Pizzas were nice, cooked well and good service. Arafia and Vivian were very nice to us! Would deffo recommend the tiramisu

There is a man named Johnny who works at wagamama He has nothing. He doesn’t respect delivery and he doesn’t respect me, not once or twice.

Ordered the steak teriyaki soba, advertised with "prime/premium cut beef", the beef was tougher than my grandpa's old army leather boots, nothing premium about this, also being one of the most expensive items on the menu. I asked the manager why is that beef so tough, and if he is sure of its "premiumnes",could not even bite in to it, he told me this sometimes happens and will ask the chef for explanation, grabbed my plate an disappeared never to return. I was expecting more from this restaurant chain but I was very disappointed, seems like false advertising to me. Don't say something is premium when is clearly not. This place could use some quality control.

Giuseppe and Niral looked after us very well. Loved the food and service. Will comeback again. Atmosphere is friendly, welcoming.

Came here in February for a friend’s birthday, we felt very welcome especially by one staff in particular. Big thank you to the tall curly hair lady behind the bar! She went out of her way to write a happy birthday message on my friend’s cake. Will definitely come again

Some Wagamama branches are hit and miss, but the Windsor one is a great experience that offers the typical menus. Staff are friendly and helpful. The portions are generous as usual. Prices are reasonable to what you get, which is a positive.

came here with friends and coming in the atmosphere feels nice and warm — not nearly as overwhelming as other wagamamas. each table feels a little set apart from the others and i value that tiny bit of privacy. there’s a place to hang your coats too :) waiters are friendly and efficient, we had no problems ordering. food was good as usual with wagamama, we even got free gyoza with signing up to soul club. vegan options tasty and there is variety which is always great, you know you’re not having to order the same thing every time you visit. maybe larger sized portions would be nice. but a good restaurant all in all :)

This was quite bad. We were supposed to be served by a guy called Mo. Not sure he even exists... The The food was bad too. I've had Ramen for the same price in London and it was so much better!

Nice service and delicious food as always, however… I always order the same main in every single Wagamama and this is the smallest portion of Pad Thai I’ve ever had. It literally half of what i got from the other Wagamamas. No portion size consistency. Our chili squid had 6 pieces meanwhile our next table seved with 9 of them in a plate which had bigget pieces than ours. Edamame served with regular kitched salt. It always served with flake salt until we visit this branch of Wagamama. First and last visit of this branch.

Fantastic pizza and really accommodating staff. We went with our little 5 old who was adamant he only wanted sausages. Our waiter Anthony spoke to the manger and let us come in for pizza and also bring in some sausages from the nearby chippy for our son. Food was quick and delicious and service great - highly recommend the restaurant, the food and the staff (especially Anthony)

I went to Wagamamas with my family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and I could not be more impressed with the excellent service, especially our waitress Vanessa. She really did go above and beyond to make our experience special, from exchanging a meal which my son ordered by accident, to providing a chocolate dessert for my daughter after the meal as a birthday surprise. I would definitely recommend and will be going back many more times.

Kelly was grand & the service was just lovely! Nice to be in a place where everyone’s so helpful & wants you to have a good time! Also, food was lush as usual - very clean bathrooms too!

Lovely service. Sadly I can’t remember the servers name but she was very nice, it was Friday 20th. The pizza and Aperol Spritz were good. I would go there again.

First time going and the food was delicious. I was served by Anthony who was extremely lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The *Chicken Firecracker* was a highlight nice and spicy, just as I expected. The *edamame* were well done, and the *squid* was also enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the *bao buns* i ordered the beef brisket bao buns the filling was sparse & the brisket was dry and for £8, I expected something more substantial. The *saku saku crispy duck Soba* was overly sweet, and the fried duck felt a bit overcooked. Lastly, the *cloudy lemonade* was too strong for my taste. Overall, while some dishes were enjoyable, others missed the mark. I think there’s room for improvement in portion sizes and flavor balance.

It’s Wagamama at the end of the day. It is what it is on the tin. Leaving a review as the staff were exceptional and very accommodating to my children who were very ‘active’ after a long day at Legoland.

