Went here. Wish I hadn’t. 20.30. Empty. Staff waiting to close up. Stuffed crust pizza with dough undercooked. Nasty. Sauce had strange metallic taste.

Wouldn’t normally write a review for a Pizza Hut but wanted to note the excellent service received from the staff, there was an issue with one of the pizza orders being messed up which meant it had to be revoked and didn’t come out with the rest, but we were given some deserts and a couple of extra drinks proactively without being asked to apologise followed by regular checking that all was good.

We visited on 20/07/21 for a family meal. The staff were wonderful, so polite and friendly. On our next visit to Lancaster we will definitely pay this place another visit. The food was average Pizza Hut food but the staff made our visit great. Give them a bonus.

We visited on a quiet Tuesday lunchtime, covid rules were adhered to without taking away from a ‘normal’ dining experience. Our waitress, Yvonne, was lovely, perfect customer service!

Been many times and always enjoyed it. Tonight was very poor, times are difficult at the minute for all as we all know. But zero service, no atmosphere, no music, freezing cold restaurant, same price for refillable drinks that aren't even refillable at the minute and the thinnest pizzas ive ever seen all for over £50 was not great and absolutely no excuse for it, if the pizza was any thinner it would be non existent. Covid seems to be an excuse for some places to give poor, lazy service and food these days. The girls serving the food were lovely, but only being able to order on the app, that doesn't even work properly, (waitresses actual words) no options for toppings etc, so having to tell the waitress to pass on our choices to the chef seemed a pointless exercise. She spent more time at our table trying to help us with the app, it would have been easier to just take the order that took me 35 minutes to figure out and complete with 2 hungry children, we wished we had gone elsewhere. The "free" salad that is standard with pizza hut was nothing compared to what it usually is. Brown, limp lettuce that had clearly been prepped a day or 2 earlier, some cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Pretty shocking to be fair. We didn't stay for the kids desserts (they didn't want to, which says a lot) that we had pre paid for on the app as it was so so cold in the place and we realised they wouldn't be like the self service usual ones, just like the salad. So we took our business to the local dessert place which is far better. I think pizza hut have got it really wrong with the covid restrictions and that showed being only one of 2 tables in there tonight when other places are still busy with good, safe table service. A bit gutted we wasted £50 for my daughters birthday meal that we could have spent half elsewhere for far better. Will be a long time before we return, if there's even the option to and they survive after all the lockdowns.

Tried to make a lunch time reservation for the following day, but Pizza Hut website was not functioning properly. Made a telephone reservation and was informed I needed to register and get a code to receive the 2 for 1 offer. Registered that same day. Visited Pizza hut following day, but with no code as not received. We were informed it could take 48 hours to receive a code, so could not take up the 2 for 1 offer. Then told we could only order and pay by app! Took 25 minutes’ to make a simple order which could have been done by the waitress in 5 minutes. Ordered the pizza brunch. No receipt issued. Receipts can only be received by e-mail. Received pizza on red plastic plates more suited to a campsite or picnic. The pizzas were sitting in lots of oil as though they had been fried, making cutting them precarious, as they slipped around the plate. The BBQ pizza was smothered in sauce, and sickly. The salad was a small bowl, consisting of 5 whole cherry tomatoes, a tablespoon of grated carrot and some green lettuce that looked it had been prepared the day before and refrigerated. The salad lacked imagination as was very poor. A school child in domestic science class could have prepared something ten times better. Why couldn’t the chef slice the tomatoes? The tea was a mug of water with a tea bag put in (for £2.69). The dining experience has been changed in the name of COVID to “improve the customer experience”. This was our first visit to a Pizza Hut. The laborious ordering process, poor quality food and expensive meal, means we will never visit again. This venue is very poor value for money. If you do not have a phone or tablet you cannot order there, if no e-mail you cannot receive a receipt. If this is the typical quality and value for money, it is surprising that there are not more than the scheduled 29 UK outlets closing. Two weeks since registering online, we have finally received our discount codes – too late Pizza Hut, we will never return to pay an exorbitant price for poor quality pizza, and only able to order vi an app.

