Pizza Hut, Chaddesdon, Derby in Derby

Went with boyfriend this evening 01/10/2020. Around 8 o’clock. Great social distancing. Super friendly staff. Quick service. Would 100% recommend. The woman working was especially good, and could have a laugh with the workers.

Stop after roller world . We have never been to this restaurant before and I really hate leaving bad reviews. Salad bowl was a bowl of brown milo lettuce and one tomato . My steak and chicken flat bread was not great the steak looked like kebab meat and tasted horrible. Pizzas greasy. Potatoes salad inedible ( god knows what the white stuff was ). Drinks ( machine not mixed correctly ) . Over £60 spent , back to mod pizza we go The staff were friendly

Went here for midweek buffet lunch with my granddaughter food wasn’t too bad but the service was slow for saying there was only 6 people in there.

So we booked a table for 3 kids and 2 adults as it was a birthday treat ! We arrived at 12.30 didn’t see any staff a guy was on the phone when we arrived he , then half mumbled to us and showed to us to the table , so I’ve not been to Pizza Hut for afew years so not sure how the buffet worked he asked us what we wanted to drink and disappeared! We were left for a while so I presumed you just helped yourself , no one explained how it worked my husband ordered a beer which never came I had to ask someone for it ! Everything else was self serve ! The restaurant was only a quarter full not busy but most were having all you can eat buffet we went up to the buffet area ! Where I was disappointed to find hardly any pizza it was empty ! The guy was cooking them but 1 at a time people were Grabbing the pizza everytime it came out just wasn’t much choice , 2 kinds of sloppy pasta and bits of salad that wasn’t overly appetising , Ice cream factory ran out of ice cream , the area was sticky and dirty not clean ! we counted 8 staff at one point and they didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on the guy who took our order never came back , suddenly started filling up and we ate and left what a total disappointment wasn’t cheap either ! Staff need customer service training and the whole place lacked atmosphere! I definitely won’t be returning ! I felt like I’d paid just to eat salad ! Don’t bother I think kfc would of been better !

We go to Wyvern quite often and have accumulated points points and pizza slices. Last week we gave our ID to the waitress which should have registered on the app after we paid. It didn't so we queried it with the manager who said they had no control over the app but on checking found that their waitress hadn't input out ID but didn't know how to correct it and recommended we contacted the helpline on the app. I've sent two emails but sadly no reply and still no response. This company don't care about their customers issues

After ordering and then sitting down with drinks and salad were informed that they had run out of individual pan bases. This was at 6pm Ordered a stuffed crust and american thin which were awful. Ruined a family meal and a total waste of money. Wont be visiting again.

Very quick lunch service for a busy restaurant, good selection of vegan options which are cooked individually

I have been to this Pizza Hut several times and this visit is by far the worst. A table was booked online and we were sat on arrival and then left’d for about 20 minutes before we were even asked if we wanted to order drinks. Once the starters and pizza’s where ordered we were left ‘d waiting again for what seemed ages I think it was about another 40 minutes before the starters came out. We had to ask a couple of times what was happening and we never got a straight answer until they said they were short staffed, thus should have had been said once the food order was taken. It wasn’t just our table that had unhappy people. Once the starters were finished the pizzas came out and it was the lady who cooked them who brought them out and was brilliant. The waiting staff seamed to be not doing a lot apart from talking with each other. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the lady who dealt with us in the end. She was going from table to table apologising for the wait. I will also mention that due to the poor service we received the lady who dealt with us in the end gave us a discount. She is a credit to your company and she did her best to sort the situation out.

Pizza Hut is my idea of Sunday dinner, free parking, quick and friendly service, plenty of choice of pizza types on the menu, while waiting try a salad, good food.

Visited last night. Ordered and my wife has an allergy to mushrooms. Told the waitress. No problems. Then the manager decided to intervene. My wife just itches a bit if there is a trace of mushroom but the manager didn’t want to listen. Just said “I don’t think you should dine here”. He was not willing to listen and was rude beyond belief. Been to this restaurant many times before and no problems. Went to the other Derby Pizza Hut and we had no problems there. Won’t be visiting here again

Went to CostCo and couldn't face the traffic through the horrendous road works (if you live in Derby you will know what I mean). The Pizza Hut sign beckoned brightly and our stomachs rumbled. GeorgiaA met us with a bright smile and looked after us throughout our visit. A glass of wine, lovely pizza and salad soon had us fortified and ready for the journey home.

