Great food never disappoints it’s customers

Horrible service. The food arrived almost 1 hour late and was also cold. The dough was under cooked. Very disappointed.

This place used to be my 'go to' place for pizzas. Unfortunately, the pizza quality has really gone downhill lately. Ordered 3 pizzas during ramadhan, all 3 were extremely dry and didn't taste great. Really disappointed.

Took 2 hours to arrive they went wrong address they said then the food was wrong and not great poinrless to call them and tell them last time I will waste cash on there business avoid

The food is fairly decent but the service is absolutely horrendous. I've ordered numerous times from here and it's always taken over a hour and half to receive the delivery. The price has gone up recently and portions are quite small. Which is a shame.

Pizza is great friendly staff. HMC certified makes it a worth a trip. ( Not a fan of their doner burger and wings. It was plain and not favourful ) but they do freshly baked pizza well. No card payment accepted (🤷) and only cash. No big area for dinning, moslty a takeaway place.

Chicken was hard to chew also not fresh

has the owners changed? the kids portion was bigger than my meal and my partners meal was un eatable as the doner meat was dry and stale and he said it tasted horrible. Don’t get me wrong this is the first time i have had a bad experience from here, the food was pipping hot and the delivery man was lovely and food was delivered on time, hopefully this is just a one off as i usually order from here often.

Delivery man forgot to give us the fruit shoot he came back 5-10 mins later very apologetic and gave us the fruit shoot, to be very honest even I had forgotten completely about the fruit shoot. That was very kind of him. For that I give him a very big thumbs up and a 5*

First time ordering from here, very impressed with the quality. The doner with special sauce was great, as was the kheema pizza.

Think again before you order from this place. They aren't very diligent about their dealings. Charging people more than they need to and then pinning it down to an error. Thinking it's okay to hand over a can, instead of a bottle. Called them and they weren't too happy about being told. I hope they do something about this. Apart from the above the food is good.

Ordered food over 5 hours prior to scheduled delivery. The food arrived late, it was cold and the naan bread were stale.

Amazing food and amazing staff fast delivery and great prices

A small takeaway. Went by when I needed a quick bite. They prepared the food quickly as I requested because I was in a rush. Taste of the chicken doner in naan was ok. May have to try the pizzas which people have recommended.

Sorry but we're quite disappointed about the order. Because we get no good meat and everything was cold.

The meat was delicious as always. Food was hot and portion size was decent. Unfortunately the ice cream tub had clearly melted and been refrosted. Therefore it had all become crystallised and was akin to eating ice. We couldn't eat it and it had to be thrown away. Dissapointed as it was so expensive

Meat was very well cooked. Naan was fresh and the kebab succulent. Unfortunately the cake was completely stale and inedible. Had to throw it out

Tbh the pizza was definitely not like described, lack of toppings and no garlic base, bland. The sauces asked for (garlic mayo) was not supplied, and a little late. I wouldn't recommend, just eat refunded partially (thanks). But I'll stick to uber eats from now.

As last time I ordered, food was excellent and hot, spot on. Unfortunately they forgot a couple of things, even though I told them they forgot thing’s last time, probably some sort of quantity check before the order goes out might help

The pizza was uncooked on the base and inside

Had the Sombrero special mixed doner in naan. Tasted very nice and clean compared to special doner at other places in Leicester. Get it as it is without any ketchup or mayo etc. The heat level is mild. Nice portion at a good price.

Food arrived late waiting in min refund from Just Eat. Pizzas did not smell great. Both were very doughy. Won't be ordering from here again.

The original delivery time was 20.20 This then became 20.50 - we had guests who were breaking their fast. The food arrived 21.10 Very disappointed as I kept trying to call the restaurant to see if I could have collected. The restaurant is walking distance from me.

The food was ok, however when the delivery driver delivered he had the pizza boxes on its side and handed them to me upside down. The pizzas were then squashed to one side. He also forgot to give me the drinks until i asked for it and he went back to the car to have a look and then handed it over

This is our go to takeaway, honestly can not fault their food. Everytime we order we change a few things and they always get it bang on! Their pizzas have got to be the best pizza I have had from a takeaway so flavoursome and the dough is just on point. Also you need to try their bbq wings omg 😲 they are just to die for so juicy and succulent. The staff are always so lovely and helpful and also their delivery drivers are polite 😊. You need to try this takeaway it is just the best one I have been too yet!!

OMG this has to be the best pizza place in Leicester! Having been recommended by a friend, I called ahead and ordered for a specific time. Drove 5 miles to collect and found my pizzas ready as promised, went for a delicious chicken, tasty meat and fulfilling vegetarian pizza. I honestly can't believe how beautifully crafted and thoroughly delicious they were, every slice melts in your mouth and I ate 5 full slices before I was full! T Their wedges are also worth ordering and a portion is enough for 2. I will definitely be back, will not stop singing your praises because you guys deserve it. One happy customer!

Ordered 3 pizzas by phone, went instore to collect. Wasn’t acknowledged by staff so ended up standing there for 10 minutes while my food that was ready just sat their getting cold. Very poor hygiene, could see staff licking their fingers after picking at some food and then carrying on without washing their hands. The pizza’s did taste decent though.