Poor service, hardly any staff on duty. Ordered a prawn curry dish had only 5 prawns. When asked the manager he claimed should be 9. Despicable. Then for payment standing over yoi with no respect for personal space!

The food is very delicious and has many gluten free options. The negative point is that it is more expensive than what it says on Google Maps (about €30/35 per person).

Was served my a lovely girl called Adi today. Welcomed me with a genuine smile and radiates a positive aura. Very attentive to detail and ensuring I was satisfied. Highly appreciated.

Very bad place abd bad stuff and bad food

Truly awful meal. Father's day, booked on the day and wasn't that busy when we arrived at 6pm plenty empty tables as well as full ones. Issues: Sat at back of restaurant next to table where staff sit and with view of cleaning buckets Watched staff chatting at back and joking about whilst we were waiting for our order to be taken Upon taking order we ordered two kids meals - only one registered with the waiter despite two children sitting at table didn't know this until one pizza arrived despite us chasing the second kids drink (pizza and drink kids meal deal) Drinks order brought to table was wrong then had to get up & chase the final drink (April spritz) after waiting a further 5mins, and then when it came it was served in a water tumbler and didn't taste nice... Food was awful - cheesy garlic bread had almost no cheese on it, so much so it was burnt as the dough wasn't covered with anything - kids refused to eat it and they usually inhale it As described only one pizza brought for the kids, they are it up ok I had salad (coeliac) which was ok but very overpriced for what it was Kids wanted ice cream but after watching the table behind us get their bill and request items ordered but never arriving at table be removed from their bill we didn't want to stay any longer The waiter who took our payment removed the kids meal from our bill and apologised for everything - preferable is to just do the basic stuff right in first place - father's day meal ruined. Maybe as it's in Windsor their care around repeat custom is very low as it's a tourist trap near the castle but I don't accept that as ok. I will never go back to this chain, terrible.

Really wonderful staff with the usual wagamama menu. We were here as soon as they had opened & tried the bao along with the pad thai and both had the usual wagamama taste. My wife left her sunglasses here and the staff was quick to recognise them and kept them behind desk, which we later collected in evening. Really good experience.

The curries have good flavour but stay away from any dry dish whether it's noodles or anything else, they're completely bland.

It was okay. The service was nice and quick, but the food was quite flavourless. The restrooms were pretty disgusting! I had the feeling that I get an infection by just seeing it. But all in all it was okay.

I had the pork belly ramen and it was out of this world! I never tried food from Wagamama before so of course I was nervous about trying some things like menma, but they gave small samples of what some ingredients taste like! And when the food arrived it was so flavourful Service was optimistic and was able to help after a millisecond. Overall, a wonderful experience worth every penny

We regularly go to wagamama and rarely have a bad experience but this one is aweful. Poor waitress, long wait for food, forgot the 4 year old's food, bar was not working, staff complaining next to our table, disgusting toilets, broken toilet doors. Clearly the manager or owner just does not care the way others do. I suppose it's a tourist trap so they are not looking for repeate custom. If this was my first experience of wagamama I would never come back.

Very busy place but the food and staff are amazing. Very attentive. We were served by a lovely chap named Jaylaw and he made sure to check back on us throughout the meal. The food was great and portions big. I wanted to do a better photo for the review but only remembered after almost finishing my ramen 🙃

Food was so tasteless , Ramen soup tasted like hot water, there was no taste at all. Chicken curry was so runny. It was the horrible Asian food I ever tested. Frist and last visit. Money wasted. 🤮

We use the take way collection service. The food is yummy, however they had not started cooking the food when I arrived at the 6.30pm collection time, then when I arrived home parts of the order were missing. First member of staff was alittle was a little dismissive said food would be ready soon and clearly had not checked, second member of staff much better and went to check only to discover they had not started cooking. Kindly explained there was a system error and rushed the food through. When I reported issue to the restaurant by phone they could only offer a refund and for me to collect a new freshly cooked dish but I would have to collect which would have taken 50mins (to long considering everyone else was eating), shame they could no offer to put it on a delivery bike that would have been a better customer offering and would have resulted in a happy customer.

