Pizza Uno in Chesterfield

I couldn't give zero for service but it was appalling when I phoned the person was very unprofessional the delivery driver an old woman was rude and unprofessional I had to leave my granddaughter walking down steps on her own to answer the woman at the bottom of the steps she could have fallen and hurt herself. I will not be using pizza Uno again I will go elsewhere

Shocking food, ordered a bbq pizza, came with just cheese, no bbq sauce hardly, next to no chicken, very bland, deffo not worth the price they charge

Ordered a chicken donner kebab the portion size was riducloisly shocking and the best thing was the salad yet theyd not even cooked that and the chips and cheese which was dry and tasted like cardboard, wouldn't recommend

Absolutely love this place. Good prices, great food and do collection and delivery. Always quicker than they say they will be. Cash only in store but can pay by card online.

Food was nice. But had items missing when delivered. I rang to tell them. They said was going to send it out , but never received it. So was charged for something never received. Won't be ordering there again.

Amazingly delicious food, and extremely speedy delivery. Cant fault it. Staff are friendly and welcoming as well as accomodating to any specific or special requests for menu items. Will definitely be returning!

Pizza uno is my favourite pizza place there has been numerous times when they forgot something in my order but the kebabs and pizza is amazing you can tell there fresh and my only other problem is it doesn’t deliver far enough but i understand that so that why its a 4 star

We like the pizza from here as they always do it well done (not like some places that leave it a little doggy in the middle) They also do meal deals on their food which are pretty moderate prices. The delivery service is usually a decent time but last time we had a huge wait of 2 hours but.. they did ring us and apologized for the wait and explained they was busy. Over all I think it's a good place to order your food from. The only thing I can 'moan'' about is whenever we order Donar pizza, they never get it right. We always ask for just Donar, no onions or tomato (as I think the tomato makes the cheese a bit soggy as it's placed on the top of the pizza) It always arrives with everything on it! I have to sit picking everything off it. Why don't I ring them to correct it? Cos I don't want to wait anymor 😆 Other than that, spot on.

I love this place but they took eggy garlic bread off the menu so won’t be returning until you put it back on 😁

Very Very busy, but only had a 15 minute wait, beautiful clean, had a mixed kebab, love the way you make it at home, no soggy mess

Would rate no stars if possible waited over a hour and a half for delivery tried to phone throughout understand could be busy but 1 and a half hours on a Tuesday night??? half past 6?? can you answer why?? UberEATS and other delivery services take precedent over telephone orders?? simple answer is for you to reject the order in the first place not to out stretch your staff the poor girl on the phone I'm sure will take a lot of angry customers I feel sorry for her, you should be training her to work the phone properly with wait times expressed, now unfortunately I don't like to write reviews on companies but after blatantly being lied to I feel the need to not be ordering from here and also going to be telling people not to either terrible service and terrible attitude

Need to be more polite to paying customers who visit the store. Food however is amazing, better pizza than we have had in Italy !

Food wasnt too bad, BUT they didnt give us our free garlic bread for spending so much then stated that they'd leave a note on the order which they didnt, I asked for possibility of having the money for the price of the garlic bread, but was told no as this was a free item. I understand that I do, but if a paying customer had ordered the garlic bread as it stated they still could on there website what would have happened. Very annoyed.

Ordered pizza's and chips .delivered well within time stated. The pizza's were as usual lovely. The chips however we're totally inedible. They we're absoluteley covered in salt. Totally horrible almost made me sick. I phoned up to complain and tell them no one could eat chips with so much salt on. All I got was. "Sorry about that " Not much use to me when something i was looking forward to so much was totally ruined. I will certainly think twice before ordering again if that's how much they care about my custom.

Lost track of how much we have had here in the last 14 years 🙈 great food and only had literally only had a couple of issues over the years but will keep returning. Best kebabs around.

