The only take away pizza we ever order! Absolutely love

Pizza was great but customer service was awful. Ordered 1 Margherita pizza and 1 vegetarian supreme but got chicken pizza instead. Went back and got told I was the one who said chicken (bearing in mind I am vegetarian so why would I say chicken in the first place!). She also said she repeated the order to me when it was placed and when it was handed to me but that was not the case, therefore blaming me for ordering the wrong pizza. Eventually was offered another pizza but customer service there is terrible!

I ordered a large veg pizza 4 collection sat. Nite around closing time from Belgrave branch!! Got home & opened the box to find the pizza was burnt & all toppings including cheese had gone hard!! Couldn't even eat it as it tasted very bad!! Rang them on sunday to complain 1st time!! As iv bought pizzas from there many times before & they were ok!! I requested them to take the burnt pizza back & give me a fresh pizza since 1 pizza cost £12.00. Not cheap!! They told me to wait until Tues & keep the bad pizza till Tues to show to manager!! I told them I wanted to eat pizza today not Tuesday!! They would not even change the pizza 4 me!! & gave me so many excuses & run around!! & after all the hassle didn't even change my pizza & accused me of ordering a well done pizza!! Which I didn't order!! & even if a pizza is well done it should not be burnt & hard!! I am very upset & disappointed with the customer services!! As any other restaurant or take away place would have not even argued or disputed the complaint & offered to replace the food straight away!! These people couldn't even change 1 pizza 4 me which cost me £12.00. Big business like them can't even afford to exchange a bad pizza for a customer & give them a better cooked pizza!! Such stingy people!! They care more about their money than the customer!! Especially when iv been a loyal customer who has never complained before!! & to be honest the 1st time I went there to buy pizza they gave me a really nice pizza with fresh toppings & it tasted really nice!! Don't know what's happened now!! I'm very disappointed!! As iv been left with a burnt pizza which they want me to keep until Tuesday lol!! To show to their manager before they make a decision whether to exchange the pizza or not!! I purchased the pizza on Saturday nite!! So I'm expected to keep a bad pizza in my kitchen for 4 days!! Lol!! By which time it would have gone off completely!! Than they will also blame me & say you have kept pizza all these days & it's gone off now so we can't change it!! Lol!! What a joke!! Lol!! No respect 4 a good customer!!

Staff have a no manners to talk with customers they give the reply very rudley they take a order different pizza and delivered different pizza and they not apologise regarding this and answer rudley and cut the phone

Really clean and you can see the pizza being made in front of you. Nice desi toppings (paneer, keema, butter chicken etc.) and flavour is very good. I’d definitely recommend it and I’d buy again. Great value too, I got two larges (half and half so technically 4 x different toppings) all for £22.

The lady Hina at the front desk is very rude doesnt know how to speak to customers they give you a time to collect the pizza yet it is not ready and then give attitude when confronted as if its the customers fault and not the members of staff fault for giving wrong information Customer service is terrible! To update this review I get a call from the manager to tell me that because I wrote a honest review they will no longer serve me!! What a joke her response says it all about the customer service!!

There seems to have been a change of recipe in the pizza sauce. Not the usual one, tasted like it was substituted with generic pasta sauce. Went from my fav pizza place to massive reluctance to order again. Very disappointing having spent £50 on pizza.

These guys a 10 on 10 for service dalevero messed up the order these guys sorted the order with absolutely no complaints when they could have just said not our issue, if that's not great customer service then I don't no what is, shout out to mark who did the delivery absolute gentleman

Slowly getting poorer for some reason, this time it wasn't cooked quite well enough, a little doughy on the base.

Pizzas from square pizza are fantastic, full of flavour, plenty of portion. The only let down was the delivery time was delayed and just eat’s order tracking including driver tracking for food delivery is poor, which meant the food arrived lukewarm, but a quick run in the oven heated the food up and was perfect.

Don’t order from just eat website as no deals on website I paid £25 extra , ordered from justeat for collections and when collected seen the offers available

Nice pizza on soft dough and tasty mozzarella sticks would recommend.

Food was good no issues but order was over 20 mins late, I rang the shop but no one contacted me again to let me know in that sense very poor customer service . Also option above does not let me select 20 mins late

Definitely worth every penny. Could easily feed 5-6 people. Ready to eat and very delicious.

