Pizza Zone in County Durham

Called them up over pink, undercooked chicken in wraps and was immediately told that it was because of the "new sauce they do" in a semi-joking voice by a male employee. Take a look at the pics and judge for yourself. Not worth the risk ordering from here. Edit: also my friend told me that they found woodlice in their Pizza Zone takeaway not too long back.. it's believable

Order never came called the restaurant multiple times and it said caller busy Everytime. Unable to get in contact with the restaurant and never got my food. Frustrating wait don’t order from here!

Food was quality and tasty put your garlic sauce with a bit watery and I’ve always regarded your garlic sauce is the best in town

it was brilliant and earlier than they said which was good for us.

Order never arrived. Contact the shop and they said it was on the way. After 30mins contacted them again to request a refund the connection was very bad and thy hung up on me will not be ordered again.

Said my order was delivered. It wasn’t.

chicken shawarma box full of fries and meat was enough for a two year old girl not for a man. I am very disappointed with my order.😶

When you order a Kebab pizza you expect the kebab in the pizza ie Combined, if I wanted a kebab and a cheese and tomato pizza that’s what I would order, and giving me a pizza with just cheese and tomato and then putting Kebab meat on top separately from the pizza is just lazy and really poor food quality, if you can’t make it don’t advertise it

Made our unique pizza correct every time! And are one of the only places open at the end of work shift. And drivers are always super friendly

Ordered meat mix:….. DO NOT ORDER HERE You get the meat just dumped onto the chips so you get soggy, soaking wet greasy chips and they put your can of coke in the bag with the food After ignoring my special instructions on Uber eats to pack it separately I got them to redo it and they sent back a box of doner meat

parmo was very hard very thin chicken layer with thick layer of cheese which couldn't taste. cheese garlic bread, couldn't taste the cheese or garlic. what cheese there was, was rubbery. chips were soft but cold. cheese burger - couldn't taste the cheese in that either

Food took one hour and 25 minutes to come and it was dry and stale when it came.

asked for meat on top of the pizza after the pizza had been cooked, and not under the cheese but the simple instructions were not followed, small amount of meat that came with it was cremated under the cheese, not nice at all

Ordered chicken kebab and bolognaise chips really underwhelmed with both chicken kebab was over priced and bland and chewy and the garlic was basically mayo the chips where hard and so soggy, didn’t even eat half of my meal very disappointed this time will not be ordering any of these items again

Delivered quite quickly but as for the food, chips were dry and chewy and kebab wrap was also extremely dry. Seems to be the case every time I go to this place the quality is extremely poor and I went through 5 cans of coke because the food was that dry. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Have used this place for years. Ordered via their app as I’ve always done, this time no confirmation of order yet money taken from bank. Phoned shop and told “we don’t have an app”, let they advertise the app in their shop! The member of staff disbelieved me when I said I made order 6 days ago via the same app, he then hung up. Last time I got a pizza it was a stuffed crust, but all they did was make base thinner and roll it over on edges, there was nothing in the crust. Another time I found a big spider under a slice. Don’t use this place!

Pizza was good this time the cheese and topping keep falling off the pizza and the pizza was smacked to one side of the box

Over an hour late! Spaghetti bolognaise pizza is actually spaghetti hoops 🤣 even our 1 year old baby wasn’t eating that. Ordered parmo previously and this is not a parmo it’s just chicken with half melted cheese - no beschemal sauce to be seen. Chips are either black or undercooked.

Ordered at 1am for it to not be delivered, rang up and turns out the driver had left my food 2 doors along, when I rang I was given a bunch of abuse and threats to come to my door and slap me by the driver when I asked to speak to someone about a refund as was left on someone else's doorstep for around 25/30 minutes then my number was blocked

hair in my food like alot, soggy chips and the bun was falling apart (we ordered 2 chip butties kebab and we only ate a few chips and barley any kebab as the hairs put us off

Ordered a Parma and portion of kebab meat, both were nearly warm and the Parma how no béchamel sauce and large very large slices of onion under the cheese very disappointing

pizza base wasnt cooked waste of £24

we ordered this last night still hasn’t arrived , waited up for around 4 hours and when we went to ring the place it had closed without getting us our order

Food was cold. All the boxes were damaged and soaking wet. Very disappointing

Pizza was fantastic as was the pita salad but I was very disappointed with the cheesy chips with beans they were inedible I had to through them out very disappointed. As for the box with wedges and onion rings etc they were inedible too like they were from last night total waste of money. Won’t be going there again

Ordered Dr Pepper, was given coke. Everything was cold. Donna meat was dry on both meals was and hard, chips looked like they’d been in the tray for ages and a very small portion of garlic with the “chips & garlic sauce”. Won’t be ordering again.

The meal was absolutely freezing cold and in edible won’t be ordering from here again customer service is terrible was offered to send meal again why would I want it sent again when the first one was freezing cold told to contact just eat for refund which is a joke paid nearly £30 for food and got £7.44 back restaurant didn’t even offer a refund steer clear

Got chips, bolognese, and cheese. Wasn’t great, left most of it, wouldn’t get again, apparently the parmo was good though.

Normally really nice but chicken in wrap was burnt and I got garlic dip instead of chilli, real shame considering this is go to spot for food. Parmo was nice though.

I chose chips over salad, preferring something hot or at liest warm, but so so annoying after spending so mutch money, and once it arrives it's stone cold, 3 quarters of the meal was thrown away, definitely will not be ordering from here again, about the 3rd time this has happened but won't be happening again

Parmos cheese was separate from the chicken and they put my Dr Pepper in a heater

foods great love the cazones and pizzas portions are brilliant for the price and cant fault the quality of the food either best take away iv found around here !

The food was absolutely awful. Other than the salad (that we said we didn’t want) looking fresh it was bad. Barely cooked chips, a burger that didn’t even look as good as the ones you can buy out of a packet and the kebab wasn’t even really a kebab it was slimy pieces of flavoured chicken. It had rock hard bits in it and at one point I nearly broke a tooth. I won’t be ordering again - there’s no pride in their food preparation and had to feed most of it to the dog :(

Never seen a donor pizza like it, bread base with a kebab plonked on the top, salad the lot. It was eaten but never resembled a pizza. Infact all we did was laugh at it. The chicken kebab was strange too, a load of diced up chicken. I had salad with mine and it was nice and fresh but it cost me nearly £10 for my son a box of shredded chicken and and a pitta bread. Wont order from here again

I ordered a chicken burger and opened it and it was the plainest burger ever if i wanted a burger like that i wouldve walked into iceland and made it myself, cheesy chips tasted like plastic, pizza was burnt.

The chips was cold and shrivelled up like they had been refried. Soggy onion rings, burgers were ok. Kids cheeseburger was ok but only got a few hard cold chips again like they had been refried

Delivery was good. And, they're open a bit later than others so I appreciate that. ... but the pizza was dire. Mine was DRENCHED in liquids and grease. My son's was at least only wet. ... guys, you shouldn't need a spoon for pizza. Now, many of the ingredients come with their own juices, or are kept in juices - like jalapeños. but you either fry or drain them, etc. I really dislike leaving negative reviews, so please know I'm only doing so because I hope you can learn to make better pizza.
