Perfect Pizza in Portsmouth

Placed an order via the restaurant was told it would be 30-40 minutes, after calling three times to be told our order should be with us within 5 minutes we waited an hour and a half for a cold pizza, cold chicken wings and cold garlic bread. When I called to complain I was confronted by a very rude gentleman and was refused a refund, I have used perfect pizza for many years and will never use again. My advice to people is to stick to Domino’s

Siempre toma las órdenes equivocadas y quema la pizza. La pizza no sabe bien, no sabemos por qué nos molestamos en dar una propina.

¡Segunda vez que hemos usado Perfect Pizza y hasta ahora no nos decepcionamos! ! ! La segunda vez que tuvimos una entrega y esto fue perfecto, la comida estaba caliente y correcta, el conductor era muy amable, el menú es excelente y hay mucho también elegir, las ofertas de comida son de gran valor.

Este es mi segundo comentario para Pizza perfecta porque son maestros y Sufian Abul pizza. No hay nada más que añadir aparte de sus pizzas son "justa" lika mamas ! !

On my pineapple and pepperoni pizza there were only 12 tiny pieces of pineapple! 😞 They also usually give a 'free' bottle of drink. Its usually a bottle of Pepsi that we can all share. With this meal was a small bottle of water for one person. It was a disappointing meal this time. Although it arrived 15 minutes early it just wasn't up to their normal standard. I'm inclined to maybe try another pizza company now just to see and that's a shame because I've stuck with perfect pizza for years! 😞

Don't often order take away pizza as I don't feel it offers good value for money. That said the pizza from Perfect Pizza was excellent.

Delivery driver told me it would have only been 9.99 if I ordered by phone rather than the 15.99 I paid ordering through here so that sucks

I placed the order, basically ordered a selection of sides about £30, which got discounted to £21, got a phone call saying that they wouldn't make any money on it and would have to add a pizza to it or they wouldn't send it out... Food was great but was shocked by the service. Don't offer what you can't supply

I wasted my time giving the delivery driver instructions as he somehow ended up at my back door? The cost of the extra toppings was nothing more "than a complete rip off",as i could've popped next door "to my local store" & bought some fresh coriander.along with anchovies to boot"! Unfortunately iv'e picked a duff pair of take away's" !! Hey ho you live & learn

Great service!! After we ordered the wrong pizza by accident when it arrived it had mushrooms on which I'm allergic to. And after calling them and realising it was our mistake they were kind enough to send out a small pizza (that we actually were meant to order) to us for no extra charge! Fantastic customer service and was lovely! Thank you very much!

Food undercooked! Chips are white! Mozerella sticks are not crispy or browned...chicken has brains/veins in there and as for the chilli cheese bites, what the actual...hell!! Never ordering AGAIN. My 4 year old brother could make a better meal

Customer service is disgusting and the pizzas are the size of a starter plate,over the phone i was told to bin the food if i dont like it when i requested a refund.Never again im going to order from here.....

Brilliant pizzas cooked to perfection. They are amazing value & the service is 1st class.The staff are friendly,helpful & they make a genuine effort to please their customers. Saturday night is pizza night in our house & we have never been disappointed. The pizzas arrive promptly, they are always hot, freshly prepared & they always have a generous, tasty topping. I highly recommend "Perfect Pizza".

Best take away pizza next to dominoes ;). 20 mins earlier for delivery. Perfectly!!! cooked. Stuffed crust 👌. And a piece if each topping on all slices!! Hot dog stuffed crust would be good to see on the menu, with mustard 👍!! Highly recommend!! Quality and well priced!
