Pizza Hut in Chesterfield

Nice pizzas, nice salad bar. Staff very nice especially the manager, who was very pleasant and polite. Would have said 5 stars but knocking one off as found out after, kids can eat free before 3pm apparently with a Halloween code and a £10 spend, which could have saved us a few quid if we'd have been told.

The staff were so good. Food came out fast and hot. It was spot on. The staff made it. Couldnt do enough to make sure we had a good time

Enjoyed our buffet lunch here but really struggled with the difficult online ordering system which needs tweaking to make it a better user experience. I'm used to ordering via apps etc but was so frustrated by this one. Luckily, our server Donna helped us order and get the combinations we wanted. She was really friendly and made our child's celebration lunch a great experience in the end.

Lovely family lunch at Pizza Hut chesterfield with Helen who helped keep our 18month old entertained.

Brilliant food and amazing customer service from Donna, she was incredibly helpful when taking our order.

Terrible service. They've fired all the waiting staff and replaced them with a near unusable app that took 20 minutes to navigate. Mediocre food at premium prices.

Annabel and the manager were very friendly and helpful, also our kids loved them both

We dined in as a couple. Our pizzas were both overcooked and inadequately topped. I'm surprised they were considered acceptable to serve by the staff. I took them back and we were given replacements. It would have been nice to have been offered a drink or dessert. The food and customer service wasn't of the expected standard and I can't recommend a visit.

Disgusting..ordered a stuffed crust, to say it was inedible would be kind. Have no.idea why this chain is still on our high streets when there is so much more to offer..just horrid

Did not like the fact that it's card only and you can only order through an app from a QR code on the table. Then expect to give a tip over the app when the staff don't actually do much to warrent being given a tip now. It's just ridiculose. It's a very bad idea being card only. Don't be another sheep and let the government get away with a cashless society. Food was amazing though.

Quiet a busy place had to wait for food but food good

Busy place to go for a lunch, we had to wait 15 minutes for a table to become available as we hadn't prebooked. Good to see the manager was on her toes as a family walked in claiming they had prebooked just to get ahead, but were ordered back to the waiting area. Slightly more expensive than I had expected as we opted for individual 7" pizza's as all 3 children are awkward about eating salad from the buffet. I should have made them choose from the buffet. Good, quick service from the staff but they expect you to order over your mobile phones and pay by card.

It was alright. The ambiance is lacking some spark. Sometimes you had to keep checking for fresh pizza and there's not much options for vegetarian pizzas unfortunately. It's ok though. Can't knock it

Though we spent more than we would have spent, it was worth it. There's all you can eat, I guess, from 8 am to 3 pm It's always a great experience with pizza hut

The entire experience went well. The timings were good and the food and salad were fresh. The staff are also really helpful and friendly and give good and timely service. The only problem we found was that the restaurant was a little on the cold side due to the air conditioning.

Staff are very welcome in friendly the food nice But very price only things thats good is the Buffee as can try different pizza then refill drinks get shame dont do a deal with deaserts as not every one like ice cream even thougth its a little cheaper deal with buffee then the scan code order food that definely needs sorting some people may not have a mobile or cant scan code .These are things that just need cleaning up make it more less price and deals for every one on any day and time not just the buffiee.

We were served by a lovely young lady who was happy to help us understand how the menu worked. She took our complicated order with ease (my grandson does not have tomato sauce on his pizza) and so he and my daughter had a half and half pizza one side without sauce. Everything was brought to the table exactly as ordered and with a smile.

The staff are brilliant at this Pizza Hut, As always, they are very welcoming and friendly - it is a my 3 year olds favourite place to eat out. It is always very clean and the food cooked well and in a timely manner but the staff definitely make the place and it is one of our regular treat places to eat out due to relaxed environment of the restaurant.

An excellent venue for a pizza and top class salad. The place is clean and pleasant to visit with polite and helpful staff. Again the pizza was excellent. We have visited once before and this visit was just as good. Recommended.

We made a pit-stop for lunch and had the ‘All In Buffet’ and some loaded cheesy bites. From walking in and instantly being greeted with a smile to a nice and clean table and lovely customer service, this was a very pleasant visit and the staff were friendly and hospitable. Thank you!

very discusting food poo on the wall in toilet water wasn't working the table had pizza crust on it finger nails all over the seat ice cream was melted when we poured it out

The service was great with a lovely, friendly waitress. She explained on entry that it was card payment only and I nearly walked out then as I don't believe in a controlled, cashless society, but my friend was hungry so I agreed. The salad selection was nice but the pizzas were very average so we won't be back. Cash is king! Pizza hut are no longer supporting that.

