Omar Pizza in Leicester

Chased 3 times and then food was cold, one chips container was only 1/2 full.

Food came hot, and was very tasty. Will order again InshaAllah

The pizza was cold and greasy and the chicken kabab didn't taste right. Sorry wont be ordering again.

only issue was I asked for green Peppers and green chillies were added instead 🥵

Always wary of using a new place but we are very happy. Food came hot, fresh, and was very tasty. Delivery driver was nice too. Fries crispy, Pizza tasty, and the Kebab meat was delicious. We will definitely use again.

During the lockdown period, Omar Pizza was my go-to place, and I had fond memories of enjoying their meals. However, my recent visit left me extremely disappointed. After ordering a meal with a drink, I was happily eating until I opened the drink and found it tasted awful. Upon checking the date, I discovered it was from October 2023, despite us being in February 2024. This lack of attention to detail regarding product expiration dates is unacceptable, especially for a small takeaway with limited stock quantities. It reflects a concerning disregard for customer health and safety. When I brought this issue to the attention of the shop owner, instead of offering a sincere apology, he repeatedly claimed ignorance, stating he didn't know about the situation. Furthermore, his suggestion that I could return for a refund felt dismissive and failed to acknowledge the seriousness of selling expired products. In my opinion, when a mistake occurs in business, the first step should always be to apologise to the customer and demonstrate that they are valued. Unfortunately, this was not the case. While I wish Omar Pizza all the best in their business endeavors, I will not be returning. Customer satisfaction and safety should be paramount, and I hope they take this feedback constructively to improve their practices in the future.

Update any images you have as your pizza doesn't look anything like it's displayed therefore doesn't taste as that look. Probably a stock image

Sent out a burnt pizza n chips that had been fried twice so they were super stale!!! Rang up to complain about the food guy started to get rude n laughing. Used to be a regular here. Never ordering here again

Pizza was burnt at the edges and not very hot. Chips were soggy. They missed one drink out entirely. Burger kinda flat. Might not use again.

Food turned up wrong to what I had ordered and with items missing. Even the right items was drenched the wrong sauce. Totally inedible and stone cold. Called the restaurant and they said they would fully refund through justeat. I received £2... ruined my Saturday night and I was left with hungry people... avoid just eat.. the just want money and do not give a f*** about the customer. As for omar pizza. Its the 2nd time this has happened now.. never again

5 star experience never ever let's me down. Can always rely on them. Over 20 years been eating here. Love to these gentleman they are very genuine and friendly and I wish them the world's happiness

Requested some of their chill sauce (the main reason I order from here) yet they didn’t send any. Sent Pepsi instead of coke. Lovely.

The food arrived late aswell as being cold. There was an item missing on one of the pizza. We rang the restaurant regarding the time it has taken. They said they are waiting for a just eat driver which we realised is false as they use their own driver.

Took nearly 2 hours to arrive. Stone cold food with warm salad... absolute abysmal food. Went in the bin. Dry scraps of Donner meat that looked like it was from last Friday. The pita bread had turned into soggy slush... about 7 soggy cold chips... shockingly bad food today. You should have cancelled the order if you can't cope on a Friday night. Totally unfair on us sending this out. Ruined our night.

Had to wait an extra 20 mins on arrival of collection and drove home and they forgot to put my chicken burger meal in so had to drive back...Ordered coca cola on website and was he was giving me a pepsi bottle. Told him I paid for coke so just give me four cans instead and said no it will mess price yet I already paid for coke online not pepsi..... Will not recommend. Slow, missed ordered items and food wernt great. Pizzas wernt great either had better cheese on toast. Used to be good shop

First time I bought from here. Ordered the family deal with two pizzas. One pizza was burnt and a regular Pepsi given instead of diet as ordered. Not happy! Delivery was on time.

Ordered tw o large pizzas on a thin crust was fresh and piping hot when I collected. Enjoyed both pizzas Omar was a nice guy too. Would definitely visit again when in town.

Stay away from this place you place the order online then they ring you and say it’s going to be more money if you don’t like cancel it when there isn’t a option to cancel it so they basically won’t make your order and they’ll keep your money stay away go mexi pizza opposite

Food was great, usually go down and get it but I was feeling lazy. Food arrived hot and was delicious. Only thing was the garlic mushrooms, I thought they would be breaded and deep fried like every other takeaway, but these were in a garlic marinade and very unexpected, will order those again.

Not the best i've eaten from Omar's today. The chips were old, the pizza was not to the standard they usually give. Was disappointed.

We regularly order from Omar Pizza and personally can't fault the place at all. Staff are always willing to help, portion sizes are good, prices are competitive and most importantly the food tastes great. Delivery is always on time and haven't had a late delivery yet. Cheers guys.

The cold salad and mayo were dumped on top of the kebab meat which meant the meat was cold. Also because the salad was on top you couldn't see how little meat there actually was for a "large" doner. The kebab couldn't be put in the microwave to warm up because of the salad being placed on top. Rang to complain to be told "well you should have put it in the comments when you ordered that you didn't want the salad put on top" Everywhere else we have ordered from has put the salad in a separate container. Will not be ordering again from here and will go back to our regular place.

In all honesty the food smelt like manure as soon as it come in my house my house stank, the pizza was burnt on outside n not cooked in the middle no one ate anything honestly was disgusting definitely will not be returning!!

Absolute awful service! Food was late and cold. Then the restaurant rang me shouting and being abusive because I put on the app that I was unhappy with my order and it was cold which then meant Just Eat would see the complaint. He then refused to give me a refund and said he’d give me free food which is not what I wanted. DONT order from this restaurant

Best Pizza ive had in a long while.

Please do not order/visit here I have just order from just eat and because they couldn’t deliver they wanted me to pay 50% of charges or pay for a taxi to collect the front of house person was not helpful and even hung up the phone when called back no memory of the order terrible service terrible and customers service.

The reason we order from Omar pizza is the recipes never change, you get good quality food and large quantities for the price, not always our first choice of place to order, but certainly not the last.