We get the meal deal for our family and it’s always plenty. We had never used Pizza Hit before lockdown and have used it 3 or 4 times now. The first time we waited the time the ordering app told us before collecting our food and we regretted this, the food was cold and had clearly been waiting for our arrival. Yuk! Should have complained but we aren’t that sort of people. We chose to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a couple of weeks later, choosing to select our time (rather than be told when it was ready) and we arrived early. This time the food was fresh and hot. So much better. We have since used them again. We will always arrive early. We learnt the hard way. We would rather wait for our food rather than have it waits for us. Wish the app was a little better with accuracy and timings. We love that you can remove toppings and exchange for alternative toppings for no additional charge. Other places charge for this. Means we get our favourite toppings!

Got to hut. Starving and looking forward to a good pizza. Told we could only order on the app. If I wanted to do that I'd have ate at home! Anyway 20 minutes after figuring that out the order was placed and came pretty quickly. The food was ok but the wifes veg pizza had very soggy bottom. To be fair the team gave us free dessert to compensate no quibbles. It's very expensive. Near 40 quid for 2 of us and the little one to have an experience that would have been much better at home. Disappointed.

Firstly, after booking by phone as the app didn’t work, it appears my booking had not been recorded. Luckily it was near enough empty so our table of seven were seated. Waiting around 10 minutes for the waitress to take the order, Very nice young lady served us. The pizzas arrived all very nice. By this point all seemed to be good. Myself and couple of us were finished with some still eating. One of waiter decided that we were finished and began to remove the serving plates, plates and bowls.by pushing between us whilst we were all chatting. This seemed very rude as some people were still eating. Yet to my surprise he continued to remove plates leaving two bowls of our friend who hadn’t finished. Glancing around the restaurant it seemed to be half full. We had arrived at 6:30 by 7 they had closed one end and begun sweeping and mopping the floor. Talking across the room to each other. Although the restaurant was not full and it was a Sunday it felt that we were going to get kicked out at any moment. As our friends finished their salads the waiter was quick to remove the bowls. As we hadn’t seen our friends for such a long time we didn’t mind sitting at chatting. Before we realised we had been chatting for 20 minutes without any of the staff asking for any deserts. After we had finished our puddings they didn’t take long to hand us the bill.

We haven't visited for a long time but our daughter wanted to go for her birthday treat. I was absolutely dreading it as we had 4 children with us, luckily it was quiet. We were welcomed by a pleasant lady who I presume was the Manager, she seated us and explained someone would be over shortly to take our order. A lady soon came and took our order. The food didn't take long to arrive, and the table had been laid with colouring things for the children which made the wait even more bearable. We weren't overly impressed with the food for the price, luckily we had a 41% off voucher, but it still seemed over priced. All staff spoke to us as we left, including the Manager which made us feel valued. We'd return for a special occasion but not as a regular thing, purely because of cost.

The staff are great. The food is delicious and my kids love using the salad bar, the drinks station and the ice cream factory. Thanks for looking after us again. 10 out of 10.

Terrible. The pizza I received had no resemblance to the photo or description on the website. I actually think the box it’s going home in will have more flavour. When I complained the pizza was miserable, I was told they can’t do anything about it just because I don’t like it.

Good choice of pizza fresh salad service good and friendly would definitely go back We had the all you can eat buffet good value for money and the unlimited drinks (soft drink)are great especially if you have children

Came for a meal here for my sons birthday as it is one of his favourite places to eat and was appalled at the service received. It seems like the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing and the left hand is scratching the hosts own head wondering what the hell is going on. Nobody capable of running a tap never mind a restaurant. The food was crap for the first time ever. They seem to have serious problems. Complained online to the customer service team and fobbed off!!!!! 70 quid of my money gone but it will be the last pound I spend with this company

Visited solo whilst in UK.Location good, service good, salad bar good but the main item, the pizza, was burnt and tasteless.Having paid £2 extra for the extra flavour version of the chicken supreme it was over cooked with cindered onions and mushrooms with the rest of the peppers tasteless and dry. Little to no sauce or cheese....very dissatisfied. The bill with the details of where to email comments about the meal wasn't returned with the change!

