Love visiting. Kids love the buffet. Plenty of choice. Very good quality and choice. Could do with better info on pizza as just having manger special doesn't tell u anything. Staff very friendly and helpfull.

Customer Service in this place is a joke. Now call me a dinosaur, but I loved the old days when: 1. YOU COULD PAY CASH 2. YOU GOT SERVED AT THE TABLE BY A REAL PERSON 3. I COULD THEN TIP SAID REAL PERSON WITH..... CASH! First thing they say to you when you walk in the door is, "It's card only, is that ok?" Well no it's not ok, it's a joke. If my local boozer can take cash then why not this dump. Next they show you to a table, give you a menu and say "When you want to order just scan the barcode with your phone, download a stupid pizza hut app, and order online with said app." I said, "Er no I'm not downloading your stupid app". They said "OK, so go over to the computer terminal over there and enter your table number and place your order." I said "forget it" and we left. How can they call this progress? It now takes longer to order than before, means you've got to faf about basically doing their job for them. What next, cook the food yourself? Wash up afterwards maybe? Nah sorry Pizza Hut. I will NEVER return.

Weekday lunch eat in. Pizza buffet deal was hot, and service was good. Prices were ok as it was a weekday. Not too busy either so all good. No complaints.

I ordered a takeaway and arrive 10mins early of the expected time. I received my order after 20mins (so 10mins over the estimate) not a problem until I found I had cold pizza!! So clearly sitting there getting cold whilst I was sitting there waiting! Really disappointing

Really great service from all members of staff, they really make you feel welcome. The buffet pizza's here are really tasty, hot, cruchy base and fluffy inside, lots of cheese! The cheesy garlic bread was superb. The salad bar great too, plenty of jalapenos and crunchy bacon bits, as was everything else like the drinks and icecream. They had vegan cheese and Pea Protein Pepperphoni for my boy's Little Boss pizza and rasberry ice (he has a milk allergy) instead of icecream, which was fantastic.

We visited on an extremely busy evening due to an event at the Stadium. The customer service was excellent. The staff dealt very well With the volume of customers. They were attentive and worked well as a team ironing out any issues caused by the high volume of customers. Food was very good and ordering on the app was quick and easy. I think our waitress was Holly (long blonde hair) who is a credit to you.

well as much as i like pizza hut i was discusted by what i heard when i turned up to this pizza hut was looking forward to a pizza for a change but was stopped in my tracks when i walked in to be told that it is card payment only this to me is the biggest joke ever what is wrong with this place isnt cash any good in this day and age , there wasn't even an appology when i said we didnt have a card , so as u can probably guess i will NEVER and i repeat NEVER visit this pizza hut again if my money isnt good enough for them then i will go somewhere where it is . if i could have put a no starrating then i would have

We popped to lakeside to see the ducks and my daughter wanted pizza for dinner. The 4 n half of us (half being me 3yr old) had a fantastic time. Nothing was too much for any of the staff and I believe 1 of them has only just started working there, not tat you could tell. Exemplary service lead by a wonderful manager who took the time to speak to me even though she was extremely busy. We would like to see a replacement product for the chocolate sauce on the ice cream factory. BnM sell Treats Chocolate Flavour sauce, that'll do it. Lol Thanks girls (and the guy in the kitchen) for making our visit spectacular!!!!

Fantastic staff who helped with a delivery amendment professionally and efficiently. The pizza was delicious and arrived piping hot. Will be eating there or ordering online again very soon! Thank you to all the team.

Visited this pizza hut to a rude member of staff Joe Hamer as named by staff member saying put order through app ! I then found as was eating my pizza something that should not be there him been rude yet again saying was my starter of chicken bone ! If was chicken bone it would not fall out of my pizza ! Then to him laughing at me !fuming is not the word .

WHAT A JOKE!!!! “sit down” they said! “scan the app”they said! then we will ignore u and stand chatting at the till! The app is annoying and takes forever, especially as we have never used it before! Where is the personal touch, where are humans??? We will most definitely not be going back again..

