Papa John's Pizza in Windsor and Maidenhead

Ordered pizza via app, order accepted and then papa johns cancelled 20 minutes later. Complete waste of time. Not even a phone call to apologise or explain.

Love papa John’s… n have ordered it loads of times from here… but this time… Asked the guy in the counter… not to put the tomatoes in my Pizza which I ordered club chicken large n they still put the tomatoes in my pizza😏thank god that I wasn’t allergic to it what if I was? No good…

I usually really like Papa John’s but the vegan pizzas are really not good. The ‘fake’ meat and cheese are not nice. Stick with the normal pizzas which are very tasty.

Papa John's is consistently good for pizza. Their toppings are more generous than other chains and the food arrives hot. Plus, they are good value for money!

We had the £25 deal for 2 large pizzas and 2 sides. The pizzas were quite nice, better than dominos but not as good as Sebastian's in town. Good range of toppings. Kids really enjoyed the pizzas. We also had chicken wing sides and they were not great, I will avoid them in future. Order arrived super quickly. Stick with the pizza, and make sure you use the online offers.

Ordered an XXL plus 2 sides on a Saturday night. Food was well cooked and tasted good. Only trouble is our stuffed crust was missing! We've had Papa John's a number of times from this branch and it is generally "good".

50% off deal so decided to try papa johns rather than our usual dominoes order. pizza arrived within 30 minutes of order fresh and hot. delicious!

Have eaten their pizzas for 3 years . always good .Delivery is prompt. Tastes good cold Will go back for years

Wasn’t keen on the Papa Johns Pizza’s. The dip that came with the pizza was disgusting too. Wouldn’t get a pizza from here again

That was terrible experience. Staff just no comments, not showing any respect. Adding picture of my order : large the Mexican pizza THIN crust base and small margarita (which obviously served with original base) the blind can see that base look the SAME. No apologies from staff, on the phone was just laughing and putting me in stupid position. I couldn’t even to return. Charged ~£18 which better to donate to charity. I order from hungryhouse and left hungry on Sunday. Not worth any penny.

Ordered food at 19.10. Had not arrived by 20.10 so rang outlet. Was told food had been delivered at 19.40 but at wrong address. So instead of calling my mobile driver took food back. When I explained about the address mix up outlet apologised and sent order out again. Waited outside my property to await driver. On opening my order found it was the original order prepared over 40 minutes earlier. Food was therefore cold and unappetizing . £18 was spent on this order and felt that I was treated rather shabbily. Have used Papa John's regularly in the past but hsve serious second thoughts now hence the low rating on this occasion

Top class food. Piping hot. Well presented and reasonably priced. Delivery guy was very pleasant. Would recommend to anyone

We were looking for a cheap place to eat and man this place makes cracking pizzas , we stuffed our faces and enjoyed every bite .Price was very good considering this is in London .Frest pizza made from scratch in front of you .

I have had a few take away Pizza's from this new location. The staff are really friendly and the pizza is very good. I will continue to go when I want a take away! Good Job

Love ordering food here after work. Only down side is when i change delivery add on my papa john app they still end up at my house though I've changed it. Hope this little niggle in the app sorts itself soon. Great takeaway though
