Delicious food, I tried fish and chips very good portion, also the chicken kebab and beef burgers, everything was delicious and the service was great very fast, friendly and clean atmosphere. Thank you

Outrageous behaviour! I have a communal front door. Which a delivery driver, thought It would be acceptable to kick in and damage, late at night, frightening my kids, Over a disagreement with my neighbour. If that is how your delivery driver act. That is disgusting! Haven't ordered food from there and I definitely will not be now!

Food mediocre and adds £1 onto the bill when using a card machine even though there is nothing to say this is the case

I purchased from these 2 days ago, the lamb donners, chips, mushrooms were ok. But the chicken shwarma gave me food poisoning. I spent 6 hours vomiting. Obviously the chicken wasn't cooked to standards. I will not be ordering from them again.

I was surprised how tasty the chicken shish kebab was and the size small was decent enough of a portion. The Turkish bread was fantastic (it's like a flatbread mixed with a naan bread). The chips were not the best however, a bit soggy and the burger sauce tasted different (unusual taste) compared to the other places around here. I'm still very happy with the order however. I will order another kebab in the future.

Food was very expensive (£13 for a kebab no chips or drink). And VERY salty almost inedible. Lamb wasn’t cooked enough, and just not a nice kebab.

I ordered a chicken kabab extra large with salad and bbq sauce and ended up getting lamb kabab with salad no sauce. I asked the driver not to ring the door bell and still rang the door bell and didnt leave the food where i asked. Im not happy spending £17 on a extra large chicken kabab and not getting what i wanted!!!!

Great service always on time if not early, and food always good. The kebabs are a true size, a large is large not like others that give medium or small and pass it off as large.

They clicked it when the driver was already here, which doesn't help as the driver was struggling to find. Smallest sized cod and extremely greasy, skinny fries not decent sized chips of old, not an enjoyable experience like previouse.

Couldn’t eat kebab as it was really dry

Chips were cold, pitta bread wasn’t a pitta bread, it was like a nann bread so too thick to fill. The food boxes are different and seem be falling apart when you unwrap them.

Worst kebab we’ve ever had. The food was awful, Cold, Old and overalll not very nice we only managed to eat not even half a plate. This photo is what we had left of our meal. They used to be very good but now I would never order from them again. Disappointed is an u understatement

We were very pleased with our order, the restaurant rang us stating that they hadn't enough chicken left for the chicken kebab, and asked if we would like it "topping up" with lamb. Our food was delicious and well presented. We'll be back!!!😋👍🏻

Big improvement since last time. Yes, messed up my order so kids couldn't eat it as it was too hot, but rectified rapidly and delivered correct order. Bread was definitely better, not usual shoe sole type but crispy nicely grilled fluffy pie. Improved chips, thinner, cooked in fresh oil. Lamb shish overdone but acceptable for most ppl. Cant fail on that. Overall improved from stingy horrible food to gourmet kebab. If it wasn't for messed up order it would easily be 5 stars. Well done.

Chicken was dry, lamb was dry, disappointing as we have had good meals in the past.

I never bother to write reviews but am so annoyed at the poor customer service I felt compelled to write this. I will NEVER use them again! Have tried them several times as initially were good. However this has slowly deteriorated and the last two times were were actually terrible. Todays order was over £17 for a large donnar kebab and chips with salad. They charged an extra £1.50 for each sauce, completely forgot the salad yet again and chips were soggy and and cold and was a small kebab! When we rang to complain he said he couldn’t hear or understand me and it was because they were too busy. They heard me perfectly fine when placing order! If I wanted a replacement it would be over 90 minutes to wait. Such a shame as started so well but enough is enough so will never order from them again and hopefully if other people follow suit they will get the message and sort themselves out.

Delivery time was good food was hot. Unfortunately that's the end of the positives. Meat in the donor kebab was thin dry and greasy bordering unedible and the salad looked old and yellow. Also the portion sizes don't make sence. As you go up from small to xl it doesn't get any larger they just give you more meat and less salad throwing the balance off. For example an xl kebab its just meat and pita and a miniscule amount of salad doesn't make for a good kebab.

I don't usually leave reviews but this definitely earned a great one! Our usual kebab place doesn't seem to be on JE anymore so after a bit of overthinking and review reading we decided to give Pleasant Grill a go and it did not disappoint! The delivery time was so fast considering it was a Saturday evening and we live all the way on the other side of town in WSL, it was at our door in 20 minutes! The food was brilliant, we ordered a lamb donner and chicken donner and both were very flavourful and we'll cooked. Portion sizes were spot on, no ordering a large kebab and getting a medium like some other kebab places in town. Will absolutely be using again, you've got yourself a new customer.

Won't be ordering from here again. I had a chicken donner wrap, the paper it was wrapped in was dripping with grease, I took one bite and the grease poured out the wrap, I got myself a plate that ended up with a puddle of grease 🤢 ordered cheesy garlic bread as a side, was solid, cold & 3 tiny slices for £5! £30 completely wasted! Never again.

Consistently good but even better tonight! Can't afford takeaways like we used to so it's more of a treat these days. Fancied a night off after a long day. 2x combo lamb and chicken shish, 1x lamb shish. All absolutely beautiful and we asked for only cabbage on salads and this was done as requested. Another lovely hot meal delivered again

I brought a takeaway last night because of all the good reviews I saw online. I was very disappointed. It was overpriced, small portions when I had ordered extra large.The food was disgusting and tasteless. I give the one star to the delivery as that was quick. Will never be buying from here again 😡🤮 and the coleslaw tasted out of date. 😡😡😡😡
