Food okay but 2nd time ordering (gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time as exactly the same situation) Ordered food at 6.20pm, had an sms saying it was on its way at 6.55pm. 7.50pm still not here after saying on just eat it had been delivered! Called them to be told they were behind and the app does that and it was with the driver now. Totally understandable to be busy but lying about it being on way / delivered is unacceptable. Just be honest! Order was 1 pizza for my son only.

not great food really. Tasteless and fatty as well as taking forever to come also not as described. i read reviews but decided to give the benefit of the doubt wouldn't recommend anyone ignores the reviews

Well if I have food poisoning I know where it’s come from. I ordered a number of things. But wow my spicy chicken wings. So disappointed. They were black on the outside and pink inside. Definitely been cooked too fast. Lost my trust in chicken from a takeaway once again.

I spent over £60 on this place and for the price the potion size isn’t worth it for example me and my boyfriend got a much box with the cheeseburgers 🤢 that’s all I can say was £20 the box is tiny and my burger were pink and tasted like cardboard not only that missing half my order, I rang to complain and try get a refund just for the food cause the drinks were nice we got milkshakes it’s just the food I wanted refunded and the manager came on phone and holy moly the mouth he had on him he needs to truly be careful how he speaks to his customers NEVER AGAIN I’m one of them were I did check to reviews but I gave the benefit of the doubt Trust me don’t give them the benefit of the doubt

Waited over AN HOUR for a pizza 👎it was lovely however the wait time was ridiculous

Great service, wide variety of food… always hot on arrival & the staff are lovely… good value for money. since they moved premises the buisness has grown and offered so much more , well done lads 👍🏼 10/10

I watched the server eat from the tongs the pizza maker eat the cheese as he's making them fingers to the mouth. I watched two others eat chips with there fingers rolight out the hot unit. I watched them prepare food and when they realised it had been done to early they poored the chips from the tray back into the hot holder dropping kebab meat all over the chips and then picking it out with there fingers and then eat some from the tray prepared for a customer. I watched them wipe everything with 1 cloth even there hands but no sanitizer spray and not one person washed there hands. 1 guy has a big beard and was rubbing his hands through it while touching people's food. To top it off the food I received was absolutely awfully the pizza dough is not fresh very tough and dry, the pizzas where cold and burned, the portion size for there Donner kebab is absolutely disgraceful the chilli sauce is not chilli sauce there garlic sauce is basically mayo and there chips were like rubber. NEVER AGAIN NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY MONEY. Ever since quality pizza was took over it has become terrible now this shop has lost my custom. I PREY TO THE TAKEAWAY GODS THAT CARLOS RETURNS TO TAKE HIS THROWN AND TAKE HIS PLACE BACK AT QUALITY PIZZA. BLYTH NEEDS A HERO RIGHT NOW

Been here 2 nights in?a row by far the best kebabs av had ever and I've had a fair few also pizzas are amazing to also best av had shame I live to far away for regular visits

Spent £67 here tonight i will never return again the manager refused to refund me the whole lots gone in the bin 2 portions of halloumi fries over cooked burnt to a crisp 3 cheesy chips burnt and 12 inch chicken sweetconrn pizza had mould on the dough rang back up to complain the lady was very nice polite the manager would not offer a refund he said he would replace the food baring in mind it took over an hour to come the first order the only way he would do a refund is if i went in the shop to show him to food 🤷🏻‍♀️

Comes quickly and is the most delicious takeaway pizza I’ve ever had and other food has been amazing too!!

This place has really went downhill. After waiting 4 hours for my delivery and ringing up twice, to no surprise both pizzas were cold. Were they trying to cook the pizza with a lightbulb? Not just that both the garlic sauces had been half full and not even closed properly, just asking for a disaster. No sort of refund was entitled either after I had waited.

Always my go-to place for kebabs, pizza and garlic bread. I kept looking at all the delicious cakes in the cabinet but I was good and I didn't have one. Would highly recommend this place.