Food was alright but hygiene was poor Bowls wasn’t clean plates had not been cleaned washed absolutely disgusted never coming again 😕

Have to say really impressed with the quality of food for the price and the free salad was a real nice touch. In fact with the free top ups on the drinks the overall price was great for what we got. Service was also good and staff were friendly 👍🏻

We had a lovely meal at this Pizza Hut in Doncaster. We ordered drinks and two single meal deals which were great value! The food was hot, plenty of choice and good quality! I was impressed by the wide range of choice and availability of food for vegan/vegetarians too. Staff were lovely and polite, we will visit this Hut again- great experience!

This was the first time that we have eaten out since the beginning of the lock down and Pizza Hut was my grandchildren’s choice to eat. I must say that we were very impressed with the safety measures that have been put in place in this restaurant and we all felt comfortable. May l just mention the lady that helped us with the ordering process, her name is CarolB, she was so kind, helpful but most importantly patient with us and made sure she told us all the offers we could get, nothing was to much trouble for her. The food was lovely and hot, and considering there were seven of us, all arrived at the same time. This is not the first time we have visited this Pizza Hut and the last time we were served by CarolB who again gave excellent service and attention to detail. I would recommend this Pizza Hut not only for the food but in these awful times for making us feel safe and comfortable.

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive when we needed them. The food was so good. I've been getting the takeaway from there during lockdown but eating inside was soo much better. The chicken bites are so good and I just love the pizza there and the atmosphere is much nicer compared to others I've been too. We were very well looked after.

Ordered online for a quick collection. Pizza was ready for collection at the designated time and was piping hot. I may only eat basic style food but I still want it to be right - and this was. Well done everyone involved. Also use the app for the best deals.

Needed a cheering up treat, so ordered online for pick up. Got pizzas big enough for our tea, with a few slices to have cold for breakfast the next day. As always everything excellent whether hot or cold. Or, to put it another way, Mega-yumcious!

Our first impression of the Pizza Hut, where we had to order on an app and then have some help from a waitress, during which time she could have taken our order, was not favourable. However the helpfulness and cheerfulness of the two waitresses this lunchtime more than made up for this. Our main regret was that we had no cash for a tip as so many places want card/contactless payments now that you don't carry it, and the app couldn't help with this. Pizza Hut please note the excellent service.

Hadn’t booked on line as there was no opportunity and was informed it was a 25 minute wait in line that turned out to be close to an hour. The food was nice but nothing special. Had several different pizzas to share and the toppings were scarce and the thin crust very thin and lacking in firmness. The sweetcorn was cold. There was also a long list of things they didn’t have. Garlic bread being one of these and mayonnaise!Anyway the plus was you could combine the meerkat vouchers with the government offer. This meant that a meal of £94 cost just £27. Absolute bargain but would have been severely disappointed if we’d have to pay full priceStaff were lovely and attentive but was surprised that no one wore face coverings. Lots of hand sanitizer and a one way system was good. Toilets however were not very clean. Left feeling full and definitely feeling like we’d bagged a bargain!

Called in for lunch always come to this Pizza Hut when shopping in Doncaster about once a month. They have changed the way you pay you have to pay for your meal before you have it. Did not like this at all. Food was excellent as always but did not seem the same paying before you eat.

Terrible thin crust Pizza neither thin nor crispy adorned by bits of reconstituted meat, absolutely dreadful, worst Pizza I have had in years, Restaraunt incredibly noisy with kids running about spooning the salad bar over the floor!! Can't believe doing away with someone to take the order requiring a queue which takes forever to order the dreaful meal. If this is as good as it gets to make it a viable business give it up as a bad job. It really is difficult to recognise this place from what it was two years ago. No need for a second visit after this debacle.

