Was just collecting my pizza order and the service was fast and great.

Took an hour for delivery, pizza was cold and I paid for dips which didn’t not come with the order. Wouldn’t bother again.

No tomato sauce on the pizza base. Disappointing

Food was all mushed up and pizza wasn’t even cut properly I’m a pregnant women and I am fuming with my order

Terrible customer service Hardly any chips Dont give garlic and herb sauce with order of over 50 pounds , i didnt get any not even complimentary sauce The manager is rude arrogant little man I asked for my money back out of principle customer is so very bad

It was cold when it got to mine and it was 45 minute late

2 hours wait for 2 pizzas!!!! Apparently driver was setting off when my partner called 25 mins prior I call up and driver only just setting off! What a joke

Most possibly the worst pizza hut . After paying to have a item removed from a pizza (tomato sauce) for my autistic son. It turned up with sauce even though the receipt states NO SAUCE. Now my son has to wait over a hour for a replacement due to only having 1 driver. International company HAHAHAHAHA. To confirm they have now lost all my future business. From the look of other comments this site needs to pull there socks up ( being polite ).

Quite possibly the worst Pizza Hut on the planet. We’ve made the mistake of ordering from here a few times in the hope that it might improve. But, no. It’s always, without fail, delivered cold, undercooked (doughy) and uncut. Stay away.

Ever since it’s been taken over by new owners the place is shocking, pizza shop that doesn’t know how to cut a pizza do not recommend at all, pizza itself is bang average nothing like what Pizza Hut used to be like, full of grease as well save your money

We ordered a Margherita pizza and potato wedges at 5.45pm. Pizza Hut was listed as delivery time 20-45 minutes, but once we had placed the order it was actually an hour wait. It got to an hour and 20 minutes and it still hadn't arrived, so I phoned the restaurant. They were very apologetic, and offered a partial refund and a free Ben & Jerry's ice cream, and told us it was on the way. Another half an hour and it still hadn't arrived, so I called again. They told us the driver was 6-7 minutes away and they said that they would give us a full refund which we appreciated. We didn't ask for the refund, but they offered it for the inconvenience. In the end we finally got our order 2 hours and 15 minutes after ordering it. The delivery guy gave us three boxes - there wasn't any Ben & Jerry's but an extra side instead. The free side was chicken wings. I am vegetarian. Extremely disappointed (and hungry). I haven't had the refund through yet as promised. It has put us off ordering from Pizza Hut again.

Me and my partner came for the first time amazing vibe and food and the service was great , Nicola is very polite and welcoming and very smiley and accommodated everything we needed went above and beyond for us, definitely coming back ✌🏼

One of the greasiest pizzas I've ever tried to eat, the grease was dripping off the slices and soaking through the cardboard box.

Bought a large Hawaiian and a large Pepperoni for me and my girlfriend. Both pizza bases were soaked in grease to the point where they made us feel sick. Honestly the amount of grease soaked in the bread was ridiculous. Perhaps the worst pizza I’ve ever had!!!

the food was okay, but the extra toppings we paid for were not put on so we wasted £3.60. we ordered the party deal for 4, so the price was okay, but i would not buy a pizza for the price of an individual one as it isn't worth it.

Selected and paid for upgraded garlic bread (tear and share) as part of the deal, just got the standard stuff. Shame really, we were looking forward to it. Delivery took 45mins as it was, so there isn't much point in complaining.

Hot pizza with a decent amount of toppings and cheese! Only comment I have is that I was stood waiting for a while when I walked into the collection area, nobody seemed to notice I was there, but apart from that it was a perfect experience.

Ordered tonight and the pizza arrived with hairs on. I picked 3 hairs off that were not mine and a very small hair it looked like it had been on the floor! Driver also delivered to next door.

NEGATIVE 5 STAR'S Clear instructions for delivery even managed to mess that up. The pizza dough must of been old as it had the texture of cardboard and 30minutes later myself and my brother are having stomach pains and diarrhoea. Safe to say I won't ever be ordering from this franchisee. If I could give a negative star I would NEGATIVE 5 STAR'S

Arrived on my first shift here for a delivery position which was arranged by the area manager. Nobody had a clue I was meant to be there, including the shift manager - Who seemed very rude throughout my time there. Barely anyone spoke to me, everyone was speaking in non English which I felt was a total lack of respect towards me. When another driver arrived, he took the orders over me.. I walked out the shop after two hours of standing there doing pretty much nothing (I offered to help to no response) and still haven't got paid for my time here. Awful management and serious lack of organisation

We ordered a BEYOND meat pizza and received a pizza with actual ham, pepperoni and beef, that we couldn't eat.