Visited early tea with two adults and two grandchildren, service was swift with staff member explaining different deals as much as you can eat salad but only went once this was also very good pizzas were of a good size sharing pizza definitely enough for two, staff were very attentive throughout. Well done to all will definitely be back

Waiting staff were friendly and helpful, food came quickly and seemed fresh enough, and everyone enjoyed their meal.

Went here as we were on holiday in the area. Easy to park, and easy to enter your car details to ensure you don't receive a ticket. Great service from our waitress, everything came out quick, fresh and hot. Restaurant was very empty.

Went to the Pizza Hut in Lancaster for our daughter's birthday with family members. Can't fault the service staff and food was good just the Manager, she was very rude and was not having that we were using the 2 for 1 offer trying to make out that we could only use 1 offer when we had ordered as 2 separate groups. As we stated at the beginning when we ordered, and wasn't told it would be an issue when we first ordered.

We have visited this restaurant at least 3 times a year every year with the three children to celebrate their birthdays. The children are aged 4, 13 and 12, so we have been going for many years. It has always been good food and good service.

Such a shame. Have so many good memories here but for the past few months every experience has been awful. Normally we’ll just let it slide but today was just even worse. I work in service myself so I know how boring slow days can go, but surely if there’s not much to do you look after the customers that are there and don’t just sit and lounge in a booth?

We've been to pizza hut quite a few times over the years but this was by far the worst experience we have had. Visited on Sunday night as a family of six after a long journey. We ordered pizzas and then we're told they didn't have all the toppings, not a problem we replaced them with different toppings. The pizzas came out and be wasn't as ordered. They asked if it was ok and we told them no. They then brought out a bigger pizza after everyone else had finished their meal. We said that wasn't the right pizza but they said they didn't have any bases for the one we ordered, which was probably why they had tried to fob us of with a worse pizza earlier on.

Was awful. We ordered food, they came back because several things were unavailable. I had to pay full price for a pizza with several missing items. My husband's food was given complety wrong. His correct order came out fifteen minutes after we had finished our meals. Nobody asked us if we wanted deserts. Eventually got bill all chdren had left restaurant and sat in car; they were fed up with waiting; even when we stood at til noone came. Told waitress service was poor, she was rude. Email ed pizza hut; they said 'sorry' appalling that I was charged for a meal that came 15 minutes later and service so poor. We had all shared our pizzas with our husbands by then. Disgusting that staff member was so rude I left upset and appalled.

Sitting down at our table I couldn’t help noticing how dirty everything was. The seats were sticky, the table and menus dirty.

I have visited Pizza Hut in Lancaster on many occasions and always receive fantastic service. The food is always good quality. Last time I went i had the Virtuous Veg pizza which was yummy and low calories! The serving on staff are really friendly.

I love this place, always a friendly atmosphere and the staff are brilliant. We had the Merrier Christmas deal, and it was sooooo good. Love coming here with friends and family

One of the best Pizza I have tasted including handmade original Italian Artisan pizzas. This place always delivers great food to your table or take away counter and the atmosphere, staff and menu options for children and adults, vegetarians and wine lovers is always great.

Went here on the last Wednesday in Aug as kids love pizza. Staff very friendly and courteous. Salad bar could have been better and the bowls were quite dirty (I must have put 4 back) Overall ok.

Had a small family meal here for my brothers 10th birthday. The staff were exceptional, food was brilliant and he had an amazing end to his birthday. When they brought the cake out they even turned the lights down in the restaurant and sang to him it really made his night.

My husband and myself decided to use the Meerkat app on August Bank holiday Saturday (wish we hadn't bothered). We could see on the app that we couldn't use it on the bank holiday Monday, bold print across the screen. We walked through the door at Pizza Hut, there were approx 4 staff waiting to greet us. I told them I am wanting to use the Meerkat app 2for, not one of them said to us that we couldn’t use it that day. One of the girls showed us to a table. We then ordered, she told us we couldn't have shared Pizzas when using the app, we had to order individual pizzas, which we did. Whilst waiting for our orders she returned twice, once to check my phone to see if we could use the app, she looked and said yes it is OK and happily walked away, then she returned to say she had put the orders through wrong, that we would be getting shared Pizzas, but not to worry we wouln’t be charged the extra cost, we would just be charged for individual. Half way through eating she came to us again and told us we couldn't use the meekat app on a Saturday. WHY weren't we told this upon entering Pizza Hut and WHY weren't we told this when she came to us to check the app on my phone?

