I went there with my family in a Thursday night, the place was completely empty and the food took 45 minutes to arrive, cold and tasteless, they don't have the majority of the things on the menu.

New name & new owners. It’s sadly gone down hill. Service even with 3 tables was slow, items arrived in the wrong order, etc. the pizzas were ok - still wood-fired but the ingredients tasted cheap and the overall result was very greasy.

It's sad to see what happened to this place, service slow, por quality of food, and the majority of this on the menu they don't provide

Its a shame what happend to this place, the staff are horrible especially the chef Sebastião he does not know how to Cook and gives the wrong order with no care in the world. Disgusting do not come here to eat or takeout

I have had a few good meals at this restaurant but something has seriously gone wrong with this place. Tonight we waited for our pizza for 1hr 45mins before I left without having eaten. Whilst waiting I took my son to the toilet to find it in a truly disgusting state, it can’t have been cleaned for a very long time. When I came to use my napkin I found instead of a napkin then had used toilet roll instead. I’m a local and truly feel sad for what has happened to this place. I will not be going back!

Good food, cozy atmosphere and friendly staff!

If I could give it a 0 I would! Let's talk about the quality of the food... no quality because there is never any food in stock to order, tried ordering several things but they had nothing! Staff are always miserable and seem to rush you once you finally get your order taken, 20/25 minutes after walking in, then your food takes forever to come out and it's still wrong and raw! Luke, the manager, is the one of 2 members of staff who took care of us and took his time with serving us, nothing was too much!! Chloe was also really lovely! The new owners that have taken over have run the place to the ground, a good business down the pot! ⚠️Don't eat or order take away here⚠️

Where else to celebrate Chinese New Year with a friend as a multicultural experience... Sunday lunch at Pizza Dreams Cafe restaurant! I offered the sharing option to my friend. He declined. He wanted his Pizza all to himself. Don't blame him, at least I got the lion's share of the olives. I particularly enjoyed the Vesuvius. As the name suggests hot and spicy and kindly served by Luke. When it came to paying the bill, it was definitely all my pleasure.

Amazing place, very accommodating staff, looked after beloved pet dog to perfection (brought bowls of sliced sausage and water for her to enjoy), Kat is such a kind waitress, tailored our meals just how we like and we had the most enjoyable time!! Highly recommend we cannot wait to go again ⭐️

What a lovely little venue. Fantastic food and at reasonable prices. The staff were delightful and the food was cooked to perfection and in good time. We had a chance to briefly chat with the owners of the restaurant and they were incredibly welcoming. We will be making this a regular place to eat.

I have just had breakfast with my daughter and husband. Sadly, todays experience was as disappointing as my 3 previous visits. Our food was served cold and very low quality meat and produce was used. Having been less than pleased with cooked breakfast after several visits, I am afraid I wont be eating breakfast here again. On the plus side, pizza and other menu items served in the evening are excellent, and staff are welcoming and friendly.

Today at 12pm I tried to purchase 4 pizzas. They took my money and told me the pizzas will be ready in 20 minutes. After half an hour they told me that they wouldn't be able to make any pizzas due to an issue pizza dough. I wouldn't ever buy a pizza from this establishment again. The other customers in the restaurant was also told they couldn't have pizza.

Amazing Pizza!!! Tasted so good. One of the best I’ve ever had. Pizza as it should be ..a delicious tasting dough, plenty of toppings, fresh ingredients. The service was excellent, staff were attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The menu looks good and it was hard to choose. So a return visit is definitely needed

Even if my £16 Fruti Di Mare pizza hadn't been raw (not under-cooked: raw dough) the toppings were utterly lamemtable. It really was a child-like effort - unbelievably disappointing. Lasagne was decent and the salad was fresh and crisp.

Impeccable service. Fresh hot pizzas. Absolutely lovely, will definitely come here again.

Had a lovely light lunch at Pizza Dreams today. Fab strawberry and banana smoothie, very generous meat and cheese platter all excellently served by Ashen whilst we enjoyed our sunny spot outside. We'll be back!

Dreadful! No pizza on the kids menu at a pizza restaurant…! No knives on the table Not offered a drink Missed off the pizza we ordered for a child 40 mins wait for a pizza Frozen prawns on the pizza Tables were sticky Don’t bother. Such a shame.

I was cycling through this village and I notice many times in the past that there’s always lot of cycles park outside. So today I decided to stop and visit. Very glad I did, I had a full English and really enjoyed it. Couldn’t eat all of it as was so much. I’ve now added this to my regular places to eat list on my cycling tours.

