Sombrero Pizza in Leicester

Took 2 hours to arrive they went wrong address they said then the food was wrong and not great poinrless to call them and tell them last time I will waste cash on there business avoid

The food is fairly decent but the service is absolutely horrendous. I've ordered numerous times from here and it's always taken over a hour and half to receive the delivery. The price has gone up recently and portions are quite small. Which is a shame.

Today i visit first time ultimate taste and staff very friendly, 10 out of 10. Hats off

Pizza is great friendly staff. HMC certified makes it a worth a trip. ( Not a fan of their doner burger and wings. It was plain and not favourful ) but they do freshly baked pizza well. No card payment accepted (🤷) and only cash. No big area for dinning, moslty a takeaway place.

Miss Kaur has nice behavior and talk with everyone politely also give positive vibes to clients with cute smile

Think again before you order from this place. They aren't very diligent about their dealings. Charging people more than they need to and then pinning it down to an error. Thinking it's okay to hand over a can, instead of a bottle. Called them and they weren't too happy about being told. I hope they do something about this. Apart from the above the food is good.

Ordered food over 5 hours prior to scheduled delivery. The food arrived late, it was cold and the naan bread were stale.

Amazing food and amazing staff fast delivery and great prices

A small takeaway. Went by when I needed a quick bite. They prepared the food quickly as I requested because I was in a rush. Taste of the chicken doner in naan was ok. May have to try the pizzas which people have recommended.

Had the Sombrero special mixed doner in naan. Tasted very nice and clean compared to special doner at other places in Leicester. Get it as it is without any ketchup or mayo etc. The heat level is mild. Nice portion at a good price.

This is our go to takeaway, honestly can not fault their food. Everytime we order we change a few things and they always get it bang on! Their pizzas have got to be the best pizza I have had from a takeaway so flavoursome and the dough is just on point. Also you need to try their bbq wings omg 😲 they are just to die for so juicy and succulent. The staff are always so lovely and helpful and also their delivery drivers are polite 😊. You need to try this takeaway it is just the best one I have been too yet!!

Last time I left a review, they took note of it and explained to me this time around about the situation, THIS IS A FANTASTIC PIZZERIA PLACE, they know how to look after their customers, the food is always piping hot and always quality, AN EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY. These guys need a award.

OMG this has to be the best pizza place in Leicester! Having been recommended by a friend, I called ahead and ordered for a specific time. Drove 5 miles to collect and found my pizzas ready as promised, went for a delicious chicken, tasty meat and fulfilling vegetarian pizza. I honestly can't believe how beautifully crafted and thoroughly delicious they were, every slice melts in your mouth and I ate 5 full slices before I was full! T Their wedges are also worth ordering and a portion is enough for 2. I will definitely be back, will not stop singing your praises because you guys deserve it. One happy customer!

Ordered 3 pizzas by phone, went instore to collect. Wasn’t acknowledged by staff so ended up standing there for 10 minutes while my food that was ready just sat their getting cold. Very poor hygiene, could see staff licking their fingers after picking at some food and then carrying on without washing their hands. The pizza’s did taste decent though.

Our family use to order this pizza all the time and everyone liked their pizza but our last order everything has changed the pizza was disgusting and burned their chicken wings is not the same at all even their dilvery time was soo late I don't know if any of my family will ever order from them 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Great food first time ordering from here and I’m impressed 🍕 I ordered a keema tonight pizza along with a sombrero burger and chocolate milkshake I’m full from 3 slices off pizza 😂 My partner ordered a sombrero burger meal along with 6 BBQ WINGS and his impressed also although the bbq wings are spicy 🌶😂 but we deffo will be ordering from here again Staff who delivered the food very polite Nd helpful

Probably the best takeaway place in town. Absolutely love their pizzas, the base and all toppings are amazing. Kebabs are lovely too. Only thing I am not to keen on is burgers. They not bad but because anything else stands out you want them to be better. Delivery service is great as well. Never late and most times way earlier than eta. and delivered piping hot.

Great place for pizza's. Actually the most interesting was their spicy hot wings. They turned out to be awsome. Would reccomend but only as a takeout mostly because there is no seating area unless u like sitting on the floor

Hi have a order pizza that told me 1 hour but after 1.30 minute later I call them then telling me after 1 more hour they don't eveven bother I never going to order again I'm not recommend this place to anyone shame on

Ordered three pizzas. They arrived in good time. The toppings on one pizza were incorrect, the other two were correct, however the ham looked and tasted weird, I've seen more appetising cat food. Picked it off the pizza into the bin. They did taste quite good and a decent size, the crusts though are too big, possibly a cost cutting idea. Three stars I think is fair

Pizzas are brilliant, someone has commented that they are better than Pizza Hut, it's true these better and they are Halal. The base is light and soft, so much tastier than the majority of Pizza places in Leicester that taste ordinary.

Apart from the rough area this is loacted at and is not the best of shops that looks very attractive. However the food is amazing, cheap and cheerful, good for the quick meals you need when youre in a rush and for family too very ideal.

I had a pizza with jalapenos my bottom hurt for 2 days also the have cohocolathe milkshakes im not kidding it sais cohocolathe...

Food was nice as always only lamb Burger could be more done as was bit hard And I ordered bottle of water which was never given to me and obviously I payed for it.....realised after 1 hour of food been delivered so was pointless for me to call sombrero and complain.

I would not order from here again made my order it come late all the chips was over cooked and cold and they didn't send a pizza that should have come with the meal when I rang them they said they would send it after nearly 2 hours they rang to say we had it but we didn't the driver can't tell the difference between 7" and 12" pizza they finely send it out 3 hours after we had our meal not good never again

Food and delivery time good as usual. But a little annoyed to be charged £2.00 for delivery as not mentioned on just eat and never been charged before. Don't mind paying it, but should be displayed when ordering or at least a phone call to advise of charge so customers can agree to paying it.

Currently waiting for food and has been 2 and a half hours. Usually nice food, but wouldn't know. This service is poor. Called restaurant and hour ago to be told it would be 30 mins. Getting beyond a joke.

Pizza was ok but the coleslaw is not as good as it used to be. It is too watery, too much mayo. Please, put less mayonnaise.
