The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in East Midlands

This was one of my favourite places for pizza. Sadly last night was the worst pizzas I've ever had from here. As soon as I opened the boxes I knew they'd be horrible. Overcooked and dry, really dissapointed and if this was the first time I'd ever had pizza from Golden Grill, I would never go back. Maybe a blip but at the end of the day they shouldn't allow food of such poor quality to be given out to customers. Slight prices rises of around 20p per item which is fine and to be expected. However, the price of a half and half pizza has risen by £3 !!! No idea why a half and half is more than a pizza of the same size anyway. Be around the same price/cheaper to get 2 x 9" instead and you'd get more pizza 😅. After last nights awful pizza I definitely won't be going back at any point soon 😐

Mara was really helpful trying to get us food delivered to our hotel.

Normally nice burger are nice and cheese sauce but ask for no salad and comes covered in salad so gone in bin

This is a great place with good people owning it .. They go above and beyond to give great service.. Chicken shish kebab cooked to. Perfection... Salad is so fresh and crunchy plenty of sauce selection..garlic mushrooms juicy and tasty .. Pizza burger is another one of my favourites Pizzas are lovely personally I prefer thin crust .. Generous owners with friendly staff check it out next time you want a takeaway you won't be disappointed 👏👏👌👌👍👍

As a pub should be - full of character, good range of ales and lagers (inc non alcoholic) on draught. Each area of the building has its own character with some lovely lounge rooms & games rooms upstairs. We didn’t go outside but there’s a lovely terrace too. Food menu is simple bar food, plus pizzas. All reasonably priced and good quality

Always great food. The best pizza out of most pizza places. Chips n cheese good too. Everywhere seems to of dropped in quality. Mama Mia is still high quality food. Very nice staff when I call for requests. They are always happy to help.

Usually go for burgers and the 16" square pizza... Both of which are great. Would give 5 stars of it weren't for prices - prices are 10-30% more expensive than other local takeaways.

Burger was average, probably better if you’ve swerved in after having a skin full. But Not the best. Stay away from the naan’s….. terrible. I used to be keen on this place but slowly slipped downhill and I won’t order again.

Wonderful place, lovely staff! Definitely recommend again 10/10! We love it :)

Lamb shish was rather dry, won't be having that again I'm afraid 😞