Ordered a premium kebab wrap with salad and and garlic and chilli sauce turned up for delivery and just a wrap with no salad no sauce called back told would have another delivered and still waiting half hour later very disappointed will not order again considering I already waited an hour for a wrap that could have got cheaper from subway

Wish i could rate 0,said me and my mate wanted a drink they said the would let us off and charge us £2.30 for 2 dr peppers and they charged my bank account £5 so they’ve absolutely scammed us.

Best garlic cheese bread I've ever had

Disappointed, not acceptable, and appalled. Two pizzas Came stone cold, was thrown in the pizza box and the chips were like rubber. Asda frozen pizzas taste better and would be warmer than these. Really disappointed. Girlfriend really upset as she looked forward to this meal. Delivery driver was arguing with some random stranger in the street shouting on as well.

I got the premium kebab nothing premium about it. Also got peri peri chicken wings and they looked like as if they had been fried and for way too long wouldn’t recommend. Suppose I should have known better as their menu is ridiculously big and surly can’t make everything to a good standard.

Foods always lovely, Waiting time for delivery is always on time or early Website is easy enough to find what you’re wanting

That’s what you get in the cheeseburger. No salads. Garlic sauce was just leaking out from the burger which made the bun really wet. Wouldn’t recommend.

Got a lamb and chicken kebab best I ever had in a while, chilli sauce also was good.

Please don't waste your money ordering food here, not good at all think I'd rather have a pot noodle next time I'm hungry , very disappointed 😔 I won't be going back.

We buy from Blyth Flame on Waterloo Road in Blyth roughly once a week. However, after todays experience, NEVER AGAIN ! As usual we phoned and pre ordered our food, on arrival we paid more than we expected so we took another leaflet to check the prices and compare with last weeks leaflet that we had at home. After a quick look at prices on the way home it didn't match up so we made a phone call to ask why. We were told that the leaflet was out of date and individual prices were rattled off, This still didn't come to the total that we were charged. We left it at that. When opening the food at home we couldn't believe our eyes, The over priced rap had no salad or sauce as ordered, the half tray of chips were over cooked old and soggy, the looked like left overs. Another phone call was made and after listening to the excuses we asked to speak to a manager or the equivalent, His name was Ali ( I think ) No real reason was offered only an offer for some new chips and salad for rap. We refused. I then looked at last weeks price list. Again this was different form todays and this was still less than what we were actually charged. The conversation ended and the seagulls got the majority of the CRAPPY food that we spent almost £20 on. About 15 minutes later we received a call back from another Manager ? he said that we were over charged for the rap and the prices had gone up at 4pm today anyway. So the prices seem to go up weekly while the quality and quality plummets. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL ! HOW CAN THEY ADVERTISE PRICES FROM A NEW CRISP LOOKING LEAFLET AND THEN INFLATE THEM AT THE POINT OF PURCHASE ? I think trading standards should take a look at this as well as all of their customers old and new. I LEFT BLYTH FLAME A ONE STAR REVIEW AS ZERO OR MINUS TEN WASN'T AVAILABLE

Prompt delivery food was great. We had chicken kebabs, which were cooked perfectly. We used quality Pizza opositte for years but it changed hands and they seem to overcook the chicken every time we used them since, so we have switched to Blyth Flame now and have not been dissapointed so far!

Had a nice meal from here last week so ordered again tonight. Unfortunately my chicken kebab was so burnt it was inedible. I tried peeling off the burnt bits and putting it in a pitta with heaps of sauce but the burnt taste was so strong there was no salvaging it. Thankfully my husband had a pizza we could share. Really disappointing as the kebab was lovely last time but £9 to go in the bin is disappointing so won’t be back.