Sadly disappointed by our meal. The glassware was so small I felt like I was in a dolls house and being charged £6 for a miniature glass of Prosecco was a shock. The pizza was too soggy for our liking and the quality of the pizza toppings were extremely poor. You can’t be charging £15 for a pizza which isn’t bang on. Sadly would chose other chain pizza restaurants over this place again. Mediocre meal which was overpriced

As soon as we walked it was chaotic. We were looking forward to try their pizza. It took a long time to get menu, order and to get the food. The last dish came about 10 min later and chicken was uncooked. Would I go back? certainly only for pizza nothing else and takeaway!

Brilliant experience as always, the staff were lovely and asked us if we enjoyed our meal. Anna was an excellent professional waitress, our food was hot and tasty 100% will go here again such a clean experience every time also. If you haven’t been here already then what are you doing.

I have been using Pizza Dreams ever since they opened and in past have been happy however I ordered a take away this weekend and while it was ready when I arrived the quality was very poor. Two pizzas were very burnt and all of the pizzas were nearly all crust with very little topping. The pizzas all seemed much smaller than before. Sad to say I would not order again

Stopped here for a bite to eat one afternoon, very friendly service, great atmosphere and food was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend! We loved the halloumi!

Having enjoyed an overnight stay in Cookham, Pizza Dreams Cafe was recommended to us for breakfast, and it did not disappoint. Our English breakfast was plentiful and of a high quality, served by delightful and friendly staff, where nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

What has happened to this place? Haven't been there for a few months until today & not a good experirnce. The front door is left open on a BITTER cold day due to 'the smoke from the pizza oven'!! Maybe the pizza oven needs fixing & fast? The waiter didn't seem to know anything about the things available on the menu. Won't be bothering to go back. Will try the new coffee shop across the road

Not been here for several months. Went today, a really cold day & had to endure the front door left open due to smoke from the pizza oven.. really! Must be a rubbish ventilated pizza oven. The wraiter who served us didn't seem seem to know much about anything he was serving. Totally pathetic & a waste of time going there. Won't be returning any time soon. Dont know if there's been a change of management but what a let down. Pizza Dreams you need to get your act ogether fast or customers will vote with their feet

Food is great but we just paid 20 pounds (!) for one small pizza that was completely cold by the time it arrived, total waste of money. Good food at the restaurant but don’t order via Uber

It was OK. Bit cold had to move tables. Had to ask for another drink. No real issues just OK.

Having been to this lovely little restaurant many times pre lock down I was incredibly disappointed. The pizza was luke warm, the topping inadequate. On asking to reheat it it came back colder. The so called manager said she'd never cooked one before. Would not recommend. Poor value, poor food and very unprofessional staff. Very sad as it used to be a gem of a place to visit.

We have been to Pizza Dreams many many times. They’ve never offered speedy service, once you’re in, you’re there for the night! But the pizza always outweighs any grumbles. However since covid it’s been an absolute shambles. The service is slower than ever, they always forget one persons order, the chefs are dawdling around all over the place. It doesnt matter if it’s the pizza or breakfast, the service is horrific. Don’t go there if you’re hungry NOW. We’ve actually just tried to go again to use a voucher we were given as a present - another shambles. They didn’t believe the voucher was genuine, so we had to email the manager and leave our name and number. That said, the pizza (once you get it) is amazing, and they’re the only pizzeria I know to offer hoisin duck. They also used to offer marshmallow calzone but that’s long gone, big mistake. I have no idea why Pizza Dreams has 4/5 stars, unfortunately the pizza isn’t the only thing you pay for.

I have lived locally for 5 years and use to love pizza dreams. However, this place has gone massively down hill during the past few months. We decided to have a pizza takeaway. The dough was undercooked, toppings were missing and the pizzas were covered in flower. Get your old chefs back pizza dreams!!!!

Lovely service, and the best English Breakfast I had in a while...

I know it's all about the pizza but they have an impressive menu so to be different I had a smashing cheeseburger, onion rings, salad and more fries than I could eat. Highly recommended!

After hearing Pizza Dreams has turned around their staff and hired a new manager, I visited again, hoping it was as good as last time.It was BETTER! They have revamped the restaurant making it more modern and spacious, it looked super clean and we had nice real greenery on our table. Although it was very busy and it was clear the staff were rushing around, they were attentive and made sure we had our drinks and starters asap. They let us know they'd be a 45minute wait on Pizza, but this wasn't a problem! We understand they can only cook a few at once, and we could see it was busy.We asked the manager when we could expect to see the full menu back again, and she kindly let us preview the new menu! We're not sure when this will be available, but we cannot wait to try the new dishes.Thank you Pizza Dreams! I'm glad to see you are back to business.

