Love Tops - food arrived as ordered and piping hot! Can even order extra cheese on garlic bread now (within a meal deal) which is brilliant! Been asking for it for a long time! Delivered quickly - possibly early but I wasn’t checking the time. Pizza is delish - definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us 👍🏼

Always fast delivery but on this occasion one item was missing from the order - seemed pointless to have someone come back and deliver a missing item - also the app. Didn’t update so had no idea the driver was outside as our doorbell is broken - rely on the app to give an indication as to when they’re on their way so I can keep an eye out of the window. This is the first occasion it has happened to be fair and the most consistent aspect is always the quality and fast delivery.

Way too expensive for what it was, poor quality pizza and garlic bread. Very oily. Wasn't particularly enjoyable and shall not be ordering from there again.

Ordered many times from this pizza store , no issues . On this occasion the pizza was undercooked the base was just bread and chewy and the fact it came within 30 mins shows it was rushed . Not happy on this occasion . Will ask for refund please . I will order from here again as had no problems but not happy this time .

Pizza and garlic bread was freezing cold, and was supposed to be peri peri chicken but was plain and hard the kickin chicken was burnt black on the outside but pink and slimy on the inside

Haven’t ordered from Tops Pizza for a long time . The pepperoni pizza was very nice but the spicy chicken wings please change them get advice on a better format and ingredient formula . Not very nice you could do better . Maybe not so much crispy outside and have ‘wings ‘ sauce as a side dip . Will order again but not the spicy wings .

Pizza was great thanks. But when I asked the delivery guy for the receipt for the food I paid for, he said, "why do you need it?" I said "of course I do." I don't know why he was hesitating to give my receipt. After asking him 2-3 times, he gave me receipt. I hope this doesn't happen again.

The pizza was very nice but next time the American hot could do will less spice. Too many chillies and the curly fries could be made better, they were too hard and dry. Other then that, excellent service and taste!

The pizza base and sides were burnt I called the restaurant a lady answered very rude lady never order again from this restaurant they should train their staff properly When I said children she asked why ordering pizza with chilli that was inappropriate

The pizza itself was good tady however, we chose the collect option and we got charged twice the amount as advertised in the restaurant window….seems a rip off even though we collected n didn’t do home delivery.

Unfortunately pizza was very doughy and not enough cheese in the crust even if we paid £2 extra for it. Also on the pricey side £30 for two pizzas and fries. Sorry but will not be ordering again. ( Box could have been filled with more fries by the way)

Large pizza is nearly £20 burnt and hard and dry!!! Second medium pizza overcooked too but edible. How can you even send it out to customer like that? Really not happy as was very hungry please refund me the money

So many toppings I loved it usually other shops give u minimal I have ordered here u 10 times and it’s been packed with toppings LOVED It! Fresh and very delicious and also recommend the BBQ wings on the side 😁

There was nothing new to the taste honestly. Pizza had a more crunchy texture which was the only thing I liked about the order. Rest the garlic bread and mozzarella sticks were average. Overall a very average experience.

My ice cream it expired , I talk at the phone with the restaurant and they told me that they don’t find expired ice cream in the restaurant, that means is my fault that this one that I received has the date “11 2021”. I placed nmy order b4 5 pm & it took an hour 15 min 2 arrive...the food was tasty...only criticism is that the ham on the pizza looked as tho it was chucked on & it would b gr8 2 havee the option of a thin base as well!

Just poor all round. Not the size I expected to have after ordering 3 supersize pizzas. They have 4 sizes available. Medium, large, extra large and supersize. Where supersize is at least 18 inch minimum, this was 15 at best. Falsely advertised and not worth the time. Awful. The delivery was so late as well. Waited for 1 hour 20 minutes after ordering. No point having pizza when it's small, late and disappointing. Never again.

I was recommended tops by my neighbour, haven't ordered pizza from anyone else since. pizzas are good, always delivered hot - how it should be! delivery is on time. on my recommendation list for local pizza.
