Pizza Hut in Chesterfield

The prices are crazy for what food you actually get! The large sized family pizzas aren't that large given the typical £30 price tag. Staff try hard but now anticipating Pizza Huts demise as no way can a typical family afford it now.

Cory is amazing so lovely personable and helpful sorted all our needs and was so refreshing to talk too. Brilliant manager there. Would come back because of him making our experience amazing with two young children. Chloe also was so lovely who helped too. Really nice time at Pizza Hut

My order was never delivered since I have contacted the restaurant who says it was never collected from the restaurant, no way of contacting just way I am now out of pocket as I had to order more food as the issue was not resolved at the time externally poor service

Ordered food at 6:45pm and didn't turn up until 9:30., delivery time just kept going up and up. Won't be ordering again.

Almost deserted, but not surprised as pizzas seem to be getting ridiculously expensive and the quantity of toppings is very poor. Begins to feel like 'normal' customers are paying over the odds to subsidise those with meerkat deals, discount cards, etc. Would be far better if prices were just reasonable for everyone!

Chloe checked on us and kept asking if all was ok.

First time at Pizza Hut and we were met by a lady called Chloe, she explained about the QR code and assisted us through the process. She was really playful and helped the kids through their choices and allergies. ( she gave us an allergy list and showed us how to look up the allergens, not advising us, as this was against policy) we forgot a few things and she came back and helped us order more food. Excellent staff excellent service. Thank you Chloe

Can't order using a human being, have to scan a qr code and battle with an app (I work with technology all day, when I finish work I want an actual human being to take my order rather than having to communicate with my thumbs), also are forced to give personal info when making the order, why do you need my name and email address to feed me a pizza, scammers

food cold...due to driver sat in McDonald's collecting another order!!

I’ll start off with the good.. Food was really really good, couldn’t complain. The bad.. The staff were just off, we arrived and they sat us straight next to some other people eating when there was seating free everywhere. We waited after ordering and nobody brought us our glasses for the bottomless drinks so i had to go and ask after awhile which i had to interrupt a group conversation between all the staff also had to wait for there conversation to finish before they realised i was there. After this we had finished our mains and sides which were delicious and was waiting for dessert and the staff were cleaning all the empty tables around us and just walking past us when we had clearly finished and stacked all our plates up for them so they could easily take them away.. waiting about 15 minutes and nobody came so i had to ask for them for our desserts and then they brought the desserts out for us which was again delicious but the staff just dropped them on the table and walked off, didn’t take away the finished plates for us to create any room for us to eat our dessert. We then had to awkwardly eat our dessert of the table full of empty dirty plates. Once again staff cleaning all the tables around us which hadn’t been used but clearly avoiding or ignoring us. We finished up and walked out, noticing that every other customer that had left was met with a ‘Goodbye’ but me and my partner who did absolutely nothing wrong and wasn’t rude in any sort of way was met with silence. I don’t know what was going on but it was absolutely woeful from the staff. The food was amazing but everything else was awful. My partner and I’s first date night since becoming parents was made a very bad and awkward experience. Shall not return

Lovely, welcomed in beautifully, staff are lovely. Did not have to wait too long for food to come and everyone I went with reaaly enjoyed it thoroughly, happy woth service received and would happily go back again. However it can be pricey, I would say to look at the deals more as you will get more for your money.

No words to describe the ambiance and the unlimited deal pizza offers with salad ,garlic bread ,dessert,onion rings oh my god.....our family of four enjoys all the time ..better than any food chain .

An excellent venue for a pizza and top class salad. The place is clean and pleasant to visit with polite and helpful staff. Again the pizza was excellent. We have visited once before and this visit was just as good. Recommended. Update another Pizza 13 February and quality just keeps on going up! Again recommended.

We arrived got greeted treated friendly by staff ordered in less than 5 mins later we got our food and then I went to go to to the toilet 🚽 and then I got stuck… the staff helped me they were kind to help they saved my life thanks to all of the workers at this restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the food✌️

Absolute 💩. Really poor service, staff just messing about and chatting with each other. Only about 12 customers in there yet dirty plates still on out table when we were trying to est our deserts. Will never use puzza hut again 😒! Terrible

Fantastic friendly service from all staff. Chloe was very attentive towards my little boy as well giving him her time when he started having a conversation with her, she even went and collected some stickers for him to choose one which he loved. She also kept an eye out in the kitchen for an extra collection order I'd placed to take away for my husband so that she could bring it out to me at the table rather than me having to wait to collect it at the end of our stay. Will definitely be back again.