The pizzas were lovely, really tasty and thank goodness i didn’t abandon ship too early, and believe me I was tempted. I want to go out for dinner with my children and I’m not expecting the ritz but I’m also not expecting a lot of sweaty unwashed blokes picking up their pizza on their way home, queuing past my table. Nothing about sweaty working blokes, I’m partial, just don t want them queuing at my table. Are you a take away or a restaurant .. I felt it was last orders in my doner kebab place sat there. Your staff tried and they were lovely and I’m sure they had the take away pizzas ready on time, to the detriment of us paying full price for the benefit of unwashed arm pits drifting over the table. Would I go again? No, but I might order takeaway - why would you pay extra to sit there. Who are you pizza dreams? You seem a little schizo to me.

Poor waiting staff were doing their very best to appease customers and were cutting everyone's bills in half to make up for the chefs. Chef was terrible and rude to everyone. Pizzas were dreadful (burnt or raw). Eventually they stopped service! We had our bill halved and many apologies as it took over an hour to arrive. A real hit and miss place. This visit (first in over a year) was a big miss.

Went to Pizza Dreams last Friday morning for breakfast. Friendly welcome and good service. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and sparkling water, followed by a flat white coffee after. Food was great, good portion size, cooked very well and really tasty and enjoyable. The coffee was great too! This is a fabulous little cafe in a great location in Cookham.

We had been recommended Pizza Dreams by several friends and thought we'd give it a go for a casual night out. I have to say that we were extremely disappointed. It seemed to us that the service was more focused on the takeaway side of the business rather than the table service with the result that we waited over half an hour for our drinks and an hour and a quarter for our pizzas and then mine was wrong (they had given me a gluten free one when all I asked for was vegan cheese instead of mozzarella). I then waited another 15 minutes while they gave me a replacement although they did give me 25% off the price because of the mistake. They also completely forgot our starters. The staff were perfectly pleasant and accommodating but were very young and inexperienced and, apart from when we first arrived, there seemed to be no manager around giving direction. All in all a disappointing experience and sadly we will probably not go back.

Me and my wife have been coming in for years now and have loved it, recently we have heard from others that quality of service has declines however we still came in on a Sunday afternoon, as we came in we were greeted by some lovely members of staff who took our orders. A few minutes after we took our orders the apparent manager came in and things started to go bad. She was shouting at young members of staff and as a customer this made me very uncomfortable. I hate to say it but this place is not somewhere I would recommend anymore.

We used to visit pizza dreams with our boys frequently however recently we haven’t been being served by our usual waitresses and the young girl who served us a few days ago was so rude. Her service made us feel unwelcomed and like we were being an issue by coming in for lunch. I am unsure but I feel the prices have rised yet the quality of service has declined. So unfortunate it was such a lovely place.

Me and my mate stopped off for breakfast this morning during a motorbike ride and 100% this will be our regular place for future rides. Absolutely amazing breakfast and lovely friendly staff.

Lovely little place, great food..shame about the management we waited 30 minutes. Today we felt really sorry for the lovely lady running around doing everything on her own. She had no support in place. This place could do so much better if proper management was put in place.

I went to pizza dreams with my friends for the first time and i genuinely enjoyed my experience. My food came quite fast and i truly enjoyed it. Very good pricing too! I was served by Anna ,which seems to be the manager. However she was working as hard as any of the other staff. This was really nice to see everyone working well together. Overall, my experience was really nice so i shall be returning. At first I was unsure due to some of the reviews, yet i decided to give it a go, which i utterly do not regret. Great service and food! :)

I truly couldn’t think of a worser night. I came with my family and friends tonight we have been before three years ago and loved it. We were sat onto a table which had not been cleaned in any way with left over food on it. Which doesn’t meet covid requirements at all. We asked if someone could clean the table for us and instead of a member of staff coming to clean the table we were made to do it. This is a red flag straight away! Our waitress was very rude and when taking our order she asked two people on the table what they wanted and then walked away forgetting the 3 people of our table! When we asked her back to take the remaining order she became even ruder. When we asked for a “calabrese pizza” the lady replied with can you just point at it I don’t know what it says it’s written in a foreign language how pathetic can this get. Staff don’t even know the menus. As well as the bad customer service the toilets were like a slip and slide and is unbelievable dangerous. Don’t come here it’s a waist of your money I hope management sort this out.

1st time back at pizza dreams for about 18 months and I’m really sorry to say but it’s terrible Waited over an hour for pizzas so paid for drinks and left. This is such a shame this place used to be wonderful but for the last two years it has rapidly gone downhill.