Impromptu visit with my friend for lunch. Food was lovely as always, didn’t feel rushed at all. Nice space between starter and main coming out so we didn’t feel bloated. Only thing I felt was slow was waiting for the waitress to come take our order when we first arrived. Other than that, she was very friendly and was a great visit, will definitely go back.

The pizza was great. We enjoyed the salad bar while waiting for our pizzas. And finally the kids had a great time putting sprinkles on their dessert. Staff were friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go again.

My kids love Pizza Hut but I feel disappointed with the service every time I go without exception. Staff seem too busy or not bothered. Last time the order was wrong and the waiter simply blamed the ‘rubbish’ kitchen staff and did nothing to address it. Not even an apology. So we do try to avoid it although 3 and 4 year olds can be very persuasive. This seems a theme at more than one Pizza Hut branches and the company would do well to address it. I’ll continue to avoid in the mean time.

I visited for the midweek lunchtime buffet with my mum and 15 month old son. We had booked a table which we were shown straight to on arrival. Crayons and a coulouring sheet were already waiting on the table along with a high chair. Our waitress immediately asked if we wanted a menu or buffet and took our drinks order. With a young child speed is everything as they get bored easily so this was so far brilliant! The salad bar was fresh and well stocked, the pizza buffet piping hot, fresh and plentiful. The restaurant and toilets were immaculate and our waitress could not have been more polite. When it came to getting our bill she was fast and efficient. We will definitely be returning sooner rather than later!

Staff helpful, food arrived quickly, I was the only one in there! Pizzas always seem a little greasy! It’s clean and food hot

Booked for family birthday meal arrived at 5 pm and shown to our table and ordered food and drinks promptly.2 of our party got their food after about 20 minutes they had eaten their food and ours hadn’t arrived my daughter got up and asked what was happening to be told “sorry I will check “ other tables were having their food bought out who had came in after us,got up again to ask how much longer eventually some more food came 40 mins later ,were now waiting for one more adult meal and a child’s meal my daughter got up after 50 mins and told them not to bother but it came out exactly 1hr after first order,!!! Spoilt our evening completely the manager took £20 off the bill but they should have come and apologised bought a few chips to be eating or something what ever happened to customer service.Will not recommend or will go back shame really as the food was nice

My daughter and I popped into pizza hut whilst out and about around 2.30pm. We were greeted promptly and asked if we needed the vegan or gluten free menu. We replied no thank you but we're vegetarian.

With the free parking just outside and the short walk to the Pizza hut door, whats not to like, its the usual menu, great salad, good food with excellent staff, good pizza choice for anyone.

I don't think you can go wrong taking a hungry child to Pizza Hut and Wyvern Derby did not disappoint!! Welcomed with a smile and shown to our table, the only fault I could pick is that we sat for at least 5 minutes before anyone came to take our order. Familiar with the concept and having visited previously however, we decided to "help ourselves" to the buffet in the meantime. Not in our nature to be so impolite but we were starving and it was getting close to 5pm which I think is when the buffet finishes.

Having never been to Pizza Hut before (I know it’s insane!) myself and my partner decided to try it for the lunchtime buffet - all you can eat sounded perfect.

With visiting the restaurant quite late, the free salad didn’t have much choice and hadn’t been cleaned for some time, this was a little disappointing as we like to have something before our pizza. Me and my partner had the half and half pizza which we really enjoyed. Fresh and tasty.

Went for the Buffett at dinner time, me my husband and two children! Because your on borrowed time you have to wait ages for fresh pizza! Really disappointed as the children had to settle with cold dry pizza! Not one person comes over to ask if your ok! Customer service not yogi scratch nor is the food! Very put off going again!

After a poor seating service in a restaurant not even a quarter full and food that tasted of toasted a4 paper my suggestion would be to buy a Chicago town pizza from a supermarket and cook it at home

Me and my Wife had a fantastic experience in Pizza Hut. The staff were very pleasant. Very attentive. The food was amazing. Definitely value for money. Will definitely be going back soon. 😊

We went to the pizza hut in Derby recently and where very disappointed the staff did not seem interested in doing there job they seemed to be more fixed on there social lives the order eventually came and it was wrong and missing an item. During the meal some other patrons of the restaurant where quite happily letting some of there children run riot around the restaurant after the children got bored of harassing everyone they decided to just stand behind us and throw pizza at us, even though the staff had to clear up the mess nothing was said to the parents I put this down to all the staff looking very young and nobody seemed to be in charge. Dreadful experience do not intend going to them or another pizza hut anytime soon.

