I wanted a delivery, I haven't eaten for days. not the companies fault, I wanted food and then bed. I love the food here, am actually wounded, there's no need for this

Last time orderd they sent the wrong pizza so called back they replaced it happy days order this time the guy shows up one of my dogs run out he was repulsed and was acting ridicilous about it like my dogs had rabies the drivermade me feel really uncomfortable my pets repulsed him so much ill order elsewhere in future the way the driver acted was ridiculous these guys hate dogs i wonder why he nearly threw my food on the floor so angry never again will i order from here and ill tell all my freinds the same

Food arrived luke warm and was delivered 40 minutes late

Seriously can’t fault this place, used multiple times and is top tier every single time, food perfect, delivery drivers very kind, absolutely spot on!

As always food was excellent. Parmo was hot and fresh you just never get a bad takeaway from here. Can’t beat the blyth flame 🔥!!

It was fast, all I can say about it

I loved my food from here, it was delicious especially the kebabs and pizzas! I loved the service aswell and felt very welcomed. The food only took 15 minutes to arrive which is extraordinary and was the perfect heat. Musty (owner) was very kind and gave me the option to order a dark matter pizza with baby gravy but I unfortunately declined it I heard the baby gravy is sus though #tracywaswrong.

this place is truly amazing the food is exquisite i ordered a dark matter pizza with a side of baby gravy it took 15 minutes to arrive and was lovely food and very hot i can highly rate the manager musty as he was very helpful with being able to choose the meal and let’s just say the cheese was drippy i got speeking to a man called alan reet and he was saying he’s a regular and blyth flame and he will never change. lets just say tracey was wrong 😡😡

I wanted a takeaway after work but it was the only place I saw open near the bus station at 10.40 so I thought I would give it a try. I got their 14inch meat madness pizza and can of cherry coke. Came to about 14 pound which is pretty good for a large pizza. The staff was friendly. And it took them about 10 mins to cook the pizza. The pizza tastes amazing. I also saw a of tasty looking deserts in their fridge which I might try when I go their next.

Id mistakenly opted to pay cash. When the driver eventually turned up i had no cash to pay and the missus was a bed asleep. I said could i pay by card and the driver got stroppy and refused and took the food away. Pathetic.

Perfect every time, drivers are always kind and the food is always spot on

Ordered loaded fries which was described as loaded fries with cheese, pepperoni and smoked sausage finished with chilli flakes. It was actually a tray of mushed up cheesy fries ( more like cheesy mash) with 6 pieces of pepperoni and 3 pieces of smoked sausage placed on top. I suppose it was as described( except there were no chilli flakes) but not as you would expect for loaded fries! First time there and definitely the last.

Fresh food, friendly delivery driver and came early which was surprising to say it was bank holiday weekend.

Absolutely disgusted at the service I got on the phone. Asked before I placed my order if they delivered to cramlington and they said yes I put my order through and they then put me on mute and after told me it would be over an hour and a half wait I said yes that’s fine as it’s one of the only places still open at this time she then forgot to put me back on mute and told the boss ‘it sounds dodgy’ after I’ve gave them my address and phone number and have previously ordered with the same number multiple times. Rude and an absolute joke to say the least.

Absolutely amazing as always. Food was piping hot and fresh. Parmo was unreal best in blyth by far. Never get a bad takeaway here. Best in blyth. Top class cheers

When you just want a takeaway after a hard week at work but the cost and quality puts you off! The fact you think charging £4.50 on your website for delivery to bedlington for a low quality food/pizza is value for money is baffling. Your prices just make me want to make something myself. £18 for a stuff crust pizza and a can of drink is nuts! What is it with trash restaurants in this area, over charging on plastic frozen processed toppings. Cheap fake cheese and most likely pre made dough. Not worth it at all!

put down for it to be delivered at 22.30 for husband coming in from work, food arrived at 21.40. what's the point in putting a specific time if not going to look at it

pizza fresh and cheesy as always, tried the chicken shwarma wrap with salad and chilli sauce, really good as well, don't bother with chips as with most takeaways they're usually soft and soggy by the time they arrive

Rang when 20 mins late to be told its with the driver! Needless to say it was cold once it got here.

Burger was freezing cold, chips were all stuck together and also freezing cold. Coke was warm. Everything was the opposite of what they should be.

Delivered fast and delivery man was nice. However I ordered a stuff crust margarita but got only a normal crust. Chips were meh and not chunky enough, more like fries. Kebab meat was good and it was a huge portion and was pizza decent too. Not too bad overall but was dissatisfied with no stuff crust and the chips. I payed extra for stuffed crust so felt like I had wasted my money. Would probably try again in the future but not for a while. 3.5 stars.

I have ordered from this place many times the order we got yesterday wasn’t the best, I ordered a chicken Parmesan and some of the chicken was still pink, so I stopped eating it. My son vomited that night after eating a BBQ chicken pizza

I ordered from here as we have multiple times. They got my order wrong. I called to request a replacement as I can’t eat cheese and was told they’d bring it when a driver was available, despite them making the mistake. They then sent the garlic bread 1 hour later, it was only an 8inch not a 10inch which I ordered and paid for, we won’t be back. Very disappointed.

The food from Original Blyth Flame, is always excellent. Tonight we had the Donna meat with a Shiah kebab, a spicy mexican burger and chips all were absolutely delicious. The drivers are always on time or earlier and are always pleasant. Yes, would definitely recommend!

Ordered food which was left on my doorstep without any notification, driver didn’t even knock on the door and I didn’t ring me to say he was here. girl on the phone proceeded to hang up on me as I was making a valid complaint. Terrible customer service, I’ve been using Ali at blyth flame for over 15 years and this is the last time.

Just wanted to write this as a thank you, tonight was our first visit and I must have got confused regarding my kebab order I wanted sauces separate but after getting home reliased the place automatically put sauces on kebab. I phoned and explained I don't like garlic but my partner does that's why I asked for both. They asked if I could come back and change order as happy to do so. But I explained I lived in Bedlington and without hesitation they came and delivered my order free of charge even when it was my mistake I should have explained better. THANKS AGAIN

Premium doners are great and pizzas are excellent, I travel to this place from a distance because food so good, definitely recommend premium lamb and chicken doners chilli sauce fabulous

Incorrect size pop was delivered. Ordered 1.5L bottle, and 1.25 was sent. Not a major issue but when paying £3.32 I would expect the correct size. Although delivery was on time, pizza arrived cold. I order from this place regularly and have never had any issues, usually quality is very high, not sure what caused the issues this time though.