It took over 1 hour 45 mins to deliver the food and on top, all the food was cold. The seasoned chips were inedible due to being cold. The only reason I’m giving a star is because the pizza and chilli chips were ok in taste. Had to reheat the pizza and garlic bread (reheating chips would have made them worse). No apologies after calling them, just kept saying food should be hot as it was delivered straight from the oven which was hard to believe. Rang them after over an hour to see where the food was and was told it was on the way. Rang back 20mins later, was told food left 15mins ago. So was obviously told a lie the first time. Think twice before getting food delivered from this place.

Best pizza in Leicester by a country mile. Every time I have family over from out of town they usually request this pizza - it is that good!!

This is the second time we have ordered and on both occasion food has arrived late and cold , we thought we would give them another chance .!! I even called them to make sure food would arrive on time . Not happy cold food I ordered around 6.35pm food came after 8.05pm late !!!

Worst service, not properly answered on call, pizza received bitter in taste, and staff member just called sorry, what the hell we pay for Pizza and you just say sorry. You should replace it. Never order again. Disappointed.

Really great indian paneer chilli pizza Love it

Very disappointed by the quality of food and service. Pizza arrived 1 hour late, was missing the garlic bread and pizza tasted very sour, how a pizza can be ruined like this is beyond me. Originally I was told all they could do about the garlic bread was add it as a free item next time I order, so I need to pay for another order and delivery to get the garlic bread that I paid for originally? Obviously that was not an acceptable arrangement, spoke to the manager who had it delivered another 45 minutes later... Horrendous experience over all.

Absolutely amazing food, a little late, but that's to be expected on a Friday night! They have always been very accomodating and friendly with great customer service. The food here has flavor unlike most pizza places, and they really give you a good amount for your money, highly recommend!

Normally very good. Today the food wasn't for some reason. I will try then again as they have always been reliable before but if they are poor again, they will lose a loyal customer.

Fantastic pizzas, great choices and arrived hot which is perfect. Pizzas are massive and full of flavour, with fresh ingredients. They even have plenty of personalisation options for your pizza and a good selection of sides. When they say spicy hot they mean spice hot. Fantastic.

I don't normally leave reviews but this time I thought I'm going to as the past few times I've ordered from here, the delivery time has always been late. Really poor service and really puts me off. I'd probably order from here more often if they improved delivery time. Expected time they say is between 30-50 mins. That's longer than most places anyway. So being another 20 mins late on top of this meant I got my order 1hr and 10 mins later. Shocking! Do better square pizza

Been ordering from here for 5 years now. Food is always hot, cooked well, and tastes great. Never had a bad experience. Only thing is, we don't order too often because it is on the pricey side. So we tend to have this as a treat. But when we do, it's definitely worth paying the extra for the quality. Cannot fault it

Used to be one of the best pizza places in Leicester, but definitely not anymore. Ordered a pizza, got a wrong one, which wasn't the worst part. The dough tasted so bitter, we couldn't eat it... How can you make pizza taste bad?

Pizza is amazing, but expect them to wait till they have several orders before taking them out, meaning your food can arrive cold. When your charging premium price you expect premium delivery. Food is great though. Unfortunately had to stop ordering as each order is a gamble on how cold the food would be

chilli paneer pizza with no taste off chilli. lying staff on the phone 1st says "i have put the chillis myself" after 1 min says my colegue put the chillis... i will never buy again from this place rubbish.....

Granted it was the day of the football final. But repeated calls to find out what was goin on, when I could get through staff had no idea when it would arrive if it would arrive made no effort to find out. Ordered food at 7.30 Delivery time was 8.40 turned up at 9.58 also when it finally turned up it was pretty much cold. Rubbish.

Excellent pizza. A great find where pizza taste great and not like cardboard like others. Our favourite is butter chicken pizza.

This is the second time we have ordered from here. Both times the food was great. I would definitely recommend the Paneer or Butter Chicken Pizza. I had mentioned it was my sons birthday and they made sure the food was hot on delivery and the nice delivery guy even said happy birthday to my boy. Nice little touches that make foe great customer service. Only thing was there no sauces added but that’s ok. Will definitely order again. Thank you.
