Mancinis Pizza in County Durham

Ordered at 8.08pm and driver attempted delivery at 9.53pm. When ordering I was told delivery would be about a hour. When it came I refused to accept the delivery but according to the driver I should have cancelled to delivery earlier. Perhaps they should have called me to advise of the late delivery and did I still require the food!

After waiting 1hour 45mins rang them several times. The food was awful!!! I would never go again and advise anyone to not go here!!

Kebab ordered from here tonight after the usual takeaway was too busy.loved it.great quality and a large kebab for £5...perfect. Guy behind the counter was really friendly.

Have eaten here a number of times and for me it's still one of the best pizza places in Aycliffe... nice quality base and decent prices..

Used mancinis a fair few times over the years, no complaints about the food we have had, always quick delivery, however lately the new chap on the telephone needs some customer service skills, rushes your order, doesnt repeat it back like other staff do and has a bad attitude.

Picked takeaway up and thought the shop was minging - very dirty. Chip fat all down sides of equipment, plug socket behind counter was very dirty, the whole place just looked dirty. Got parmo home to find it was burnt, cut with a razor blade it was so thin and tasted greasy plus it tasted 'off';, Chips looked like they'd been there since last xmas day. Didnt eat and went to our usual Olive Garden which was lovely. Lesson learnt - stick to what you know. I only gave it 1 star as couldnt give it any less but should be minus 10

Ordered pizza for my son and his mate and they ordered chocolate fudge cake for afters, which they said was delicious. Thought it a nice touch to get 'extras' from a take away

Fuimos una pizza para llevar y kebab como es local. En general, la decoración es bastante deteriorado, especialmente comparado con el cerca de establecimientos. Velocidad del servicio era normal, sin embargo este fue ayudada por que soy el único cliente. Calidad de la comida para llevar estaba por debajo de la media - ¿es realmente demasiado pedir que ingredientes de calidad son utilizados para producir algo que realmente sabe bien? El precio era normal. Por desgracia no me visita otra vez.

Pizza was floating in fat , ordered chicken kebab with garlic and chilli, ended up with chicken wrap and chips been a long day so didn't ring and complain as seen reviews, won't ever order from there again

Llamó un pedido de una pizza y era casi listos cuando fui a recogerlo. No había estado allí durante un par de años y tengo que decir que el lugar estaba sucio y necesita una reforma. La Pizza estaba bien.

Local, convenient, not over expensive edible food. If takeout pizza is what you want takeout pizza is what you get, but don't expect gourmet cooking. Online ordering available at Just Eat. Very popular so order well in advance, especially if delivery required.