The girl with the mousy brown long ponytail, black leggings and black and white trainers is lovely. Great at doing her job and very noticeable. Food was lovely. Found the toilets just a tad too far especially being 35 weeks pregnant but I suppose it can't be helped.

Great for parking 5 hours free!

We love the free salad at pizza hut and the pizza is always tasty kids love it as well. Free parking as well here. The deserts took a while to get to us though. Staff are chatty & friendly.

Good food but seriously horrendous hygiene in the toilets. The disabled toilet had clearly not been cleaned and when told about it, they looked but didn't immediately act up on it, nor did they lock the toilet to prevent further use until cleaned. It was based on this that I have decided to post the pictures. Serious illnesses can develop from this level of uncleanliness.

Visited for a children's birthday party, we had pre-ordered so the food arrived pretty quickly! The only problem was that anyone who had ordered a pizza that wasn't 'spicy' found that their pizzas were very bland. The gorgeous fries definitely partly made up for this a long with the s'mores dessert which was absolutely delicious! All the staff were very friendly, worked quickly and made sure we were all happy.

Noticed prices seem to have risen a lot over past 18 month. Nearly £10 for a poor lasagna and cheesy chips nearly £5 for literally a handful. Not sure why they can't use really cheese on them either. Really poor value.

The two stars that it doesn't deserve is that all of the salads are mixed up and it looks like the clippers hardly get washed. The other reason is that the ice cream factory most of the time is broken or clogged up, and all of the children put their hands in and eats all of the sweets that are meant to go on the ice creams. Other than that the food is amazing and brilliant for a family meal

Came here with 4 young girls aged from 6-8 for a birthday meal. As you would expect everyone had a pizza that was nice and served promptly but the reason I give a 4 star is because of the young man who served us. He was very friendly and chatty with the girls and very attentative. Thank you!

Not impressed, bowls for salad bar were dirty , food in salad bar not fresh , lettuce was going brown requested fresh lettuce, ribs were disgusting sitting in a water of sauce, defo not impressed , I always remembered going to Pizza Hut years ago when was younger and thought wow this is amazing, but not now, very disappointed

Enjoyed tea here on Saturday with my husband and young daughter. Staff are very attentive and service was very fast. Food arrived quickly and my daughter was given crayons and a colouring book to keep her entertained.

Meet and greet was brilliant, very attentive staff who took the order. Waited around 15 minutes and took the order home, literally a two minute walk away from the place and when unboxed the food was lukewarm at best. A quick nuke in the microwave added the heat but didn't improve the taste. Pretty poor and probably the most disappointing pizza I have had for many a moon. There are lots and lots of better prepared pizzas out there guys and if you are looking for a takeaway I suggest you look elsewhere.

We visit many different pizza huts but by far the Lancaster Branch wins all the award for great service and quick delivery of the food. On many occasions they have been understaffed however this does not stop them from providing good food and service I am also please that they have introduced the chicken wings again

My son and I ate here because we were staying locally, I don't really like Pizza Hut Pizzas and this was the same in this case, they are tasteless and overpriced for what they are, I had a pizza which was like cardboard and some salad which was fresh - the day before! It is not a patch on Pizza Express or even Dominos - PH you need to try harder. My son does like the ice cream factory though!

Never ever go there. I went with family on 23rd August as one of the group working nearby only had half an hour for lunch. It took 15 minutes to get a drink each as the drinks machine was not switched on at 12 noon. The menus we were given were filthy and covered in grease. We decided we couldn't possibly eat there even had there been time. The washroom facilities were unclean and the floors were in need of bleach and hot water. £8.55 for 3 cokes. Appalling

We have visited many Pizza Hut's including two in our home town of Basingstoke, as the unlimited buffet is popular with all of us.

Tuvimos una gran comida familiar para 2 cumpleaños. El servicio y la comida fueron excelentes. Sin embargo, la persona que contestó el teléfono para tomar nuestra reserva era tan negativo que casi ni te molestes. Por desgracia no tuve el nombre de esta persona, pero ella trató de conseguir cambiar la hora o para reordenar nuestra comida que p que estaban dispuestos a hacer. Me alegro de que fuimos a pizza Hut, ya que todos disfrutamos, pero me encontré tan cerca de recibiendo debido a la actitud negativa de 8 s.

