The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

Rubbish business, can’t even find my house on a street. People answering the phones need to go an a customer service course. It’s delivered then hung up! Driver called me back, couldn’t answer what colour my door was or if there were any cars outside. Then confirmed he’d delivered to the wrong house. I would definitely recommend you pick another shop. This one is rubbish

Staff rude, we were looking at the drinks menu for all of 5mins when a waiters asked if we could make tell him what we wanted, as he was very busy!!! Felt rushed and slightly uncomfortable. My lasagne was burnt around the edges and the chip were just awful! I don't know what they were cooked in but OMG tasted disgusting. 3 of us £83 we had 3 mains and a bottle of wine! Horrible experience will never go again!!!

Lovely, food was hot when it arrived and it was so good, best kebab shop in wellingborough, also the delivery time was very fast

The food is dreadful i order £21.10 worth and couldnt even eat it after the first bite its made my belly turn its covered in greace i live 5mins up the road and it was freezing cold tasted reheated im fuming and the guy when i rang them to tell them didnt care told me its my fault and just was really cocky so honestly i would rather eat a microwave meal they taste better i promise anyone that reads this dont go to that takeaway it is so disgusting

We always choose the Warwick pizza express despite it not being our closest as the food is fresh and staff are so friendly

Never used this takeawy before. Took a punt - wish I hadn't. Driver couldn't find house. Food (pizza) was burnt and lacking in flavour. End result rotten guts and diarrhoea. First and last time I'll use this place.

Poor service and really ignorant to the customers. Yesterday we went was shopping and we just wanted to have a drink and a starter as it was 4;15pm. Soon as we sat down I did mentioned that we were in a rush. To over 10mins to get our order, then 20mins to get our drinks and another. 20mins to get a starter which was dough balls and a side mac and cheese. When the bill came up I said that why I have you charged me £15 ish for mac and cheese and she said that was a main. I mentioned that we just wanted a small bite. She reduced the price to a starter. We asked to pay but that was too much to get a card machine. We stood up and put our coats at this pointed I was planning to just go. Finally they got the card machine and they asked if I wanted to give a tip. Shocking service and probably won’t be going again. We only went because the Shack was closed next door.

First time visiting in a while,as it was my grandsons 6th birthday we booked a table for 6 adults and 2 children, so we booked it for 6 o'clock we arrived and seated very quickly took our drinks and food orders within half an hour,,, it was valentines night so it was very busy which we expected so we were prepared for a little wait any way our drinks arrived straight away, just over an hour later and our starters arrived (4 adults,2 children)we then waited over an hour an half for our mains which at this point was 8.45 so the children were getting very tired and then 45 minutes to put some ice cream in a bowl for children's desserts so it was 3 and half hours from start to finish which was a long time,but during this experience a gentleman server did apologise once but a tall lady ,short dark hair and glasses was so rude and abrupt ,I felt very sorry for majority of the staff for dealing with upset customers it was very chaotic and very poorly managed.

Was a quiet lunchtime so not much 'atmosphere' but food great and staff very helpful and attentive.

I ordered two pizzas, but both were burnt. On top of that, they were overloaded with red chili, making them extremely spicy and tasteless. The pizza was so bad that even an animal wouldn’t eat it. This is unacceptable service.”bullshit service

If you're looking for a great place to enjoy delicious pizza in Upminster, I highly recommend Pizza Express! I recently visited this restaurant and was really impressed with both the food and the service. I edited this review so many times and because of that i decided for 3 stars. You never know what youll get. Sometimes the food is absolutely fantastic for a great price, on other days youll get a really dry burger that tastes like its been reheated in a microwave about three times at least. Its cheap and when its good its fantastic. Its a shame its such a roulette with pizza city as it put me off when im about to order food.
