Haven’t used Bella for a while but thought we’d give it go. So the food was 30 minutes late, the delivery driver dropped the sauces on the ground and they leaked out, he then couldn’t give us the right change because he didn’t have any cash apparently - so he ended up with a huge tip for absolutely terrible service. The food arrived cold and if I’m honest it wasn’t very nice, but if a let down. We won’t be trying Bella again.

No mention of doner meat on the just eat menu and not what I wanted nor expected. The dried up chicken and unwanted doner meat went in the bin. Waste of money. I’ve had a pizza from here before and it was ok though. Ordered pizza this time too but haven’t ate it yet.

Good things are worth waiting for! The food was delivered late but was still piping hot. The kebab I ordered was possibly the best I have ever had :) The meat was tender and well cooked with superb flavour and brilliant presentation. Will definitely order from here again :)

Ordered deep pan and got thin base don’t recommend

Paid £1.40 each for cans of monster and got cans of lidl energy drink that tasted awful. Garlic mayo was watered down and pizza was dry and thin it was meant to be deeppan

The cheese on the pizza was very chewy, when we took a bite the whole pizza topping came off with it leaving a clump of cheese and an empty base. The cheesey chips were all mushed together in a container we has to use a knife to rip them all apart, again the cheese really really chewy. Then the garlic mayo was awful it tasted like really cheap mayo. We didn't enjoy this take away at all we were super disappointed and ended up throwing it out after trying a few bites. On a plus side it was 15 minutes early but we won't be ordering from here again.

Got pizzas and chips from here last night for two adults and five kids, it wasn’t very nice the pizza was cold and on a horrible base. We all felt ill after eating it. The garlic sauce was also vile! way overpriced and disgusting food would never order from here again.

Waited over 3 hours for cold food to arrive, restaurant did not return my phone call about this .. poor customer service. Should reject the order if too busy.

Terrible service. I have yet to receive my order after waiting for three and a half hours. Tired to call but constantly engaged. I’ve been notified that my order has been delivered but it hasn’t. Can’t even contact them to ask about it because they’ve clearly took the phone off the hook.

READ BEFORE ORDERING Can't comment on the food as it hasn't turned up. We ordered 4 items at 17:20, expected delivery was 18:20 and it is now 19:20. Won't answer the phone any more after telling us they were in our street and had my partner go outside and walk around looking for them. They then said they must be in the wrong street. In the final call they said they would make it again which translates to "we haven't made it yet". Update: Just arrived and the delivery guy dropped the takeaway on the floor :S Maybe its because it's a busy time of year - but they should add more time on to the expected delivery time if this is the case.

Food arrived two hours after I ordered, half the food was cold, the other half was scalding hot and was unable to eat it was that burnt. I though I’d give it another try since having a new owner but not again

Thoroughly enjoyed my food! Was lovely and portions were perfect. Gentlemen who were working were very nice, could not fault them. Always remember these guys are starting out in a restaurant that had a bad reputation, give them a chance.

I usually order here all the time and it’s spot on, main place i order from but last night was a horrible experience. Ordered my food and drinks and when they came not only i was missing some drinks but the kebab wraps themselves were colder than the drinks that had been in the fridge. Me and my partner ate some as we were very hungry but we got charged £15 and didn’t get £2 worth of it. Will try again as it might be a one off but not impressed from it.

Food is always great and delivery is usually really good also however tonight was really late

Food was 25 minutes early and piping hot. One of the best pizzas. Chips were delicious and very generous portion sizes. Definitely will order from here again

Thought the pizza was really nice but the size of the dips is ridiculous. i ordered 2 chili and one garlic and they even forgot to put one of the chilli dips in.... £1 for the tiniest dip you can get.. The dips are the nicest part of my takeaways so this has put me off of ordering from here again. Why not offer 2 sizes like most other takeaways do.

The food was awful. The pizza was thrown in the bin because I just couldn't eat it, swimming in grease. the chips were dry and mostly ends and even the garlic dip tasted weird, of vinegar or something? Just no.

