Domino's Pizza Hinckley in Hinckley and Bosworth

Very bad quality... Ordered extra cheese. But put very little cheese in the middle. Repeated problems with this shop.

We decided to get something to eat from here. We ordered online which it didn't take too long to be ready 15- 20 minutes. We arrived a bit earlier than the update icon gave. The staff were busy, there were no customers in there waiting. One of the staff members asked if we had already ordered when we walked in and said he would check and would be a couple of minutes. There are about 3 or 4 high stools with a small high top to sit and eat at, there was more seating previously but they seem to have removed it all again. A couple of minutes later the food was ready. The pizza was nice I had the meateor pizza and a garlic pizza. The pizza was good, the garlic pizza was just ok, could do with more garlic though.

I tried Domino's "Absolute Banger" pizza, and it was packed with a variety of flavorful sausages. The service is always brilliant and enjoying this pizza on a warm, sunny day made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place

I ordered a make your own pizza, pepperoni and ham, after placing the order I called to ask if they could do half half, to which the lady on the phone said no. How difficult could it be to split the stupid pizza in half pepperoni and other half in ham? Too difficult? Needs too much calculations? How retarded a service needs to be not be able to do a simple ask. Ordering from elsewhere next time. By the way, I splitted the pizza when arrived, wasn't easy but I managed.

Very busy on phone delivered to wrong address, we've to Burbage Coventry rd instead of Hinckley so food only warm and took quite a while to no apology or consolation from dominoes but have used since and have to remind them where to come but in the whole the food it's good and hot when they get to right house

I ordered two pizzas one being a decadent pizza with no sauce in the middle, called up and stated that there was no sauce they said they would sent out a new one, but had to send the old one back! Which was fine! this is what we got!!

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE! Ordered pizza and other sides, pizza was burnt and hardly any cheese and toppings! Called them to say we wasn’t happy at all as we have plenty of pizzas this one wasn’t up to standard! And be told we have a free one on my contact number for next time. It’s been a week.. call up to order again and get our free pizza for the manager ( different manager onsite today ) for all staff involved to have forgotten…. And he can’t do anything… asked for his name and he told me he can’t give his details, I asked for his mangers name and he said he can’t give his name either? What’s going on with the branch can someone from head office deal with this please. Will never be ordering again from you so you have just lost great customers! MANAGER NEEDS SACKING FOR HIS ATTITUDE! Wants all my details but doesn’t want to give me his name so I can take this further with a name as I didn’t get one last time….head office please contact me!

It’s so annoying & inconvenience that Domino’s don’t take cash.. I like to use cash & I like to decide how I pay so until this policy changes I will use ponchinellos .

I’m gluten free and tonight I had the gluten free veggie supreme pizza and could not tell the difference from gluten pizzas - first class food and they even let my son watch them make the pizza too👍

Ordered online, food was ready within around 10 minutes for collection. The order was correct (no items missing etc) and the food was hot and tasted great. Better than other pizza takeaways in the immediate area.

Was given chicken instead of wedges in deal when I am vegetarian which isn't good and questionable hygiene practice. We called the Hinckley store only to find it had already closed and the next closest store weren't able to give a refund or re-send out wedges... Not okay.

They spend more than a minute to take my order!!!! Let me explain: So this guy who was a taller version of Freddie Highmore interviewed me. Most of his questions were meant for someone who has only worked there before. One of his questions were "how long should we spend on greeting, taking orders etc". I though well, it would atleast be 30s but I know where it's going. So I said 20s. The guy said wrong answer and the right answer in 8-10s. Almost all of his questions were surprising and he was just showing off but it was a huge eye opener but yes, I was confident, made eye contact and was engaging. And the dude whispers and I can't hear a word he's saying. I asked him to repeat but he still doesn't seem to care enough to speak louder. I ordered again but this time, it took more than a minute hahahha. I should have asked him this but I ignored myself. I went to Papa Johns and the customer service is excellent. Domino's didn't repeat out loud to confirm the order and doesn't offer buy 1 get 1 free whereas Papa Johns employees does without me having to tell them that I want to take this offer. And staff are kind and friendly, the pizzas were more delicious. Never going back to Dominos. The only reason I went after the interview was to test this as well as see if he remembered me.

We got collection and food was nice and hot, got the cheeseburger pizza. Great Domino's pizza.

The food is always very good, as our the delivery drivers, but the franchise manager Stephanie Moss is quit literally one of the most vulgar individuals I have ever encountered. I have made a formal complaint about to the Dominoes Franchise and I will not order again until this matter is resolved.

