Domino's Pizza in Hastings

Had a free voucher from Domino's due to disappointment from other venue so this time tried here. Chicken Tandoori pizza was yum, well cooked, full of topping and test. The person in charge was really well aware and concerned for his job. Will definitely visit here again. Recommended

Got down to Hastings after a 3.45 drive was turned into 5 hours due to the a21 bs. Our order wasn’t there and I called up was told the driver couldn’t deliver it but I wasn’t called. The man who answered the phone was so polite and allowed me to pick it up warning me it would be cold now so he warmed it up without me even asking. Lovely staff!

Bad experience from domino's. I always got good pizzas but now a days quality of pizzas is very poor.

This is the worst dominos to order from don’t buy anything from here the staff are very rude and have no manners they always mess up my order and cancel it and my food is always cold every time I’ve ordered they’ve called me back and said my order hasn’t gone through they’re stupid system DONT ORDER FROM HERE

This the 4th time I’m not getting my order I’m very upset about that and how rude your stuff are to peaple when they pick up the phone and they got no manners I received my order 4 hours after they told me is on the way a shame for you guys .is not only me who is complaining I hope your shop gets closed ore dominos in hasting .very bad and rude never order from here

Poor experience at Domino’s today. I’ve ordered before and never had issues but today’s pizza (4/03) had very little topping that were very weirdly distributed. One piece of each ingredient per slice, carefully counted. Whoever was making it clearly had a bad day or was running low on toppings.

Whoever was making making the pizzas between 21.00-21.30 on the 26th of Jan... you done a fantastic job... never had a domios like it before... well done

Service would be higher but they don't take cash. Should be the option for card or cash

On Sat 27th May, I ordered a plant based pepperoni to collect, got there to pick it up and they’ve made a soya strip pizza. Said they had run out of pepperoni. I personally don’t like the soya strips, so i couldn’t eat it. I thought they would call first to let me know the pizza i ordered was out of stock - but nope. On collection, I asked the guy why he didn’t call and he miserably said “cause it’s like five to 11…” but he knew i was coming to collect it - he still didn’t bother calling. He looked very annoyed i wanted to cancel my order. Bad customer service. I would have understood if he had just called me and told me what i had ordered was out of stock, he could have offered a refund or asked if i wanted a different pizza. Instead, because he couldn’t be bothered to call me (?), i traveled to the shop and left empty handed - and 2 pizzas were wasted.

Received the £107 order with the wrong sides, rang them as asked if they could put them on the next order as we do order regularly to be told they couldn’t do that so would send some fresh ones in 20 minutes, 2 phone calls later they finally arrived 50 minutes late and cold, couldn’t be bothered to ring them again and just put them in the bin. Won’t order again from them, terrible service and unhelpful management

If the old "if it's not there in 60 minutes, it's free" thing applied, this store would be bankrupt. Nearly 3 hours for our order to arrive and nobody answered the phone when we tried multiple times to get an update.

I been waiting over 2 hours and still no pizza, not answering there phone. Staff are rude. Will never order from ore store again .

Absolutely atrocious service. I ordered a pizza and some side, order was accepted. After an hour it hadn't arrived so I called and spoke to a very rude lady who refused to deliver to me. No apology, just very argumentative and then hung up the phone. Had I not called, I'd still be waiting now and they have still charged me for the pizza. UPDATE: Three weeks later and I still haven’t had a refund or received any correspondence from the store who continue to ignore my refund requests.

I love KFC, best cooked bit of chicken anywhere. KFC is the only place to go to for chicken meals n snacks although prices could be cheaper

Been getting Dominos from here for a long time now, can't go wrong at all really. Very quick delivery times, if you play the deals right you can get really good prices. Staff are always friendly on the door.

Collected pizza, ready spot on time, hot and well cooked. Relatively expensive.

Picked up a dairy free pizza from here and it was fine as although it took a while for them to work out which pizza it should be which was disappointing as they should know their menu by heart

I'm NHS staff just finished shift and could of done with food but im stuck with toast I'm contacting my bank to cancel i ordered online with ore branch payment exempted but they claimed to not have order i beg no one to order from them it's dodgy and now filed an investigation into the branch and informed customer service

Awesome pizzas, go and collect, deliveries get a bit hectic at times, and you can be waiting well over the estimated time

order was wrong the manager so I rung the store to speak to the manager after explaining to the manager he wouldn't corrected it then the manager hung up on me and was so rude his customer service skills were diabolical will never be ordering from there again or dominoes in fact as so disgusted by the level of service I received today so shortly after coming out of surgery I would put 0 stars if it would let me but unfortunately it won't #iwillneverorderagainoredominoes#

Not only was I given the wrong dip but they had the audacity to make me wait 2 hours for a new one. The level of disrespect I was given on the phone to get my garlic herb dip was absolute beyond me !! It’s not just the garlic and herb dip but it’s the waiting that I had to do, watching my dominos pizza to get cold right in front of my face. Well done dominos thanks for ruining my night you j bag.