It’s good to go over lunch , but takes at least an hour if you are working , plan ahead that this will take time

I recently ha a short lunch break during a business trip in derby, and stopped at this restaurant. I tried salads, nice and tasty. My company colleagues tried salads and pizza. The combo menu is worth of the money. Staff was very friendly.

Let’s be honest. Pizza Hut won’t win any prizes for authentic Italian dishes. But you don’t visit Pizza Hut for this.

This is a decent Pizza Hut, with the solid food you'd expect, but what really made the difference to me was the great service. The food came quickly and the waiter was great - I'd come again.

Since finding out they offer dairy and gluten free pizza's weve been a few times. They are genuinly good pizzas, the service and quality are also good. Definitely recommend and will without a doubt return at some point! :)

We recently visited this Pizza Hut for the Buffet Lunch. This was my first time in one of Pizza Huts Restaurants and I was impressed by the service and the food. You could chose to eat as much pizza and pasta and salad as you required.

Staff so helpful and knowledgeable about gluten free choices for Coeliacs. Each member of staff I came in to contact with was friendly and accommodating. I would certainly recommend this restaurant.

Stopped on a very busy Wednesday night only just managed to get a table as it was very busy, seated quickly and order taken promptly, place is well presented and tidy and staff were very efficient and not rushed and took time with the order and dessert recommendations. Well worth a visit, but probably a good idea to book.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch as we were passing through Derby, Normally we would have stopped at Costco but decide to have a change this time as it had been a while since we had been in a Pizza Hut.

The starters where very nice and did not have to wait long for them. The pizza was very nice and plenty of meat. The staff where nice.

We visited this pizza hut at 5pm just as Derby was turning out so it was very busy.we were shown to a small table by the window and given menus Jake ( I think) was our server came and took our order very promptly.we ordered the bug sharer which was great value with salad bar a large pizza 2 sides and dessert the food came all very well prepared and hot ..once finished our server boxed up our leftover slices to take home. All in all fab food for a very reasonable price and great staff ...a good all round experience!

Came in for my 16th birthday. We decided to buy a dessert. We bought an ice cream factory and they gave us they short changed us and when we asked them about it they were rude and said we lied then told us to look on the floor for it and walked off. We weren’t bothered about that fact of £2 it was when we asked to speak to the manager he wouldn’t come over to speak to us, when we spoke to other members of staff they said speak to the manager but he wouldn’t come over to speak to us. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

My friend and I had been to Costco so decided to have tea here before going home we wished we hadn't we had been to another Pizza Hut last week and was excellent but won't be returning here the food was ok but the service was dire and staff not particularly helpful or friendly

We went for lunch on a Friday with friends, there were 3 adults & 3 little girls aged 3 and 4. The adults had buffet & the children had the children's menu. The salad bar was very nice & kept well stocked. Nice choices for kids too. The buffet had lots of pizza options though the penne was a bit rubbery/ dried out. Daughter's pizza looked nice. Service was a bit sporadic- may be not enough staff on duty. Restaurant wasn't full. I thought they were well set up for families & it offered value for money. Would go back for lunch again with my daughter.

Was a little dirty but didn't mind. Great range of salad all you can eat. Good variety of pizza and pasta dishes. Fantastic selection of drinks. We had my sons 8th birthday party at Pizza Hut it was a great price and the bloke that did the party was very good and kept the kids entertained.

I initially last visited in 2016, during the winter months.They had a new jazzy menu and this awesome Drink machine where you can combine various drinks with new flavours. it's a gimmick for the kids, but works for the adults too as I saw soo many go back, as if it were the next invention like coco cola.Upon arriving with the misses, we were greeted with smiles and shown to our table, we ordered some Pizza obviously and we also ordered some starters and fries, trying out new things on the menu which I thought WAS FANTASTIC btw compared to the old Pizza hut menu were most familiar with.My pizza........ it's now march 2017 I still remember it, because it was that nice for taste and appearance. my misses pizza was a typical Cheese and tomartoe, this was very very cheesy if your a cheese fan, my pepperoni was cooked to perfection. I cannot knock this place, as the atmosphere was great, the service was even better they re visit you and ask how every thing is going, they helped me with the menu, and were polite no matter what, The fries came in a mini tin bucket, again very stylish and blended well with the pizza theme. the prices however I felt were excessive, I couldn't work out where the money had gone, on the pizza or the whole experience. it's one of those I'll go to places once in a while due to the pricing. had it been any cheaper I think you'll be more regular however top pizza top staff, top atmosphere I recommend pizza hut @ Wyvern the price is worth it, if your after the deals. this I did not do. Thank you.