Food was delivered really quick but the seafood pizza was just awful. Covered in anchovies which had bones in. I like anchovies but this just made the pizza taste sloppy and extremely salty. Couldn’t even eat it. Margarita was fine but just cold. Shame really as not used Bella Pizza in a long time and thought I’d give them a go.

Food was ok - donner meat tasted a bit weird but that seems to be the norm when you get used to the taste from others takeaways. Chips were ok but my main gripe was they gave me orange pop instead of Pepsi (I hate orange pop!) Delivery guy said they had no Pepsi left and they were closed now so tough - got a credit from Just Eat but not sure if I'll buy from again

When the food came it was great value for money, the delivery driver was pleasent but failed to apologise for the delay. But on the whole the meal was as good as we had hoped

Great chicken kebab with warm pitta. Food delivered on time with a friendly driver. If I had a recommendation it would be for kebab to come inside the pitta.

I didn’t think it was possible to run a pizza shop and not know how to actually cook a pizza, but these guys proved me wrong! The pizza was burnt. Like, black toast that had been put in the toaster for 5 minutes longer than you meant to. The chips were under cooked and disgusting, and the chicken on top of the burnt pizza was like hard chewing gum. Oh, and they forgot my coke. Hands down this is literally the worst takeaway I have ever had. £10 down the drain :(

The cheesy chips were amazing & my 2yr old demolished half of a 12” margarita which just tells you how nice it was. Will definitely be ordering from here again 👍😋

pizzas were burnt,didn,t know which one was which as they both looked the same,the extra Sweetcorn was not added to the Kiev pizza,and the extra sweetcorn and Olives weren,t added to the Margarita pizza,wont be using them again

Ordered for 9:00 delivered 45 mins late - couldn’t get through on the phones. When the food arrived the delivery guy did apologise but the food was cold and the pizza in 2 boxes were squashed!! The only saving grace was it would have been delicious if it was warm.... never again!!

waited almost 1.5 hours for this food and the pizza had no garlic on, even though it was a chicken and garlic pizza. I paid for extra pepperoni on it and mushrooms. no pepperoni on it at all. the chips cheese and garlic were ok. Glad I ordered a tub a jalapeños to go with it to give it some flavour. absolute waste of £14. won’t order from here again. vile.

Rang restaurant after order was 1 hour late to be told 'only 5-10 minutes madam' food arrived 35 minutes later. Ordered food at 8 o clock not received until 10:40. Donner kebab was grissly and the tikka wrap and cheesy chips were cold and soggy.

First And Last Time I’ll Ever Order From Here!....Burnt cold pizza that tasted of wet cardboard 🙈. Donner wrap (with chips and garlic) so greasy it dripped a pool onto the plate and the garlic was separate not poured on as it should have been. Watery garlic and weird tasting chilli sauce. Full order went in the bin. Very disappointed. AVOID...

sorry but wont be ordering again-- ordered ham and pineapple pizza-- dont know what it was but it tasted so "off" and slimy and had a really bad smell-- it went in the bin-- husbands pepperoni one was almost burnt and dry-- chips were cold and were frozen ones not fresh-- salad was all cabbage red and whit and soggy onion rings-- waste of money really

Pizza was nice but because the cheese was put over the top of the pepperoni it doesnt get cooked, peperoni is much better when its been cooked 1st then the cheese is put on top

After ordering food and it not coming on time, being unable to contact the company and so assuming the food wasn't coming and going to bed... the delivery driver came half an hour late and began speaking in an awful tone to my partner about not being specific about the hotel's address. No apologies were given about the lateness of the food delivery and the driver's customer service skills were awful.

Food was reheated as oven had broken down, food was dry, there was no tomato source on the Margarita pizza, garlic pizza was like a brick nearly broke my teeth, partner gone to bed as order was late, money was waisted as food was left, most disappointed have been in a long time no real apology just said would give something free next time unfortunately bad experience for me i’m sorry to say.