Walking in to Domino's the staff are there with a smile happy to assist...fast ordering and fast food...well prepared and cooked pizza just as you like it. 👍🏼

Ordered online. Specifically asked for certain food topping not to be on the pizza. Pizza took ages to arrive then was covered in the food topping. Called them asked for refund which they said they would sort. Several days later no sign of refund, contacted head office. They asked for evidence of the incorrect order. Luckily we had taken pictures before throwing it away. Sent us a voucher not a refund. Just tried to use the voucher it doesn’t work.

Placed a big order for a lunch time delivery. Never came. Turned out to have been delivered to an address on the other side of the business estate. Waiting on a full refund

Pizza arrived faster than we expected today. Food is definitely more expensive here now but we still very much enjoyed. Angela who delivered the pizza was friendly and her customer service was great.

Been here many times before and I have been happy with everything. However, my wife currently cannot have any diary products but can have egg and meat. Initially, I called and asked if they can do a meteor pizza but change the base and cheese (vegan) so it can be diary free - they shared they could. Happy at this. However, called later with the order and they now stated it is against their rules to add non vegan products to a vegan base. I shared this was different to the conversation I had earlier. I asked how they catered for people with dairy intolerance and they could not answer. The lady was polite enough and apologised. This seems it is a pretty daft policy according to my conversation I had with them. All we wanted was a dairy free alternative and unfortunately they were unable to do this even with the correct ingredients to do this and not a big ask. Disappointed. Just called other pizza places and they are happy to create a diary free pizza. Papa Johns do.

Ordered online and was updated along the way. Delivery was really fast and pizza nice. Have noticed sometimes they don't seem to put toppings on each slice (cheese) or they forget the chop it up. But all in all a good addition to town.

Great pizza 95% of the time. Not so good at sending the right flavour of dip (About 30% of time they bring us the wrong flavour). Would thoroughly recommend though.

My Wife and I ordered two pizza's on the 50% off deal. They are the best Pizza's we have had from the Hinckley branch. Well loaded and a delicious base. The delivery was very quick and the delivery driver Daniel was very polite , friendly and made sure he delivered using the social distancing no contact rules. He even came back to deliver the sauce that had fallen into his bag.Great service all round and we will using the Hinckley branch again soon. Thankyou

We popped in to get something to eat. We ordered a pizza from the lunch deal, we wanted a drink of coke however they had run out of the normal one which is quite poor to run out of it. We had Fanta instead. There wasn't much of a wait till the order was ready. There is a four seater table and a for seater bar table inside which we sat inside and ate the food. I had ordered a large pepperoni pizza which is the lunch deal pizza. The pizza wasn't as good as other times some parts of the pizza didn't have cheese. Overall the pizza was ok, the service was ok, the place seemed quite clean, some good deals on most of the time. Good that it has some seating inside

When order arrived after taking nearly an hour it was cold. Half the order was incorrect. Missing items. Ordered potato wedges with cheese. Not sure what the black stuff that came with it is (see photo). Spoke to "Jeff" must be new as kept referring to his manager "Dan" who was unwilling to give his surname, also unwilling to give his area manager's name and contact details. Also informed they didn't have the technology at that store to email me a confirmation that I would receive a fund for the incorrect & missing items.

After ordering at 7:30 tonight we still at 22:33 have not received our order!! I called 45 minutes ago to be told my order was out for delivery,I have called again just now to be told my pizza was made without a ticket and has gone cold!! I have requested to speak to a manager and low and behold he’s not in today! I asked for his name so I could call him tomorrow and was told Tom! He would not give me a surname apparently due to data protection! What a load of bull!

Terrible if I could give 0 stars I would.... ordered our food nearly 2 hours ago. It took over an hour for the tracker to move off prep. 10 mins to get through baking and sat on quality check for nearly 45 mins. Tryed calling the store 5 times now no one is answering.

Very good we use this when we visit Hinkley and staying over, I even manage to get a gluten free pizza, go all round though a pricey in my view.

My pizza place when I'm away and I get a gluten free pizza. Though only one size its ok and its enough. But a good clean place and friendly staff good choice of pizzas a bit pricey.

I ordered take away and it was an Average pizza for the price- it was a little bland and I wouldn't rush back to the Hinckley store.