I had a horrible experience at lakeside Doncaster Pizza Hut restaurant. They could not accommodate my daughter with ceoliac disease. Refused to cut her some salad (she only wanted an apple and some sweet corn) as she can’t eat off the salad bar because of cross contamination. It’s now company policy that they can’t do it ! But have been doing it for her for over a year. We have been customers of this Pizza Hut for over 15 year’s now we can’t go there was they can’t accommodate her any more. My daughter is 10 and cried when she could eat the salad !! In addition the place was dirty, cutlery filthy and the manager was a disgrace !! Un sympathic Heartless man!

Visited for a family event tonight having not been here for several years. Surprised that you now have to queue up to place your order including any drinks.Within a few moments the food arrives at your table so I would question how freshly cooked it is .Food was average.. not good but not bad either .All in all not the most enjoyable experience but ok for family meals out.

arrived at pizza hut sataurday, 8pm. was seated. ordered one pizza and 2 fries. £40. and pizza was very very thin. ie nothing on it. half way through meal. waiter came up and said ill get you a box to go for your pizza??? never asked if we had finished. and i had a mouth full of pizza. so he put pizza in the box. then a female waiter approached the table and started clearing the table, i had to ask her for my pizza slice back, after putting it down to have a drink lol. 8.20 found myself stood out side in the cold looking at my girlfriend asking, what just happend??? never again!!!!

Ordered some food to collect from this restaurant and as always, delicious! My order was ready waiting for me when I got there and was still hot once I had got it home.

We visited this restaurant on a Saturday early evening. We were seated immediately and our order was taken after a short while.Pizza hut has some great deals on ATM and we each ordered the £14.99 deal which includes a starter, main and drink, as well as the expected salad bar. The fizzy drinks were unlimited self-service refills, which was great as we would have no chance of getting a refill if a team member had to do it for us.After finishing our meal, we waited 15 minutes to get our bill. We tried to get the team members attention, but we were ignored, even by a team member cleaning the table next to us. Finally someone noticed is when seating other guests, but her response was "yeah wait a minute". Great food as always, but poor service let them down.

Went 30 October for a family meal.my mum,dad and nanny came.We all had the buffet.The meal was delicious we wouldn’t of gone anywhere else.It was busy so we had to wait for a table but we were ok with that.We got treated just as we should be.Cora age 8

Well worth the money i got adult buffet lunch 7.95 and unlimited drinks station 2.89,the pizzas are nice and hot and there salad station with different things well worth came to 10.84 and i was nice and full.i would go again.

We ate here yesterday, a bit of an impromptu visit en-route somewhere else, but a Pizza Hut is a Pizza Hut anywhere.

Only visit here and we won't be back. Tapped the screen when we arrived with the car registration. So £60 fine on top of £51+ meal. Avoid as even when you do everything they require, you still get the fine for driving to and eating at the restaurant

Service was a little slow as they were busier than they had expected but the staff did all they could to minimise delays.

You usually know what to expect at a Pizza Hut but it is nice when the staff seem to go a bit further and make the visit more enjoyable as was the case with our visit to this restaurant.

Had a lovely meal with the family, at Pizza Hut at Lakeside in Doncaster. My husband is in a wheelchair, and we had help with sorting out a table, even though we hadn't booked in advance, they were all very helpful.

Terrible delivery service. Called to complain this time. Staff didn't care... Was told 'so we loose one customer' Really like pizza hut but won't risk it again in the future 😔

We went here for a friends birthday meal, on this visit the pizza choice was terrible.

As with most pizza huts you can rely on the basics to be done well, the food is always turned out promptly and nice whenever I go. The servers are particularly helpful though, working to help you find the best value from their own offers/deals and any vouchers you have.

Wow we couldnt rate our server any higher apologise cannot remember name of her think it was Karen or Linda was fairly older then rest of team but she was a superstar Very happy to be serving every one and great at her job, pizza was typical Pizza Hut nothing wrong at all despite reviews scaring us a bit, over all all good great service

We arrived around 11:50 on a Sunday.

