Food was poor quality! And overpriced, won’t be ordering again

Must say used these many times but have to say today’s was the best and portion sizes were what I expected as this has always been my issue. But have to say today was perfect in every way from food quality, portion size, speed of delivery & finally such polite and friendly driver who delivered the food. Thanks to all and please keep to the standards you now have set and portion sizes 5 *****

Good service, good food and at a good price

One of the best takeaways, food always arrives hot and the order is complete which is a far cry from many of the takeaways out there.

The dooner meat was over cooked and bit chewy and jelpo was under cooked not enough bread crumb on as could see jelpo. First time like this for me. Also notice the quantity was alot lest then I had in the past too.

Kebab was a let down, very dry and had to leave it. Unfortunately not up to the usual standard. Pizzas and chips ok. Shame quality seems to of slipped. Will think twice about ordering from here again.

Food was OK but some items were wrong and 1 item missing ,tried contacting shop to get an automated message to say shop is closed & can only order from app

The app said the food had Bern delivered but it hadn't even turned up, I won't a full refund, I realise it's Friday night but come on

There are so many pizza places in Bracknell and I have tried most of them. Pizza Bakery however was not one I had come across, despite it being quite close to my home. I ordered this evening via Just Eat - The Business and American Burnout pizzas were ordered, thin crust. Food arrived in good time and was hot. Firstly I have to say the toppings are very generously laid on, you wouldn't ever need to order "extra cheese" from these guys! They tasted nice too, kind of home made (I mean that in a good way) and not like mass produced. My only criticism was that I ordered thin and crispy, but to me these were like pan pizzas (though I do confess I did enjoy that dough!). So I don't know whether they were made incorrectly or whether PB's thin and crispy aren't particularly thin... They were almost like Chicago deep pizzas (no, not the supermarket brand) that I used to enjoy in my youth down in London. So I am not sure if my order was what I ordered, but I must confess that I enjoyed it all the same.

Would like a refund for the 1.25L fanta I paid for since it wasn’t delivered. Otherwise pretty good.

Pathetic, delivered a burder without any burgers in it. So basically a salad roll. Can't call restaurant either, useless quality control. Will never order again!

We usually love Pizza bakery - but half of our order was missing this time. I tried calling the restaurant, but received an automated message saying their lines were closed as although they were open for orders, they were closed for a refurbishment - with all of the missing items, I pretty much paid £25 for 1 burger and chips - and had a very, very hungry family that I ended up having to cook for 😔

Ordered a burger got a roll with cheese lettuce and tomato NO BURGER

Ordered a burger, got cheese and salad on a bun… no burger…. Restaurant not answering calls to resolve issues. Gone down since new owner

Don't know what has happened with this kebab shop, the meat was nothing like it used to be only 2 months ago. The kebab meat was different, poor in taste, overcooked & dry, couldn't eat half of it!

Food wasn't delivered! Food was ordered well in advance of the place closing and order was accepted and never delivered?? Nobody answering the phone and the request for update on my order was not responded to. I wish to get my money back.

Food good delivery driver good, just chips portion, coleslaw & potato salad portion very poor, I personally would not call them portions for cost. But as I said food always good, just need to work on portion sizes.

Brilliant food, great service and communication

The expected time arrival was 8:35pm-8:55pm, but my order was delivered around 8pm

Always the best kebab in the area, never fails to hit the spot. Great tasting and a cheerful chappy delivery driver!

Kebab was meant to be a large had hardly any meat in it paid £8.50 for basically what you'd get as a small at a kebab van, cheesy chips were tiny for the price of them aswell. Overall disappointed and won't be buying from here again due to the overprice of kebabs.

We were so disappointed with the food. The pizza was so dry that we just threw it away, barely ate 1 slice. The onion rings were soggy as well. So not great.

I absolutely love pizza bakery I appreciate them as they phoned me to say about the missing item and they replaced with something else, food was early and it was so hot and delicious. Would recommend to anyone that loves pizzas :)

The food was beyond my poor standards - I was tipsy too! stone hard dough and cold as room temperature.