Always had lovely food and service, whether it’s breakfast or dinner. However it is clear that the new management clearly isn’t working. Today we waited over an hour for our breakfast. 10.30 we arrived and breakfast came out at 11.40, more like lunch. The 3 staff working we’re running back and forth, clearly only 1 chef working and all 13 tables booked. Latte was half filled with half coffee half froth, remembering there is a costa up the road where I would get a full latte for the same price! Breakfast was ok however scrambled eggs were a little tasteless, maybe filled with milk as they were more white then yellow. Not sure what’s going on with the bacon, never seen rashers that small! And beans are now in a pot which are shared with the person who maybe also having a fry up! To us it looks like this new manager is clearly cutting some corners and trying to save money. However they will soon be losing their customers as there were far too many people complaining about length of time and lack off. Maybe the owners should relook into this mangers back ground and take a bit of care in what was a lovely little cafe, busy or not! More staff need to be working at busy times and if prices are going up, quality shouldn’t be going down! I feel sorry for the front of house as sadly it’s them that get it in the ear, manager wasn’t even around. Poor show

This is a brilliant local pizza restaurant and takeaway. They are really friendly and welcoming. Service is always quick even on a busy Friday night. There is a small eat in restaurant. There's a car park across the road so it's easy to pick up by car. The food is always really well cooked with the pizza being cooked in a traditional oven. The prices are brilliant, especially compared to on of the larger takeaway chains.

We had their English breakfast. It was cheap (£6.50 for the small) and a good amount of food, though probably only average quality. Friendly service. Dogs allowed outside. Just across the road from the train station -- a convenient location.

Am really fed up with the quality of their pizza’s - some days over cooked and burnt and today under cooked and cold. The staff also decide to make drinks whilst you wait which adds to the your food being colder

Popped in for a quick coffee earlier on this week. Its a great place to sit and watch the world go by, especially if you dine al fresco ! Lovely coffee, served by an excellent waitress who is clearly experienced, friendly and perfect company for those wanting a morning brew with a little chit chat. The service alone puts pizza dreams on the re-visit list.

Only had a coffee here in this pleasant little restaurant in Cookham , it was good and the hot chocolate my friend enjoyed was apparently excellent.A covid safe environment with pleasant service.

I have been going to pizza dreams for a couple of years and it’s always been very nice.Today however, the Cesar salad was disgusting and the chef clearly does not know how to make one! Awful.In addition to the disgusting salad the service was terrible once I informed them that the salad was very poor and I requested to have the dishes removed from the dish. The waitress who is usually very nice informed me that she would only deduct 15% off of the bill, which I informed them was unacceptable. Her response was to walk off and NOT deal with the feedback properly. We were then treated to the arrogant and rude behaviour of the pizza chef. Eventually the young waitress (Chloe) dealt with the situation professionally. She deducted one of the Cesar salad from the bill and offered us 50% off of our next visit. All in all a very poor experience.

Friendly takeaway for coffees and cakes and breakfast. I stopped here to grab a coffee and really their coffee and cake deal for £4.50. Really good large latte and a very tasty piece of flapjack. Clearly a very nice pizza restaurant normally which I must try.

It's a full menu but usually we order pizzas, parmesan fries, and spaghetti carbonara - unfailingly good, and always on time. Always collect at the moment.

Haven't been inside to eat for a while but, they deliver up to five miles from their location. Recently had a delivery and everything was as ordered and hot on arrival.

The pizza is always great but the service is poor. Of the last four occasions I have bought pizza from there, three of those occasions had an issue. One time they gave me the wrong pizzas and I only realised upon getting home, another time they had sent my pizzas out for delivery, and the other time I had to wait 25 minutes for them to be ready.

Great pizzas for takeaway with really good value for money

I went to pick-up some pizzas and was shocked that this place does not follow COVID-19 safety measures.I have been a regular customer of Pizza dreams Cafe, and am all for supporting local businesses during this pandemic, but am not ready to risk my life for a pizza.When I went to pick up my pizzas, the 5 members of staff in the restaurant were not wearing masks, including the person that was preparing the food, and the staff that was handling the food.One member of staff only put her mask on when she got close to me to give me my pizzas and pay, however this is useless if the food and boxes have already been contaminated! They also manipulate the food without masks after it has been cooked, increasing the chances of contamination.Regarding the quality of the food, it's not bad but I feel like the pizzas have become significantly smaller than a year ago.To conclude, avoid this place if you don't want to catch Covid! I will rather go support restaurants that care about the safety of their customers, obviously Pizza Dreams Cafe does not.

Tried them all, eat in before the virus and was very pleased with the food there. Since then I have got several takeaways (the pizzas are amazing) and on a couple of occasions I've had them delivered! The food is always of the same standard. They also do a very nice burger!Definitely worth a trip to sample their pizza! Safe are needless to say, friendly and inviting.

The best Pizza outside of Italy! Perfect stonebaked base and fresh toppings. This is our go to dine-in and takeaway pizza restaurant. Cannot recommend it enough.

I've been to so many places in the UK and around the world, however here I've always had the best pizza: foco&fuomo with creme fraiche base. Highly recommended.

The cheeseburger was nice and the fires crispy but the flat white was just bad coffee with milk. The staff was helpful and accommodating considering the current situation.
