Antep Pizza in Northumberland

The pizzas were dry and barely warm. The chips were soggy, the burger was alright.

No idea why but this was hands down the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Been loads of times previously but this was not they normal standards. Will try again at some point but a bit put off I have to say.

Usually enjoy our food from here so I’m sad to leave this review. Food was 20 mins early which would’ve been great if it was hot. Sadly the pizzas were cold, luke warm at a push and the wedges, well let’s say al dente

Ordered a garlic bread and cheese, received a margarita. Kebab was tough and the ice blast was not an ice blast just a normal slush

So I placed order in good time said I wanted delivery hour later and here it’s extra 45 mins late and still not here

Asked for thin base but it was thick and very greasy, despite the delivery driver saying ‘thin base margarita’ at the door (wondering if I annoyed them asking for a thin base, or if they mixed up orders on delivery). Chips weren’t very nice either. Lovely garlic sauce though.

Quick delivery, especially for a Saturday night, pizza could have been a little bit hotter but flavour was good. Happy to order from here again.

Waited an hour and a half for the order, rang the restaurant the guy said he had cancelled the order - which he hadn’t. Argued with my husband and then hung up the phone on him without any apology.

Burger was great, fries were lukewarm unfortunately, garlic bread was lukewarm as well. Still very nice.

Ordered at 7pm. Called at 8:40 asking where it was. Was told it had been delivered to 4 lads playing darts. No idea who they were but that wasn’t at my house? Staff were difficult to deal with and adamant it had been delivered. Waited over 2 hours now and paid for food that hasn’t arrived. Very annoying!!

Prices are staggering chicken shawarma kebab delived local to ashington is nearly £18. £18 for a chicken kebab what on earth is going on for £18 i want dolly parton in the box shaking her shimmy to 9 - 5 not value for money at all. Nearly £7 for a tango ice blast. £7! For a frozen bottle of pop. I just cannot comprehend. Its the fools who are paying these prices that are playing into there hands to make it more expensive profits must be soring.

Delivery great but food isn’t the best to be honest

I ordered at 8.50pm and the food arrived at 10.40pm. I requested the food for 9.45. The food was soggy and just warm.

Really nice food but ordered a mixed kebab and only received and chicken shawarma one. Didn’t complain as we enjoyed the food

The original order was missing 2x pizzas. I got a 2nd delivery inwhich it was still missing a pizza. The 3rd delivery was entirely the wrong pizza. When I phoned up they acussed me of the wrong doing, in which my wife went and collected the pizzas.

Ferraro rocher cake was lovely ! Garlic sauce was amazing 😍 chicken sharma loaded chips were ok nothing special and certainly not worth £9.50 ! Requested no onions on pizza and it came absolutely covered in them !

Ordered food and they simply didn't deliver it. No contact from the store so we could order elsewhere just kept us waiting and family went to bed hungry.

Food is always excellent and I order to collect and it's always ready. The people are predominantly very friendly I live 5 miles away and pass other establishments who sell exactly the same food and over the years we have tried them all but Antep is a lot better.

Ordered food and rang up to find where food was and food was delivered to wrong address and this was left outside on the door step and tried to relocate food and get it delivered to correct address as it was out for delivery ghey refused to relocate order and i said its a large order and asked if ghey could contact delivery driver which they refused to do that. I asked if i could speak to management but he was not happy to help either he put the phone down on myself. I will never order from ghis place again very poor communication and customer service.

Thought I’d give this takeaway a second chance as the food was nice but they forgot all the garlic sauces and salad with the chicken kebabs, they re delivered which was a positive but second time we’ve ordered, ordered a cheesy garlic bread, it arrived with donner meat all over it which is not what we like/ordered, customer service was shocking told us we had ordered the “garlic bread special” but on the receipt on just eat we have not. Just told us to contact just eat and didn’t really be helpful, will not be returning here in the future!

can't fault Antep at all, last 5 orders have been delivered early. Food is always fresh & hot. this evening driver knocked on door with our food & said sorry as he had a delivery to make before ours but it was still early & hot. Will definitely be staying with Antep for our takeaways.👍

Ordered 2 8” pizzas. Smelled amazing on arrival but the dough was raw. Even after cooking in home oven. Phoned to complain and staff were very unhelpful and hung up the phone. Won’t be back

Very disappointing. Tikka pizza was very dry and my sons bolognese pizza had hair on. Only thing that was tasty was garlic sauce. Majority of food ended up in the bin. Total waste of £30

Food was awful, burger was tough couldn’t get a knife through it which also had a hair in!!! Mottzerlla sticks were over cooked and chewy, and the jalapeño sticks tasted out of date and smelt terrible!!! Not to mention my bf got food poisoning so I called up and ask for a refund they were rude and had terrible attitude to not just me but my bf too. Worst place ever!!! Would not recommend at all!

£51 spent on 3 burgers and what was meant to be a chicken kebab with cheesy chips. Food was cold. Steak burger was so tough couldn’t even get through it with a knife. Daughter said the chicken burger was the worst burger she has had in her life. Chicken kebab I have no words really didn’t know what I was eating but again it was very tough tiny pieces of meat has the texture of rubber and look of bacon. Absolutely terrible and probably the worst takeaway we have ever had. Expect more

This will be the last time I will be coming here £19:50 for a mixed kebab I don't think so That is a £5:50 jump from last time I got one in the summer how on earth can you charge that much

What happened to the portion sizes? Kebab meat and chips used to be a huge amount, enough for 2 for about £5. Now £6.50 for a handful of chips and a few slices of meat, not even enough for 1 - very poor and that was without any sauce (£1.50 for a tiny tub of sauce). Been using Antep for years but I won’t bother again.

The food was good quality but wasn’t very warm at all and the pita bread was cold. It had to be reheated in the air fryer so disappointed. We also had a donner kebab that was fine.

Food was absolutely freezing! The driver apparently knocked on the door and called me, yet I have no missed call and there was absolutely no knock on the door!

Worse food I've ever had ! Took over an hour to come and donner meat was bitty and full of grisel. Pizzas were sloppy and chicken on pizza chewy. Never again

Delivery driver left food on doorstep, did not try or try hard enough to knock nor did he ring the bell, I decided to open door to see if driver might have nmbeen pulling up and found food cold and wet as it was raining, if he’d knocked or rang the bell we would have heard, also he had a contact number he could have used

Having checked the delivery time I nipped in the shower thinking I had fully 40 minutes till delivery.When I came back downstairs & checked my phone the delivery had been done & the driver,thankfully left the food for us.

very undercooked chips, greasy poor quality keebab meat very disappointed not to their standard when they first opened up that is for sure. I don't think I'll bother re-ordering in future as a waste of hard earned money.

Pizza Perfection once again! The bairns loved their kiddie meals and Anteps kebab meat is the best compared to the many other places we have tried.

Salads where missing on both kebabs! Also missing a garlic sauce. Food was very good.

Food delivered on time (just), and this is with the guidance of delivery being around an hour after placing the order. When food arrived, juice from the cabbage/ salad had leaked, chips soggy and stone cold, pizza Luke warm as was the kebab meat which was accompanied by a soggy naan bread.

I got some cheesy chips but only a small corner on the cheese was melted and chips were still cold.

Unfortunately my Kiev pizza was just chicken. It was still nice but I needed that garlic hit!!
