The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

They made an entire family order before contacting to say they had items out of stock. To solidify their bad management and customer service practices, they also said they cannot refund me the items and that I should complain through their online customer services. I have tried this and there is no way to trace a complaint with them after filling in the online form. It's been 3 weeks and no response. So there's no way to prove you have even tried to contact customer services I.e. a confirmation email and the store themselves are unwilling to help. You expect the highest level of service when you choose these parlours but actually experience the worst. The workers here are all struggling to speak English too and are not helpful whatsoever. Try calling them and you get greeted with zero enthusiasm followed by miscommunication and lack of confidence in their ability. I'm going to try and get a refund somehow but it's not looking good if the restaurant is unwilling to help and their customer service contact is untraceable. As far as visiting papa johns goes I will not be suggesting it again.

Not my favourite of places. I can't really say much about this place but no thanks.

Order 10 pc chicken popcorn and chips and the chicken was small little crumbs.no chillie or mayo and the wasn’t the best smelling.

Been ordering from TGF for years and have not been disappointed. Great pizzas, friendly staff and fast delivery times. I would highly recommend TGF.

Dreadful service. We pre booked knowing it would be busy but had to wait well over an hour for our main courses. We had no glasses on the table, had to ask for cutlery, had to request a pizza cutter. I spoke to Amy the Manager, the best she could offer was that they were busy. I would have thought at this time of year they would have pre planned for busy periods. I will not to be going back.

After waiting one and a half hour's plus a phone call the food arrived. It's was cold and chips soggy. It was either just sitting there for some time or driver had loads to deliver and we was the last to be delivered. Eva way I won't be ordering again. It was very disappointing

New Year’s Eve and we were out of towners staying over at Warwick Castle for NYE. We decided to pop to a favourite with the kids - Pizza Express….what could go wrong? It turns out, everything!! Here is a list: - took an age to be served, I’m taking it taking a snails pace between sitting down, getting a menu, then getting a drinks order in, then getting a food order in…then getting food!! We were there for 2.5 hrs!! - no cutlery at the table and had to ask twice and still received none. We had to raid the wooden cutlery reserved for “Go Eat”! - there were no napkins and they had run out , so got a couple ! - food was being put out on the pass next to dirty plates - we received dirty cutlery when we eventually got some! - toilets were grubby and kids said they smelt like the Monkey Enclosure at the zoo!! - main course came out before the starters! Make up your own mind! Worst Pizza Express we have been to! Manager did give us a 50% discount due to the issues The food was good, so nowt wrong with the chefs