Decided to give Blyth Flame a go after they took over Marmaris. Unfortunately our first kebab will be our last one from here. It wasn't Marmaris kebab meat as stated on their windows. It was the generic kebab meat. Chips were dry and undercooked. Chicken schwarma wax dripping in oil and chicken was very fatty. Chili sauce was not chili sauce as we know. Very weird colour and taste. Garlic mayo was bland. Dry pittas. Salad was on the turn of going off and had no onion. Price was not as expensive as Marmaris's £26 for same thing but still would not go back. 1/10. Do not waste your money.

Asked 4 4 piece chicken and chips, over cooked the chicken till it turned blick like me, pretty sure dem man cooked it the previous and refried em. Chips were dem fat ones and had no seasoning. Chargin a quid per tub of sauce is mad. Bare extortionate for sum I coulda cooked better in a microwave.

Not good food, greasy and salty. Not a good flavour. Chicken very dry, no flavour. Pitta bread just thrown into bag. Wouldn't recommend. Very expensive too.

Received different food than ordered at at a much more expensive rate than on the website. Called to speak to the lady who took the order (who had to start our order 3 times and kept talking to other people) and was told that’s what I ordered. NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL DEFINITELY NOT USE AGAIN.

WOW!!! Just moved to the area and tried a couple of kebab houses and weren't impressed. A few days ago we got a flyer for this place so gave it a go. Finally a good kebab... more than good: generous portions, moist well cooked meat, good chips and fresh salad. Well worth the slightly higher than average prices. Not to mention the milkshakes are to die for even through delivery perfect presentation, I may have drunk it in seconds lol. The website is very easy to navigate and order from and was delivered in good time by a friendly driver. Well bloody done- we'll see you again soon!! Highly recommend!!

Terrible!! Arrived 40 minutes late, stone cold. They managed to get the order wrong on a 1 pizza order, how that was done I'm not sure. Shop was closed by the time the food finally arrived so couldn't even get the issue sorted. Won't be back and I'd urge others to give it a miss!

Always great food, have become regulars and the food is great, well cooked and tasty and staff and always friendly. Grilled chicken a healthy take away.

Cold order! Late! The XL chicken kebab was not XL. Thinking they had mixed my order, I rang to query the 7 pieces of chicken. Oh no that's right you only get 7 pieces. Check my photo! That is not an XL kebab dread to think how many pieces you'd get with a large. This used to be a great takeaway, but my last few have been poor. Definitely will not be going back.

Dirty tramps food cold all the time bad customer service food cold all the time and they say 'to find a new place because twice this happened' they should be more prepared to run a shop. Idiots

Pizza was greasy and asked for thin base, this wasn't burger was firm n cheesy chips were greasy, not enjoyed at all. Had this in past and stopped ordering, second chance not gone well 😒

Absolute disgrace food ordered via uber eats the food did not arrive and I still have been charged £22 for something I did not receive Uber will not refund money stay well away

First time visit to Blyth flame tonight, food was absolutely amazing everything cooked to perfection, good value for money. Definitely recommending to every one.

Food took 1 hour 20 mins to arrive, then had to call them to get my drink sent back out as they missed it off, then that arrived antother 60 mins later after I was told 30 mins. Then to top it off I was given Pepsi not Coca Cola like advertised !

Ordered via Uber Eats nearly four hours later and food hasn’t turned up despite being paid for. From other reviews I gather they are cancelling Uber eats orders when you are using a discount code if that is the case might be a good idea to 1. Notify the person so they can order from somewhere else and not be waiting for hours for food that isn’t going to come 2. Come off Uber eats if you don’t want to uphold the offers they have. Complete waste of time now I need to try and get my money back....

On our last visit here I witnessed staff letting friends in without masks whilst smoking outside. Staff then went back to work without washing hands .... big no no in catering. Won’t go back

Ordered via Uber eats App. with a discount code. The returant then promptly cancelled the order 'Sorry we didnt recognise the address' but then told uber eats that they had started to prepare the order. Nowe normally this would not have biothered me but it was my teenage daughter treating us to supper with her pocket money and they have totally ripped her off. I called the takeaway to be told talk to Uber eats and then mailed Uber eats to be told retaurant had asked to charge the client therfore no refund available. These guys take your kids money and dpont supply the goods. BE VERY AWARE!!!!