Came here with friends before bowling. Ordered a few pizzas between us, they weren’t too bad, but the chicken on the pizzas is such low quality, I think it’s frozen processed chicken. Had to take some of it off my pizza. Pizza Hut isn’t my favourite place, the quality of food is poor but that’s what you expect for an established chain. On the other hand, the place was clean, usually find half the salad bar on the floor but surprisingly kept very clean and most staff friendly. Won’t rush back though.

Came in here for something to eat after swimming,it were quite empty about 6 ppl in so no waiting around.we ordered one of there new epic pizzas and fries with some garlic bread and of course there unlimited salad.The salad were a bit of a let down looked like it could of done with being refreshed and having a bit more variety.Pizza and fries around hot and were very enjoyable,didn’t eat it all so our server offered to pop it in a box to take home with us.The staff were very polite and helpful and interacted with our 2 year old which were a bonus,overall a please visit.

Nice and clean. Stuffed crust Margarita Pizza delicious and not at all greasy. Cheesy fries to die for. Quick service and friendly polite waitress (Barbara). Will return next time we visit lakeside. For 3 of us £38 you can’t go wrong to say you can’t move your that full :)

we were a large party of 4 families. everything was correct, which was a minor miracle. really pleasant staff, food was great. much improved from our last visit

Called in for a pizza ended up having the buffet option which had a good selection of pizzas .Not a great choice of pasta though.The salad bar was ok but nothing special.We asked to be seated away from all the kids that were in the waitress sat us down in a quieter part of the restaurant.And then brought a family with kids and sat them down next to us.When we got up and moved tables she then realised what she had done and laughed.it was funny all in all not bad And reasonably priced.

Had lunch here after shopping at the outlet and despite us being tired the atmosphere here always perks me up. Staff as friendly as ever and it is nice to be recognised. Food delicious (I recommend the cheese and onion bites). Toilets spotlessly clean and the salad bar was less messed up this time. Recommended.

I took my nephews here, and I cannot believe how much it cost for 2 children and 1 adult! Especially since the pizza was so greasy. The kids enjoyed it, so I'd go again if they wanted to, but I'd certainly be trying to suggest somewhere else.

Ten of us visited for my niece’s birthday and we had a great meal, we had salad, pizzas and a child’s meal and everything tasted great. The service was fast and the lady was really helpful. It’s a great restaurant to visit for large groups and children’s birthdays.

The buffet is only for the people who don't have allergies ie the new manager wouldn't do any pizza without tomato puree on the buffet. In the past they have always been very good and done a medium pizza of my choice within the buffet price. The waitresses are always very helpful and they apologised several times and said there were a lot of people who had been refused.

Visitamos un sábado por la noche Sábado, muy ruidoso, con un montón de niños (tengo mi propia! Orden rápidamente y sentado) tomadas. El servicio es siempre fantástico. La comida excelente, con mucha variedad, caliente y fresco. recomendar el buffet en un momento de la cena. una buena selección de bebidas.

went for a family birthday party, a waitress thre food on the floor before giving it to a customer, and then two cars were badly damaged ,while we were in the restaurant, pizza hut dont have cctv in their carpark, lakeside cctv doesnt cover this car park, beefeater have cctv ,lakeside car parks have cctv ,the other restaurants there have cctv, but pizza hut dont,One car had about £1000 worth of damage the other about £500, but cant find the car from pizza hut,shocking, The car left bits of metal behind and the car was seen afterwards at beefeater,so police can trace it that way, no thanks to pizza hut, So be warned ,if you park your car there, it could be damaged with no comeback, Pizza hut have a sign on the door saying covered by cctv,but thats only inside,!!

Not been in for a while but were recognised as soon as we walked in and were offered a table that is perfect for disabled people. Server was lovely and friendly, and certainly earned her tip. The pizza was perfect as was the dessert, my only real concern was the cross contamination of the salad bar (chilli in the onions etc) which meant I had to be very careful because of my allergies, but otherwise an excellent meal.