This evening we had dinner to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday (her perfect restaurant choice). We were more than well looked after by the gorgeous Samuel. He was absolutely amazing and we felt like we were his only customers he was so attentive. The food was, as always, excellent. We can heartily recommend it.

A relatively modern building with convenient parking on the outskirts of the city centre. The restaurant was clean and the food was average at best considering the price was nearly £20 each. In comparison to some other restaurants we have visited, this one was well staffed but still surprisingly slow. If the staff were at all pleased you chose to spend money in this establishment it would perhaps warrant 4 stars, but instead it seems they would have been happier with no customers. With that sort of attitude I wonder whether they will get their wishes. I would not recommend and would not return.

Pizza hut do some amazing offers Birthday offer 50% off ? can we resist ?But then it was the bank holiday it could be packed out? we decided to risk the crowds and visited.Once again the staff were really good always there with a smile and never too busy to sort out any issues that you might have The food was again really good and the place was clean and tidy So will recommend with or without offers !Keep up the good work

Nice atmosphere and very child friendl large car park all make this a good place to eat pizza. Standard menu but good service.

We called in about half hour before closing. We were visiting the area and did not know when it was due to close. We were made very welcome with very good service. Nobody mentioned the closing time .We had a starter 2 huge pizza and a very large milkshake. Could not fault food or service.The only thing I did not like was the large amount of stairs to the toilets upstairs. I would not use disabled toilets as I am not disabled. It raised the old blood pressure a bit but hey it's exercise after eating !!

It's a Pizza Hut, so you know about the food already. What made me want to tap out a review was the quality of the staff: they're all absolutely fantastic at the Lancaster branch. We go fairly regularly as a treat for the kids and on every visit we've been made to feel more than welcome and served with a genuine smile, (served quickly too). See you again soon.

We came across this Pizza Hut by chance passing through Lancaster. The food was good, the salads were nice and fresh, the facilities were clean and the staff were very attentive, professional and welcoming. I would of given it 5 stars if the prices were more reasonable but nevertheless its a decent enough restaurant for eating in or taking out especially if you love Pizza.

The one thing I would improve is that all the salad is mixed with all the other salad. The wait is worth it! When you are waiting for you food you can enjoy a nice bowl of salad!

The food is fabulous and unbeatable I've never eaten food like that but there is one problem the service is sometimes slow but that doesn't bug me.

Such a warm pleasant environment with amazing food. Fab staff are very kind and patient. I was with a party of 5 other people and they confused my order. Which was more than forgivable. (Chicken supreme and Supreme sound very similar). Our waitress was wonderful.Will visit again!!

We went for the lunch time buffet. There wasn't much choice in Pizza and they were all burnt underneath. There was no hot pasta left and the salad bar was a bit sparse too. The service was good though. It was only cheap so not too bad.

Difficult review this... In short: Went in - Place minging- Walked out. I can't give it 1 dot because we didn't even order, the table was filthy, the floor around the table was strewn with bits of pizza and tomato etc. and looked awful. The 5 of us looked at the mess, looked at each other and bailed out sharpish. It wasn't even busy so no excuses please....

We visited Pizza Hut for a quick tea , taking advantage of their 41% discount offer , we were greeted by very pleasant staff ,who were relief staff from Carlisle, far better than the normal Lancaster staff. The food order was taken promptly and efficiently, the drinks arrived quickly ,and the shortly after , the food was very well presented and cooked, the staff were attentive throughout our visit . If we are ever in Carlisle we will probably visit the store , still have reservations about Lancaster store !

We visited as a group of two adults and two children, and on the whole weren't disappointed. It was rather quiet for a Saturday evening, so parking was easy and we were seated right away. The food (primarily pizza, with a couple of sides) was the usual good standard although the salad bar could have been a bit tidier and fuller. There was a problem with some of the soda flavours at the self service station, however there was enough choice to find an alternative. From experience Pizza Huts can vary in quality of everything from service to pizza bases, so I've learnt to never have expectations too high, but Lancaster seems to be one of the better branches. I'd visit again if I was in the area.

