Ordered an Italian pizza which is meant to have ground beef and Italian sausage on. It arrived late with no meat on it. When we rang to complain they said "we'll put extra meat on it next time"! Not good enough as we won't be using them again. The difference in price between the 15" meat pizzas and the vegetarian one's is £5. So they have in effect overcharged by £5.

Came after a night out with friends, entered the shop wearing my exempt from face covering badge, shop owner shouted at me repeatedly to wear a face covering. I explained my reasons for not wearing one and what the badge meant. Shop owner did not care and continued to tell me that he would ring the police if I did not leave the shop as no “face mask no order”. I explained that this was discrimination but he did not seem to be bothered. Disgusting customer service.

Do not get food from this place. They sent out two wraps and chicken wings which were all pink. They wouldn’t give a refund, only a replacement and still didn’t get a replacement. Disgusting attitude on the phone. I even sent them a photo of the chicken and they said ‘it’s not pink’. Told me I was drunk because I fought my case. Awful food and awful people. Still £27 down.

It took 1 hour and 30 minutes for the food to arrive (we did delivery) and this was, of course, a ridiculous wait. The food was tasty enough, but comes at the cost of bad delivery times.

I saw first-hand the "chef" put his hands down his trousers to relieve an itch (I hope) and then rolled a wrap for another customer without washing his hands in-between. I said immediately to everyone in the store what happened and he threw a garlic dip at me. Unless you fancy surprise extras in your food it's probably best to avoid.

Recently visited here for some quick scran after pints, upon reviewing the menu I decided I wanted some cheesy chips (which were not actually on the menu), so I asked the Eastern European woman serving how much they would be. A large fries is £2 but apparently for cheesy chips it is £4, so basically £2 for some cheese which is ridiculous. My friend ordered a garlic bread which took 15 minutes to make as all the just eat orders were prioritised over the in store orders. I eventually ordered chips and asked for them when the garlic bread was ready, but if you want ketchup it’s an extra 50p. Also cash only, but you can order on the app with your card which is a pain. Overall a long experience but very funny so gained an extra star.

As ever, great food, great service. Peri peri chicken excellent. Girls behind counter treat like less than they deserve. 😒

There is nothing fast about this fast food establishment. Every order on just eat is a priority but if you go in to the store your order taken, cash only and then you wait. Continue to wait and wait some more. There is no scope to change anything on the menu. We asked for added halloumi but the rude female staff member refused and said she could only do halloumi if she charged for a halloumi wrap and just didn’t include he wrap or salad. £5.90 for added halloumi- please! Just go home and order from another establishment!

Literally standing at the counter for a solid 20 minutes, 3 people working all ignoring us. Asked to be served after around 10 minutes got told to wait a minute. One very long minute. We were contemplating flashing our tits to get served around here. Finally our order was taken. However, the food then took an age to arrive, we could have walked to maccies in Australia in this time. Food ARRIVED! On departure one worker shouted racist comments at a passing delivery driver, didn’t think it could get any worse. Food was average, legally blonde made everything better x

It does what it says on the tin.... the most amazing lamb tasting kebab I've ever had I won't go anywhere else

The food here was nice, the service was lacking. I asked for a chicken kebab, was offered chips or salad. I asked for half and half, response was no we can't do that. I didn't all of what I'd ordered, but didn't want to go trekking back to the shop once I had got back to the B&B we were staying at. They also had the cheek to try and charge £1 extra to use the card machine, which I am pretty sure is no longer allowed. There are much cheaper take aways out there that do good food, better service and a reasonable price.

The food was ok, but surely a service like providing a card machine is profitable to the establishment. So why do you get charged a service fee? I thought card charges had been made illegal, which is probably why the receipt only shows the full amount of the meal, instead of a breakdown that shows the service charge on top. I know what it costs in terms of fees for having a card machine and to charge people in a student area a pound extra for their meal is disgraceful. Then again they are only students so who cares?

Got my food cancelled on Just Eat and when I rang was insulted and sworn at by some disgusting women on the phone. Will never use again and advise no one to ever use again as staff are awful and managers are even worse

Total rubbish. £18 for two chicken kebabs if you can call them kebabs. Very little food for a lot of money. Could of fit them both into the same box. Will not be returning. Very disappointed. Avoid.

Found this place by chance and boy was I pleased. Was working in the area and staying in a Bed and Breakfast so needed somewhere to get an evening meal.This became my regular.

Tuesday night very quiet, as a walk in customer, requested american chicken or equivalent, settled for x10 chicken wings and sides of chips and coleslaw. nobody else in shop so watched the chef, FROZEN chicken onto a tray and put onto a pizza conveyor which took 45seconds, chicken was put into delivery box along side pre heated fries and presented for me to take away.. I'm not stupid but the chicken was still suck together frozen and chips had been sat there for an age, when challenged to put a thermometer into the meal, was told it will be alright. requested cash back which i took. i was then offered meal for free which i refused, where are these people coming from????? kev

Ordered it at 8pm. Said it would be delivered by 9pm, later updated to 9:10pm. Checked at 9:35pm on Just Eat and it said it had been delivered at 9:10pm. Rang M&M and they said it was "leaving the shop now". Took 1hr 45m to deliver 2 pizzas.

I went and had a large doner kebab and cheesy chips Delicious the best 6 quid I've ever spent Would give it 6 stars if I could

I bought food here regularly and enjoyed it. Good value for money. The premises are a bit shabby but it is clear it is kept clean. Recommended to the budget conscious.

Bolognese pizza has a very peculiar taste. Might be lovely to others but not for me. Everything else was very nice. Garlic bread was the way a garlic bread is supposed to be. chilly sauce is perfect. I will definitely order again and thank you. 😊

The order arrived with mushrooms on the Kiev pizza so I rang to explain that I couldn't eat it as I'm allergic to mushrooms but they said I hadn't wrote it on the notes. Second time we have used this takeaway and the second time we have been really happy with our order. Food is delicious and the delivery driver is very polite. Very happy customers :) 100% recommend this place

The worst pizza I have ever had! I ordered an 18" thin crust Mamma Mia. The dough was incredibly soggy and had no flavour, there was no discernible crust of any kind. The pizza itself was very stodgy and unappetising.