Attended Sunday lunch time;Orders were taken fairly quickly and the staff were nice. The Pepperoni pizza was far too greasy though. The bottom of the dough was orange from all the grease. Our local takeaway has far less grease than this. To be fair to the restaurant, I didn't mention it. Just put it down to ordering the wrong thing.The sweet potato fries were lovely though . I particularly appreciated the wrap up service they do (ie doggy bag) so you can take your food home if you like.

Visited with my son on a very quiet Monday afternoon.Eventually got seated when the staff stopped gossiping and realised we were waiting.No one came to take the order as once again they were all stood in a group gossiping.Decided to just crack on anyway and get , salad and pizza buffet.Pizza buffet was terrible, no pizzas despite the staff walking by, noticing there was nothing left and then just sauntering off pretending not to notice.Went to pay the bill despite no-one actually taking our order... the bill was made up and included things I didn't order.... Got the fabricated bill sorted, paid in cash and then was short changed...You really couldn't make this up..... surly lazy staff, no service (worse than poor) tried to rip me off with the bill and then short changed me... AVOID!!!!!

My family and I stopped here after ice skating at the dome and while the service at the door was a little unhappy, once we were seated our server, Carol B, was amazing. She was great with the children, chatty, attentive and friendly. The food was well priced and tasty. We will be visiting again!

We like Pizza Hut as a chain so we decided to pop out for tea to this one as it is our local one. Whilst our food was of a decent quality the service we received was not. We did not wait too long to order but when we proceeded to the salad bowl quite a few of the bowls were dirty and some areas of the bar needed replenishing. Our pizza was nice, as was our cookie dough dessert. The only shame was that after finishing our main no one came to take our dessert order so after 15 mins I approached someone myself. I wouldn't mind waiting but a lot of the staff seemed not to be doing much, a large number of tables were not cleared the whole time we were there. A party seated next to us were not given any menus and after a while went and helped themselves to some. We do like Pizza Hut and have had really good experiences at other branches. At this branch the problem seems to be a disinterest from most of the staff, possibly no clear management. Whilst we were there only lady naned Carol was very helpful and provided excellent service, she seemed to be very rushed off her feet. If all the staff were like her this restaurant would be excellent.

We ate here tonight, Sunday, 2 adults with 2 children. Firstly, I must point out it has had a 'refurb', although the style of the refurb is very much cafe style. Tonight I noticed a plethora of staff, most looked about 16, nothing wrong in that but it soon became obvious that the problems stem from no leadership and a liaisez fairer approach to service.I'll summarise:- It's bright....no atmosphere - The floor is filthy, food debris everywhere. We refused to sit at our booth until the detritus was swept......I wanted to take hold of the sweeping brush myself as the student attempting to sweep was as disinterested in the task as you could get. I should not have had to ask, this was not a presentable table.- Our booth was freezing, we requested to move. - We ordered food & drinks, the place was not busy, there was almost 1:1staff to customer ratio (yet none of them seemed to be doing very much). We had to chase for our drinks after 15 minutes. - If I was the manager I'd be running a much tighter ship, your staff are not there to loaf about. - Food- average. Pizza Hut just doesn't cut it anymore, stodgy and greasy.Pizza Hut, you need to up your game. Serve your customers attentively, sort your lazy staff out, clean up!, and improve upon your pizzas, you are not the only pizza offering there is and these days people expect a much better quality. No surprise it was very quiet in here tonight. We will not be returning. ,

We went here while off over the xmas period. Order was wrong, service was rubbish and managers useless other than, ill knock it off your bill. I'd rather just have a good service and pay the full price.Chips arrived 15 minutes before our actual meal which even the pizza was wrong. Salad bar messy and 3/4's empty and only dirty cups left.Won't be returning here again.

