Best milkshake going alway topnotch food

First time ordering tonight had Chorizo deep pan pizza, it was LOADED with amazing flavours just the right amount of spice too. Hot tast fries and the homemade chilli sauce was lush. Definitely my new favourite..

Had a 14 " Meat Feast pizza was dripping with grease all over it made me ill. Partner has a chicken kebab was not very nice either. Was more like a chicken salad. The only food was nice the cheese pizza . If i hadn't felt so ill they would've got back...

Our recent experience of Popeye Pizza left much to be desired, to say the least. Initially, my order was delivered incorrectly, but, upon notifying them, they promptly replaced it. Unfortunately, the replacement pizza was dismal. Firstly, I ordered a deep pan pizza, but what arrived was a thin pizza and the toppings were sparse. The pizza not only looked unappealing but tasted equally disappointing, the overall flavour was bland. We also ordered a shish, hoping for tasty marinated meat and fresh salad. Instead, what we received was a poorly prepared salad and meat that was not only tasteless but, excessively dry. Having received the subpar quality food which wasn't fit for consumption we decided to return it to the shop with the hope of obtaining a refund. After twice visiting the shop which was unexpectedly closed during advertised business hours, I called them. When I expressed our dissatisfaction and inquired about a refund I was informed that according to their T&Cs on their menu and website, they only replace items and do not offer refunds. There are no T&Cs visible on their menu or website which left me feeling misled and frustrated. The person on the phone also remarked that 'everyone likes something different' and suggested not to use their services again if I wasn't satisfied. This attitude struck me as unprofessional and not a way to conduct business. I would like to emphasise that our decision to try this establishment was driven by a desire to support a new local business, not due to dissatisfaction with our regular pizza takeaway. Therefore, we have returned to our incumbent with pleasure. In conclusion, our experience was marred with poor food quality, unhelpful service policies, and dismissive customer handling. For anyone considering trying this establishment, I would strongly advise caution until improvements have been made with both their culinary offerings and customer service transparency

Rank, shocking. £17 for a kebab that when arrived was an £8 small doner. And they knew they did it cuz when I phoned up she giggled. Found a small suspicious looking black thing in my food. I think it was rat poop.

I want to publicly respond to a certain 'review' but first of all let me translate so the text is some what legible, High rate = irate adear = adhere dirtary = dietary Never mind, the lack of punctuation and poor grammar would mean copying the whole text again! So, this individual placed an order, received said order and proceeded to complain about a free item, on being told about T&C's then attacked staff with a barrage of abuse, threats and usage of derogatory terms. This was ignored up until the point of threats to take us to court over a plain garlic bread.... did you laugh? Well so did our staff member and this apparently wound this individual up. No one became irate, just speaking loudly considering it is a working kitchen with industrial appliances and numerous people talking! After getting nowhere on the phone the staff member repeating multiple times she wasn't going to listen to abuse, name calling and demeaning terms, she put the phone down. Let me point out here a mistake was made by the staff member and the phone wasn't put on the cradle correctly, why is this important you ask? Well this man visited the shop shouting and being aggressive stating 'I've been on hold for 29 mins, but I'm not bothered it's not my phone bill!!" Can I point out how the telephone billing system works? You call someone = you pay, someone calls you = they pay, see what I'm saying here? The manager explained things to you and explained he would make the free item but you still carried on abusing our female staff member, pointing at her, being rude and demeaning, so yes she defended herself, let me take you through the 'questioning my parenting' comment. The member of staff was accused of swearing down the phone, on being told this wasn't true, you proceeded to ask if she would like you to go get your kids to say she had swore, the response was "wow, you'd actually fetch your children into an argument over a free garlic bread, I feel sorry for them if so?" That was when you said 'So you're questioning my parenting now?" No, your parenting wasn't being questioned at the time but if you thought that was what was being inferred then there's a saying that goes... 'if the cap fits..' You wasn't told 'she'd like to punch me' you was told 'being aggressive and arrogant, it's a surprise people don't want to punch you in the mouth!' If you're going to write a review make it factual! If you had said at the beginning or on your order ticket, not after 40 mins of raging that your child had dietary requirements, then this would have been taken into consideration, our menu does state, inform staff of any dietary requirements and also that we cannot guarantee our food can be allergen free as do most open kitchens, unless they are certified to do so. I would also like to address the racist accusations, the owner wasn't being racist, and didn't say he can because he's also foreign, he pointed out that, yes he's foreign and the term that was used isn't a derogatory or racist term in his country, connotations of a term/word are not the same in all countries, and that is down to our English language for making it a derogatory term not other cultures.. I hope this has cleared that up for you. Can I also point out the (you can't miss her) comment, you talk about others making comments ect but you're quick to judge a person's weight, because let's face it, that's exactly what was meant seeing as it was said instore, that is what people do who suffer with little man syndrome, can not think of anything original to say, won't say much to a man but will happily bully a female! The customers in the shop actually agreed with us, I'm not sure if you were aware but they were laughing at you. Don't worry about not coming back, your arrogance and petty arguments will not be missed.

