Best pizza I have tasted so far.

Ordered food at 10:30, it is now 12:30 and the food still hasn’t come. 32 minutes past latest arrival time

Were just super inappropriate with my female friend and then got really defensive over their very questionable way of dealing with a refund. Never going back as they are gross.

The guy took 15 minutes before even beginning to cook my order. He wasn’t preparing any other food and was just out the back on his phone. Disappointing service. Clearly my time is not important to you.

If I could leave 2 and a half stars I would… Friendly staff,, Hot pizza delivered quick late but the quality has dropped and the price has gone up. Ingredients don’t taste fresh. Chicken strips dry and taste old. Ordered for years and always decent but disappointing tonight.

They are a local legend, always hot, good quality and quickly delivered! Our favourite.

Food is ALWAYS 10/10, quick to prepare as well, I order almost every week :). They always deliver pretty fast other than the odd occasion.

Im a fat guy and I eat pizza on a weekly basis but I swear I had a prochiutto and funghi pizza and it was absolutely amazing. Well done to the chef and the owner of the restaurant 👏👏👏👏👏👏

By far the best pizza in Hastings

I would like to state that I have never had a bad experience here previously so i will not give one star (although this specific experience is 0 stars). The estimated delivery was later than when it was delivered, which is a good thing, but my doorbell does not work so i did not hear the delivery. I called them up after the time had passed and the delivery driver was extremely rude to me when he did come, saying that he was wasting petrol on me when he could have called me - which he stated that he did but he did not try to call me. I am a loyal customer here but do not think i will be ordering again.

Over priced, bland, garlic bread had next to not garlic taste, pizza wasn’t up to the price at all. Very disappointing.

I ordered from here not long ago for delivery and it was just lovely. The delivery was fast, the chickens strips I ordered were delicious and the salad I had ordered had been very well prepared, made with care and yummy. Usually when I order a salad from any takeaway place it’s always just thrown together and never very nice, but this place this really out did themselves. Highly recommend this place:)

When the delivery driver turned up an hour late they couldn't even find my address clear instructions 6 phone calls later and still couldn't find me only 6 houses with my postcode absolutely incompetent whole family late very late dinner do not recommend ordering at all it was an absolute joke

Awful customer service and late cold food. As keyworkers over The festive season - we waited 60mins for a delivery of 1 pizza deal (with extras) . This was late,freezing cold and cold garlic bread that would take a tooth out it was so hard. My colleague was treated awfully when calling and accused of not completing the right order before the phone was put down by worker. All went in the Bin. Have been recommended Rustico and Pizzereli for next time ! Never again

Waiting over a hour for the food which was strange as we only ordered 2 things one was the oregano box and the spicy chicken wings…. The wings I couldn’t say anything bad about them but I paid £17+ in total for those two items and in the oregano box it had wedges, chicken nuggets, onion rings etc in side of it… I was so excited but half of it went into the bin as it was so burnt or wasn’t cooked enough and was all soggy…. I’m really not happy as I brought this for my kids and they hated it so I’ve now had to cook another meal for them to eat…. Not happy…. Food took way to long and tasted horrible :(

Ordered here really late one time, must have been 2am it was the only place open and I'm very glad I did order. The pizzas are amazing, done in a proper pizza oven with great ingredients, fast delivery, and the staff fix any problems with no fuss!

Ordered a couple of pizza's from here for delivery the other day, the two 15 inch pizza deal is really good value, I went for the Roma pizza which has spinach and egg on it, they are very happy to change toppings, perfect as I'm not a fan of anchovies. The delivery time was about 30 - 40 minutes which was fine for us, just be aware of the time and don't leave it until you are starving to order. The quality of the pizza was great, the cheese went very close to the edges which is great value for money. I also like how the boxes that the pizzas come in tell you how long to reheat them for, great as I can never manage a whole pizza in one sitting, will be ordering from them again :)

Food was luke warm, Calzone had no tomatoe base which made it incredibly bland such a shame wont be using again

One must be honest, their pizza are top class however I was shocked that they charged a co-worker who works in the nail shop in queens road £6 for delivery from their shop to the nail shop which is like 10-15 shops in between each other. Very greedy policy.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Treated my children to takeaway, ribs came literally bones and a layer of fat... no meat, sauce was thick and congealed, chips were obviously reheated, dried out and cold, pizza burnt and greasy and pasta bland, cold and 3rd mouthful in my 9 year old pulled out a string of metal!!!!! Out of her mouth!! Complained to the restaurant and they offered HALF a refund once cleared with just eat !! I’m disgusted!!

