The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in North East

2 hours 25 mins late only coming from 3 miles away n still charge full price for it never again

Ordered an Italian pizza which is meant to have ground beef and Italian sausage on. It arrived late with no meat on it. When we rang to complain they said "we'll put extra meat on it next time"! Not good enough as we won't be using them again. The difference in price between the 15" meat pizzas and the vegetarian one's is £5. So they have in effect overcharged by £5.

Donner meat and pizza ordered, donner meat was awful couldn't even eat it was so over cooked, been coming to simmos for takaway for the past 10 years up until the past few weeks where we avoided then thought we would gove it another try to my shame! The past few months the food has been hit and miss, prices going up food quality going down. Tipped me over the edge tonight when my partner got home and opened it up couldn't even eat it, you could litteraly crack each peice in half. Won't be returning lesson learned. Pizza was standard, salad had minimal amount in.. worth going somewhere else for better quality, quantity and value all around!

I just went here this week because someone said new owners had it and It was 100x better than when I last went and the little bloke full of himself was there, and apparently it's new owners and I live in walker and can guarantee the food is great. The last time I went I walked out the shop and crammed the food in a bin cause I didn't trust them at all. He had a weird smirk on his face, like he would have humpung his brother but these new people are clean and respectful.

Order has been delivered late ordered at 18.29pm didnt arrive till 19.40pm

I ordered some food from here on Just Eat a few nights ago. My order was late so I called the restaurant to find out where it was, I was told there was a delay but would be with me soon. I waited another 20 mins and called again, I was told there was a further delay and the food would be with me in another 45 minutes, at this point, I was no longer interested in waiting this long and asked to cancel the order. The person I was talking to was extremely rude, telling me I could not cancel and would have to wait. I then went onto Just Eat and cancelled the order thinking I would get a refund since the food has been delayed twice, however the this restaurant refused to refund me, saying it was due to bad weather. The weather had been glorious all day and there were no signs of any weather issues. I requested Just Eat to investigate this and sort out my refund but they were useless and unable to help me. So I paid £24 and never received anything. They didn’t even refund me the delivery charge when nothing was ever delivered to me.

Don't have many takeaways, but whenever we want a kebab, this is our go-to place! The kebabs are massive, so be careful when you order!😂😂 In the past, we've ordered a kebab each and ended up sharing one each over two days!😂😂👌🏽 Last night, we decided to order one to share, the Mega Kebab!🤷‍♂️😂😂😂 OMG! It's massive and absolutely gorgeous! We didn't even get through half of it! Tomorrows dinner for us!😁😋😋 Staff are really friendly too, and the manager is spot on, helping to move your order on as quickly as possible! Thanks guys!🙏🙏🙏

Previously, I had a good experience with ordering here, This is my third time ordering delivery, and I waited 3 hours before calling a second time asking for an update on my delivery. I was told my delivery appeared to already be delivered. I had been waiting close to the door, so i knew that wasn't true. It took them a while to realize that apparently, due to the locations, they had deleted my order without calling me or letting me know. Even though they have been delivering to my house over the past several months, they are now unable to deliver to my house. The only redeeming part here was the night managers who kept calm even when I didn't. It would have been nice to get some kind of heads up that my order was canceled a few hours ago. Now we are eating a can of soup at almost 10:00 pm, We ordered at 6:30.

Visitamos Pizza Box para una comida para llevar el viernes por la noche. Revisamos el extenso menú por un tiempo y decidimos lo que tendríamos que comer. Me decidí por la comida Peri Peri Chicken Wrap, que venía con ensalada y una lata de pop. Pedimos por teléfono y nos informaron que pasarían entre 20 y 25 minutos antes de que pudiéramos recoger las comidas. Llegamos en ese momento y la comida estaba lista para recoger. La envoltura de pollo Peri Peri era muy picante lo que me tomó por sorpresa, suelen darles una ligera patada pero esta me tiró los calcetines. La envoltura se estaba ahogando en salsa, tanto que tengo que sacar el contenido de la envoltura y comer con un cuchillo y un tenedor. La ensalada que acompañaba también era muy vinagrera lo que le quitó algo de la comida, puede haber sido una mejor opción para ir por patatas fritas. También vamos un pan de ajo queso para compartir que era bastante agradable y el ajo no era demasiado abrumador. Me gustaría visitar de nuevo, pero sin duda optaría por una opción diferente.

Most of food was cold and the chicken wrap was appalling, definitely not worth £6. Will absolutely not be ordering from here again and would not recommend to anyone.

I’ve previously left good reviews for godfathers as the Parmos are really lovely and well cooked - how we like them - and the coleslaw is great too. We haven’t ordered for a couple of months. This time we had it delivered - late - and the chips were half the amount than they used to be and stone cold. Sauces were only half filled, salad very dry and not much coleslaw. I’d have gave a 0 if it wasn’t for the fact that the parmo itself was still quite warm and the chilli sauce was still nice.
