Food was delivered greasy, pizzas and garlic bread was like doe. Was 40 mins late. Won't be ordering again

had to wait over an hour for our food to be cold , soggy and unappetising. I asked for a cheese chicken burger and instead I got a “chicken burger”with no cheese and it being cold . Definitely find somewhere better to eat than this place.

Absolutely vile! Took over an hour to arrive, the chips were soggy, chicken burger we didn’t even dare to eat, the pizza was greasy and the wraps were tasteless First and last time we are ordering from here

Called them up over pink, undercooked chicken in wraps and was immediately told that it was because of the "new sauce they do" in a semi-joking voice by a male employee. Take a look at the pics and judge for yourself. Not worth the risk ordering from here.

Absolutely lovely food Patrick made my americano pizza and it was lovely and to top it off Karl the driver had it here quickly cheers for the food guys

Estimated delivery time between 10.05 and 10.25. Ordered just after 9pm. Delivered 11pm. really not happy. Totally unacceptable. Don't offer the service if you cannot accommodate

Just looked like the pizza was chucked in the box wasn’t cut up there was a hole on the bottom of the box never again

the driver didnt even knock my door. We had no dupport from the shop, and I have lost the money I paid. I was a good customer however, I have now changed my viewpoint

Although food was delivered early, it wasn't all delivered together, had to ring up and complain that food items were missing. Pizza didn't taste the best tasted like cardboard. drinks were warm. overall not happy with this delivery

Great delivery, food quality really poor, pizza boxes squashed by heavier items on top so when opening all the topping was stuck to the lid of the box none on the pizza, salad was awful, kabab meat very dry and hard, I regularly order from here and ate from here for years since it was in the market place but extremely disappointed this time I don’t think I would order again

Chips were barely cooked. Inedible. Parmo had an off, weird taste and all went in the bin. Saving grace was the garlic bread. Never disappoints but basically £17 for a cheesy garlic bread. Very Disappointing

I won’t be ordering from here again what a mess with order then get a bit lippy with my son on the phone sent order out that was completely wrong and then at 23.35 at night come out with food I did order absolutely appalling man people have work next day and for you or your staff to get lippy on the phone not good

this is the reason i never like to try new places, probably the worst "Parmo" I've ever had. super disappointed, don't eat many take aways and when you do, you end up wishing you didn't bother 👎👎

Ordered meal deal 2. Chips were barely warm and rubbery as if they'd been reheated garlic bread was cold had to warm up in microwave salad and garlic sauce were warm most of delivery went in bin very disappointed

Pizza and kebab meat were really nice, chips weren’t the best, garlic was lovely! However the cheesey Garlic bread was awful, the amount of grease on it you’d think someone spilled a bucket of oil on it, like it was seeping through the box so we had to put it onto the box lid and it came through again, so nobody would touch it as it was visibly super oily on top still.

the food was cold..ordered onion rings that were soaked in the water out of the salad.never again..

Arrived 30 minutes late, pizza was cold and dry as if over cooked. Chicken tikka kebab was rather bland, also I didn’t receive the portion of chips I asked for, instead I was given a small garlic bread that was dry and cold too… the standard of food from here has drastically fallen below what it should be.

Very disappointed. It seems every time we order food it is really nice, when we pay full price. However; both times we have used our stamps which we have collected by ordering from you, we seem just to get the scraps. This is the 2nd time we have used our stamps and the 2nd time we have been very disappointed. The meat was just awful. I don’t think we will be ordering from you again now.

we waited more than 2 hours for pur food , it came freezing cold . the jacket potato was tiny ( smaller than a kids meal ) . pizza tasted OK but again it was cold . won't be ordering again.

Got a bolognaise pizza. It didn't look terribly appetising but did taste a little better than it looked. Service wasn't terrible but wasn't fantastic either. No menus on the walls or counter so didn't know the price till I'd ordered 9 quid for a large bolognaise of this quality, I don't think I'll have that again.

i put 5 for food as normally lovelly however cold so 1 star delivary as couldnt eat as cold .hello the food was cold as the driver waited outside for around 12 mins before calling me ,however i rang the business and they said to ask for a refund here and they will accept on their side so i will but , i love the food and every time normally the food is hot and amazing so respect x

Usually the food is great from here but today, it was really disappointing. The shawarma had no flavour and was so dry it ended up being binned, the pizza was a little overcooked for our taste therefore quite dry as well. The coleslaw was very nice and the delivery driver is always lovely - absolutely cannot fault the service, the food however was sub-par.

I have been a customer of Pizza Zone for quite some time now. After This last pizza, I will now get my food from elsewhere. I feel insulted. it's as if it was cooked on two separate occasions. Burnt and stale. It is a shame I liked pizzas from there

I ordered a chicken shawarma calzone. it was late on Sunday night (2am) so possibly that's the reason why. The chicken tasted off (it tasted like chicken I'd got out the freezer and left in the fridge for 4 days then cooked). it had a really funny taste and made me feel sickly as I was eating it. I couldn't eat it and had to put the whole thing in the bin. I was gutted..I don't feel confident about ordering from here again, even though I understand how out of hours it was. Sorry guys. Was bad!

It’s cheap as chips here but the pizza is so doughy and thick that you feel like you’re eating more bread than pizza toppings.

Pizza arrived but was so cold by the time that it did that the kids could eat straight away, no need to wait for it to cool down. My pizza had been stored on an uneven surface so all the topping had slid to one side. Will not be ordering from them again

The food was piping hot, very well topped and went down very well with all that ate. Great food, decent price and I'll happily admit to being surprised at the temperature considering they had to drive 10miles/20mins to deliver.

Have used Pizza Zone for years, always good quality. But tonight the pizza bases were soggy and the tops were burned. Pineapple was so overcooked it was hard and inedible on one. Boxes were squashed and soft. So disappointed.
