Had a Diavola and a Prosciutto e Funghi pizza delivered on a Friday evening. Pizzas arrived quickly and piping hot. Great quality ingredients and fantastic flavour. Will definitely order again

We have recently moved to the area and used this place for a quick bite to eat the first time was lovely the chicken shish was amazing and the chilli sauce wow. Then last night 25th Feb after a long day's travelling we got our usual and was possibly the worst thing we had ever eaten.......the chicken was rock hard and tasteless and the chips were fried in dirty oil which stunk the house out. Fair to say all thrown in the bin and never ever again!! I'm not one for writing bad reviews but my wife is literally doubled over in pain this evening. So take this review as fore warned is foretold!!

Went for dinner in the evening and sat at the front near the windows. Overall the service was incredibly slow! Another customer who was there with her young daughter also commented on how slow the service was saying, “they’re always under staffed here”. Finally got our food which was nice but the pizza I ordered was meant to have salad in the middle but it was just a LOT of rocket. No other salad at all which I didn’t think was right. Asked a staff member and he said, sorry must be a mistake in the kitchen, it’s meant to have some spinach leaves too. The menu said, “salad”, which I’m sure most people would assume should contain more than just rocket and/or a few spinach leaves. Overall the food was good and service was friendly but far too slow for somewhere that wasn’t even busy. I felt they prioritised takeaway orders, leaving diners waiting a long time for their food and drinks.

Last 3 times I've ordered from the melksham store the pizza has been very under cooked, almost raw. I've had to pop it back in my oven! Going down hill fast. Then I ordered from Chippenham store last week and it was properly cooked and delicious!

Nice setting on the edge of the Market Square. Quick service, hot food. I dropped a star as there have been some recipe changes and I'm not that sure they're for the better. The American Hot pizza was nice, but I think it's a bit too hot now and probably should've been left as it was. It's still a great place to eat though.

Waited over an hour and half for our food. Ordered through the app and the time ran out had no idea how much longer it was going to be so rang and got told the driver was in traffic which was probably false. Then waited another half an hour and then got told my food was out for delivery. Always seems to be an excuse with this take away. They need to sort it out.

Phoned through an order to be delivered. Payment taken, and told it would be 30minutes. After nearly 45minutes of waiting, received a call from them to inform us they don't deliver to our post code, and said they would refund the money. 5 very hungry and disappointed customers who were having a leaving celebration, which had to then be cancelled. We will not be using this branch again.

Go to pizza takeaway place. Order & pay online and ready when you arrive. Make use of the many offers.

Poor customer service from Slough bath road. The guy I spoke to on the phone was quick to say bye. No proper information given. I asked to explain about the voucher and he said I also don’t understand bye?? Is customer not king anymore

We ordered on the app and a mistake was made, called the shop they rectified the issue and the gentel man that gave our order gave us a bonus pizza which they didn't have to do, lady on the phone was lovely and polite. Pizza was fresh and taste amazing, thank you so much.

Update 08/06/2025 Finally after all this time the area manager called me and stated he could no longer refund me however has given me a store credit to the value of my original order. Update 06/03/2025 After further emails and chasing of my refund I have had no response and still no refund! Shocking service! Update to review 20/01/2025. After an email from your customer care team back early december I was advised the area manager was looking in to this and would be in touch. A further 6 weeks and absolutely nothing from you. Shocking! Terrible. Ordered 2 pizzas, 14 chicken wings, garlic bread, cookies and bottle of coke with large garlic and herb dip. Tracked the driver who stopped where we were and then drove off in a completely different direction an hour after ordering (we are 5 minutes from your location) delivery arrived only two pizzas everything else missing. Driver said he would be back with the missing items. 45 minutes passed and driver did not return so I called (very hungry children at this point) I was told the complete order would be done replaced ready and delivered to me with in 20 minutes.... It did not I called again to say I was not happy this caused a severe meltdown with my children (special needs) I told the manager on the phone where is our food he didn't know I said I will be there in 2 minutes and I expect a refund our food was not even ready 2 and a half hours for poor service. I was advised I would receive a full refund this was on the 22nd November 10 days on still no refund received and a measily text to say "we hope you can forgive us" when will I receive my refund????

Decided to order take out pizza for a poker night me and my friends were hosting, didn’t want to use any of the chained companies as they’re terrible and overpriced nowadays. We had a look around and found Mario’s and liked what we see on the menu so thought we would order for delivery. Once we made the order, it then stated a 50 minute delivery time, fine a bit longer than what you would normally expect, but for a non chained take away I’m happy to wait. 1 hour and 10 minutes later, the food was delivered. Fine it was later than what was said, but the pizzas were still hot as I could feel this through the boxes. Got them in and put them in the middle of the table for all to enjoy. Now this is where it goes from ok to really bad, one of the pizzas was undercooked by quite a bit. The other pizzas that was ordered were I would say, just about cooked, but one of the pizzas was still like dough. It was so undercooked that the pizza was sticking to the grease proof paper in the pizza box, and you could roll the pizza back into dough balls again. The crust was cooked ok, but anything under the toppings was not cooked. It could not be ate and was wasted. Will not order from here again, absolutely terrible pizza and a ruined take away for all.