As usual from Doncaster Pizza Hut everything works like a dream!The staff were great and let the kids choose their seat, giving them crayons and the colouring books and having a little fun with them. It's the one place I don't ever mind giving a good tip as the staff are worth it.The food was brilliant piping hot and delicious!For dessert you can't beat the ice cream machine for the kids!!See you again soon PH!

After visiting Lakeside shopping centre we stopped for lunch at Pizza Hut. We had not been for a number of years and were pleasantly surprised. The quality of the pizza was good and the service efficient. We shared a pizza and both had salad which you could top up at any time. It hit the spot and was good value for money.

Went with my son. Waited an age for our order to be taken. The pizza was extra thin which wasn't what i asked for. The lady who was serving us was lovely but rushed off her feet.

Decided to stop starting Pizza Hut, wish we hadn't.Very poor service, Pizza base was overlooked, toppings under cooked and thrown on!In future we will go to Pizza Express etc

Stopped off for a Pizza, service was very slow and the food over cooked, the thin base was solid.The toppings were not cooked, front arriving to leaving the service was very poor. The desert menu is very limited and not very inspiring.We will keep with Pizza Express or Papa Johns

Food was great - we had a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza to share and a couple of sides. However, the service was terrible. I don't know if this is because it was a Sunday night, but - We waited 20 minutes once we finished eating. No one came to take away our plates or ask us if we would like dessert (we would have liked dessert!). We got so fed up of waiting that my partner got up and asked one of the waitresses for the bill. 10 minutes later and it still had not been brought over. In the end we went and waited at the bar to pay. We were 5 minutes waiting there. Kind of ruins a nice evening when you're waiting so long just to pay. The restaurant lost out too - we wanted some dessert but we waited so long for service we just wanted to leave.

we arrived and was pointed to our table, not even shown there or spoke to. Normal menus were on the table but when i got the atttention of a waitress she just shouted over, they are on the table. after making sure i wasnt going crazy i asked another waitress for childrens menus who confirmed there wasnt any on the table and she would bring them over. After sitting for a good 15 minutes we had to get the attention of a waiter for drinks, while he was there we made sure we ordered food so we didnt have to wait any longer. The order came out wrong. The empty plates were not cleared in a timely manner. They only cleared a few and left the others, i had half of them piled up in front of me while the children had the ice cream. and when we left there was still half of them on there. 2 ice cream factorys were added onto the bill even though we had ordered childrens set menus which includes them. If i had not noticed i would have been over charged. The restaurant was not busy and there was pleny of waitress staff but they did not look after our table. I even wittnessed 2 waitresses standing at the hotplate gossiping about a customer and pointing. Service is a massive part of the experience when you go out but this wasnt the case. very disappointing. But like i said in the title the food was great.

Went in for a quick lunch with the buffet menu! When we arrive there was no pizza and lots of people queing!... when pizza didnt come out it was cold. Waste of time and money

Cold food, bad service, salad bar was an absolute mess and needed cleaning and filling up. Staff were miserable and rude. Toilets were filthy and needed a good clean. Was not busy when we were there and can see why, the place was awful...would not recommend at all.

All you can eat pizza pasta and salad bar until 3pm. Pizza,s are not defined so guess whatyou fancy! Grandaughter loved help youself icecream with lots of toppings£1.99. Friendly staff. Queues at peak times. Toilets really clean and fab. Decor.

We were up here visiting family for a wedding in Bawtry so thought we would meet with our relatives to celebrate my 11 year old sons birthday. There were 14 of us in total. We waited ages after being seated for someone to serve us and when they did he was the most miserable, unhelpful and rudest member of staff. When asking him about the bases of the pizzas he was most unclear so I ended up asking another member of staff! He was really disinterested and just wanted to take our order and go! After waiting an age for our food to come out it was in fact quite nice the service and certain members of staff let it down. The last disappointment was that we had been there so long that some members of our party had to leave to get to the wedding so my sons cake never got bought out to him!Glad we were only visiting as I wouldn't use this if it was my local Pizza Hut!

