The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in North East

Ordered a garlic bread person who took order said I paid had delivery,then had 3 phone calls and 3 visits wanting payment not a problem ,feel like I have been harnessed over £8.50 people not pleasant people ,have used this several times but not again people beware if ordering make sure they doing there job properly this is bobbys blyth

I ordered a takeaway for my family and they missed the sauce but took the money for it realised when I got home so rang them staff member was really rude and arrogant on the phone. He said there was nothing he could do about it then expected me to drive all the way back from home 5 miles to pick it up so I said they can deliver since it was there fault and they have took payment for it to which I was told no and if I wanted it I would have to go back and get it. Their sauces have been so watered down they may as well serve water and their food has gone so downhill quality is so low but the prices are sky high defo not worth it! I will never be going back. Do yourself a favour save your money or spend it somewhere worth while.

Utterly disgusting do not order from here. We ordered £60 worth of kebabs and kids meals. The kebabs not only came with no salad so basically a pile of meat but it was dry and the worst Iv ever tasted. Chips tasted like they where stale and from the day before. 3 small lumps of chicken in a mixed shish. Never had such a bad takeaway.

Decided to have a nice family night for two, ordered a simple order of 2 small portions of fish and chips with garlic sauce. Simple enough right? But, They forgot our order and after an hour of waiting and wondering what was happening, we rang, rather than be honest they had forgotten our order they said ''we'll get it to you now.'' even though by their hours, their shop had been closed for 20 minutes, delivery man got here, handed us an absolute insult of food, they had scraped the last remainders of the day that would normally be either thrown out or used for batter bits and gave us each a tiny piece of tail with 5% batter in it, cold chips to boot. We were so annoyed we rang again to express we would rather they had just been upfront and offered a refund, or at the very least, partial refund but all we got was a perplexing and insincere ''well have you eaten much of it. Oh, I'm sorry.'' before saying goodbye. This is people's money and a terrible reflection on your business!! Don't order from here!

Not sure about the negative reviews if they are genuine at all or they comes from Ritz fine dining regular guests with royalty expectations over a local fish & chips, anyway mine is positive, can’t fault them.

Ordered online as we where told it’s cheaper than just eat. On both occasions we have travelled at least 20 mins to get to the shop and on both times food not made and had to wait another 20 mins to make it. Food is less than great they have no understanding of a Deep Pan Pizza. Hygiene is not the greatest either things spotted that have left me with the option of not again thankyou.

Was working in Sunderland area and happened upon this place. Best pizza I e ever had. Pizza base thin and crispy and toppings full of flavour with extremely generous portion of garlic sauce. Exceptional!

Nice clean room Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Will be even better when the kitchen opens in a few weeks but staff ordered me the local delicacy… PARMOS! Got to try them when you visit. Flat screens TVs En-suite bathroom. Plenty of little nick nacks. Husband was pleased as he only had to go downstairs to watch the rider cup! Free WiFi!

I ordered chips from here and they tasted like dirt. Don't order from here.

Nice chill place , prices ok for happy hour . Standard bought in food , cooked ok . Just your average standard place. Service was real good

Food came earlier than expected, when I bit into the wrap there was something black in it. Looks like veins or cartilage.

I attended the Chester le street branch at 17:30 and was told my order won’t be ready for another 6 minutes minimum! When I asked why? As I made the order long time ago to collect at this specific time, I was told we are just busy! I am not happy with the response, the delay and no even apology!

Dont order from website as outside company runs it and adds 45% on the shop price

Food is absolutely vile. Worst takeaway I have ever had delivered to my door. Not only was it inedible, it took over an hour to arrive.