Do not order from this establishment, failed to comply with whats advertised on their website and when phoning to explain they have missed an item which is clearly advertised they have started giving me abuse down the phone and everyone in the background getting high rate too. This company knows nothing about the trades description act where they need to adear to what is advertised on their website. Failing to add terms and conditions to your website is not the customers fault its your job to check this. As for customer service the woman who i was speaking to on the phone is rude inconsiderate and has no clue about business and what they need to adear to. My kids with dirtary requirements are now left upset and hungry. Update on this i attended the shop and was met by the rude woman behind the counter (you cant miss her) the owner spoke to me and finally admitted the mistake from their part however the woman then decided it was her job to question my parenting saying she feels sorry for my children having a dad like me further to this she then stated she just wanted to punch me all this was infront of a shop full of potential customers who heard the blatant racist comments from the owner but apparently its okay for him to make this comment because he is foreign. Finally got my missing item however will still never order from there again.

Food is not nice won't be ordering again

First time ordering from here .we for Keebab and pizza plus desserts And I couldn’t fault it .really good portion sizes and the food tastes lovely . The garlic mayo was some of the nicest I’ve tasted . We all really enjoyed it . Will definitely be re ordering.

Only opened two days ago, new owners very clean and new cooking equipment, food was great and also served quickly, would recommend trying the shop out.

Ordered 2 chicken parmo meals - tasted nice but very overcooked to the point where chicken was so dry it was impossible to chew! Wont be visiting for repeat pergormance!

This is the first and last time I shall have food from here. I stood waiting for maybe 10 mins before I was asked if I needed serving. Only one woman waiting at the counter. When I did get to do my order it took 15-20 mins. When it came to eating it if I was blind I would not if known what it was. So bland not real cheese salami slices no taste at all. It was called a meat feast more like meatless feast. Very very disappointing. I would not recommend this place ever.

Chips cold and missing salad. Rung them about this and an hour later still not showed up! Won't be using again!

Best pizza I've had on a very long time. Arrived on time and still piping hot. Chips and onion rings great portion size easily feeding 2. We will definitely order again.

Since under the new owners this place has gone right down hill. Changing so much banging the prices up and reducing the freebies. And reducing what you get as a product. I.e 2 bits on chicken in a wrap what a joke for the price. Bring back the original owners all day long This place has definitely lost a customer now.

Awful food was not as stated in menus. When Calle d they told me it had changed I was unable to eat their new variation and informed them of this I asked them to send some plain chicken as on menus and was told no. Sent 2. And of coke as apology. Thanks that’s filled a gap. Also pitta breads were missing from order. Used to eat here a lot and stopped as constant mistakes thought give them a try again and guess what still no good

Food order was wrong and told there were changes to the menus. Meaning I couldn’t eat my meal. 2 cans of coke as apology great when I was hungry!!!!!

Pictures do not look like the food!! Shocking service ordered at 5:20pm it came at 7:07pm!! not only that it took over 2 hours but I had to call up 3 times to chase it up shocking service first time ordering from this place very disappointed even the wings wasn’t even seasoned dry as hell so shocking 😳

Absolutely knocks the socks off the other locals. New owners I think. Food quality has improved massively, and the lads who run it are friendly and efficient, polite too. Really recommended!

