The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Norwich East of England

This place has amazing authentic Italian food personally I recommend any of the pizzas!

Came here for lunch and were surprised by the quality and value of the soup and service. Comfy setting and plenty of light from large windows. Very refreshing.

Used to be a great place to go for food, now obviously understaffed felt really sorry for the two ladies working running all over the place trying their best. Waited over 20 minutes for a drink then decided to leave to go somewhere with enough staff to serve people which was a shame as our pizza was lovely and was looking forward to a dessert.

The guys are always a pleasure to deal with and very consistent with food quality. Ive had no trouble with any orders for pickup/takeaway in many years.

Half the order turned up, missed ALL 4 cans of coke too (god knows how) and there was a black hair found in the donner wrap, absolutely won’t be ordering from them again

Since our absolute favourite vine leaves closed we haven't found anywhere that does a nice kebab. Well we found it! Chicken burger wasn't as good but the kebab was great! Pictured below is medium kebab, half a portion of small chips and the salad it comes with. Finally.

Poor service, extreme wait times for mediocre food. Waited 55 minutes for my starter that came out at the same time as my lukewarm main. Then waited 20 minutes for our plates to be cleared and asked multiple times whether we had ordered dessert, which we had. Waited a total of 30 minutes for a brownie that was lukewarm and cold in places. Other tables had the same issues and were told they were short on staff. We were not checked on throughout dinner and the service was poor. Finally the toilets were unsanitary and unusable with toilet paper all over the floor. I would have been more understanding if I was aware of the severe wait times prior to being sat at a table, but this was not the case. I used to enjoy this restaurant and now I don’t think I will ever return.

A Little delayed per the map but within the rough time window expected

Food overall is very nice and would buy again. However delivery is the worst I’ve ever seen we are a very direct route from the business and yet the drivers take triple the amount of time to not only drive here but also goes completely the operiste direction. Not happy at all.

I do not recommend even trying this food. the presentation is terrible, the taste is even worse. we ordered with sauce but it was not available. no taste. and the smell after opening the box had to lead the room. you need to know how to make such bad food. don't waste money and protect your stomach

On the hygiene front the manager has a habit of scratching his face and running his hand through his hair and yes he was handling plates. We entered the restaurant and used the app so payed up front. All the plates were stone cold and coupled with other problems we decided to leave. Asked for a refund which was agreed but would take a few days. Quick to take money, don't care for customer service after. There is no way to phone anyone, blame it on social distancing and COVID. But customer care are working from home. No, they take your money and run.

This place should be reported for criminal behaviour. The guy who claims to be the manager is always high under the influence of some sort of drug. I visited with my wife and could smell cannabis reeking of him. His eyes were bloodshot red and he seemed oblivious to the fact that customers were well aware of this. He overcharges for food after 1am and if he notices you have a bit to drink, will definitely try to overcharge you. Only accepts he is wrong once it's brought to his attention. Has very low etiquette and will eye up your girlfriend if he thinks you are not looking. A very cheap and disgusting service. I walked in and after a few mins realised I should not have come there at all. Will definitely not recommend ever

Very mediocre food. The meat portions were small and the chilli sauce has an odd flavour and texture. I got a special lamb shish kebab and paid for the large, the meat portion was extremely disappointing and they just added way too much cooked onions (like a whole God damn onion) to make the kebab look bigger than it was. I feel ripped off.

Scam! We paid for the £1 pizza and then turned us away.

A lovely family meal out, the lunch time buffet provided multiple choice and the ice cream factory was a big hit with the kids.