They mixed up what we had ordered by sending garlic dough balls instead of pepperoni dough balls, unforgivable, would not visit again as I am absolutely distraught and have to go to therapy due to this cock up. Even our lord and savior wouldn't forgive this.

I love some dominos but they messed up the order and not for the first time, went and collected at first and got asked to leave the rest to go cold and go back for the correct one..

Pizza’s ok but they are never ready on time. Order for collection, state a time but always have to wait at least 10 mins on arrival, poor.

When they finally answered, miserable & rude staff with no aplogies for a 2hr wait on delivery. Go to pizzahut :)

Nice guy who took care of us. Domino's doesn't offer garlic as topping but we had nice garlic butter instead. Fantastic place for a quick lunch.

Ordered our pizzas online and found the staff really polite when we picked them up.The shop was lovely and clean and the pizzas were hot and very tasty.

it would be a lot better if someone actually answered the damn phone I mean seriously I’ve read loads of other reviews saying the same bloody thing never any answer

Ordered a pizza online at 9:25pm, app says it’s In quality control, get a call 30 minutes later to say it’s going to be another 30 minutes (10:30pm) and 3 days for a refund 🤔.... not the first time this has happened..... avoid and use Pizza Hut next door!

They can't even cook a pizza or get the order right, when you ring there is no answer what so ever? Useless i wouldn't even rate it a one star

Received the worst pizza of my life from dominos last night. It was really annoying too as I was treating myself after spending 5 days in the hospital caring for my wife and new baby. My treat was an overcooked piece of rubbish with more base than topping! The delivery driver was also rude and the drink was wrong. Utterly useless.

Horrendous!! Received a txt saying food was on the way, and an hour and a half later it still hadn't arrived. Tried to call the store numerous times and no-one answers the phone. Don't waste your time and money, they don't deserve any business!

Went for a meal food cold bro sick just discussing service no one spoke English. Was expecting 3-4 star service not even 1 star so bad will never ever get dominos for there again !!!

I went to the store for a nice pizza, as a well deserved treat after a long day! Now with the knowledge I have once Being management at Domino's previously, I was sick of shock to have experienced this level of attitude to Domino's outlook! Now firstly I am going mention that noone likes the last minute order before close but as a customer I know that you still provide a fast and satisfing experience! There seemed to be a driver, 2 instores and a manager within the store, which to me didn't seem fit as it looked to have a fairly quiet night! The guy slapping the dough didn't seem to actually understand the level of damage that stretching the dough with his hands rather then slapping it actually causes and creates a thin pizza Base, which wouldn't support the pizza toppings and would not pass Domino's quality test. The young girl completely over sauced a double decadence Base and yet once spread put a little more on (this would not pass quality either) specially after she cheesed and dropped the screen to spread the cheese to create evenness, made the sauce spread further over the 2cm gap that is supposed to be left around the edge and caused it to burn in the oven. The manager was hardly aware of this as I assume he was out back doing his night count and checks! Only noticed when we left and looked as though when to count the tills! The dough was left without a tray on top and was on show longer then we were waiting! We were there for about 20 minutes which wasn't a problem even if they forget a topping of extra cheese (which costs more for a single topping then does a bag!) yes I know! The pizza wasn't cut well atall! Lastly I noticed that there was an indication of lack of cleanliness as there was trays and sauce tubs left on display in view of the customer area and tin foil on a tub acting as a lid.... This would certainly fail an OER TEST and failed within the hygiene act! Honestly all I can say is that this store was more concerned about closing the store then setting a good example... Of all the years I had work never would I have ever displayed this lack of customer service!

Food is horrible my chicken strips came stone cold and garlic dough balls came with no garlic when called to ask for them to send more out they did so and the box came dripping with what we thought was grease but no it was garlic oil was as if they took the piss the dough balls were dripping with the garlic oil to point not even our dogs would eat them will never order from here again

Order was well over an hour, we live 5 minutes away. We ordered a half and half pizza and chicken dippers. Half of my topping was on the other side and we were down to dippers too. Not impressed at all.