The second time we have visited in the past few months, experiencing poor customer service, the staff were unhelpful and seemed to 'forget about us'. All the tables surrounding us were full of dirty plates. Plenty of staff around but no one seeming to take management and organise! The food was good, after a long wait. Very disappointing

Random family meal, let down by poor service standards. Been a few time to Pizza Hut as always found the pizza better than anywhere else, ok you pay a bit more but you are getting a better product, but also you expect the service to be better as well. Meal was good, basic Pizza Hut stuff they do standard, only issue is we had to ask for our drinks the first time and the second ones we didn't even get them. Luckily they hadn't been added to the bill so we didn't have to ask for them to be removed. Service was ok from the team with a bit of tweaking it could be better.

Came here for the Grandson's 20th Birthday as a family and as we do for his birthday every year and normally it is an excellent experience. This evening though, it was not. Firstly the pizza itself was rubbish, I had a pepperoni regular which was as thin as cheap cardboard with a similar taste and, to top it all, was very greasy. Normally I really enjoy Pizza from Pizza Hut, this was the worst ever. The service and the salad bar was OK. On top of that I had a 330ml bottle of San Miguel, this was priced at a whopping £4,15 ! Sorry but spending money doing the place up is no excuse for a blatant rip-off of the customers. They've lost our 5 to 6 times per year custom after this.

Been to Pizza Hut many times (not just this one) - never experienced such appalling service.It was a Friday night, so was quite busy - but surely you MUST expect this and plan accordingly?? Seated reasonably quickly, but then waited around 15 minutes for someone to actually come and take our order. Whilst waiting, noticed that the majority of staff were just stood around chatting (having read recent reviews, this appears to be a regular occurrence - is there actually a manager in this place?)When our order was finally taken, the food took a while to arrive, but as it was busy and being cooked from scratch, the wait wasn't too long. Food itself was standard Pizza Hut fare - no complaints. We'd arranged to have desserts as part of their offer. Same problem again - waited around 15 minutes for someone to take our order and clear our table. When we eventually got a member of staff, she cleared the table but didn't take our order, telling us someone else would come and take our order. After another 10 minute wait, we finally admitted defeat and decided to just pay our bill. When we explained to the member of staff what had occurred (we had to go to where the staff were chatting, no one came to our table!) he didn't seem overly surprised at our experience! A very disappointing visit!

I want to start off by saying I have never had such a bad experience! We had booked a table earlier in the week for my daughters birthday, we booked the table for 2 adults 3 children at 5:30pm. We arrived at 5:30pm and waited to be greeted, the restaurant was very quite and there were a lot of staff walking around, a couple of minutes later we were greeted only to be told our table wasn't ready. The lady that greeted us then proceed to go clean a table leaving the que behind us which was slowly getting bigger, whilst she was cleaning the table another 2 members of staff asked if we had booked again we repeated we had.At 5:45pm we were seated but not at the table the member of staff had cleaned, no that wasn't our table, our table had been ready the whole 15 minutes us and the que behind had been stood there. Once seated we looked at the menu, we ordered then proceed to wait for our food. We had ordered 3 Big Heroe meals for the children with one of the meals we ordered a strawberry milkshake, their pizzas we brought out, we then waited almost 10 minutes for their sides and our pizza and sides. This wouldn't have been an issue but our pizza had been sat on the side since before the other pizzas were brought out, upon watching and waiting 3 seperate members of staff went over to the pizza and proceed to talk over it. They brought over incorrect side dishes then eventually our sides and pizza. They completely forgot about the milkshake which we had to ask for once all the food had been brought out, so 30 minutes after ordering my son finally got his drink. We cleared our own plates into a pile once finished as no member of staff was bothered about clearing them.At 6:50pm we asked for the desserts and it wasn't until they were brought out that our table was finally cleared. All this was very disappointing as it was a birthday treat out as a family, I can safely say we WILL NOT be returning and would advise other not to go either!

