ordered food from here usually cant fault it however now ive spent the whole day being sick after just eating some chips

The portion size wasn’t just small it was tiny & i’d paid extra for a large mixed kebab. It arrived cold & the meat was hard & overcooked. Probably the worst kebab I’ve ever been served. So very disappointing.

Ordered from here for many years. Very disappointed by drop in quality. The cardboard pizza boxes have a very strong smell which means that the pizzas taste like cardboard. Also food arrived late and not very warm. A previous order was missing a free item and the other free item was inedible.

We moghul room staff often visit Milano Pizza, and it never disappoints! The pizza is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The ingredients are top-quality, and the service is friendly and efficient. If you’re looking for delicious pizza in Towcester, I highly recommend Milano Pizza. A must try for anyone who loves great food.

Had a takeaway tonight, not used before, and encountered a long hair in salad, all got thrown in bin, wont be using again

I rang up to place order over the phone to be told we don’t deliver to hotels because it is not in the Hinckley area and try to order on line and that was cancelled online through just eat. Will not be using these again

Twice I've ordered from here and it's arrived late and freezing cold..... *Updated review due to the owner leaving a very weird reply*....I can't actually believe you've replied in such a rude way to me 😲...The order wasn't 1 minute late thats a lie and you know it.... It was 10 minutes late after the 40 minute recommended time on you website...meaning it took you 50 minutes to cook and deliver sausage, chips and beans to me and I'm only 2 minutes away from you.... And it was FREEZING COLD, i had to microwave it 🤬....This is the second time its happened and thats why I felt I had to leave a truthful review.....What an obnoxious reply from you....saying 'people like me will order again' Wow....you are very sadly mistaken if you think 'people like me' will ever give you a penny more in the future you rude pathetic man...I will stick to our favourite chip shop from now on which is King Cod on Queens rd... They are much further away and their delivery time is always around 20 minutes, and the food is much nicer tbh, and always HOT....you need a few lessons in customer service it seems.....instead of being rude to 'people like me' you should be apologising! I also have a business and I would never treat customers like this!!!

The kebab we ordered did not come with any salad. We ordered chips&cheese, pizza& a chicken tikka kebab.

Food was over 2hrs late, chicken on the kebab was awful, burnt and tasted horrible.

Didn't even order as online system does not match advertising material as regards special offers and delivery charges.

I have been coming here for 20 years or so. Had the odd poor experience but an apology always followed up once I made it clear on my next order. I don't know what is going at this place recently but the two girls they have just hired here haven't got a clue ! I rang through to collect my order. Was told to wait two mins for the fries. Waited around 5 mins in total. Was asked to pay £14.50 for family meal deal whereas usually I pay Around £13.50 (with delivery) because I ordered half & half !?. The poster on their wall says £13.50 and I looked at it which followed with a comment "oh the owners haven't changed it". False advertising. I get home. Which takes no more than 5 mins. Open it up and the pizza just looks Terrible. ! It's cold. Moist due to probably just sitting there on top of the oven with the other pizzas they have just readied quickly. Hardly any toppings on there. The coleslaw was practically liquid. Just a crap experience from pizza cottage and I really the owner looks at this review seriously because I do not ever write negative reviews but today really took the piss ! I rang up to complain and the girl on the front said I'm sorry. I then asked why did you ready the pizza so in advance for then to keep it cold ! She said it wasn't me it was the owner who did the pizza ? Liar. The owner wasn't even there. I won't be coming back here again unless I get a response and all those reviews prior to mine actually get actioned with some proper service and manners on the phone ...didn't even bloody know how to say please or use any manners when taking an order !
