Chilled atmosphere Fast, efficient and friendly service very accommodating to menu changes Food was decent, big servings, good kids menu 👍

We visited Frankie and Bennys yesterday for my daughter’s 8th Birthday. There was a range of ages from 8weeks old to 75 and the waiter absolutely accommodated for all! He was so pleasant and couldn’t do more for us. We had a lovely little corner of the restaurant. The food was great and more than what you could expect for a table of 16. It came out so quickly. He arranged a Happy Birthday sing along for my daughter. We were all very pleased with our experience and a particular shout out to the waiter. He was even so patient with us when we was splitting the bill. Thank you!!

First ever visit to the chain. Okay nothing special, convenient for a meal before or after a film at the Vue. Easy access and plenty of free parking.

We always go before football when it is at its most busiest. Despite that the service is superb, staff friendly and really hardworking. The manager, The Boss 5, keeps his eye on everything happening and makes sure food is served quickly. Food is always fresh and tasty. Chefs work so hard and visibly relax and breathe a sigh of relief when kick off nears and I don't blame them. Shame can't move the whole team to the Kings Arms, Sandford on Thames where the opposite is true. Well done all, Happy New Year.

Got seated very quickly and with a warm welcome from a lovely server called poppy kindness who took our order quickly and as well as the food coming extremely quickly aswell, would come again!!

Was out in Oxford today and I thought I should begin my day at Frankie’s in Sandford upon Thames.It was a wonderful Frankie and Benny’s,very friendly staff and quick and attentive service.Also the food was delicious too,the potato skins were the best Frankie’s potato skins I’ve ever had,they were extremely generous with the bacon and the cheese.Bacon was delicious,cheese was nice same as the spring onion and the potato skin was delicious.I loved the sour cream dip to the side.My main was delicious too,the smoky ultimate bbq half rack ribs were absolutely delicious and very smoky and ultimate indeed.Very meaty ribs too.The jacket potato was an amazing portion and tasted delicious too.All food was 10/10.The vibe was great and the decor was lovely too,all very clean.Also toilets were very spacious too and clean, in the men’s toilets there is a soap dispenser on the wonk and that needs urgent replacing!!!!!Also a very nice location by Kassam stadium,Hollywood bowl,vue,city mazes escape room and a mini golf place,also easy acsess to Oxford,Witney and Didcot and quite a few villages surrounding it.

This place is great, the staff are really welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful ( I'm disabled and use a scooter to get about, nothing was too much for them so very helpful a good choice of food loved their cocktails. I'd highly recommend this Place

We were greeted by a rather rude hostess who told us the resteraunt was very busy, despite it being almost empty at the time, the service was quite rude throughout and the food tasted cheap and terrible. We felt very rushed throughout our meal. Would not reccomend

I always Love a F&B’s but this time our waiter Matteo was absolutely amazing! And not only that hilarious, I had the Caesar salad ( because I’m boring on a diet ) my husband had whole rack of ribs, cookie dough, and then another cookie dough, my son had chicken wings and chips and cookie dough, and my little one had pasta, and honestly everything was cooked amazing!! Deffo recommend coming here! If not for the food, because of the amazing staff, more so Matteo :) x

Have never visited before and was not expecting much as people who I had told that I was going to Frankie &Benny’s with my grand daughter for a pre movie dinner were pretty negative about it. The service was quick and I chose a ‘safe’ lasagne. My grand daughter had a child’s meal and chose pizza and garlic bread. The lasagne was delicious and my grand daughter polished her meal off quickly too. The house white wine was very acceptable and we shared a Tiramisu dessert. Would certainly be happy to go back and we really enjoyed our meal. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Oh and when we got the bill I was surprised to receive a discount on our meal because we were going to the cinema next door.

We visited this restaurant with a class of Year 6s as part of a post SATs treat . Excellent quick service with 27 good quality two course meals out in less than 10 minutes of our arrival ( we had preordered ) Friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome and met the needs of all our children .

5 of us went for a leaving party. 4 of us ate, all 4 of us having 3 courses. Great value for money. Food hot, good portions. Tasted yummy. Service brilliant. Went on a Friday evening. Visited on a Sunday. It's wasn't very busy at the time the service was not good and very slow the food was sat waiting to be brought over to us for a long time. The restaurant isn't clean and the doors being smashed on the way in gives it a run down vibe. The food was tasty enough and the choice is very good. It's not somewhere I'm in a hurry to return to It's a shame because it used to much better and much more welcoming.

We came to Frankie and Benny's for dinner after our cinema trip. The restaurant is child friendly, have a good selection of food l, and Coco (our server) was so polite and friendly.