Had a lovely Pepperoni Piccante Pizza with Chicken Strips on Sunday at the Astral Apartments and have to say it was one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted, absolutely delicious and will be ordering again for sure next time I am in Hastings.

I always order from Oregano, Such lovely pizzas! We have never had bad service from them and never had a problem with their food. The food always tastes amazing and delivery is always quick. Can not fault them at all and would definitely recommend!

The price and the quality is the best and all staffs are very friendly. I personally love there pizza which is cooke by wood oven.

The Oregano leaf is our absolute “pizza to go” of choice. In our opinion, it knocks spots off its (more expensive) competitors. We have had 5 deliveries from there this year-each one has been perfect. Thin crust, crispy base, delicious toppings and delivered piping hot and usually way ahead of the allotted time. I order online off their own website, which is transparent and easy to navigate. 5 star service. 10 star product. Well done guys.

Very poor, No Delivery, after much deliberation decided on this place due to menu . Ordered around 9pm via Uba eats .app said on the way at around 10, waited for over an hour no sign. Called company directly very dismissive said they had tried to deliver but no answer, total lie we have a very distinctive house with a alarm 🚨 that sounds when people trigger lights by the door.. They said it had been put in the bin as no answer after my knocks we have 2 dogs as well. Only refunded next day, but that was to late for us as unable to order that night from any other establishment

Nice porcini mushroom pasta ! Just add chicken and cheese along with truffle oil if you have that at home. Friendly and good size portions🙂🙂

Terrible experience, waited over an hour, then rang up put on some excuse, now waited another 30 mins, they rang, got my ordered mixed up with someone else I ordered two pizzas and couple sides. They have acted very unprofessional, excuse after excuse still waiting for food.... 7 mins from my house takes 20 mins to cook pizza. Coming up 2 hours.. avoid using this company

Waited an hour and a half for our food, rang them up as the tracker said it was due for delivery yet it was still being cooked! The guy on the phone wasnt helpful at all, we had 2 kids waiting for their food and no time was given for delivery! When it arrived the food looked awful! Barely enough to feed a family on the portion sizes, for the price of the food it was appalling! Please see images attached! Wish I had read the reviews beforehand! Not impressed at all!

Today I was picked for the MysteryShopper for this restaurant I am highly disappointed, waited over two hours for my food, rang up three times, they was very unprofessional, they then wrong back with the wrong order for a different customer, the portions you get are not worth the value you would get more for your money at a super market. Way overpriced for tiny portions. I would highly recommend for people not to go here! Thank you for reading.

I have absolutely no idea how you can get pizza so very wrong! We waited 1hr 15min for a delivery that realistically should be with you in half an hour. Stone baked pizza should take a couple of minutes to prepare and around 6-10min in an oven. The pizza was cold, the chicken pieces looked cheap, nasty and processed and the mushrooms were out of a tin - I kid you not! When I called to find out why our food hadn’t been delivered yet I was still speaking to the guy and he hung up on me. Extremely poor quality food and terrible management. Never again

The worst pizza I've ever had in my life. I never moan about anything but feel I had to share it. It was like cardboard and a struggle to chew it. Also topping was abit sparce... I wouldn't pay for another one that's for sure.

Made the mistake of not checking reviews beforehand.This poor excuse of a takeaway is the worst thing me & my family have eaten.The pizza looked like a frozen supermarket super saver one that they chucked into a microwave whilst watching the tv & the chicken wings looked like a pigeons knee cap,ABSOLUTELY RANK FOOD,lukewarm at best and taste like nothing I’ve had before,my kids opened the box & said “Dad,this doesn’t look like a wood burning pizza”,both ate 1 slice each & refused to eat any more,avoid this doghouse for your own sake!!!!!