I visited the restaurant with my family for a nice meal, it took them 10 mins to wipe down a table before seating us. Then they didn't return for a further 20 mins before taking our order. When food came it was perfect can't fault the food, however still no plates had been removed from table (salad bowels) then once finished meal they took pudding order but again failed to take any plates. The puddings arrived 15 mins after ordering!!!

I've been a fair few times to Pizza Hut as easily one of my other halfs favourite places to eat. First time at Lancaster though. Food was great and the young girl who served us worked her backside off. The Christmas deal of starter, main, salad bar & drink was great value and honestly couldn't fault it.That said.... The music in the restaurant was drowned out by music coming from the kitchens. It was really distracting and made it hard to concentrate on conversations. The man who appeared to be in charge looked like he'd just got out of bed and it was reflected in the fabric of the building. It looked a little tired, and frankly in places downright dirty and not really the standard of others I have been too. I'm hoping it was just a one off bad experience.

Tasty pizza and reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful. Food has improved significantly over past couple of years. Just wish they would get a pepper mill again. Makes the world of difference. Will definitely return.

Pizza on the buffet was excellent, a good selection and nice and hot!Restaurant area was tidy and well presented.Staff were polite and helpful and did well to retain a smiley and pleasant service in light of a fellow customer who kept forgetting her pleases and thank yous!Staff also did well to keep the place running despite there appearing to not be many of them there over lunchtime.Would definitely come back here. We went on a Saturday afternoon , we got seated straight away , the staff where great, talked us through the menu and all the offers and brought coloring stuff for the kids to keep them occupied. Only downside is the salad bar could of done with being topped up a bit but it was busy in there so I'm sure the staff got round to doing that but other than that all the food was spot on and the staff friendly and helpful, I'd recommend and we'll be going back.

We had the buffet style so started with the salad which was a choice of cold pastas, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, potatoes salad, bacon bits, dried onion, red onion, sweet corn a few more plus all the sauces, like garlic mayo, thousand island dressing etc. The pizzas on offer were coming out fresh and very hot a good choice, ham and pineapple, chicken bbq, margarita, vegetable, salami and a few more. They were delicious. Service was friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back.

There were only two waitresses though it was quite busy. They were very courteous and friendly though the service was rather slow. The main problem was that they had run out of a lot of ingredients/dishes. It was early evening and there were no flat breads, so low calorie options were "off" and no large deep pan bases. No chocolate cheesecake either for me :(Toilets were pretty miserable too!

Been here a couple of times and it is what it is decent pizza's and sides. ordered takeaways to pick up twice in the last month or so and thats where the issue is first time i ordered online and it said 20 minuets ended up waiting close to a hour and Friday i ordered via telephone again waited close to a hour when the staff it would be 20 minuets.

Went with all the family after a day out. Six adults and three children. Food was great and the staff were efficient. Everyone left happy.

just your average overpriced pizza ,waited ages for it to come and not impressed,wouldnt go back no wow factor for me sorry

Love the food here, salad bar always seems fresh, pizzas are desserts are delicious! More expensive than other pizza places but it suits us as it's very child friendly.

Chanced it and called here after a manic day being a tourist we were shown to a table straight away, service from Megan M was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Pizza was delicious and the onion rings too. Plenty of parking available, they have a machine just inside the door which you put your registration number in and you then have 5 hours free parking. Overall......,,,,would go again.

We came for a work meal, there was 5 of us and we had 1 hour to eat - which was done as food is just out ready and is replaced quickly!Pizza was great, salad bar was amazing and had nacho's which made my day!Pasta bar was really disappointing and refillable drinks.Amazing and am going again.Furniture is updated and staff are really friendly.

I love going to pizza hut. I always know that when I go there I'm going to get great customer service and great food! The only suggestion I'd have it's for staff to constantly check the salad bar because it can sometimes run low and to make sure all the salad stays because sometimes there's not always the salad I want there

For everyone moaning about this place, please remember what it is. Don't expect an Italian top chef, and don't expect a specials board. But if you want a bite to eat, it's fab. Service was great, the Meat Feast was great, Garlic Bread was great. Can't fault it. So if you're looking for somewhere with low lighting and an Italian ambience so you can hold hands and whisper sweet nothings, look elsewhere. That's not what they do. If you're looking for a tasty meal or take away, you can't go wrong.Perfect for kids too.