Absolutely awful !!! Waited an hour or more for food. It was stone cold the garlic bread was inedible as were the chips. Pizza was all dough no topping. Just awful a total waste of money the chips and garlic bread had to go in the bin as they were past saving the pizza we eat some after warming in the microwave it was horrendous

We’ve had a really good time today. I’ve always thought Pizza Hut was underrated. The pizza is delicious and not too heavy.

Freezing cold glass for cider was nice. Pizza was good, and the service was quick and pleasant.

Unfortunately I couldn't pre-order online because I don't have a UK mobile phone number. The website doesn't accept foreign numbers and I missed out on the "any pizza for £10" offer. I paid full whack for my regular size pan pizza and it was delicious! Could have had a drink and a side or dessert for 50p less! but I just wanted the pizza.

Chloe and Dane were great and funny hosts! Saved our night out after the pub we booked couldn’t find our reservation!

This is our 3rd visit in the past few months. We bring our son as a monthly treat night. Tonight Chloe and Dane looked after us. As usual, warm friendly service and don’t mind a 4 year old running around. Food is always great, even allowing little man to grab is ice cream first! Love coming here and will continue to do so. Thank you to all the staff here.

Nice pizzas, nice salad bar. Staff very nice especially the manager, who was very pleasant and polite. Would have said 5 stars but knocking one off as found out after, kids can eat free before 3pm apparently with a Halloween code and a £10 spend, which could have saved us a few quid if we'd have been told.

The staff were so good. Food came out fast and hot. It was spot on. The staff made it. Couldnt do enough to make sure we had a good time

So lovely yet so expensive 3 pizzas and 2 drinks each just short of £100. It's a shame but I'll not be back anytime soon and one of the pizzas was the little ones and the other 2 were medium. You can tell the prices are keeping people away it was empty apart from one other couple. Staff are lovely and the food is banging but the cost is a no go for me

Enjoyed our buffet lunch here but really struggled with the difficult online ordering system which needs tweaking to make it a better user experience. I'm used to ordering via apps etc but was so frustrated by this one. Luckily, our server Donna helped us order and get the combinations we wanted. She was really friendly and made our child's celebration lunch a great experience in the end.

Terrible service. They've fired all the waiting staff and replaced them with a near unusable app that took 20 minutes to navigate. Mediocre food at premium prices.

We dined in as a couple. Our pizzas were both overcooked and inadequately topped. I'm surprised they were considered acceptable to serve by the staff. I took them back and we were given replacements. It would have been nice to have been offered a drink or dessert. The food and customer service wasn't of the expected standard and I can't recommend a visit.

Disgusting..ordered a stuffed crust, to say it was inedible would be kind. Have no.idea why this chain is still on our high streets when there is so much more to offer..just horrid

Pizza Hut in chesterfield is an example to Pizza Hut on how to run! Dane and Kirsty couldn’t do enough and food tasted great!

Did not like the fact that it's card only and you can only order through an app from a QR code on the table. Then expect to give a tip over the app when the staff don't actually do much to warrent being given a tip now. It's just ridiculose. It's a very bad idea being card only. Don't be another sheep and let the government get away with a cashless society. Food was amazing though.

Price for buffet drinks and ice cream for £15.99 is extremely good. On the plus side great atmosphere polite staff throughout Well Done

Busy place to go for a lunch, we had to wait 15 minutes for a table to become available as we hadn't prebooked. Good to see the manager was on her toes as a family walked in claiming they had prebooked just to get ahead, but were ordered back to the waiting area. Slightly more expensive than I had expected as we opted for individual 7" pizza's as all 3 children are awkward about eating salad from the buffet. I should have made them choose from the buffet. Good, quick service from the staff but they expect you to order over your mobile phones and pay by card.

It was alright. The ambiance is lacking some spark. Sometimes you had to keep checking for fresh pizza and there's not much options for vegetarian pizzas unfortunately. It's ok though. Can't knock it