Very quick but unfortunately rapid delivery came with a price and that was part of order missing. Couldn’t get an answer when tried to ring several times??(not first time either) won’t recommend now or return to order unless desperate??

First time using Blyth Flame and was very impressed. Ordered a kebab and special offer pizza deal. Great value. Plenty of food. Delicious pizzas and the salad was gorgeous, lovely and fresh. Will definitely use again!

Ordered 4 seasons with extra sweet corn and pepperoni special. Order these regularly but on this occasion very dissatisfied. Pepperoni pizza was all to one side in box. Both pizzas lacked in toppings and cheese was not nice at all. Very bland and won’t be rushing back.

Needs cleaning and abit pricesy

Used to be great but now it has slipped past average to bad. Chicken kabab was cold and without the garlic mayo ordered. Chips were half cooked as usual..... (who can't cook chips 🙄) Pizza toppings are getting thinner every time. Needs to go back to how it was when it first opened or just shut down as it's reputation is in free fall...

Very disappointed! Ordered two donner wraps last night over the phone. Was happy with the speed of delivery only to sit down and bite into a stone cold wrap I swear I have had warmer ice cream. We used Blyth flame because we have always had top notch food from them. However 2 wraps that don’t take long to prepare should not turn up at the door so colder than a penguin 🐧. Will be quite difficult to order from here again.

The food tasted alright, but I found a hair in my chip tray and pieces of chicken in my vegetarian pizza, and I got charged extra for garlic even though they didn't put any on. I'm really disappointed tbh

Ordered food at 7pm arrived at 8pm stone cold. Had to microwave the whole meal, lost a custumer. This is NOT the first time this has happened AVOID. I will be ordering from elseware in future, as I was lied to by the shop saying that the food was just made and would be hot when delivered

Take away is cheap and portions are good. Could be cleaner inside and staff could wear gloves rather then bare hands but there is a lot worse take away out there.

My order never changes but the quality is never the same. Sometimes I get a delicious well topped pizza on a generous base, other times the base is paper thin with a paltry topping. Inconsistency means I’ve given up, lots of better options locally.

Great value and good tasting food from here and the only one we use to. Very good value for money. Give it a try.

We just returned from holiday, my daughter& her fiancee picked us up from the airport! We had a few drinks then decided to order in some pizza garlic brd chips & kebabs!The food was quickly delivered,red hot& delicious as usual, Lv the place!!

Always the place I go for pizza. Tonight I ordered a Neptune and it was well tasty. I waited for my dinner rather than delivery. Lots of toppings, enough for tea tomorrow. Thanks guys

The food was disgusting, cold and fatty meat spent 25 pound and most the food went in the bin by this time we were put off so didn't bother ringing restaurant for diff food to be honest we wouldn't have ate it, disgusting won't be ordering from there again!!!

I collected a pizza when passing, the staff were friendly and explained the happy hour offer that was on. I got a huge bolognese pizza for less than £5 and it was lovely. Will definitely return.

I held my daughters birthday party at a local community centre and booked an entertainer / magician. The thirty odd kids loved the entertainment and wolfed down the eight 12" pizzas from Blyth flame. Wonderful fresh dough and thick toppings. Nothing left to take home, unfortunately...

Ordered quite a lot of food from here - £27 worth. When it arrived I was two portions of chips and a garlic sauce short. I rang up to say that part of the order was missing and they told me I was wrong when I could quite clearly see the order in front of me since I ordered from Hungry House! Then they tried to put me off saying it would take an hour to deliver - I said I didn't care how long it took since I've paid for it! Also the fried chicken wasn't nice - greasy and gritty. Needless to say I won't order from here again.