Love pizza but not a fan of Pizza Hut, fond the food bland and the serving staff disinterested. If you want a pizza get a cheaper takeaway or go to authentic italian

Nothing wrong with this place at all, staff really good, food is really good the only gripe I have is if you have a few kids with you it can become quite an expensive meal out.

Visited here for lunch today. Ample parking, a light and airy venue with friendly staff and good food. The drinks and salad were also a nice touch as the salad came free with the meal and the drinks were unlimited. The reason I'm not giving it an excellent rating however is that we had to wait over 30 minutes for the bill we had requested which considering the place wasn't overcrowded, was a bit of an annoyance. Good overall though, I would go again.

Good food, good service and tasty fast food. Does what it says. We booked from nearby hotel for tea with a <1yr old. All sorted. Good parking and all at expected price.

Nice clean place friendly staff. We all had the all you can eat buffet @ £6-99 each which was good value for money. Choice of six pizzas, garlic bread, pasta and salad.My only reservation was that the pizza base extremely thin but very tasty.

Came here for tea after the cinema was really busy the food was nice and staff were really helpful and friendly my pizza was really nice I'm gluten free and there was a good choice of pizza.

Dined here on Sunday 28 February,clean,contemporary,friendly staff and good quality pizza!! No sign of Mikey;Donatello or Raphael,but Master Splinter says,pizza good,my children!!!

Family of 9 visited the Pizza Hut and I'm not really a lover of Pizza's but with 4 grandkids in tour we thought they would like it. Well the adults loved it too. Staff very friendly and helpful and the foods was delicious. We will certainly visiting this place again soon.

went at xmas, no tree or decorations, no real xmas ambience. overpriced for what you get and couldnt helped feeling i had been mugged off, arrived at 5.30 pm and just missed the meal deals which finished at 5 pm and to add insult to injury the deals start again at 7pm so paying double for the only 2 hours in the day. the free salad left a lot to be desired no onions and no indication what the salad dressings were, i thought i had picked a tomato dressing it turned out to be chlli and the mayo turned out to be garlic. there was no spaghetti or carbonarra, the garlic bread was just a slice of bread and didnt have the proper pizza base garlic bread.There was no kids activities offered like colouring books & crayons as advertised. best avoided and use the spaghetti house instead only half the price and double the choice with many variations of proper garlic bread.

Good if you get the buffet deal, but the pizzas do come out rather sad looking.The drinks fountain would have to be the highlight by adding a syrup flavour to any of the drinks - which I think speaks volumes.

Enetered and were greeted and seated within seconds. Orders got taken in good time by pleasant and polite staff. Starters arrived at the table with minimal waiting time and mains arrived at the table before We had finished the starters. Despite being busy. It wasn't a rushed atmosphere and we didn't feel like the staff were waiting for us to leave, which was a nice change. Couldn't fault the food or cleanliness of this branch. Will definitely return again if in the area.

This was a first for us. Brought our 2 grandchildren here for a Saturday night treat. The place was packed & we had to wait about 15 minutes in a queue. Finally got a table which was really wobbly. Our order was taken quickly enough & we were invited to help ourselves to the salad bar. A lot of the containers were empty & the others looked a tad "messy" with bits of other stuff mixed in. None of the dressings were labelled to say what they were. No breads ticks either. Anyway the children had the kids meal deal which was surprisingly good value. (The pizzas were a bit meagre.) I ordered the chicken pasta bake & the wife had a bbq pizza, we decided we'd share each one for a taste of both. I must say the pasta bake was shocking for the price. It was £9 odd & honestly was worth maybe £1.50. The pizza was tasty but again was no where near the £9 odd for that either. Both grandchildren (7 & 10) left ice cream. We were going to finish it off, but it was the weirdest tasting ice cream ever, so we left it. The 10yr old complained of feeling unwell on the way home & the 7yr old was vomiting when we got home. So I don't know! I certainly don't think the nearly £40 bill was worth the money. So we won't be going g again.
