Called earlier in the day for a last minute booking which they had no issue getting us a table for later in the day as we could book online. Arrived on time and saw that it was not busy plenty of staff as well so I thought there would not be an issue. 2 staff member behind the bar yet we waited nearly 5 minutes to be sat down. When sat down the staff member explained what to do and how to order. However, I wish they had given us a bit more information on the meal deals that were there. 2 minutes later we had another staff member came upto are table asking if everything was ok. Which fair enough it was great but at the same time it wasn’t really needed as we had just been spoken to by another staff member. Ordering online was very confusing and a little bit confusing as when looking at the different meal deals it was constantly asking if we wanted to upgrade after every time we pressed to add something. We had 2 pizzas both very nice piping hot and came as we had asked it. One staff member came upto us when we had stopped eating asking if we would like a pizza box to take them away. They gave us 2 small boxes which confused me as wouldn’t it be easier just to give a large box. I also wish they had come to check on us throughout the meal to check if everything was ok. The one thing that really puts me off is the dude above our table shall we say was disgusting. We were sat underneath a cage type thing as shall we say I’m very surprised we had none fall into the floor. When I saw this it actually made me feel abit off putting. When seeing this I then put my finger on the square light above us and shall we say it was thick with dust. The salad bar was very tidy clean and tidy with plenty of the salad options and no cross contamination in any of them as other pizza huts I have been to have had different salads in different parts. For example bacon bits in the coleslaw and carrots in tomato’s. Altogether I would recommend others to come here but I really feel there is some improvements in certain area.

The pizza was super delicious and yummy. The staff are so humble and caring with the Resturant itself very neat and clean.

Just a warning that these guys are not on the level. Last week our regular order was cancelled because of a power outage. We waited an hour and called them (nothing proactive) and agreed that we’d cancel and make other arrangements. Later that evening they tried to deliver the order but we’d already eaten. Even though we turned them away we were still charged. Buyer beware! Is a shame as their deliveries are usually fast and hot - ideal fast food.

Ordered food online at 5.20pm. Said 35 minutes for delivery. Rang at 6.40pm, said someone else had taken our food. Absolute shambles. Said they would send as a matter of priority. Food never arrived. Worst takeaway outlet in Wokingham by a country mile. Avoid. One star is too much.

Don't bother using these guys, the meals arrive late and some of the bits we ordered were wrong. When we called them about it we were offered a refund which didn't even cover the item that was not sent

As per some other reviews on here I was charged twice, once from Crostinies app (where I got no confirmation) and also from Just Eat. Neither have me a refund so 3 pizzas cost £108! Was not very impressed with the pizza and obviously would never use again.

We made a big order of pizzas to be delivered at work place. The big boxes of pizzas were delivered in time and very warm - freshly cooked. There’s also drinks available. As we ordered big number of pizzas the management gave us two extra boxes for free. Brilliant 🤩 deal!!!

Order was delayed, then when it turned up ended up half in the bin. The "ultimate cheesy garlic bread" was burnt bread with no cheese or garlic in half of it. The pizza was wrong and half of it had a disgusting bbq sauce as the base sauce. A literal waste of £25. This is the second time I've had "ultimate cheesy garlic bread", only without the cheese and garlic. I just don't get it. How is it possible to even out that in the oven let alone have it pass a QC check? If you have serious allergies DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You are literally risking your life for a few teenagers to get a minimum wage.

Ordered via Just Eat. 2 hours later, the pizzas hadn't turned up. 3 or 4 of us tried to phone to query this; the phone connected and we could hear voices, then they hung up. Eventually one of us got through and they said they had recalled the driver and were re-making the pizzas. One of us got in his car and collected them himself. No apologies, no explanation, and they have delivered to our location before. Won't be using Dominos again in Chineham. Can't wait to see if the outlet reply to this.

So disgusted. Have just ordered a domino’s from here, we ordered 2 pizzas, 2 sides and one large drink. Once we got a knock on the door for it we answered within about 2 seconds. Opened the door, our food was on the floor expect one of our sides were missing. Not to mention, the pizza’s were quite cold too. The delivery driver obviously didn’t want us to see their face as they didn’t deliver all of what we ordered. So they left our door extremely quick for us not to be able to see them. We have then called them to explain this and have been accused of lying, been spoke to in a very rude manner and told that the delivery driver “can’t lie”…we asked for a refund and they said that they can’t do that, we asked if they could deliver our other side and they said that they couldn’t do that either. Absolutely ridiculous, can’t believe this.

Order a delivery from here today via just eat. It was an hour and 30 mins late and cold and to top it off the order was incorrect! And on calling the so called takeaway they feed a whole lot of BS about it and no offer to replace the pizza I ordered. Do not go here
