Must say used these many times but have to say today’s was the best and portion sizes were what I expected as this has always been my issue. But have to say today was perfect in every way from food quality, portion size, speed of delivery & finally such polite and friendly driver who delivered the food. Thanks to all and please keep to the standards you now have set and portion sizes 5 *****

Ordered 1 pizza and waited 1 hour for delivery when questioned the man was nothing but rude. Utterly disgusted. Never using the service again.

13.5.24 Liz was our server and was so very helpful, such a happy person to serve us it really made our day. The staff are always so lovely. The food was so tasty the roast potatoes are the best I have ever tasted Ever! Well done TeamToby!

The staff members looked like they wanted to be anywhere else but here - and served like it too. The burrata pinsa was loaded with rocket when the menu stated chives. My husbands Alfredo chicken rigatoni was bland and tasteless. And the orange cheesecake was honestly the worst I've ever had. It was dry, mealey and not at all creamy like cheesecakes should be. £10 for a very weak blood orange margarita was unbelievable. We had a voucher which was lucky, as I'd have been mortified to pay full price.

Due to mixed reviews both myself and my partner decided to dine out at prezzo to decide for ourselves. The food was nice but in my opinion a little over priced.The young man who served us at our table, we both found him to be very polite and charming. My partner being a fussy eater when dining out, the young lad took his time to go through many dishes and explain in detail to my partner what he thought she would most enjoy. We both found him to have outstanding customer service skills, always greeted us with a smile and most important, he made our dining experience most enjoyable. Due to our experience at prezzo and level of service from our waiter we both very much look forward to returning again soon.

Goodbye to the worst Italian restaurant I have ever visited. Two years ago it was a great venue. Two weeks ago it was a disaster. A waitress was spraying chemicals everywhere while I was eating. Before I had finished my main course a waiter started sweeping beneath my table. He then told me that if I wanted a dessert I was too late because they were closing. When I entered the restaurant my greeting was : 'We close at nine, so you need to get a move on'. Other diners were receiving the same treatment, and in 20 years of eating out I have never witnessed such unprofessional behaviour from staff. Today it closed permanently, and good riddance to it.

Very good food, excellent service, reasonable price, Really clued up on allergens We both enjoyed our meal and recommend this restaurant, though the décor needs a little TLC in places.

Been here twice and both the times have really enjoyed the pizzas. Quality and consistency of the food is always spot on. Staff are very friendly, and I now know why they are always busy. My journey takes 30 minutes to get there though well worth it. Now my new go to place for pizza's.

A wonderful restaurant! Very reasonable prices and a great atmosphere. The portions here are enormous, so make sure you take your appetite! We can recommend the mussels for starters, so tender and tasty. We have so many main course favourites but I have to say the penne with spare ribs and salmon pasta have to be a couple of the best. All washed down with a gorgeous red wine. On to desserts...well if you have room that is...panna cotta and a massive wedge of banoffee pie!! This lovely restaurant has it all, good food, great wine and a comfortable atmosphere. The team make you feel like family and it encourages you to return. We certainly do!!!

Been to the British motor show locally and stayed opposite at the premier inn and went to the station pub for dinner and drinks and had a great time. Saturday night we had the burger and a hunter's chicken schnitzel and it was absolutely fantastic not like the usual pub rubbish, this had flavour and was massive with lovely chips and a nice salad. Service is good and everything we asked for was done correctly. Sunday we went in again and both had the beef rib roast dinner and a side of really lovely cauliflower cheese and a portion of bacon wrapped stuffing and all of it was amazing 👏 the nice guy who was there last year remembered us and is a very helpful and polite person and we wouldn't hesitate to return again as its a great pub .thanks for making our experience a good one 👍