My partner and I went today for lunch. We have the £20 deal. A large sharing pizza and a dessert each. It was lovely! Will be returning:-)

I never had anywhere better pizza, very like this restaurant, we are going once per months to this place. Always friendly and tasty.

We popped into this restaurant for a take away pizza meal. We ordered two deep pan pizzas and two sides for £22. The staff were very friendly and didn't keep us waiting long to take our order. The order was ready quite quickly, less than 15 minutes. I enjoyed my meal immensely, unfortunately, my wife hated her pizza, but she can be a bit of a fussy eater, lol.

Being a coeliac can be a real pain but when I took a friend here she was treated like royalty & nothing was too much trouble. The staff were professional & knew exactly what was required. Went far & away above what we expected & made the visit a joy

Called into Pizza Hut for a bite to eat while the traffic cleared and really enjoyed the food and the service.

Not been to Pizza Hut in a while and wasn't disappointed at all We had the all in buffet style. Salad bar was plentiful and fresh and the pizzas were freshly cooked and hot Lovely clean restaurant and staff were pleasant too. Ate far too much and no room for pudding Well worth the money

Had lunch here today been ages since i went to a pizza Hut. Staff were nice. Initial pizzas a bit cool and chewy bit new ones came out and they were nice. Salad bar a bit bland but well stocked. Toilets weren't very clean with toilet paper all over the floor but that could have just happened. £7.50 for eat all you like lunch. Ok but i think it will be a long time before i come again. Prefer harvester. Sorry guys.

Went with my friend and daughter today. The food was lovely and we had a nice time, however, a lady came and cleared our plates and we ordered a desert. We waited for the desert and a male waiter came and asked if we wanted the bill, I explained we were waiting for our desert. The desert arrived and we ate it which was great. He then approached us again and said 'are you finished now' then asked if we 'wanted the bill or....' when he bring the bill he then bought the cars reader and asked if it was by card. I felt we were constantly being pushed out. The table wasn't needed as there were only four other tables occupied in the whole place.Nice catch up with my friend and lovely food but made to feel uncomfortable when finished.

The food was nice and the service was quick however the food came out wrong 3 times.. the manager wasn't overly helpful and quite rude. We never did get the pizza we wanted with the right toppings or source..

I went to Pizza Hut with my friend and it was good. Food was very nice and most of the experience was great apart from one issue.We had a booking at another place afterwards and finished our meal a bit early on so we sat and had a drink and chatted. We then were confronted by a waitress who gas us our bill almost like she was wanting us to leave. That would be my only issue but it has never happened before so I would take it as a one off.

Went this evening 5pm ish and was seated at a dirty table with tissues underneath and next to a cleaning station which also looked. Filthy - the floor even felt unclean underneath our feet. Didn't even stay to order. Much nicer family places elsewhere, so off we went to Nando's

I often call in here during half term because both my daughter and I love the buffet lunch that they have.We have never had a bad experience here and for the price you get a great choice of pizzas (even for me as a veggie) and plenty of salad too.I can't really comment on the service as it's 'self service' but have never experienced any staffing issues upon entering or paying.Recommended for cheap eats when you can't be bothered to wait for food!

Lovely warm welcome given a choice of seating nothing too much trouble, food hot and tasty not too long of a wait. Only bad point toilets not very tidy sinks filled with water empty toilet rolls on the floor. Staff member did come in while I was their but left straight away? But overall a place we would visit again.

Went when England match was on so very quiet, had a great welcome and all food was excellent. Really couldn't fault it. Noisy crying kids was a problem as acoustics aren't great, but they left soon after we arrived. Puddings are vastly improved and delicious!

The customer service at the pizzas hut in Foresters Leisure Park was absolutely brilliant. In particular member of staff name David who was absolutely brilliant, he is very friendly and welcoming and definitely made our experience at Pizza Hut fantastic I would definitely go again and loved to be serviced by him again. I would recommend going as the staff are lovely and make the experience even better with there welcoming and friendly attitude. Great for children and family fun.

