popeyes pizzas & burgers in Leicester

Found a chicken bone in one of my pizzas; I did not order any chicken from the menu, when I called up the store to complain he told me they have no chicken on the menu, I pointed out the clear spicy wings they sell and he doubled down refusing that there was any possibility a bone needed up in the pizza; I offered to show him evidence but he was absolutely obstinate to the idea a bone was in the pizza.

Complete wrong pizza order unfortunately to late to make amends

Not received order put forest road but couldn’t remember if I put house number 24 after it’s said order is out for delivery once it said “enjoy your food” delivery has still not to arrived

First time using this company and the 2 pizzas we had were the best I have had for ages, I will certainly use them as my go to Pizza place, Excellent

My daughter had the 4 chicken strip child’s meal but only had 3 strips. I also ordered a coke which didn’t turn up, along with garlic mayo dip that didn’t turn up. My wrap that I ordered had hardly any sauce in and was dry.

Ordered a big bottle of coke. The coke is from another country and doesn’t taste very nice at all so £3.30 wasted

No cheese on chips, which I ordered extra for £1.50. But was delicious

Ordered the special kebab with salad and garlic mayo. It turned up without the salad or mayo . Ruined the whole meal .

We’ve been waiting ages for our food… it told us at 19:35 it was on its way. It is currently 20:37 and our food still isn’t here. We have been waiting to go out! Tried calling 4 times to the restaurant and no reply. We are not happy with the service off this restaurant

Amazing service, best takeaway we use!!

Food arrived early but the pizzas were freezing cold, had to put them in the oven and microwave the chips/chicken strips. Shame really as the pizza tasted ok just never nice when it arrives as cold as it did.

Ordered spicy chicken however was not spicy and tasted bland . Chips were also not tasty wouldn’t be going back

Been costumer for long time , quality is consistent and delivery amazing fast , actually few times already been faster than expected. Shout out to guy's in the kitchen. Thx

The only thing good is that it came early… food was vile Donna meat was pink and disgusting I wouldn’t even give it my dog!!! I would not recommend I’m fuming

Absolute shambles. Order did not get delivered with the restaurant claiming that it did. It gets worse! They claim it was delivered over an hour later than the expected delivery time. Not done yet! Contacted the restaurant and deliveroo both who refused me a refund. Avoid these scam artists like the plague. £55 I’ll never get back. Would rate 0 if I could.

Ordered a delivery via deliveroo totalling £60. It never turned up. Have spoken to the restaurant multiple times, been told I’ll get a refund, nothing received. Bunch of charlatans. Avoid like the plague. Blaming the delivery service that YOU choose, is no excuse. Own your rubbish service.

Three hours of waiting time and still not arrived have to chase up to be told on the way when it’s one more hour the food when arrives is absolutely stone cold I’m in shock of the terrible service and the food won’t be ordering again from this place

Ordered for a friend and her kids to celebrate a birthday, food was early and cold before they arrived.. ordered for it to be delivered at 6 for a reason.

The special mix kebab I ordered normally comes in a large foil tray but this time it was some meat stuffed in a small kabab tray. The meat was over cooked and there was no pitta breads. The small amount of salad we got was mainly cabbage. Very disappointing

I had a text to say my order was on its way at 19:22 but didn’t get my order for over an hour I rang and they asked what my address was I told them and they said it will be few minutes, I had said that I had received a text to say it’s on its way I was told they’ll call the driver. The place is about a 3 minute drive from my house. Some of the food was cold or Luke warm.

Perhaps lived a bit too far as food was cool. Chips were the frozen type which was disappointing. Burger itself was nice and well cooked. Delivery guy was v cute.

I ordered on just eat from popeyes in Braunstone. Just eat says that I should enjoy my food but they never even delivered it. A complete waste of my time and effort. I shall never order from you again. Disgusting way to treat a customer

My order has not been delivered to me. I called them twice, the first time they said they were delivering in 5 minutes, which didn't happen. The second time they refused to believe me. The worst service possible. They didn't refund my money

Fast delivery but the quality of food was poor. Lamb shish was so chewy it had to go in the bin. Donner was not fresh. Chicken shish and chips were good though. Generous portion.

I usually highly rate this restaurant. After today I will not be returning. My food was late and then they actually gave us part of someone else order and forgot a wrap from our order. They came back for the other customers order and asked if I had ate it which I said I didn’t and they then took the food back and said they’re giving it back to the customers waiting for it. Even after I mentioned they can’t give that food to the customers waiting it’s not good food hygiene especially during covid. The driver said he will bring my missing wrap over half an hour I rang and asked and the driver didn’t mention anything so they said they’d send it over an hour later still waiting no ones answering the phone.

The food from here is normally top quality, however the past 3 times I have ordered my food has been 30m - 1h late cold and of poor quality. Unfortunately due to this and the fact my lamb kebab was just lumps of burn cold coal, we will not be ordering from here again. This deeply saddens me as I have had lots of very good meals from here. 3 strikes and I'm out!

Ordered seafood pizza with extra prawns came with no prawns at all. Called them and the manager was out was promised a call back but not heard a thing. Spent extra and got nothing and no contact not good service popeyes considering I always order from you no problems

First time ever being let down by Popeyes they were late food was cold pizza missing drinks incorrect Ice cream melting and dessert looked like it had been in a car crash plus couldn’t get through on phone to complain Shame really as they are usually spot on

Just ordered dessert as fancied something sweet while watching a movie at home. I have had their special dessert with ice cream before, it is yummy and a large portion for a very good price. If you like chocolate cake, you'll like this.

Ordered bbq chicken wings got delivered stips, I rang them and they said that they was to busy to ring me to let me know that they don't have wings. Never order again.

Foods always hot and always arrives on time

Pizza was ok, but we didn't realise they use turkey ham, turkey pepperoni and salami, (it doesn't say on just eat or their website) now when we have pizza we like propper ham, pepperoni etc, these reformed repurposed turkey products leave an odd after taste in our mouths. I understand some people are forbidden from consuming pork products for religious reasons, but iv been told it can still be handled, and obviously food safe gloves are worn as per regulations, so why can't takeaways give a choice?, and we think our pizzas would have been rather good with real ham etc... The French fries were decent, but the coleslaw was probably the best we have had from any takeaway!, absolutely lovely. We won't order pizza from here again but we might just try some of the other food on offer...

Recommended. Hope they will never let me down. Order many times, maybe few of them was little bit not so good, but mostly they are awesome.

Food quality and delivery time good, however part of our order was missing, I spoke with the delivery driver whilst at our door who confirmed it was missing and said he would bring it.........2 hrs later still waiting.

Food was 70 Minutes late Food arrived cold and greasy to the point it was dripping out of packaging. I spent £55.60 on an order and it was absolutely disappointing. I had a kebab which I paid £9 for which had 2 land and 3 chicken peices on a burnt pitta. Burger dripping of oil. Pizza dry and over cooked. Fries was like yesterdays. And the food was cold. Several calls made to the restaurant staff was rude and unhelpful. Never again!

Delicious! Piping hot, lots of toppings. Had no idea such a nice plave was so close! Will be ordering again.