Food was bland and dry and didn’t taste like anything. Try more of a local place next time

Slow, luke warm when arrived had clearly been sitting in the store waiting for a driver - you pay the expensive price for service and quality, you need to learn to make the pizza to your drivers availability ie manage your orders. Been six months since last order, used to be a regular thing, now better value elsewhere.

I’m not blaming anyone but be Pizza Hut delivery did take long to come 1 hour late over the expected time.

This particular Pizza Hut should be one of the best in the UK. The order was very fast, and the staff was nice enough to show me some fantastic deals I did not know about earlier. The pizza itself was yummy, and I loved the sides, especially the doritos cheezy nachos.

The food was delivered within the estimated time but was barely warm. Not a fan of cold pizza.

This is the second time I have organised a pizza night at our block of residential flats. Each time I have been asked where I got the pizzas from and everyone has said how tasty they are. Very good value, too with the 50% off offer. A good time was had by all and we will definitely have more pizza nights supplied by Pizza Hut

Ordered pizza and was told around 40 mins waiting time. I called back 50 mins later and they said they were short on drivers and it would be another half an hour. Called back 30 mins later and they said another 20 mins. Had to collect it in the end. It was just sitting there and it was cold. They shouldn't be taking orders if they can't fulfil them..

We love this Pizza Hut delivery, we order from here very regularly, and 9 times out of 10 it’s perfect. The pizzas are almost always nice and hot when they arrive, and the delivery drivers are always friendly. We often get deliveries from Eddie and he’s always quick and on time. We will continue our regular orders :)

It is only a takeaway place, no seating to eat inside. Huge parking outside so easy to collect.

Asked for tomato sauce and I got BBQ SAUCE Asked (and paid) for mushrooms as extra and there was none The app shown delivery took place but it was actually 25 mins late Really not cool! Would only order again if I get a voucher for these inconveniences.

Bought the wrong food so rang the restaurant to see what was going on didn’t even offer a discount because of it didn’t let me speak when I tried to explain what had happened I’m not happy at all completely disgraceful I understand if their busy but to deliver the wrong order and to add insult to injury the pizza they bought had pineapple on it needs improving completely

It was 45 minutes later than the latest estimated time of delivery. Over an hour since I first placed the order. Food was good and hot just not the usual sevrice

Expected at latest 8pm, I phoned to chase up and they said they hadn’t seen the order as the just eat system wasn’t working properly. It would be with us in 15 minutes if we were willing to wait, I phoned 20 minutes later and was told it’s on its way it would be here in about 10 seconds, it arrived 15 minutes later with a 500ml bottle of Coke as an apology. The delivery driver apologised as they didn’t have the staff tonight to cope with deliveries. Totally different excuse, why choose the just eat system if you can’t cope with it especially as it was only a Thursday night. The only salvation was the pizza was nice.

Had to wait a long time for delivery and then was 20 minutes late the just eat app was saying it had arrived and it hadent i was still waiting another 20 mins extra food wasent too clever pizza didn’t taste like it had any BBQ base on at all and the nachos were all soggy just horrible so they had to go to the bin ended up having a bowl of cereal after all that

Pricy but nice. Honestly too early on a gluten free diet (Coeliac) to tell if they're up to standard, but offering it is a rarity around here so they get points for trying at the very very least.

I ordered my food around 19:30 The app said my order was accepted and my delivery would be between 20:15-20:40. I rang the restaurant after 21:00 who said they had not had the order from just eat. I tried to ring just eat but the phone just sends you around in circles and is rubbish. Eventually I got hold of a human being this is now after 22:00 my kids and wife had gone to bed hungry. The pizza was eventually delivered at 22:30 I had a slice and went to bed. I now have lots of wasted pizza sat in my kitchen about to go in the bin. Just eat is the poorest service I have ever used. This is not the first time I have had problems with them. I was offered £5 for my inconvenience after I had wasted £55 on pizza that will go in the bin. What an insult.
