The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in North East

I ordered a takeaway for my family and they missed the sauce but took the money for it realised when I got home so rang them staff member was really rude and arrogant on the phone. He said there was nothing he could do about it then expected me to drive all the way back from home 5 miles to pick it up so I said they can deliver since it was there fault and they have took payment for it to which I was told no and if I wanted it I would have to go back and get it. Their sauces have been so watered down they may as well serve water and their food has gone so downhill quality is so low but the prices are sky high defo not worth it! I will never be going back. Do yourself a favour save your money or spend it somewhere worth while.

Utterly disgusting do not order from here. We ordered £60 worth of kebabs and kids meals. The kebabs not only came with no salad so basically a pile of meat but it was dry and the worst Iv ever tasted. Chips tasted like they where stale and from the day before. 3 small lumps of chicken in a mixed shish. Never had such a bad takeaway.

Ordered online as we where told it’s cheaper than just eat. On both occasions we have travelled at least 20 mins to get to the shop and on both times food not made and had to wait another 20 mins to make it. Food is less than great they have no understanding of a Deep Pan Pizza. Hygiene is not the greatest either things spotted that have left me with the option of not again thankyou.

Estaba trabajando en el área de Sunderland y sucedió en este lugar. La mejor pizza que he probado. Base de pizza fina y crujiente y coberturas llenas de sabor con una porción extremadamente generosa de salsa de ajo. ¡Excepcional!

Nice clean room Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Will be even better when the kitchen opens in a few weeks but staff ordered me the local delicacy… PARMOS! Got to try them when you visit. Flat screens TVs En-suite bathroom. Plenty of little nick nacks. Husband was pleased as he only had to go downstairs to watch the rider cup! Free WiFi!

Pizza base was nice and that was about it the pepperoni was in edable on the pizza the chips on the garlic bread special were blaintly this afternoons recooked absolutely rotten

Honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever had and the chips were sour also I put a note saying call when you arrive and they never did

Never used this takeawy before. Took a punt - wish I hadn't. Driver couldn't find house. Food (pizza) was burnt and lacking in flavour. End result rotten guts and diarrhoea. First and last time I'll use this place.

Been ordering from here for over ten years, staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem, if you do have an issue with an order, once you call it get resolved without issue. Highly recommend, #hotshotchips

Food is absolutely vile. Worst takeaway I have ever had delivered to my door. Not only was it inedible, it took over an hour to arrive.

On way to Edinburgh, mistakenly called in here. Got sausage/chips and haggis/chips. Batter was thick, cold and horrible like a wet bandage wrapped round it, chips were vile, and curry sauce seemed like it had been watered down six times. How this place is still open is anyone’s guess. Foul-is about right.

Food fine, delivery woman was rude. Parked in a hotel across the road and didn’t want to walk over to bring it to our door, said she “has to go to darlington you know” Said bye and hung up on us, Proceeded to drive to another corner and we ended up getting the delivery out of the car.
