Ace Pizza in Northumberland

We had a midweek treat from Ace pizza last night, unfortunately this looks to have been the cause of severe cramps and illness. This was the only food we ate together yesterday and have both been up since 2am feeling very unwell. This was the first time in a while we’ve used this takeaway and will be the last.

We live 5min away. Collected cold and discusting food. We called to complain and was told that they had not one customer for collection today, but was there 10min ago. They hung up... discusting food and behaviour

I ordered chicken nuggets and chips and chicken tikka wrap and chips for tea and ordered via just eat, they were superb and will order from them again

I visited just to pick up a quick supper and ordered a chicken kebab with salad. I was made very welcome and sat at waited for my order to be freshly cooked. The kebab was delicious and grilled nicely. The salad was fresh as was the chilli sauce. A very nice meal.

We ordered a pizza and chicken kebab for tea to be picked up as in the past the delivery times have been diabolical. The food was very good. Happy Hour 10” Pizza for £3.50 is excellent value. The chicken kebab was lovely, as was the salad and sauce. This place gets a slating but on this occasion I was impressed.

Got a Kebab meal deal (2kebabs +2sauces +2chips + 2salad 2 cans pop £14.00. Very nice & enough for a family of 4 or more

When arrived the staff were very friendly and when I ordered my food was cooked fresh, it was absolutely amazing, thank you ace pizza.

I am very disappointed with the fact that this company is a pizza takeaway and the result for me tonight was a disgusting undercooked pizza, i can't believe that they would have served something that was not even half done! Will never use this company again!!!

Ace Pizza catered for my husbands 50th Birthday party. The pizzas were fantastic, freshly prepared to just pick up. There was a huge choice and everyone loved them. It’s a really good idea if your catering for a lot of people. The staff and the owner are lovely. The food is nicely cooked and the chicken kebabs are really good from here. Thank you Ace Pizza.

Excellent food everytime. I use ace regularly and have always had great service and food. Very generous portions compared to the pathetic ones at k&l in annitsford

After ordering at 18.39 and being given a delivery time of 20.05 due to weather conditions we were understanding as the snow has been bad. When that time passes we tried to call numerous times to cancel as it was getting too late but the phone just rang out every time. When the food arrived it was barely warm! It was not three hours after placing the order. Food was ok taste wise but service was shocking, wouldn’t use again.

I phoned nearly 2 hours ahead for a plain chicken kebab and salad for my husband who had to get a plane from Bristol after a near on 3 hour drive. By the time we got to pick up the food we were a mere 15 mins late. This was pointed out to my husband as soon as he walked through the door. However that can't explain my previous comment about food to order from them taking over an hour and a half. I'll leave it there.

Absolutley terrible. Asked for garlic got none on the wrap. It was cold and dry. Tasted like dry sand and potato.

Horrendous service. The place used to be our favourite but it's gone way way downhill since it was taken over. Placed an order on just eat a couple of nights ago but forgot to choose free item for spending a certain amount. All the bloke would say was "we don't do just eat" and whenever I tried to speak and ask where my money was I had just paid online he would interrupt with "mate, mate we don't do just eat" and wouldn't even let me speak. Hung up on him and will never go back.

Ordered a chicken kebab, a pizza and a burger. The chicken for the kebab was burned, awful, tasted vile!!! Chips were cold!!! Pizza was just ok as was burger!!! Save yourself some money!! Don't order from here!!! It's awful!

Bien, yo estaba en camino a trabajar conmigo y fue como no mirar este lugar pizza ace así que me fui en un dieron un descarado kebab. Llevó 7 minutos para cocinar, bastante seguro el tipo dieron su cabeza atrapado en la freidora profunda. De todos modos, me tomó un bocado y kebabs era como co que bien ¿no es así, pero luego me lo que parecía un montón de tío arrodillada dentro de mi kebab. Resulta que eran! ! ! ! !