Buffet meal was disappointing staff very busy and not really focused on customer service, despite being a fast food outlet. Thought it would be usual buffet meal but slow to cook and had to wait ages for pizza etc. not much choice, salad disappointing and sloppy and something very lacking in this restaurant and I have been in very many!

Thought id give this place the benefit of doubt and try the takeaway service again. Was terrible last time. Have been stood at the takeaway window inside the restaurant for 15 mins now and despite having around 10 staff in the restaurant not one has been to check if ive ordered/what ive ordered. Look as though this place will never improve. Not even busy in the restaurant this time. Staff just content to stand and chat looking through the service hatch into the kitchen. Cmon guys sort out an allocated person each shift to sort online takeaway orders out. Its not rocket science

Service ok Salad bar ...appears dirty and messy ..like kids have been playing in it disappointing. Pizzas fab Desert had a sharing cookie dough platter..very naughty but lovely lolWould come again although seems a bit pricey ..1adult ..2 teens £60 (plain pizzas)

We were in a rush so asked if we could get our dessert from the meal deal thing, to take away, in which the lady said yeah sure....... However, the pudding request never made it to the kitchen, so even though we were in a rush and sat waiting for a pudding, no pudding was going to get to us. This then meant we were late and without pudding (my boyfriend had to go to Hull to catch a ferry - so it was quite important), but the guy at the till said we could have a couple of quid knocked off for the missing pudding, after waiting a while and getting impatient and bored

It has been over a year since our last meal here and things were much better, The whole place has been redectorated for one thing. The girl who showed us to our seat did not impress me, she was annoyed when we would not sit in a booth (two of us are disabled and it is impossible for us to sit in a booth), we had walked past a perfectly acceptable table. However once seated she gave us the menu and talked so quite we could hardly hear her. The server came to take our orders and we mentioned this girl to her, turned out she had just started so we didn't make a big deal out of it. The server we did have was exceptionally good and made up for the bad start. The food was delicious, although we went at lunch time we chose to order off the menu rather than have the buffet, that way I could feel confident I was safe with regard to my food allergies. The salad bar has much improved, the food much fresher and more variety, All in all a nice meal, hopefully it won't be so long before we go back.

This meal was very nice a few different choices of pizza but nothing exciting and we had to wait for pizzas to be cooked a lot of getting up and down as when we went there was only a choice of two pizzas app the other was in the oven !!

Decided to go here after a kids birthday celebration outing. Wasn't impressed. It was cold to sit, extremely noisey with far to many children running around for safety (with bowls getting smashed on the floor as even other parents decided to ignore what can only be younger than 5 years helping themselves).After waiting for what seemed an eternity but was more like 20mins for our orders, it only came with half completed and the children and ourselves had to wait longer just for our sides.Overall I'm disappointed, but I guess this is what you get with the chain restaurants, small menu choices, slow staff and a mess.Needless to say this won't be a choice in the future.

What can I say... Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut, reliable, dependable, you know what to expect and visiting on spec with hubby, 13 yr old and 10 yr old we did not leave disappointed. Kids claimed they'd never been before..."really... we must of", anyway I digress...We took advantage of a deal which included 8 slices of our chosen pizza, 3 sides and a sharing cookie dessert and that comes with unlimited visits to the salad bar too I should add. We were full to bursting when we left! We added unlimited soft drink refills for 4 and with a tip we paid £40. Can't complain at all, value for money. What I will say is that the staff were very attentive, friendly and eager to please. Not somewhere we frequent (according to our kids) but we would certainly recommend and will be back if the occasion arises. Well done Pizza Hut you remain reliable and dependable in our book :-)

Went there for a birthday lunch, staff were friendly enough but the place was a bit tired and dirty the food average.... nothing special really.Asked if they offered HM Forces discount but they only offer student discount.... pity really as students do loads for the country..... won't be visiting again.