Order was delivered nearly 20 mins later than the 5.30 time requested .I had to phone up to chase up the order .when delivery finally arrive the pizza was lukewarm at best. Very dissapointed with the whole service

Great buffet selection of salad, pizza and pasta. Unlimited drinks also a bonus for the family. Friendly service.

Restaurant normally full of young children and noisy. King of the coast pizza is very good, Salad bar needs to be restocked, friendly staff.

Arrival was fine - waitress who showed us to our seats was lovely and gave the kids colouring books and crayons - we were then replaced with another waitress who was also lovely - but once she took our orders she left shift and we were forgotten about for quite some time isolated in the back corner The pizzas weren't great - they were quite dry with minimal toppings on them Self serve drinks are a good idea and ideal in this busy restaurant The final waitress we had was rude, abrupt and not at all friendly - a smile wouldn't of gone a miss We were planning on having puddings but as the service had been terrible we decided to leave and paid cash to the waitress - no change given despite it being £6.50 owed i asked for the money which she replied " ask the manager on the way out" We stood waiting for the manager who thought we were waiting to be seated?! Poor communication Poor management Poor food on this occassion And the restaurant was filthy - food all over the floors, many tables left in a mess, ice cream self serve area was messy , self serve drinks area glasses - most were unclean And I got site of the kitchens whilst standing near it when the door opened I was shocked - overspilling bins with no lids, mountains of dirty dishes, floor covered in mess, food containers left open - Never again will I eat here

Not had pizza in an age. So if you're like me bored of burgers, chips and chicken this is the place to go. Walked through the door and met with a pleasant member of staff who walked us to our table. Now a new offer is a sharing pizza and 2 desserts for £20. Plus the bottomless drinks. Waited about 30 minutes for the pizza to arrive and if I was alone I wouldn't want to pay for a single pizza. We only ended up with 4 slices each but we have dessert I thought to myself. I decided to have the banana waffle. Low and behold the ice cream was missing. However the waitress admitted that she never puts ice cream on that particular dessert (even though the menu states it) so be careful the banana waffle comes with ice cream. Overall a nice experience specially the flavours of soft drink that you can't get in the shops. Decor was clean unlike it's sister takeaway next door kfc. Apart from the ice cream mistake a very good experience.. oh I forgot the unlimited salad bar...

A good selection of pizzas & salad to help yourself too. Tasty. Friendly and efficient service. The pizzas could do with labels so you know what is in them. The food & service is faultless considering the price. Will be back again some time.

Visited with some family for the lunch time buffet. I would advise booking as we just turned up and had to wait for around half an hour to be seated. The pizza selection was good and the salad bar was constantly being topped up, the only thing I think they could do to make it better would be to put out labels informing you what is on each pizza, as there wasn't always anyone there to ask. Staff were attentive and friendly as always. Looking forward to returning.

Well we were really surprised at the change in this place.Not sure if it's under new management but the pizzas were topped up regular so know waiting.The salad was fresh and the staff were pleasant but not on your back.Brill buffet hope it does not fail again

The staff are wonderful. The starters were excellent; highly recommend the ribs. The pizza was disappointing; look warm, stuff crust wasn't stuffed!The limitless drink was great value. Go for the £20:00 meal for two would be my recommendation.

Went here tonight with my family for an 'end of summer holiday' meal (I also had a 241 on main meals voucher!!) Leah S was our waitress and she was lovely - she greeted us with a smile when she took our order and our food came promptly. Leah came over several times and asked if everything was alright which of course it was. When we paid our bill she mentioned that we could get another 241 voucher by completing the survey. We will definitely be going back!

I wasn't very happy with my visit, took the ages to see if we were ready to order and took even longer for them to take away the dinner plates so we could order and place our deserts on the table, they also sat us under the air conditioning unit and we were freezing :( The place left a bad memory in my head!!

Lovely place. It's a very cheap place with lovely food to enjoy. Even if you don't like Pizza you can still go and eat something else. They offer unlimited salad which is really good. Unlimited drinks aswell. Staff are lovely and helpful. I really reccomend.

My friend and I chose Pizza Hut for our catch up date. I haven't been here for a while, but it was still as good as ever. We hadn't booked but we were seated straight away. Our waitress was brilliant, very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, the cheese fries were amazing The salad bar was full and fresh. Would definitely return and recommend visiting.