Este es mi finca local/pizza kebab tome una tenía unos y sus propietarios durante el último par de años - no siempre es una buena señal. El personal ha sido siempre agradable y educado y la comida en general es bastante bueno, pero ese es el problema. Es simplemente bastante buena de la misma como innumerables otros. Mi queja principal es con el que he pedido más envuelve con frecuencia. Sabroso son de pollo y mucho pero no importa quién las pone juntos no son 'envuelto' - que son, en el mejor de plegar! Imposible recoger sin el contenido esparcidas. Obtener algunas lecciones Ace Pizza! !

I live close by Ace Pizza so have on occasions either collected or ordered food for delivery. Over the past couple of months have been disappointed with the standard of food. On one occasion picked up kebabs when I got home realised no pitta bread, yes after a call they got the driver to drop it off but food had been eaten then another occasion no sauce with food which was asked for. Needless to say I will not be using Ace pizza again

Sé que este lugar ha sido criticado, pero debo admitir que la comida que pedimos para la entrega era excepcional. Nos dieron una gran mezclado kebab y pizza y nos ofrecieron una pizza margarita. La comida estaba caliente y generoso en tamaño de la porción....

Llamamos a una orden para la entrega y nos dijeron que 45 minutos, eso es suficiente. Una hora más tarde nos llamaron de nuevo, estaban esperando a un conductor. Más de una hora y media más tarde todavía no entrega. La cosa irónica es que vivo a menos de una milla de este lugar, pero estaba mal, así que no podía conducir. Orden cancelada y llamaba Moulin Rouge.

Been going to ace pizza for years. Recent order is the last I'll ever do. Terrible service on phone, threats to not take accept an order, which is rich coming from a place recently fined for not using correct ingredients. Avoid at all costs. Worst place in cramlington.

It came as no surprise when this terrible little pizza place was found guilty of selling fake ingredients. You only have to look back in history to the victorian days when the bourgeois adulterated the bread for the working class with alum and strychnine. You have to question their integrity regarding the whole operation. I'm sure that if a petrol station was selling you fake diesel you would be outraged, your body is far more precious and Ace Pizza are prepared to fuel you with fake food!As if to rub salt into your wounds they sell you their fake food with a grimace and a scowl. Come on boys at least put a smile on your face as you profit from selling us laboratory constructed turkey feet scrapings

I have lived in the area all my life been going to kebab house for about 10 years now but the past two they changed owners the food is still great but the staff are rude with worst customer service I think I've ever seen don't make any effort a complete disgrace!

Food was vile threw most of it in the bin. Delivery driver was rude. Called up to make a complaint about the driver tearing up the grass outside when delivering the order and the staff member was rude on the phone. Would never order from them again and will be telling people not to go there

We have only been here twice. Got one on sunday. Was nicest t.away for a long time. 2 days later we went back for a delivery this time. Wasnt AS nice. But still really good !

We were advised we would get a free garlic bread on orders over 12 after spending 22 we didn't when we called we were met by hostility and they refused to fix their error,

Kebab meat was cheap bone filled rubbish but tasted OK. Chicken was fabulous and the chips done to perfection.

order was on time but got short changed by the driver checked my money and went to tell driver but he had left rang shop were i got a snotty nosed person saying well you have to take it up with the driver i said he has left and ive been short changed driver going to ring me and he will be getting a piece of my mine as NOT HAPPY however normal a great takeaway just hope this can be sorted

Such a shame, Always order here with no problems, Unfortunately driver tried to change me £1.40 on the doorstep with no explanation, Everything was pre paid by card, very annoying, I understand that mistakes can happen and we're all human but not even and explanation as to why I was supposed to pay extra money on the doorstep. Ove the past 12 months I have given you £312.70 you will not get anymore

first time ordering from here, food was good and the delivery quick. Ordered a garlic bread special, the chips and garlic bread were really nice, only thing that let it down was there was no cheese on the garlic bread or the option to add it on your order. Other than that no complaints, will definitely order again :-)

Fantastic food just wish the chips came in a separate container as the heat coming from the foil wrapped kebab made the chips a little soggy
