Luciano's Pizzeria in Middlesbrough

Took well over an hour to come, rang up twice and on its way all the time. Then when it got not even correct order both pizza the same not what I ordered. Order bbq chicken special and house special pizza and both house special. Then not only that large garlic sauce and gave me 2 small chilli sauce big let down and pizza was like water never again. Gone right down hill

The man that answers the phone really does not listen.. every single time we order from here the guy on the phone does not listen to your order properly.. I always order with no bechimal source on my parmo. Every single time he sends it with the sauce on. We phoned back up and he said he would send another parmo out.. he never did. Last night will be the last time we order from here. The foods nice.. just the guy on the phone must not care about people's food or the business. Left us as a family last night without food.

vile!!! ordered food took over 2 hours to come, stone cold and chicken on parmo still pink and uncooked. rang them and asked for a refund as this had put us off and had a pregnant women eating and this could of affected her pregnancy if she had eaten it. been 2 hours and still haven’t brought the refund after saying it would be 15 mins??? have rang multiple times and still isn’t here and now. i have kids starving who have not eaten as i dont want them getting ill! it’s not 10pm. it’s disgusting. heard from others they’ve had the same. DO NOT ORDER

I’ve ordered a godfather meal deal the order was wrong then I’ve rang the shop to say it was wrong the staff where rude and put me on mute and talking about my order that they messed up on then put the phone down and would not take any of my calls after.

Ordered food and waited for 2 hours and tried ringing but never responded. Was left with hungry stomachs. Complete disgrace and they have no regard of morals. Time wasted

They don't know how to cook. Give raw food. Don't even ask for a refund or want more food i was disgraced

Ordered before 7pm. Food arrived after 9pm. Incomplete order and what was received was mostly inedible. Was told by delivery woman rest of Oder would be delivered and after an hour of waiting phoned up again. Was told driver would collect the inedible food and we would get a refund. Person on phone very abrupt, and hung up before I could reply that as it is now after 10pm we would be in bed. I definitely do not recommend this takeaway.

The young men in this Pizza shop treat my wife like she was a second class citizen because she was a woman. Disgusting behaviour from a pizza shop which had a previously lovely guy in charge. We won't be going back.

Horrible horrible owner was rude on the phone. Food was meant to be delivered at 4:40 and 5:15 and it still wasn’t here so decided to cancel my order however the owner or whoever I talked to on the phone had shocking behaviour. Will never recommend this place to friends or order again. Linthorpe cafe or pizza pan will always be the right place. Then owner told me “it was my own fault.” Then got a text telling me to pay by card when I clearly stated I no longer wanted the food even though he told me to collect it instead. Absolute waste of time. Type one diabetic family member nearly ended up unconscious as he does his insulin 15 minutes before he eats so it has time to work so we had to make a meal out of stuff from the freezer for him quickly.

1 star hygenine, had awful food, left bad review and was threatened. never ever go here, it's terribe in ever single way

Haven’t been for a while, was told that the dough recipe had changed and I can only say it was even better than before. They do small pizzas for the children and they love them. Will be returning in the near future

Seen the negative review and must say have been here on a number of occasions now and haven't been disappointed, food always hot, and tastes good. The godfather deal is awesome, £10 and lots of food, pizza, parmo, kebab meat chip etc all in.

First time visit here after a flyer was pushed through the door, we found the food very good, hot, fresh and at a good price. We opted for the deal number 1 (godfather), very good, lots of food and excellent value

Donner kebab was spot on, tasted unreal. Parmo cheese was a tad bit brown and chicken was really thin but was still nice overall, wish the garlic was a bit thicker😒 But overall I was really pleased, was a bit sceptical because our local takeaway was shut and always have bad experiences with quite a few takeaways but this really is a nice place and I would recommend it to a fellow parmo eater😏😏😏

Quite honestly the worst takeaway I have ever received. Don't even understand how it's justified that they can sell food that poor. Pizza wasn't cooked, parmo wasn't edible and the kebab was poor quality. Make sure nobody else eats there it shouldn't be allowed to be in business.

Ordered food at 8.20pm and was told, via the app, it would be delivered by 9.20pm. When we hadn't received our order by 9.45pm I called the shop and asked when we would get our food. The guy told me it had left the shop 15 minutes ago so it should be with us very soon. Waited until 10pm and called them again. The next person I spoke to told me the first guy had lied and that it had only just left the shop. We eventually got our food at 10.15pm... it was cold. Totally unimpressed with their service and disgusted that they lied instead of just saying they were running behind with orders. Don't bother. I'll definitely be sticking with Fernando's from now on and in a takeaway emergency (like this one when Fernando's is closed!) will be contacting anyone else rather than this shop.

Portion size is a disgrace for the price you pay and the Parmo was paper thin absolutely disgusted your shop needs shutting down!!!

Garlic bread was spicy! Why was it spicy :'( Cheesy chips were missing half the cheese and cheese cake was frozen, had to defrost in microwave :-(

Food was quite hot on arrival. The behemel sauce on the parmo was very thick and there was more of this than chicken.

We have ordered a few times from here and have always been happy but my last order was terrible! 2chicken kebabs which was just red cabbage and white cabbage with a few onions and about 5-6 pieces of flat chicken. I was very happy last night and have to say I won't be ordering from here again.

I asked for the garlic and chilli to be put in tubs instead of directly onto my kebab which they done which was great and also I would highly recommend the mixed kebab to everyone, it was delicious, definitely among the best I've had and I'll definitely be getting it again, it's massive so probably best off getting it to share if like me you struggle with big amounts
