Had a delivery. Best pizza I've had in a long time.

Placed order on uber eats - predicted arrival was 30 minutes. Phoned after an hour - they said it would be 20 minutes. 45 minutes later phones again, didnt apologise or give a reason other than "its really busy" but its on the way. 20 minutes later i phoned again - asked to cancel the order and they accepted straight away - clearly never even started the order. Shambles and horrible cusotmer service on phone

Thought the burger was fatty and less doner meat than usual , wanted double chilli sauce but , got same little bit . Pizzas were great as usual.

We started ordering pizzas as a Christmas Eve tradition but won't bother again. Pizzas were ok- not much flavour, but the chips were tough and rubbery. Found when we got home that there was no meal deal coleslaw. Pleasant staff, disappointing food.

Pizza’s not bad(we ordered 4). Order didn’t include the coleslaw. Last time one pizza came with no toppings The 4 boxes of fries ended up in the bin with only a handful eaten. Never had to chew a French fry before. Expensive meal

Had the BBQ base on a Mexican pizza, it was hot on arrival, tasted great not burnt and taste was brilliant, would definitely order from here again

I’m a huge fan of pizza connection and have had amazing food from there, but this order was the worst I’ve had unfortunately.

unfortunately the food was almost cold when it arrived. it had the last bit of residual heat left in it. so wasn't as good as it should/could have been. would order again but would probably collect instead. the delivery driver was very pleasant but just a shame about the temperature.

Great pizza place, lovely people and the pizzas are amazing! Very fair price compared to other places in matlock such as dominos etc. Their tomato sauce they use for the pizzas is just amazing! Some of the best pizzas i have ever had. I come here regularly and never have any problems, despite some of the bad reviews. Its also amazing service, with it taking under 10 minutes for them to prepare and cook 2 pizzas, fries, and a 1.5L bottle of coke. I think thats impressive. If you want pizza in matlock, come here! BEST PLACE EVER!!!

absolutely disgusting chips taste like cardboard my chicken was burnt and didn’t taste nice at all everything was cold halloumi was horrendous couldn’t even describe you what it was like but i won’t be coming back to here awful.

one of the pizzas was wrong. we ordered mexican but received a margarita instead.

Placed order online for a pizza at a cost of £9. to be delivered. When driver arrived he insisted it was £14. His reason being I didn't spend £10. Nowhere did it tell me I had to spend a minimum of £10. Likewise a £5 charge for delivery of no more than a 1.5 mile from the business to my home is daylight robbery. I will never use this place again.

Lovely gentleman that dropped off our food, came right to the door and wished us a nice night. Food arrived hot and couldn’t fault it.

This order did not turn up and we had to ring them up and wait even longer a really bad service didn’t even offer anything for the inconvenience of waiting so long, it was saying food had been delivered when it clearly hadn’t

Found piece of grass in my pizza order chip spice which didn’t come and ketchup wasn’t provided with another order of chips order 1.5 liter bottle but got a 1.25 liter bottle unacceptable really.

Pizza’s terribly undercooked so couldn’t eat them the chips were soggy and missing pot of sauce. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

If you like cold chicken delivered 20 minutes before you get home on the delivery time they supply this take away if perfect. They just put it on your doorstep to go cold and blame you for not answering the door cos is early. No point in arguing though ad the same company own all fast food in matlock. Extremely rude and will never use again

Absolutely gorgeous. I haven’t enjoyed a takeaway like that in a long time it was spot on. Pizza was delicious and hot and the sides were lovely too.

Staying in a holiday cottage in bonsall, ordered mixed kebab & chicken wrap, delivered in half hour, piping hot, really nice food & service, can’t fault, excellent 👍

I paid for cheese on my chicken meat & chips but there wasn't any cheese on it.

Good evening! Today I am very unhappy with the delivery of the food, as the pizza was again with tomato paste, I chose garlic sauce, and the potatoes were not fresh, with some white coating. We ordered potatoes for the child! Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from you again.

It would of been nice if the kebab meat had been as fresh as the salad. Couldn't eat it.

Great food, but they keep forgetting to deliver drinks with the food. This is the second time this has happened. Food is great, but service sucks. Don't even try to get these fools to finish a delivery if they screw up and forget some of it.

ALWAYS an amazing pizza, AND the only place that HAS anchovies.

This is the most consistent place ever - they never let you down. Never late, mostly early and always fresh and hot - it's like they've just cooked it outside!

One pizza was missing from the order. The rest was quite cold. Took another 45 mins for the missing pizza to arrive after phoning them.

Amazing service from Pizza Connection, after just 25 minutes from ordering online and the food for 6 adults had arrived! I honestly cannot believe how good their chicken kebab was at under £7! The rest of the family enjoyed pizza and their 'pizza box' option which is definitely great value for money!

House is really hard to find and delivery guy found it no worries, he had to walk up so many steps but arrived with a smile, and the pizza was amazing! Thank you!

Food was nice but boxes were covered in oil as if someone had spilled a bottle over on then. The driver was also really rude - I opened the door and he shouted at me saying he'd been knocking for almost five minutes, when he hadn't - as ourselves and our dogs would have heard. They had our number to ring, being rude isn't the answer

First time this has happened! We order a lot. The food was late. The salad was hot and watery and the rest of the food was cold! Why say they can deliver in a certain time when they can’t

Unfortunately we were forced to order here out of necessity as we couldn't find any other restaurants on Uber eats or Just eat to where we were staying. The pizza was bready and not cooked enough.