The pizzas I bought real weren't nice, would have been much better getting one from a supermarket at a quarter of the price. The bases were dry tasted like long life ones. Very disappointed wouldn't go back again.

Pizza was not good, when it arrived pizza cheese was sticked to cardboard and was not good at all

Food was bland, chicken kebab had no flavour and a tiny drizzle of sauce. Chicken tasted of really poor quality / cheap. Chips were not seasoned. Portion sizes smaller than box, dip pots half full. Clearly this restaurant is penny pinching with poor quality chicken, small portions for the money paid.

Wow that is the lightest a and hardest pizza I’ve ever had. The box weighs more than the pizza, toppings were so small I could taste but not see. Garlic bread was pretty good and fresh but it was not enough to save this

Good food but bit expensive now, chips apparently large portion was small and £2.50, delivery charge £2.50 and a service charge makes for a dear pizza

The meal was stone cold when it arrived. The fajita wrap.. well, there was nothing fajita about it, plain chicken, burnt bacon, mayo and brown lettuce in a wrap. Burger was shocking!! Portions were tiny!! Never ever again!! Whole lot in the bin!!! 🤢

The restaurant was very busy so the delivery time was longer than normal but the driver was very apologetic about the wait time and the food was just cooked hot. So hot that when I bit into my burger my glasses steamed up a little.

It wasn’t the best the food just tasted like old frying oil I had chicken dippers and they weren’t very nice and nor was the pizza I ordered! My boyfriend enjoyed his burger and I enjoyed my burger last time but wasn’t nice this time!

What an I say? I'm one of the most brutally honest when it comes to a review, I believe feed back I important ! I have been using pizza bakery for a long time and have never been able to fault them, not only are the staff and delivery drivers all absolutely lovely and will do their upmost to help with whatever you want, but food is always piping hot, which to me is one thing I really appreciate as I hate cold food! Cannot complain, its always hot...and always tasty! Their services is very efficient and their honest, if its busy they will tell you, but they deliver pretty much when they say they will. I've had nothing but a perfect experience from these guys they work very hard and deliver a fantastic service and always happy and up for a banter. I've reccomended to many, the whole team fully deserbe it. I love my kebab wrap with only chilli sauce and onion.... its always a winner! The chips we had felt like they didn't have much potato and the burger I had tasted like plastic was disappointed with the hole order to be honest

Ordered 2 small deep pan pizzas but way too doughy, couldn’t really taste the toppings. Will try thin crust next time. Garlic mushrooms were perfect :)

Was quoted 60-90 min delivery time which is standard for late on a Saturday night… Turned up within 25 mins of me placing order with food piping hot! Very tasty food to as well! Highly recommended 👍🏻

We were particularly disappointed with the quantity of food so not good value for money and the quality of Children’s pizza was disappointing as it was lacking in cheese.

Service was great, portion sizes lead a lot to be desired, £7 for a chicken kebab that tasted like cook from frozen chicken pieces and you barely got any at all. Disappointed

It was easy to order on via just eat, I was kept up to date on the status of my order. The driver was polite and friendly.

Tasteless and dry pizzas, so so tight on toppings. All types of their pizzas taste as dry cheese and tomato pizza. Not recommend it at all.

Stale pizza base, so tight with the toppings, 14.5 inch pizza and 4 slices of pepperoni? I didn’t think flavour was an optional and extra with this pizza place.

Ordered a deep pan barbecue base pizza. It was dry and tasteless. No barbecue on the base. Toppings tasteless. Very dissatisfied ☹️

Hi I can understand that Saturday evening can be a challenge yes my order late and incomplete I paid a half pounder BLT and got a quarter pounder allso paid onion rings none was supplied and extra onions again none were supplied overall a very disappointing experience I have ordered food from hear before with no issues I was going to call shop what's the point I will probably be fobbed off