Ordered Pizza and chips at 18:50, not delivered until 20:40. Rung at 20:10 and apparently it was on its way, naturally once it got to us, it was barely luke warm. Journey time should have been no more than 10 minutes, but took at least 40 minutes. Highly unlikely to ever order from here ever again!

Very friendly people and the food is mouthwatering

We often use Unos either for a pizza and kebab fo us two every couple of weeks or when we have family around which could be 10 - 12 of us. Usually spot on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Price is right and usually on time with all the right things as ordered.

Ordered the 2 pizzas for £13. Very good deal and nice pizza. My partner ordered a meat feast but when it came, it only had cheese on. Again still nice and good value for money

it was very nice yum yum, get in my tum tum. they have different types of pizza like cheese and even more cheese and the biggest cheese. seriously though it was pretty nice yummy. what did the salad say to the door? Lettuce In.

Just had a lamb sheesh from here and it was lush, my hubby had a doner meat pizza and my son had a ham and pineapple pizza and they said it was best pizza they’d in a long time!

Absolutely terrible service... placed an order via just eat, estimated 1 hour for delivery, 1.5 hours later we called to ask where our order was to be informed that the order had been cancelled! The order had not been cancelled by us, but by pizza uno... their reason being "the boss is not here so we didn't know what to put in the box meal" pizza uno DID NOT inform us that they had cancelled our order just did not bother to complete or deliver it 👏🏻

Really enjoy the lamb kebabs and the kids love the pizzas. The onion rings are amazing. Usually call through then go collect. Always pay cash as I’ve never asked if they take card. We always order extra pots of garlic mayo. I like how the meat pita salad and mayo all come separate so I can make it myself. I hate soggy pitta. The garlic bread is lovely too. We usually get one free with the order as feeding a large family. Think you get one if you spend over £15. Or get a 14” pizza. Not tried anything we didn’t like yet.

I found hairs, long and black in my chips, so it was easy to see what they are. Never be going there again. Think they need to learn what the Food and Saftey and Hygiene act is...

Ordered a shish kebab. The meat was full of gristle and the salad was clearly not fresh. Have given this place so many chances, but it never ceases to disappoint sadly.

On ordering i was told that it would be 50mins, which was fine. 2hours later it arrived and was incomplete , and although the driver assured me that he would return with the missing item, he didn't. I phoned and was told that I would receive it. I'm still waiting. Thanks for your excellent service

Called for a take away at 7:51 to be told 1 hour delivery which no problem at all call back again at 9:11 to be told it was on its way arrives at 9:28 with all food barely warm just making people aware incase you order the delivery driver turns round and says there's only one delivering!!!! Rating out of ten on today's experience 0-10!!!! Big shame cos their food normally good!!!!

The pizzas, kebabs and kofta dishes are always good. When you ring to order to collect, the time to collect is very accurate, and the food is very hot as it should be.

I always use this take away. There are many in the area but this one is best by a mile. Just enjoyed an excellent spicy hot pizza tonight. Will be back!! Always receive a welcome.

I don't have high expectations of take away places but what I do expect is warm food, delivered in a timely manner which tastes good. None of which you get from this place. Over 1 and a half hour wait for a 40 minute estimate, cold & tasteless food. I won't be ordering from here again.

It's not the worst place around here but I can honestly say it isn't the best. The garlic bread with cheese and pizza always come out too burnt which takes away the flavour.

Hay algunos verdaderos esos asquerosos tiendas de comida para llevar en esta zona. La mayoría de ellas dejará con malestar digestivo pero no uno de pizza. Hemos tenido kebabs y pizzas desde allí y que han sido siempre delicioso. Los pinchos son propia reunía pero eso es mejor que tener pan empapadas cuando llegas a casa de salsas.

Pizza Uno offer pizza, kebabs, burgers etc, and all are good. Very friendly service, takeaway spotless and all food very good. I recommend it

A well run takeaway with decent pizza and chicken kebabs. Quick service on phone orders for collection, and decent value as well.