Herby chicken very tasty + salad of course (5 a day!!).I had low calorie veg Pizza always tasty and I pile loads more salad on just because I can.

We popped in for dinner. Was greeted well shown to our table and high chair was brought over. We were told who would be looking afterwards and proceeded to wait for at least 10 minutes before we were seen. But once the initial contact was made we were looked after very well. Our waitress was great. She couldn't do too much for us. The food was what you would expect. The kids meal was yummed up by our little one. The salad bar area was well stocked and clean. Though the drinks machine gave me a choice of flavours to add (I chose cherry) it was just standard lemonade. All in all not a bad experience.

Buffet is better option than orders, it good lunch opportunity with Freinds . Good choice for kids to eat, kids meals available . Better value with buffet rather than orders. Sweets is pretty good kids love it. Pizza with stuffed crust not to be missed and worth trying if you are a pizza fun, it's different and delicious

We went for the buffet as we enjoy the variety of pizza's and salad bar. We were seated immediately and served promptly. The waitress was attentive and friendly. We had the refillable drinks and managed two each. We both enjoyed the meal and the service. The place itself is clean and tidy. The only thing I would like to see is the buffet served all day not just before 3pm. All in all very satisfied..

Took my children yesterday as a treat rather pay for a buffet get more choice for your money. Any other time children's meals reasonable price. Gave my children glasses of water charge the earth for juice or unlimited. I made a point of telling the waitress that my youngest son, he's 3.. Wouldn't each much so would they still charge me. They let him have a free meal as long as I paid for the others. Which I was going to. Alot of choice on pizza and salad bar.

I don't go in the pizza huts much but went in just because it's near to where I was at the time, it ok for a quick bite this one does get busy and is full of kids at this time ( this was not a problem for me it was very loud but if you don't want that it's not a place for you,) the menu is varied with lots of choice but it was busy and the staff did mange to serve everyone and get food to us in not a bad time, all in all its what it is clean and food is ok so can't really ask for more

a young lady sat us down in a quiet place because there was a lot o young children, took our order and spoke to us properly and it was a really nice experience, as well as the food being top notch and being able to take away what you cannot fit in.

Came with my boyfriend for something to eat before we went to the cinema, I used and abused the free salad bar all night! Our pizza was amazing and will definitely be returning in the future!!

Pizza Hut is without a doubt the best established restaurant of its type in the UK and it prides itself on consistency. They maintained that standard with the food during our visit but they let themselves down with a few mistakes one which could potentially have ruined the night.The big error was that I booked in advance knowing that Saturday is busy especially as this was for a birthday. However we arrived only to find that our booking hadn't been recorded. I showed the receptionist my phone call history which clearly identified the date and time when I called. Luckily a table large enough for us was free so the problem was overcome.Another issue that was poor was the fact that the platters for the pizzas weren't cleared away and we had them piled on the table while eating dessert. I suspect this was due to load on the staff as they normally clear up promptly.There were a couple of other minor errors but I won't detail them. Despite the above I wouldn't let it put anyone off eating here and I'll use it again myself. I just hope the management use this to check if some of the routines need reviewing to prevent a reoccurrence.

We arrived at tea time on a bank holiday and it was very busy. However after a 10minute wait for a table we were seated with space for pushchair. Becky served us and did not rush us in deciding on our food and offered to wait until I had finished feeding my daughter. The pizzas and side orders we had came hot and all tasted good. Ice cream factory was a nice treat but shame there was not any jelly beans/babies. The unlimited re-fills is also a plus and as a group of 6 we felt it was a reasonable amount on the bill. Will be back for a treat again soon.

I don't think there was anything positive to say about our visit to this particular restaurant. We put in an order to take-away, that was a hassle in itself. The manager was being very awkward about what we wanted. Then we had to wait over an hour and a half for our food. We had to chase them several times for it. Their response was "it's on it's way" but I'm guessing they messed up somewhere and forgot to make food. There was a few other customers in the 'Take away' part, who were also waiting a long time for their orders. The manager was completely unhelpful and unfriendly. We complained and he eventually gave us two £10 vouchers, when we got back to our hotel with our food we noticed the vouchers were for that particular restaurant only. We were only there for the night - which we did tell the waitress, so what use were they?! Absolutely awful experience.

Great staff, very friendly, service was great, even though they were very busy. Food was good as expected.

