Pizza Go Go in Eastbourne

Driver rude and dismissive, pizza absolutely late and no comepjesation or apology

It arrived a little cold but was still tasty. My building can be hard to find so I don't really think it's the drivers fault, I feel however they should have called informing me of the fact. I'd order again if it arrived hot as, again, it was tasty.

Not the best pizza, under cooked, greasy taste, the ham Tasted weird (cheap) Garlic pizza bread was nice

Whilst with the time slot specified there was 25 mins between the website showing the food was on its way and actually arriving meant it was almost completely cold

Food is too cold. I don’t think so one hour for making pizza . Is it too bad experience for in my all life

Always use gogo, I won't use anyone else , been using gogo for as long as they have been open!

I haven't got my order yet after 7.40 although the minimum limit of time was 7.15

Tiny, greasy, overly salty, devoid of taste and toppings. Used a discount code and got a cheap replica of a pizza. Could have cooked a frozen pizza from a supermarket and it would have been an improvement. How do I get a refund?

Food is good , don’t know why the delivery driver rings me when outside every time I order to let me know he’s there that’s what a buzzer to a flat achieves !

Nearly 2 hours for a pizza and won’t even offer a partial refund for the wait time

i had to wait over an hour for my order

Food was fine, ice cream was forgotten, driver promised to go back and get it and bring it over to us, hours later and he never brought the ice cream, which let me add, was £6 just for an ice cream which never got delivered

No no no, no food has turned up I called up even you confirmed my food would still be delivered expect a refund right away was waiting outside for ages for someone to hopefully turn up and call my number to deliver.

Didn’t get my bottle of Diet Coke tho

Gave us an incorrect order,i ordered 2x cheesy garlic pizza breads and 1x warm cookies. I received the warm cookies along with some random pizza. None of the cheesy garlic pizza breads were delivered.

Food was very late, when I phone the restaurant my food was still in the oven, why give a time if not going to meet it, this is the second time it has happened

I don’t like thin crust pizza but the one I ordered was the best I’ve ever had, even the crust was good, great flavour, first time ordering from here, definitely will return.

Unfortunately the pizzas were a bit burnt round the edges and there was a bit of pepperoni in the cheese and tomato pizza, this was for a vegetarian

Easy to order, relatively quick delivery, really friendly delivery driver. Food was hot and very nice. Pizza was thin and crispy, plenty of toppings and perfectly spicy. Cookies were amazing. Can’t wait to order from here again.

First time we’ve had a pizza from here and it won’t be the last. Dough was lovely and light. Pizza could have been cut better and more evenly so I had to recut the pizza my self. Arrived early and was piping hot.

I really enjoy some of the selection, i think having more culture and variety in future would be amazing! Different combinations, the chocolate pudding is nice. Especially to get it nice and warm! I think more churros to share would be nice, I'd love to see the place. Quality, and prices improove on this place!

I would really not recommend this place to anyone. Speaking from experience I ordered a takeaway from here spaghetti, and curly fries. The curly fries at the top where burned And completely raw underneath as the man said on the phone “they just put them in the oven” so you might as well go to Tesco and get you a bag for £2. The spaghetti was not cooked at all completely raw! When I spoke to someone on the phone they said they where closing so he couldn’t speak 3hrs before they closed. Don’t waste your money on this restaurant that does not care about their customers all the food is frozen it’s a complete rip off.

Food was nice and hot, 10 mins early which was impressive, and my delivery driver was very nice and polite.

The Just Eat app makes it so easy to order and pay. And then Pizza GoGo sort out the rest. It was delivered 15 minutes early and as always the pizzas were lovely and hot.

Pizza was ok but spoiled because the delivery took ages - there was a gap of 20-25 mins between the website saying the food was on the way and the driver arriving meaning that it was almost cold by the time I got it

I've never had a pizza before where the cheese is thicker than the dough, very greasy too as it's that rubbish cheese with bulker in it. Sides were ok. I can see why they make you order a pizza when ordering on just eat otherwise people would just buy sides off them and get a pizza from somewhere else. Better off getting a deal from somewhere else.