I was a customer of the Dominoes Hinckley branch for a number of years and have had my fill (pun intended). Since the new year (2017) the following points have become commonplace with our orders: - Missing items from the order. Drinks and extra dips most often missed. - Missing toppings from custom pizzas. - Paying for double toppings and getting ripped off (I can recall ordering an American Hot with double pepperoni and Jalapenos. The pizza had some slices with hardly any topping at all. - Orders taking longer and longer to deliver. Our last (and final) order didn't even turn up (ordered and paid for online). I had to argue with the staff for over five minutes over the phone to get a fresh order. I don't mind paying the premium for exceptional food and service. This store as far as I am concerned has neither.

Staff looked like they where stoned and every time I went, I had to go back because it was wrong so I stopped going..

Standard Dominoes pizza. Personally, I'd rather go to Ponchinellos just down the road (who now deliver locally).

Ordered food. Thirty minutes later it arrived good and hot but missing coleslaw. Driver was apologetic and said would be straight back. Twenty minutes later I called the Hinckley shop and was told driving had just arrived back. I asked for fresh pizza other had gone cold. Was told they couldn't do it by young lady on phone. I went to shop to get a refund and was told that it couldn't be done because shift manager didnt know how to do it on the card machine. Mrs wasn't a happy person. No food and as yet no refund.

I thought I'd give them a second chance after previously ordering and waiting over 2 hours for pizza to be delivered. I wish I hadn't it looks like it's going o be the same again tonight. I ordered my pizza at 19:20 I used the tracking app and thought it was odd that it hasn't moved off prep for an hour so I rang up to be answered and was started in mid conversation as the woman thought she had taken another customer off hold. I explained that I wasn't the customer she was supposed to be talking to and that I have just rang up she put me on hold. After being on hold for 10 minutes someone took me off hold and then hung straight up on me!!! I rang back up and asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one available. Maybe that's why this experience was so shocking then? Anyway I was told I would be called later by a manager and my pizza was still on prep because they haven't started it yet and it would still probably be another 30-40 mins and was offered a free pizza next time I order. (I won't hold my breath) anyway it's now been way over 30-40 mins and I've still not received my pizza. What a rubbish franchisee! 1. Manage your incoming calls better 2. Set customers expectations realistically 3. Close future orderes if your too busy

Great to call on when you don't want to cook yourself - order on line and you can track your order and also find out the name of your delivery driver :)

Disappointment! COLD PIZZA Went to Domino's Hinckley few times, the overall experience is disappointing. Not organized , sometimes you need to wait for a good time to be served, THE MAIN THING, COLD PIZZA, Came across to it when collected. I know for a fact that they have a hot surface where to keep them hot and obviously, they don't really pay attention to it. A very good advise!!?? If you can't handle it , look for help, ask for more PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. If you guys not gonna improve I will not use you anymore and I can guarantee you I will convince a lot of my friends to do the same. !!!

Have had Dominos delivery numerous times and had no problem but last night was a joke. Ordered 2 pizzas sides etc and were all delivered within 30 mins. Turned out one of our pizzas was the wrong order. Called Dominos at 8.15 to explain and the girl on the phone either offered to remake my pizza and deliver or I could have 2 free pizzas on my next order. I chose to have my pizza remade and delivered. Heard nothing for 45 mins so called again asking where my pizza was. Waited on hold for 10 minutes where I was put through to the manager and told they would make my pizza now... Despite being told an hour earlier by a girl on the phone it was being redone. Manager told me I would get 20pounds towards my next order as well as my pizza which finally arrived an hour and half after my original order was delivered. Worst part is I wasn't even hungry when my pizza eventually came. Poor communication and customer service from Dominos and those I spoke to on the phone. Next time i'll come and collect👍🏼

En línea para colección y ordenados cuando llegué me dijeron que mi comida estaba lista. Por desgracia, después de esperar 20 minutos me dijeron que me iban a hacer una nueva pizza, no me dijeron por qué o qué había pasado! Esto llevó poco más de cinco minutos, entonces uno de los muchos niños (personal) es que en 'HOUTED Mi comida estaba preparada y dejé el muy ruidoso, no increíblemente limpia establecimiento. Después de un corto viaje a casa descubrí La pizza estaba buena y caliente (recuerda que este era fresco para mí), pero las alas de pollo encargué era tibia, casi de frío, estas no comimos obviamente.

Love these Pizzas , the staff are efficient and polite . Shop is nearly always spotless ,which is a credit to the manager & staff . Especially good when they have deals on .
