The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Norwich East of England

Pizzas were delicious and the delivery was on time. They were still warm and they were transported horizontally. They were not cut into slices but I wouldn't want them to be.

Came here for lunch and were surprised by the quality and value of the soup and service. Comfy setting and plenty of light from large windows. Very refreshing.

The best PizzaExpress restaurant in Norwich. I have had the pleasure of eating here on several occasions and the staff have always been wonderful! The food is always served quickly and is delicious.

Chips were delicious along with garlic bread. Didn’t have too long of a wait for delivery. Only drawbacks was the pizza was rather bland and made me unwell the following morning

Food never arrived. Restaurant wouldn't answer the phone. Still waiting to hear back from the company 2 days later.

Lovely setting in the Forum so great for people watching. Easy parking and accessible by stairs or a lift. Unfortunately although there were plenty of staff working, they were mainly inside chatting to the chef, eating dough balls or on their phones. When the waitress did come to check on us, we had almost finished eating and she literally said “everything OK “ and walked off without waiting for an answer. No offers to order more drinks or condiments. I had to go and ask another staff member for the bill after waiting too long, and then the waitress originally serving us just walked off when I shared my concerns with her. No apology or explanation. Serving is a tough job and staff need to eat, and they need breaks, but paying customers need serving

Order from this place on the app every now and again and the service is always amazing! Always delivered on time, delivery drivers are always so friendly and the pizza is always hot and delicious!

Tried one pizza with a friend just prior to the closing, and the gentleman at the front explained well enough about chicken. The pizza was mind-blowing, hot, and colourful, appreciate that.

On the hygiene front the manager has a habit of scratching his face and running his hand through his hair and yes he was handling plates. We entered the restaurant and used the app so payed up front. All the plates were stone cold and coupled with other problems we decided to leave. Asked for a refund which was agreed but would take a few days. Quick to take money, don't care for customer service after. There is no way to phone anyone, blame it on social distancing and COVID. But customer care are working from home. No, they take your money and run.

This place should be reported for criminal behaviour. The guy who claims to be the manager is always high under the influence of some sort of drug. I visited with my wife and could smell cannabis reeking of him. His eyes were bloodshot red and he seemed oblivious to the fact that customers were well aware of this. He overcharges for food after 1am and if he notices you have a bit to drink, will definitely try to overcharge you. Only accepts he is wrong once it's brought to his attention. Has very low etiquette and will eye up your girlfriend if he thinks you are not looking. A very cheap and disgusting service. I walked in and after a few mins realised I should not have come there at all. Will definitely not recommend ever

Delivery driver ruined it and it fell all off. At least they made another one

Really poor service, would not recommend ordering from this place as they overcharged, or add additional fees when they like, have ordered from here before was really good service but seems like management have got greedy and are happy to rip people off, also like to point out, staff members or managers are happy to hang up on you when you tell them you have been over charge. Better training skills needed, used to be a good takeaway, as previously rated 5*

delivery time was 19.20 to 19.40 but not received order

A lovely family meal out, the lunch time buffet provided multiple choice and the ice cream factory was a big hit with the kids.