Fryer broke down but staff kept us fully informed and apologised for the wait. Eventually it was fixed and all dishes plus extra were served. Every part was very tasty and very hot. Such friendly and delightful staff. Bonus was that they gave us 3 dishes free of charge! Such a lovely gesture and much appreciated. Well done Windsor staff! X

Good food and friendly staff for years.

Sadly in the past 5 orders this year have all been cold or slow or late . Really sad as was a great restaurant for the past 10 years of going very regularly but now won’t be ordering anymore . Low efforts by the staff to rectify the order ! And then promises a refund and never received the monies back

I came here two times during lunch First time, I ordered: Vegan K-dogs ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Edamame with chili and garlic salt ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Vegatsu ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The service was, for a lack of a better word "weird" and the lady that took our order didn't even take our drink order, she was in such a hurry. Getting the check was a long wait! But the vegan K dogs are delicious and are the only reason I returned two days later. Second time, I ordered: Vegan K-dogs ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Edamame with salt ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yaki soba yasai I mushrooms with udon noodles ⭐⭐ It was more busy this time and the service was again "weird". They brought the first two things (in two trips) to the people next to us... Let it sit there and then the people next to us would finally get their attention and say "we didn't order this" and they would take it from the table do a turn and come back and ask if it was ours... 😳 We also asked the lady that took our order for an extra plate for the kid (he ate what I was eating) that never showed up. I finally got the attention of another waiter that finally brought it. Getting the check/pay took a long time as well. So yeah go there for the vegan K-dogs! But don't expect any good service!

Wagas is usually good food but, if the manager and waiters have a lack of courtesy and smiles the object of the evening meal is killed. Poor service, rude staff and pathetic seating. Not impressed.

Had a quick dinner Saturday evening and had to pay online through their WiFi. I would advise to do not do it. As someone stole my date and made a purchase the following morning!

All of the staff didn’t bother to acknowledge or even say Hello on arrival. Female server simply chucked the menu on the table and walked off before I even sat down or had a chance to speak to her. Every member of staff looked at me and walked off not can I get you a drink or are you ready to place an order or even a ‘Hello’ or we will be with you just in a moment. Sat in a half empty restaurant and completely ignored. The only way I got any attention was by walking out of the restaurant without ordering anything to hand them the menus back after waiting ages to even get any sort of acknowledgement or communication. Which even then they couldn’t be bothered to take them out of my hands so I just placed it on the welcome desk. Went to another local restaurant selling similar products to Wagamama and the staff were very welcoming and efficient and the food was delicious and spent £50 with them instead. Wagamama can’t say it was down to being busy or lack of staff as half the seats were empty and lots of staff about the place.

Bank Holiday Monday in May23. Midday seating. Plenty of space and availability. Service a bit spotty/ hit and miss. They did resolve an issue with one meal. Meals, inc vegan, available and look after allergy matters too. What is the deal with bringing over water in glasses? Surely a jug would save the angst of customers always having to ask and the LOTS of glasses on the table. MarEasterSat 2024...not much has changed! They are helpful still and the water still comes in glasses. Good choices and new food is yum..shame the vegan squid has gone!

Luke warm food. Slow service. 30 mins to wait for your dessert. Really. Not acceptable and nearly £90 for the privilege. I think these places just lack any customer service. Ran and served by people who are just part of the machine. It’s a pity.

Like usually amazing quality of products, delicious food, nice service, restaurants are always nice and clean.

My perception is they favour delivery service vs walk in customers. Slow slow service, staff not communicative and food arrived at different times so we didn’t eat together. Staff definitely need training and have a leader in the restaurant that cares about their customers experience. Didn’t leave a tip as I cannot blame this entirely on Wagamama but also at the individual staff who should show or strive for some level of pride in their job….but yeah, Wagamama HQ….sort this out…it’s embarrassing

We recently dined here for a Saturday lunch and had a fantastic experience. This has a wide variety of menu options available and spices+hotness factor (which I am fond of) ranging to different palates. However, what truly made our visit memorable was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. We were a group with different diet requirements and the staff members were incredibly helpful, providing recommendations and ensuring our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. The added benefit of eating literally within the doorstep of the Windsor Castle gives an additional royal factor!

This place will never disappoint you
