Food wasn’t fully cooked through had to throw away

left outside in the cold, no knock

Order was late, but still hot and delivery driver didn’t read the delivery notes and knock on the door, ignoring the request to call the cell number to avoid waking up any of my family. Not impressed.

Ordered my food at quarter past midnight on a weds, at around half 1 it said food was delivered. When I called up to enquire they said it would be a further 20 minutes before the food was ready to be delivered. A pizza, dip and coke takes 1hr30???

They said was delivered at there end and wasn’t.so contacted to find out why and then they said 30 mins which turned into another hour 😢

Food was cold, they couldn’t find my address I was stood in the freezing cold for 15 minutes.

First time ordering from here and won’t be doing it again. Food wasn’t particularly hot when it arrived. Pizzas ordered weren’t of great quality considering the deal is the same price as Dominos.

I ordered a thin crust Hawaiian pizza. The dough was disgusting as was the whole pizza. It wasn’t crispy at all. I could not see ANY evidence of tomato sauce. The whole pizza just left an awful twang of salt in my mouth. The ham was tasteless. Two mouthfuls was more than enough. Worst pizza absolutely ever.

Yes, they was late and bringing the food but the food was lovely. We can forget them being late because the food was worth the extra weight.

I would give this 0 stars but I can’t, ordered on Sunday @ 18.25 and delivery was due between 19.10-19.30 but never turned up. So after saying it was late was advised it would be 20.00 for delivery, I phoned the store to cancel as I’d made plans to go out and was told that they had been really busy!! How’s that my problem? If you can’t deliver on time don’t take the orders. This is a warning to anyone who wants fast food (it isn’t) it’s ok if you’ve got 11/2-2 hours to wait for food.

It arrived a little cold but was still tasty. My building can be hard to find so I don't really think it's the drivers fault, I feel however they should have called informing me of the fact. I'd order again if it arrived hot as, again, it was tasty.

I haven't got my order yet after 7.40 although the minimum limit of time was 7.15

Tiny, greasy, overly salty, devoid of taste and toppings. Used a discount code and got a cheap replica of a pizza. Could have cooked a frozen pizza from a supermarket and it would have been an improvement. How do I get a refund?

Food is good , don’t know why the delivery driver rings me when outside every time I order to let me know he’s there that’s what a buzzer to a flat achieves !

Nearly 2 hours for a pizza and won’t even offer a partial refund for the wait time

Food was fine, ice cream was forgotten, driver promised to go back and get it and bring it over to us, hours later and he never brought the ice cream, which let me add, was £6 just for an ice cream which never got delivered

No no no, no food has turned up I called up even you confirmed my food would still be delivered expect a refund right away was waiting outside for ages for someone to hopefully turn up and call my number to deliver.

Didn’t get my bottle of Diet Coke tho

Gave us an incorrect order,i ordered 2x cheesy garlic pizza breads and 1x warm cookies. I received the warm cookies along with some random pizza. None of the cheesy garlic pizza breads were delivered.

Unfortunately the pizzas were a bit burnt round the edges and there was a bit of pepperoni in the cheese and tomato pizza, this was for a vegetarian

Easy to order, relatively quick delivery, really friendly delivery driver. Food was hot and very nice. Pizza was thin and crispy, plenty of toppings and perfectly spicy. Cookies were amazing. Can’t wait to order from here again.
