The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Portsmouth South East

Just had fish and chips if that’s what you can call it,£43 for frozen chips and tasteless fish absolutely disgusting please don’t waste your money

This spot is great for... keeping people up at night. the relentless music coming from the establishment until the late hours. stopping people in the surrounding residential areas from being able to sleep. DO YOU HAVE THE LISCENSE TO PLAY MUSIC PAST 11PM?? lets hope so because I reported you to the council :) I hate to be a Karen, but when I have work at 5:30am the last thing I need is to be kept up at 1am to music. Bad music at that- like it might be a bit better if it was bangers but its not. its crap. and annoying.

Placed an order via the restaurant was told it would be 30-40 minutes, after calling three times to be told our order should be with us within 5 minutes we waited an hour and a half for a cold pizza, cold chicken wings and cold garlic bread. When I called to complain I was confronted by a very rude gentleman and was refused a refund, I have used perfect pizza for many years and will never use again. My advice to people is to stick to Domino’s

Went in to order, made up the most expensive way of charging me, even though i asked for the cheapest deal, when i noticed on the bank statment, refused to correct and basically said though!

Used to be so good until about three weeks ago. This order alone has the wrong crust, not just wrong sauce dip - but none. No sauce on bacon wedges and completely undercooked

Ordered food, lastnight it was over an hour before it arrived and wasnt hot enough and in my just chicken donner on chips, no salad. It came with salad just bits of onion and shredded tomatoes pieces in it instead of enjoying it I spent the whole time spitting and picking out bits I didn't want. Was not impressed

Got to be the worst kabab I have ever had burnt pita bread , the meat was very dry and over cooked , the salad was awful , avoid at all casts ,

After 45 minutes and no sign of any food or any explanation , I went to investigate and found some very apologetic young wait staff dealing with a queue of customers waiting to be refunded. Apparently the wait time was still over an hour and kitchen had run out of large pizzas, pepperoni and possibly also dough? Suspect we would still be sat there now if we hadn't said anything. Manager refused to come out to do a refund and after a further 15 minute wait with increasingly unhappy and hungry kids I had to fetch her myself from the kitchen area as she was ignoring the staff asking her to come and authorise it. We ended up with tesco sandwiches instead. Having seen the very grubby state of the salad bar, this was probably the safer choice anyway.

Ordered a pizza from this dominoes this evening and they put onion on my pizza which I'm allergic too. They told me they'd replace the pizza, the delivery driver then showed up to the hotel I was staying in and demanded me to bring the pizza down with onion on to prove it had onion on which I refused as I thought this was unacceptable. The manager then got irate with me on the phone and stated that I was wasting his time. The fact they didn't belive me and refused to replace the pizza it's utterly shocking when you spend £25+ for one pizza. Abysmal customer service.

I paid just under £10 for a large donner kebab. The meat was so dry it was inedible, and I did not eat it, which means it must be bad because I have been known to eat food out of a bin! In fact, bin food is like a 5 star restaurant compared to the sh#t I was served tonight!!!

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Chips was cold,,, all the chicken was dry! Like it was cooked days in advance! Chicken burger was so over cooked and cold! Can of coke was out of date!!!!,,, I will stay well clear of this place in the future!!! Not even busy there!!! No excuse but just laziness

PapaJs is better than pizza hut

Absolutely disgusted by the price I was charged for 2 portions of curly fries, paid £12 for literally 10 fries. Not all cooked through, some overcooked and some still frozen. When I questioned it they said it was the set price and nothing else they could do, waited 25 minutes instead of the 10 minutes they said. Wouldn’t recommend, avoid at all costs. Dirty with rude staff!

Ok the pizza is not so hot but hell the atmosphere, the cocktails, and the music is the best - what a great night out this is. shhhhhh though its a secret. Lots of fun and hidden surprises Must be pretty good I've been here three times now and i normally say i don't go back to the same place the first time it was the destination the last two times have been to finish a good day night out with friends
