The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in North East

Pizzas are a total waste of money all I could taste was the tomato base and nothing else. Even the sause you got with it was garbage. The prize is an insult not even worth a fiver. Stick to your local restaurants is my biggest advice here at least your getting a pizza.

Food is nice but the cheapness represents the service miserable staff because she forgot 2 items ordered she walked away shaking her head huffing like it was our fault

order went in at 19.33 and got delivered at 21.25, no call text or notification to say they were running really late.

Absolutely terrible... kebab, hardly any meat, no pitta, chips cold and old.... worst food ever.

Order was incorrect they sent 1 pilot of chilli sauce instead of 4 pots of garlic sauce. The chicken pieces were burnt on the underside and tasted awful. This was a collection not a delivery. Will certainly not order again

1st time and lovely pizza. After a very long train journey I needed food on the way home. Drove into Birtley and noticed this place was open. Never been before but passed it plenty times. I asked the lass behind the counter what she'd recommend and she said the pizzas are good. I opted for a mushroom and sweetcorn pizza (I know!!) and chips. Tried to pay by card, but guy came and said its cash only. I had no coins so he said just pay the next day. Very trusting. Pizza was great too, really good, and yes I did go back and pay. Next time I'll be more adventurous but definitely will be back.

I have order many times, and have to say the last few times for delivery it’s been disappointing, was late. The Parmesan was like it had been shoot together, and gone through the oven a few times, wafer thin is an understatement, cheese burnt to a crisp, had no belchmel sauce on, if it had it was little. Garlic bread burnt and cold, has was the chips and donor meat. The salad was very little.

Order didn’t arrive and uber wouldn’t refund. I’ll never order again.

food was late missing my dips stuff crust and onion rings rang the restaurant to be told it was 15 minutes away 40 mins later rang again to be told it was nearly there then arrives with items missing total disgrace

I love this place! This is my “go to” pizza shop! I (cheekily) asked for a free garlic dip and this was no problem for them. Tasty, hot and delivered promptly with lovely staff! I won’t go anywhere else! Thanks guys!

We got pizza delivery as we have had many times. The pizza tonight was dry with hardly any topping which was only in the centre of the pizza. Will not get delivery again. Better to go and collect then do your own quality check!

Ordered at 8.08pm and driver attempted delivery at 9.53pm. When ordering I was told delivery would be about a hour. When it came I refused to accept the delivery but according to the driver I should have cancelled to delivery earlier. Perhaps they should have called me to advise of the late delivery and did I still require the food!