Absolute joke of a service it was an hour late called up asking where the food was, said it was no where to be found are you sure you got the right booking after a 10 minute conversation he found me, to top the whole order off no chip spice definitely won't be using these again.

Fantastic kebabs from here. Plenty of flavour and little oil or fat is always a sign of quality.

Order 21:50 and didn't receive food after a phone call too by 23:10 then didn't have garlic mayo even tho ordered it, so another phone call then I had a piece of my friends pizza which I ordered with stuffed crust and paid for that and it never had it on not the first time it's happened buy it will be the last te I order from pizza pronto again

Nice food, especially the pizza. Big portions too. Order early as delivery on our first time ordering was 1 hour 45 however they called to apologise ahead of delivery and not many would do that.

Lovely service, really helpful Staff and the pizza was delicious. All of my family enjoyed it. My child doesn't like the pizza crust but this time there wasn't even a crumb left on her plate. Highly recomend to my friends. It was delicious!

Always good and consistent food

Ordered a large donner and boy was it large! Discarded a lot of the meat, it was tasty and hot and the delivery was faster than they said, the garlic and cheese bread was very under flavoured none or very little garlic, which was a shame as it looked really tasty, thought the delivery charge £3 was excessive but the Just Eat discount made it 40p, think you guys need a rethink....

Staff always very friendly and polite. Love the pizzas. Have not had one yet that we haven't enjoyed. We use the delivery service as well as collection and find them quick. Even in there busy periods they get the food out relatively quickly. Thank you to the guys and we will continue to get our pizzas from you for a long time to come.

Absolutely love the pizzas from here. Highly recommend trying the potato bake, it's amazing.

They make the tastiest pizza I've ever tried. Also, they surprised me with their dedication. The first time I ordered, I wanted a different pizza than the one in the menu. The second time, when I walked into the shop, they asked me if they prepare the same pizza as they did the first time. I was really impressed! I recommend this place.

I have had no problem with my food until today I had a cheese cake and it was still frozen I had called up the company I was greeted with shouting on the phone due to me asking for a refund because he said they were for tomorrow and it doesn't express that it is frozen on the menu I had tried reasoning with the man on the phone but alk I got was shoutin in the end I got my refund but still not happy with the service

I have ordered from here for a while now and I order from here regularly, spending about 20 pound a time, but today I have placed a order for £24.90 and i order cheese cake for a change and when it arrived it was frozen so I wasnt happy as I was under the impression i was going to be able to eat it straight away so my grandson rang them up and they said it had to be frozen because of hygiene,my grandson said okay as he wasn't sure on the matter and he looked it up on the gov website out of curiosity and under the notice 709/1 food catering it says 'food for customer preperation: for these puposes preparation includes: - thawing frozen food - cooking food -reheating precooked food ' after finding out this information I rang the takeaway back up and told them the information I have found, the lady on the phone was very abrupt and passed me on to another man who I believe to be the manager, got very obnoxious and abrupt with me also telling me that it wasnt true and refusing to give me a refund eventually he gave me a refund and took the cheesecake away, and told me not to order again, don't get me wrong I didn't want to cause a quaral and I will be reporting them for bad customer service, not keeping to rules, regulations and discriminating against me because I asked for a refund. Not to mention advitising the cheesecake unclearly in the first place!

I have had a lot of pizza take-aways from pizza pronto. Their offers are really good. And the pizza toppings are thick and tasty. They usually deliver well ahead of the quoted time and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. Well worth a try if you haven't already.

Have been using this place for a while now but usually pick the food up myself. Recently however we've been using the online option.......it's great! Option to pay online via PayPal or card even pay on delivery and gives you a time line of how your order is progressing. The food is of great standard love their pizzas , kebab portions are massive, and the burgers are tasty and large. Highly recommended.

Love there pizzas usually really good service deliveries take around 45 mins. Only had 1 bad experience where our order didn't get made or sent and when it did it came wrong and they didn't bring our drinks and then when I rung to rectify the problem they said they'd send someone down with our drinks and correct pizza and no one turned up, but like I say that's our only bad experience and the food is delicious!

Donner kebab small chips tub of chilli sauce and they managed to get the order wrong. Wont be going back
