Really quick delivery amazing food

This is my local takeaway place, the value for money is excellent and the speed of delivery and cooking is typically very fast. Unfortunately their service and quality has begun to drop over the last 6 months with slower delivery and smaller portions.

I recently celebrated my 40th birthday party at Zeus Ascot, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. First, the owner, Satpal, was absolutely amazing—attentive, helpful, and truly passionate about ensuring everything went smoothly. The venue itself is stunning and speaks for itself; if you’re thinking of hosting a party, I highly recommend getting in touch with them. You won’t be disappointed! The service was flawless, and the food was 10/10. Thank you for making my milestone celebration so memorable!

No longer The Bell, now O'Neills. This pub serves 3 real ales, Doom Bar, London Pride and Tim Taylors Landlord, the latter was particularly good. Several sports screens, but they don't dominate the place. Staff very good at finding out about allergies. Pizza very good, however the American Hot, wasn't very hot or spicy, tasty but disappointing.

One of the best pizzas I have had in a long time! Highly recommend Papa Johns and great customer service too! Pizza base was so tasty! Thank you

Expected/ standard quality in the food, quick service but we got the order wrong (only to find out when opened the boxes at home)

AWFUL. This restaurant is doomed. There is always an issue, whether its not enough staff, too many trainees, oven broken... Its not the staff's fault - in fact they are awesome. But HQ need to sort this and not put staff in the firing line. Hugely disappointed - no management and its just a loose cannon. Even when you do have a table, it can takes ages to get your food. Cant even get a pizza express one evening! Terrible. AVOID.

We went to Pizza Express this Friday evening just passed. We turned up and were met by a very enthusiastic member of the team, who was able to accommodate all three of us. My wife had had a stressful last couple of hours and it brought on an extreme palpitation. She asked me to get her some water, so I went to see the same gentleman, who instantly stopped what he was doing to assist, in a calm but speedy manner, getting a fresh vessel of water. The rest of the evening was great and we were grateful of the staff members attentiveness.

Absolutely dreadful customer service, my boyfriend ordered a meat feast pizza and they messed up his order sending a pineapple and mushroom instead, he phoned up to ask for the correct pizza to be sent out and the woman on the phone told him his only course of action would be to go through Uber (which he had ordered through), to which he replied no worries but could he still get the correct pizza and her reply was “no” and then hung up. So rude, especially for a mistake on their end. Do not recommend anyone ordering from here.

Not visited here for many years. Had an early dinner this evening, i now remember why we stopped coming. You’re met as you walk through the front door with a small ground floor table and chairs area, but this appears to be used as a storage area now. Boxes of drinks everywhere. The restaurant on the 1st floor is tired. Not particularly clean. Service was slow and inattentive apart from one girl who was delightful. Multiple tables around us were still uncleared from the previous customers for over 30mins. Trying to get the bill was a struggle to get anyone’s attention. Our pizzas were average. We will not return again.