Grate all you can eat lunch fair selection of pizza 🍕 salad 🥗 and drinks and ice cream if you want that extra 😋

Visited many restaurants and none compare to Pizza Hut. The service is amazing, atmosphere is great and the food is delicious! Will definitely come back in the very near future😁

You can't order in person at all. All via QR code, which is ridiculous. Overpriced to. There's a reason this was my 1st visit in many years. I won't go back.

I've got to say this is one of the worst Pizzas I've ever had for collection. The dough base was tough, dry and extremely chewy. It was so tough the cutter didn't go through the slices. Barely any toppings and absolutely tastles. I'm in shock just how bad this was and left half of it. If Iived local I would of taken it back. I got this in a combo deal for £25.99. It would of been approx £30 on its own??? What is happening in this country nowdays that they can charge an extortionate price for a takeaway pizza that's so bad? Local kebab shops do a much better pizza.I will be leaving reviews elsewhere and taking this up directly with Pizza Hut. Shame on you!!!!

We had a family visit as we do on occasion, late afternoon on a Sunday. The service was great as usual.

Food was decent but unfortunately there seems to be no interaction with the staff anymore. Everything is done on your phone. Tables were cramped and the ice cream station / drinks station was messy. Would say it's overpriced too, £20 for a buffet for a bit of pizza. Really do have to try to get your money's worth so you dont feel like you've wasted the cash.

Took the kids they love it, staff welcomed us in fine, great food will return again. Pizza Hut is one of our family favourites.

The new orderimg processis a nightmare and once we got our food it wasn't even cut properly, you might want to sharpen your pizza cutter. The food was exeptional really good 👍.

They make a great diet pizza. They make the bread then add no tomato or cheese. Good for weight loss. If you want a pizza to take out - go up the road, Pizza Hut takeaway Chatsworth Road is 20x the quality. FACT. P.S they also charge £1 extra for the same pizza. ITS A CON of a restaurant.

The garlic bread with cheese topping with the buffet was the best we have had in any pizza hut across the country! Highly recommended! What we didn't like was the fact that they don't accept cash and you are forced to order through a mobile app!

this is a “stuffed crust” pizza. pizza base is so thin you can see the ham on the other side. very disappointing for the prices!!!!

Food quality is not as good as it used to be. Card only and you have to order by scanning a QR code.

We are so happy the place is back up and running. The friendliness of the staff is great and the new deco of the place was lovely and very cosy. Pizza tasted very good and just the right temperature. Great selection too. 👌

The staff was extremely good. Salad bar was constantly replenished and monitored. This is not always the case at other places. The salad bar is a very important part of the meal that we always look forward to. The pizza was cooked perfectly. At some restaurants they sometimes under cook them. Here they were perfect. I really believe the reason why we enjoyed it so much was predominantly down to the quality of the service that impacted on the food.

Extremely disappointed pizza hardly had any topping on and not very warm, 2nd pizza came when we have eaten the 1st staff to busy chatting, toilets dirty and toilet door off. ice cream machine not working properly. Worst meal we've ever paid for. Unfortunately we won't be back.

Everything was good, lasagne was perfect. My friend who is coeliac, had gluten free pizza which was best she's had. We also got Blue Light Card discount for NHS.

Not visited a Pizza Hut in a few years and was really looking forward to it. But it made me really sad ! 😛 At the tender age of 50 I have mixed opinions about a cashless society. Seeing the pros and cons of both sides. If I hadn’t had a younger friend with me I’d have had to leave, hungry. I had no app on my “wind up” phone to “zap” the square squiggles on the table! 😂 and place an order without speaking to a soul. Not long after my friend did zap the squiggles, glasses and bowls where dumped on the table without even a smile, and off we all went to fend for ourselves. Food was ok but really did miss speaking to thanking and tipping a person.

Very disappointing, the price for the buffet almost doubles at the weekend but the options are exactly the same as during the week , when I asked why I was told it was ‘ management policy’ The person I was with paid as I would have walked out as the option to pay cash has been removed. I will not be returning and will not be recommending