Visited Saturday evening. Very busy but given a table straight away. Had the sharing deal for £24.95. Very good value. Plenty of food for the 3 of us. Particularly enjoyed the cookie dough. All staff were very polite and friendly. Only complaint is that it was very noisy due to some children running around screaming. Don't know how the staff remained so patient.

It was my diabetic sons treat day so we though pizza Hut. On arrival as normal we had a lovely reception from the team. I ask what jucie they had and he pointed to the drinks counter. My son couldn't have the juice as it was no added sugar instead of sugar free. He was stuck with water. He waiter was apologtic. The food was lovely though. The girl cooking the buffet pizza was abit rude and not smiling at all. Maybe because she was rushed who knows.

Warm welcome, quick service and great pizza. The restaurant warm, clean and really buzzing. Staff friendly and attentive

After going to Costco, we decided we needed something to eat and so went for Pizza Hut as it was close by. Friendly waitress, the salad bar was ok - it was like a retro blast from the past! Pizza was what you would expect - pizza is pizza.

Was starving hungry and was pleasantly surprised all you can eat for £7! All I can say was lovely! Tables clean, service good food delicious. Definitely be back....

I decided to treat my son to a bite out after picking him up from college. I reserved a table online at Pizza Hut. We received a warm welcome and we was seated immediately . The waitress asked if we was happy with the table or would we like to sit elsewhere.We ordered our Pizza`s and we was told that we could help ourselves to the unlimited salad bar,there was so much choice. The pizza`s arrived soon after , my son had the Meat feast and I had the Blazin` Inferno. Both pizza`s were a good size and delicious . We took advantage of the unlimited soft drinks and we both had the unlimited ice cream from the Ice cream factory with unlimited toppings. All in all excellent value and we both left feeling completely stuffed. The restaurant had a friendly ambiance and it was obvious that the staff enjoyed their job`s as this was reflected in our dining experience . Well done to all at this restaurant we will definitely call again.

Reasonable pizza, reasonable prices. popular with families. Can't fault it really although the ice cream machine was out of order when I went. Sad Face.

Me and my twin daughters aged 16 went on a Saturday @ 18.30. Unfortunately for us there was a very large party in before us. Although our order was taken quite quickly from a very please guy, the way he treated us was second to none. After 40 mins we had to ask where our starter was, he apologised and indicated the large tables food was taking a long time to come out. Then quickly went to the kitchen to see where our food was, he came back to us and told us out food was out next, of which it was. Our main course I think was ready before we were. The margarita had a soggy base and cold top, my pepperoni thin base was stone cold and my other daughter was extremely tough to cut through and cold. I think it may have been noticed as we left quite a bit on the plates. We didn't mention the state of the pizzas as to be honest we didn't want to wait any longer, and we didn't want to eat again. The waiter said because we were waiting for so long he wouldn't change for the starters and drinks. Because of the way the waiter conducted himself we left a tip, he was very professional.

Came here as we really fancied a pizza and there was one local. Good derive and waitress attentive. Ordered two starters: ribs and these crisp things with a cheesy sauce and crispy onions. Ribs were ok but the crisps were almost inedible as they'd been sprinkled with a shed load of spicy salty stuff, which was not listed on the description. We both ordered stuffed crusts pizzas, one veg one meat, individual size. Looked good and tasted good too. We also had 3 drinks. Overall food was good but we could have eaten somewhere much much nicer for the same price, approx £55. Think I'll just stick to ordering Dominoes from home in future.

Out and about on a rainy day and stopped here for tea. The food was great and the choice at the salad bar was wonderful too. Our service was exceptional. Will definitely be back again. Our waiter was really friendly and helpful too.

On entering I asked if they would do a pizza with no cheese in lunch buffet (I'm allergic)was told yes. Kids fetched Salad I was then told I'd have to order off menu and pay for normall pizza. On gettin plates for kids had to sort plates as lots of plates dirty. Told waiter he sorted them out and took more away than he left. My pizza was nice waitress friendly

Arrived at teatime, the place was busy we were quickly seated and informed that our server was Lauren. Within minutes Lauren arrived, took drinks and food orders and was off buzzing around her section, the gorgeous pizzas arrived in a really good time to say how busy it was, we were courtesy checked by Lauren and our plates cleared and desserts ordered.The pizzas and desserts were great, the service speed great, However in Lauren you have a little superstar! We were so impressed and thought she was just brilliant! Thank you!
