Pizza Palace in Windsor and Maidenhead

I ordered a large mix combo kebab it has turned up and has about 10 bits of meat in it the chicken was undercooked.

This pizza was for toddlers and after the kids wait for hour for pizza the got wrong pizza with spicy ingredients such as Jelapinas and red onion and mushrooms. I didn't order this pizza. Now the kids can't eat it neither I because is SPICY

The chicken wings were under cooked and the chip containers melted due to the heat of the chips..

Late by almost half an hour. Delivery driver ignored note telling him where to meet, he parked by the wrong house and I had to walk through the rain across the road. Food was cold and inedible

Fish was really nice. Waffles were disgusting. Rock hard. Tried to warm i. Microwave and made no difference!

Pizza’s was Very small for This price. Did Not Order garlic Sauce, nur was delivered inside the pizzabox. It was melted en the Sauce was in the Pizza. Not good at all

Ordered from this restaurant quite a bit and usually the pizza is really good, so was disappointed when it arrived cold and tangy. The cheese tasted off and had a weird texture. Very upset as was looking forward to their kebab pizza which I usually love 😭

I recently tried Pizza Palace Cafe, and I must say, their green sauce 'chutney' and masala fish combo are the best around town. The green sauce 'chutney' had a delightful, slightly spicy flavor and freshness that truly impressed me. The masala fish combo was exceptional, with crispy fish and a flavorful blend of spices that I haven't found elsewhere. I thoroughly enjoyed the service and taste at Pizza Palace Cafe. I will definitely be coming back for more!

I enjoyed this meal although I wish the wings were spicy. They looked spicy but weren’t at all.

When I ordered my food it showed “buy 1 get 1 free” when I got there, they said nope offer not valid. It’s “buy 1 get 1 half price”. I also showed the screen shot. The guy was blaming me for using the offer.

I regularly go here for their Herbilicious fish and have taken all of my friends here on multiple occasions. The fish is outclass as it is not at all oily, is very tasty with nice spices and herbs and the Nan bread and the chitney is very tasty. The portion size is great too. My kids also enjoy their kebabs and Burgers. Never been disappointed nor had a bad review by my friends of this place

This spot is great for after a casual night out . Went there with the mrs as had heard about their masala fish and chutney and pizza loved the fish and chutney was out of this world.definitely recommend it

I recently tried this amazing pizza shop in windsor called "Pizza Palace ." Their pizzas are absolutely delicious! 🍕 The crust is perfectly crispy, the toppings are fresh, and the cheese is so good, I highly recommend giving it a try! 😋👍

Beside the cheese nothing has a taste or flavour. Paying 25 GBP for a pizza, there are some expectations in this matter. Not happy, because I have already talked to the manager in this respect, but still continue to sometimes fail.

The chips didn’t have a whole lot of flavour, nor did they have any crunch to them. They were far too soft unfortunately. The waffles were very tasty though one was far more chocolatey than the other. Very mixed bag.

Food was never delivered. Restaurant is rude and have terrible customer service. Driver apparently called my personal number, got told we didn't order the food and then the restaurant said he's just left it outside. Not returned to the restaurant with it or anything just left it on the ground. Great job!

Yet again missed part of my order and kept telling me to phone back later , kept asking me what I had ordered , it’s laughed to think that these people actually are making food for people and clearly have no idea what an order is , had to explain 3 times what I had ordered and what was missing and same answer yes boss call back later ….
