Ordered food which was left on my doorstep without any notification, driver didn’t even knock on the door and I didn’t ring me to say he was here. girl on the phone proceeded to hang up on me as I was making a valid complaint. Terrible customer service, I’ve been using Ali at blyth flame for over 15 years and this is the last time.

Lush as always, our favourite takeaway in Blyth! Everything was fresh and hot. Forgot my can of Diet Coke but came back 10 mins later before id even noticed it was gone and delivered it. Thank you again!!! 😊😅

Just wanted to write this as a thank you, tonight was our first visit and I must have got confused regarding my kebab order I wanted sauces separate but after getting home reliased the place automatically put sauces on kebab. I phoned and explained I don't like garlic but my partner does that's why I asked for both. They asked if I could come back and change order as happy to do so. But I explained I lived in Bedlington and without hesitation they came and delivered my order free of charge even when it was my mistake I should have explained better. THANKS AGAIN

Premium doners are great and pizzas are excellent, I travel to this place from a distance because food so good, definitely recommend premium lamb and chicken doners chilli sauce fabulous

just under 1hr late pizza was cold and the chips and curry was just warm will never order from here again

we always get hot food, the chicken shawarma is our favorite. Garlic bread and pepperoni pizza are delicious. always keep doing your job professionally as now. Thank you all staff for the great taste of the food.

The Blyth Flame is probably one of my favourite Kebab Takeaways. 😅 The Spicy Chicken wings were perfect and I totally agree with Sonny Robinsons review. #TraceyWasWrong

If I received my food I would rate it absolute joke not sending food I get its late but I even asked if it was to late and she said no not at all got me sat up till 2 30 in morning for nothing not happy

Incorrect size pop was delivered. Ordered 1.5L bottle, and 1.25 was sent. Not a major issue but when paying £3.32 I would expect the correct size. Although delivery was on time, pizza arrived cold. I order from this place regularly and have never had any issues, usually quality is very high, not sure what caused the issues this time though.

used this takeaway for over a year , never an issue however last 2 orders late , previous order delivered wrong twice in the same night. no texts from them as stated in just eat app have to ring every time . gone down hill time to change takeaway

Food was perfect, driver always in a great mood and very polite

The food quality wasn’t quite as good as usual but still hot and nice. When the order arrived the driver said one item was missing and it’d be brought straight out. But a second item was also missing. Customer service was fantastic over the phone and from the drivers. Missing items were brought out very quickly. Milkshake was lovely

Lovely food and when I called to tell them someone is on the way to collect they were lovely. The issue with the order was they forgot the Dr Pepper no Pineapple on Pizza even though a quantity of 2 was put on and the Bacon in the burger was very chewy, apart from that was lovely.

pizza looks lovely but over an hour late, having to reheat pizza but chicken kebab had to be binned as it was so cold to the touch. restaurant said they were staff down and drive shout.

Got the wrong pizza within the deal after stating wanted pepperoni and ordered loaded fries with bacon and cheese and sent them with sausage and chilli flakes

Food okay but 2nd time ordering (gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time as exactly the same situation) Ordered food at 6.20pm, had an sms saying it was on its way at 6.55pm. 7.50pm still not here after saying on just eat it had been delivered! Called them to be told they were behind and the app does that and it was with the driver now. Totally understandable to be busy but lying about it being on way / delivered is unacceptable. Just be honest! Order was 1 pizza for my son only.

shop likes to update app saying food is on way when it's not even made, then saying it has been delivered but it comes nearly an hour later, happened both times I have ordered from here, won't be ordering again

as always the pizzas are really nice. unfortunately tonight we got a different pizza to what we ordered but it was still very nice. it was really early too but thankfully we were all here. definitely wouldn't stop us from ordering as they are always so nice xx

I want a full refund, I'd rather it being left at my door than taking away, which not only have you wasted my time, you have wasted the delivery drivers time..

chips were lovely kebab tasted nice but was stone cold as like justvtaken oytta freezer and warmed up so disappointed especiallybwhen tasted nice.. get loads of vocluxhers from work for just eat and spend alot but wont be rushing back such a shame

Lovely chicken tandoori kebabs.

I’m really not happy with the delivery time. I’ve been waiting over 45 minutes for a delivery that took 25 minutes. I’ve had I’m having no updates unfortunately the restaurant didn’t really care I rang him up twice to say hi. I’ve not had a delivery and no response about how I was feeling on the app. It said it was delivered I’ve not had delivery so I’ve had no times and it’s really really upsetting so. I’ve been waiting 45 minutes for a simple communication is key so I feel like I’ve no communication

I always enjoy the food from here but don't get it that often due to the high charges. £5.94 for delivery and service charge always makes me think twice about ordering.

The stuffed cookie was stale it tasted like it had been out for a while the wafer of the bueno was stale as well tasted like how a pack of biscuits would when you leave them open , absolutely rock solid as well totally inedible

Well if I have food poisoning I know where it’s come from. I ordered a number of things. But wow my spicy chicken wings. So disappointed. They were black on the outside and pink inside. Definitely been cooked too fast. Lost my trust in chicken from a takeaway once again.

I spent over £60 on this place and for the price the potion size isn’t worth it for example me and my boyfriend got a much box with the cheeseburgers 🤢 that’s all I can say was £20 the box is tiny and my burger were pink and tasted like cardboard not only that missing half my order, I rang to complain and try get a refund just for the food cause the drinks were nice we got milkshakes it’s just the food I wanted refunded and the manager came on phone and holy moly the mouth he had on him he needs to truly be careful how he speaks to his customers NEVER AGAIN I’m one of them were I did check to reviews but I gave the benefit of the doubt Trust me don’t give them the benefit of the doubt

The food was good and the size of the wrap decent. However over 1 hour late no contact from shop had to call them myself charged £5 extra for the delivery bag and a service charge.

last time I ordered, I ordered the geordie snackpack and it was amazing, ordered a king Kong burger tonight and was highly disappointed. There was gherkins on the burger, which I cannot stand, and no mention of them being on, secondly, how can you have a burger with that much meat on the menu and not even have cheese on it? or even offer a sauce to go on it. There was more moisture on the brown paper bag that it came in. May as well of been eating the sand in the Sahara desert it was that dry.

Food was unreal and the driver was dead canny. (Not sure of his name but every time he delivers he is very polite and has a positive attitude) Definitely by far my favourite takeaway shop, highly recommend to anyone. (This is from yesterday, forgot to leave a review)
