every time I've ate a deep pan, the next day I've had stomach problems

Excellent pizzas ,I can honestly say I've never had a bad meal from here ,friendly staff great service..

It was after the England v Denmark match. I fancied a pizza to take home, my friend went to the Chinese takeaway a few doors down - wish I had just got Chinese food too. I think if the owner of the place had been there , he would not have been happy. The people working there did not give a damn, bit like the England team. Everyone has bad days so no one expects them to be super happy and bouncy - but at the very least care about the food you are serving or get another job. Moved at snails pace, glum and just did everything with a lack of care. At one point, all workers had left the front of the shop. Went to back, at least one went for a cigarette because she was holding one in the food prep/cooking area. Now the important part - the food. It was disgusting , wish I’d opened it up as soon as I left the shop - it was burnt all underneath. This shouldn’t have been a surprise as at one point the main person in charge of the pizza oven just seemed to disappear, and I was waiting there for a long time. I had one slice because I was really hungry, then rest went into bin. I think even if there was no burnt bit, the pizza wouldn’t have been good . No flavour. I mean takeaway pizza - you don’t expect much, so not like I have high standards. I don’t usually write reviews, and I sort of think this review is for the owner. Your staff don’t care at least enough to make edible takeaway pizza.

**STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE** Had a medium pizza and its was still freezing cold in the middle, also had a chicken and fries and it went straight in the bin the chicken was dry and over cooked. We collected our food and the shop needs a good clean 🤮🤮

Vile chips were not even cooked properly. The staff walking round in bare feet on dirty floors just scruffy

The delivery time is a joke. Ordered just cheese and ham panini with chips with a can of Coca Cola. Said they’re going to be 30 minutes. Took nearly two hours to deliver my cheese and ham panini and my drink. Never ordering from here again! 1/5

I always enhoy the food from here and its great value for money

I have been a customer at Deep Pan Shirebrook since it opened and have had some lovely food. Placed an order recently and had to wait 2 hours, when I received the pizza and fries the fries were cold and soggy, inedible, the pizza was also cold and tasted disgusting, there are lots of other takeaways in Shirebrook which I will use and urge everyone else to do the same in the future. It doesn’t hurt to take care when preparing and supplying food, it tastes a lot better when served hot

Discussing food I had food poison diaria vomating 2 days.. don't sell expire stuff please

Orders 1 small chips and cheese and it took 2 hours to come

First time ordering, I ALWAYS stick to the same pizza place however they now shut on Mondays so had to make an exception and was recommended here, the food took no joke 2hrs to come ordering only a single 8” pizza! I rang up when it hit an hour and a half to tell them not to bother, to be told it was in the oven, for it to turn up another half an hour later, the driver sent their young daughter to the door in pjs and wet hair! To top it off, the food was lukewarm.. great first experience!

Staff rude food ordered at 4 50 had to ring at 6pm as hadn’t arrived when we eventually got it chips were cold jacket potatoes had to be warmed up won’t be ordering from them again

Food is good just dont order chips for collection or delivery as they are placed in plastic bag and tied so they sweat and go soggy otherwise fantastic but only if orderd fresh not delivery or collection

Good food ,hot and not long to waite. Well organised back room and very clean. ps. Had good natter as well.

Ordered the slimmers box for me and my husband and pizza and chips for the kids, we all loved it, great value for money and lovely food will definitely not be using anyone else now, best take away around.

I dont rate this place very highly at all! They could do with bigger bread buns! Food is nice but we ordered kids food (theres was fine) but I dont think its great for adults! Plus we wanted as a meal, no chips :( very disapointing!

Ordered from here when food came it was not correct. EVEN THO WE HAD STATED WHAT WE WANTED TWICE due to having things missed of order previously. Had to ring up got passed around had to speak to 3 people 2nd one even said "sup with your food" then passed me on to the clueless manager who wanted to send the missing food up when the delivery driver got back obviously never heard of food poisoning. Had to tell her what I wanted was the food redoing and correct. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK your best bet is collecting and standing over them while they make it.

I've been going to this place for years, best chicken chips and cheese anywhere in the UK, great service and great food, certainly a hidden gem that everyone should try.

Good food they are very good here at adapting menu to your specific needs, thin boxes are brill for cutting down on calories but still very filling and tasty👍

Collection good. Delivery poor. Phone manner nowhere existant it's like talking to a brick wall! Ordered 1 piece chicken &chips no chicken! A couple of weeks after ordered no chicken even though ordered 2hours before they closed. Asked for mild chilli and a burger couldn't even eat it not mild at all stronger than jalapeños! Asked for price including delivery (£20), when food came to door they wanted to charge nearly £5 more, chips were cold, kebab greasy. Bad customer service on delivery. Do not bother ordering for delivery, save your money.

Love the pizza here. highly recommended, we go here weekly, cheap, excellent food, delivered within the hour.