My parents order from it quite a lot as they live just round the corner from it. They make the pizzas from scratch in front of you so you can ask for them without cheese etc and its quite cheap too

I have given this restaurant far too many chances and always disappointed. I won’t use it again! Extra paid for toppings on pizza always missing (but charged nonetheless), the food is always late and arrives barely lukewarm. Their pizza tastes like rubber and the crust is soggy and tasteless. Food items are not always correctly described on their menu, and there’s almost always something omitted in any of the dishes or salads. Moreover, not easy to communicate when calling as the manager tends to deny that anything’s wrong with the meals. Customer service nonexistent. I would not recommend!

I do not recommend this place as one of their delivery drivers have what I come to believe stalk me as they know my name he’s speaking to me like he knows me he said to me if you hear screaming come outside and when he said that I just ended the call didn’t actually place an order and they still tried to deliver the food and my bf went to see who it is and he said to my bf where’s the girl I usually deliver to I want to see her, I now feel worried as they know where I live it’s not the first time this company have done something like this to me be careful

Pretty good pizza, usually prepared very quickly.

Extremely unprofessional. They delivered food to the wrong address relying on information they had from a past order, refused to keep the food when the people living there said it was not for them and refused to redo our order when we complained saying we had to pay . The manager refused to talk to me leaving a young lad trying to deal with the situation! We will never order from them again and neither will our friends!

Will never order again! 15£ for 10 rings of calamari that were burned and excess oil was so gross my stomach hurted for two days.

Had a takeaway from here on a weekday evening, the service was quick and the food arrived hot. The pizzas were delicious, much nicer than any takeaway pizza we have had before and the toppings were very generous. Will definitely use again.

After being advised that my food would arrive in 25 minutes, it took 1 hour! The wedges we're hot but soggy, barely held together. The pizza was freezing cold and I could of thrown it at somebody and killed them! Rock hard. Next to no cheese. On a pizza!?! Is that not the point... Starving, I began to eat the extremely disappointed food only to find a pubic hair on the wedges!! I don't think I have ever had a worse experience in my entire life.

They would have got 5 stars. But, told delivery would be an hour. Rang after 1 1/2 hours. In fairness, food turned up while I was on phone and many apologies. Also, we ordered 2 x 10" pizzas (9.95 and 10.95). They didn't tell me about the 2 x 10" for £14.99 and free drink. I noticed on the menu later. Customer service dictates that you point out the best deal. I could have saved about £6.

We came to Hastings for a family holiday and decided to order a take away from Oregano leaf on our last night (a Friday night) although we waited a little longer than we expected, it was well worth the wait! The pizza was delicious... Better than all of the "leading pizza brands" and cheaper!! Good value for money, it was hot on arrival and very tasty indeed! Would love to have pizza place like this locally! If I'm in hastings again, I know where I will be going for dinner!! Highly recommend!

I can say we are regular customers here, we ordering for delivery and we eat in sometimes as well. The shop is clean and tidy, the delivery is always in time with kind service. I cant complain!

BEST PIZZA EVER! It is delicious! The deals are great (£8 for 15" if you buy 2). Staff are helpful and food is prepared very quickly and in front of you! The only minus isthat they dont have real bacon its more like sausage but its still tasty :)

The garlic pizza is cold answer really greasey and it's the same with the pepperoni one I bit in to it and a bubble of grease came out and I couldn't see what was the toppings on them me and my other half don't like mushrooms or oinions

Quite frankly, for single people, or those in relationships where only one of the couple, or family, likes a pizza every now and then, Oregano Leaf is a relief. For years, all the larger pizza companies have deals for 2 pizzas, for example, or just charge a stupid amount for one pizza, well now your luck is in in Hastings!

Ordered a pizza as part of the any pizza £10 deal. I rang and asked for 3 garlic dips to dip the crusts in. Pizza arrived quickly, and hot. But to my surprise I was missing several extra toppings I had paid for one of which was bacon. On closer inspection, I discovered that there was in fact "bacon" on the pizza but it wasn't bacon. It was the kind of "meat" served from tins. All over my pizza. Base was good quality and well cooked, so why would they scrimp on the key ingredients? I've awarded 2 stars because I expected a lot from a place which consistently has 5 stars but instead was left disappointed with the quality of meat on my pizza.
